This looks like a weapon an alien warrior race uses in a cheesy sci fi movie. And I say that with affection. Exasperated affection, but affection.

Also. I just. That's not what a scythe looks like.

That is not an agricultural tool, nor does it resemble a symbol of reaping souls. And nor is it a sickle for that matter (and a scythe and a sickle are NOT the same thing; though they are both centuries old agricultural tools, the sickle is one-handed, C shaped, and has come to be a symbol of the agricultural class in post WWI Russia.

A scythe is a two-handed agricultural tool with a curved blade that is a symbol of death, not as a weapon to bring about death, but carried by Death to collect souls after death occurs, to reap them, as people used to use it to reap crops (tho in mythology and history they have been used as weapons, bc pointy metal hurty and also symbolism)).

But anyway yeah that's not what a scythe looks like!! It's an axe with a stake taped to the other end!!!!! In conclusion it fucks but the way they try to describe it makes me angy. I love her. Her lore is just problematic but it's not her fault, she did nothing wrong <3 but it does annoy me when I think about it. In conclusion (let the weird black goo rock symbolize the bad lore):

Happy 7th Anniversary to ARMS

"Hello everyone! Biff here on ARMS Island with a special announcement!" Biff shouted on the intercom.

"Today is the 7 year Anniversary of ARMS, ARMS, ARMS! So our players here on ARMS Island will be happy to spend some time with their fans." Biff spoke.

was going to post this on main but i think there's a chance of this being seen by more pierced people here, what with it being a metal-ish music blog. i've currently got 4 different types of piercings (quite normal but more than most of my friends) and am planning 2 more to total ~11 holes with 6 different jewellery types... add to that the split between rings, studs, and dangly things for some of them, plus my mix of silver and gold that i swap between, and i have myself an organisational conundrum

important context: i'm autistic. how do people organise their piercings in a way that is categorised, easily accessible, and unlikely to spill everywhere if you collide with your dresser? (a bonus would be a transportable storage solution because i'm about to live in three different locations and like to have them all with me)

Rewatching fma for the first time in a while and winry came on screen and I realized I finally have all the ear piercing she has that I always wanted 🥺

Total earring redesign! I added a 4th lobe piercing about a month and a half ago to make it happen. I wanted to eliminate captive beads and focus on quality metals and chains. The 6g helix and 8g conch are quartz and glass. The tragus is a custom niobium bend. They are a bit irritated from the install but theyll be ok in a day or 2. I am very happy with the results!
