Lol so guess who didn’t log their dinner before they ate. This one right here. Sigh what I do remember was having the baked salmon and I think I had 6 oz of that. I also know that I had both types of potatoes, but the amounts I’m not sure about but I think is was 2 or 3 oz each.

I go to these workout classes that are available through Shape Up NYC (link to the page will be below). This day our instructor wasn’t there so we had a fill-in. She had us do Cardio Dance Aerobics, so while we worked out we matched the tempo of the song. I don’t remember all the moves that we did and I don’t know how many reps or sets of each. the main moves I remember where high knees, high knees with twisting your core, jumping jacks, closed and open legged squats, I cant find the name nut we extended our arms out to each side so it was straight with our shoulders and did circles going forward and back and also pumped them up, down, to the back and front of the room.

Today I joined the First Lady of NYC, Chirlane McCray at St. Mary’s Recreation Center in the South Bronx to announce the largest expansion of free fitness classes in the history of the Shape Up NYC program! NYC now offers 370 weekly classes at 225 sites. Together and alongside a number of energized participants, we took part in a short exercise session led by a Shape Up instructor. Normally I wear a suit and tie but since I knew I’d be working up a sweat, I dressed more appropriately.
