this messed up vintage cat sewing pattern has tormented me since i saw it & like some other folks have done in that post - i tried my hand at tweaking the pattern to resemble the illustration (and my personal tastes) a little more. i've ended up with this. i bestow it upon you nice folks now 👐
(update 2, added instructions & it's also on my Kofi!)
go forth and make weird little beanbag kittens! pls show me if you do!
#the original vintage pattern is free and out there so i figure this is probly okay even tho theres versions of this that people are buying#sewing pattern#vintage cat sewing pattern#calico cat#i did also put it for free on my kofi just cus thats where i put all my free sewing patterns yay whee#if i tweak it any more the kofi one is most likely to be the one thats up to date#vintage cat pattern

Do you want one of your own little dragons like these? Well I finally made a pattern for them! It's not the prettiest or most well-written pattern in the world but it will get the job done. Find it here!
This pattern is totally free but if you would like to send a few dollars my way, it would mean a lot if you supported my local zine project!! Ko-fi here.
If you are not able to make your own dragon and still want one, I will also accept commissions for these in a wide range of colors and add-ons. Just send me a message! :3

~1930s/40s Pajama Top Pattern~
I finished a PJ set for my 1930s doll and wanted to share the pattern I made for the top! I think it could be used for quite a few decades as well as for modern 18 inch dolls. It includes a cute peter pan collar, gathered front, and short sleeves inspired by various vintage patterns I've seen such as these:
Download the free pdf here! *3/8" seam allowance IS included*
If anyone ends up using the pattern, feel free to tag me as I would love to see it!

8th February is a small festival Hari-Kuyo day in my mother country Japan. We give thanks to our broken pins and needles and make a wish for our skill up of sewing.
For celebrating Hari-kuyo, I want to have a mini sale like every year. Popular patterns are special sale price until 9th February(CET). No discount code required!
Happy sewing!

Drafted up a little vest pattern for my kumakumya today (bearnice)! The shapes are very simple, so it'll be easy to modify for other things. I wound up just doing a little hook and eye rather than the snaps I have marked. I did stuff my kumya some while making the pattern, so you'll still be able to put things in yours. 1" grid paper, seam allowances not included (I did 1cm).

hello to the two people following me :) I haven't shared any patterns I've created before for sewing, but in making some period c-drama and danmei inspired cosplays and my resurging Hanfu fixation realized there aren't many good English resources for sewing cross-collar tops for zhongyi and other pieces so I made my own!
there are three pages but I tried to pack a bunch of information into it and you can download it via Gumroad for free :) I'm also entirely down to help out with patterning for anyone (if any lol) who might want to use this little pattern tutorial.

If your scraps breed like tribbles as well (mine certainly do) and you're looking for a way to use them, here's a couple options for you. These are 100% free as far as I can tell.
100+ Scrap Fabric Projects - Everything from little bows to holiday decorations, home decor to wearables. Look over the list and see about saving some of the patterns for those days where you need a break from a current project or can't come up with any ideas for what to do next. A break with some very easy to very challenging may be just what you need, especially when said project requires no shopping.
100+ Fat Quarter Projects - Everything on this list is made using fat quarters. I know some quilters tend to collect fat quarters and save them for future projects. Here's a list of things you can use those fabrics for. There's toys, clothes, home decor, pencil bags, and even bias tape on the list. Have a look around and see if anything catches your attention.
