What's the difference between Windows server 2025 and Windows Server 2022
Windows Server 2025 download is available on the archive, and if you need the Windows server 2025 Product key and Server 2025 Cals , you can get it from the Microsoft partner store keyingo.com
There are key improvements in Windows Server 2025 in the following areas:
Hotpatching – rebootless patches
Active Directory – new scalability, domain and forest functional levels
Storage – Faster NVMe, new features added
Clusters and Hyper-V – Workgroup clusters, configuration maximums in Hyper-V
Networking – New Network HUD, multisite SDN, and more
Containers – Smaller containers, decoupled host and container updates
File Services with SMB Over QUIC & Security – QUIC now in Standard and Datacenter
Modern Server Experience – Winget, OS upgrades through Windows Updates
1. Hotpatching
It allows you to install security patches without a reboot. Every patch Tuesday patches are released. Hotpatching allows applying those patches without a reboot. It modifies the in-memory code and the server processes don’t have to be restarted.
Hotpatching was released in Azure Edition of Windows Server 2022. However, Windows Server 2025 brings to the realm of any type of infrastructure (Hyper-V on-premises, VMware, physical hardware, etc). Through Arc-enablement you can enable hotpatching as a monthly subscription.
XBOX is currently making use of this new rebootless technology with patching in their services.
2. Active Directory
Compared to Windows Server 2002, Active Directory is much more scalable with 32K page size. Before it was 8K pages. Now with Windows Server 2025 and 35K pages, it significantly enhances the amount of data that can be stored and the scalability of Active Directory in general. It will require the new functional level update (forest and domain levels)
3. Optimized NVMe storage enhancements
Microsoft mentions that just by upgrading to Windows Server 2025 you get 70% faster NVMe performance. Windows Server 2025 dramatically enhances the performance of data-intensive applications.
This helps with lower latency and higher throughput for applications and helps remove any bottleneck to performance from the storage layer.
Microsoft has also folded in a lot of other advancements that have come about on the storage front from Azure as they do with many of the LTSC releases. Those improvements include:
Storage Replica – performance enhancements and enhanced log, SR compression
ReFS – Optimized dedup and compression for active workloads like virtual machines
Storage Spaces – Thinly provisioned storage spaces and stretched cluster support
4. Clusters and Hyper-V
Compared with Windows Server 2002, there are many improvements for clustering and failover clustering. Now cluster-aware updating has many enhancements including:
Reliability and performance improvements
You can now upgrade to Windows Server 2025 from Windows Server 2022 without downtime. In the same fashion you apply new versions of Windows 11 it will run the update to newer versions of the OS. Windows Server 2025 will do the same thing.
Workgroup clusters (no domain join) – cert-based VM live migration now works without domain join
GPU-P VM live migration on a failover cluster
Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) stretch clusters between two sites
Improved storage replica (SR) performance
Hyper-V’s role in Windows Server 2025 is more powerful than ever. It has many enhancements in this release. The introduction of improved GPU partitioning capabilities allows for more efficient allocation of graphics processing resources among virtual machines. It is a feature particularly beneficial for applications requiring intensive graphical processing or machine learning tasks.
Microsoft touts that Hyper-V is everywhere and they are using across many technologies:
Azure
Azure Stack Family
Windows Server/ Windows
Containers with Hyper-V isolation
Platform security
Xbox
Dynamic processor compatibilities in Windows Server 2025 has been significantly improved. It is much more granular and looks at the capabilities between the processors and reducing the capabilities to match the processors.
Furthermore, there is greatly increased scalability with Hyper-V, It now supports up to 248 virtual processors and 240 terabytes of RAM, prepare Hyper-V. These features, coupled with the refined dynamic processor compatibility, make sure Hyper-V is a modern solution capable of handling anything you want to throw at it.
To take advantage of these new features, use Gen 2 VMs and UEFI BIOS.
5. Networking
There are many advancements coming in networking in Windows Server 2025 vs Windows Server 2022.
Network ATC one-click deployment and drift remediation
Network HUD – “heads up” display for networking
SDN Multisite – multisite for stretched cluster of SDN
SDN Gateway Performance Improvements
Modern AKS applications
6. Containers
Windows Server 2025 container support has been enhanced and is more flexible than Windows Server 2022. Host upgrades have been decoupled from container upgrades, making lifecycle management much more flexible for Microsoft Windows containers.
Performance has been improved along with image size reductions for containers. There is also improved application compatibility with Nano server with Features on Demand.
7. File Services with SMB Over QUIC & Security
SMB over QUIC is a huge improvement for remote file access technology. It enables encrypted file access over the internet without the need for a VPN. Windows Server 2025 addresses a critical need for more flexible and secure remote work solutions.
Features include:
SMB for telecommuters, mobile devices, cloud
No VPN required
Runs over standard port 443
Encryption is always on
Authenticated with TLS 1.3
Available in non-Azure versions, including Standard and Datacenter
It makes for new possibilities in how organizations manage remote access to their data. You can now offer a solution that is both highly secure and user-friendly. SMB over QUIC used to be only available with Windows Server Azure Edition. However, SMB over Quick has been brought into all editions of Windows Server 2025 (Standard and Datacenter) so that organizations of all sizes can benefit. These are only available in Windows Server 2022 Azure edition.
File services security improvements
There are many great security improvements, including:
SMB Signing – required by default and stop relay and attacker-in-the-middle, phishing
Auth Rate Limiter – throttle bad NTLM passwords by default
SMB Firewall rule hardening – No longer opens NETBIOS ports by default
SMB NTLM Disable Option – Granular control of NTLM from remote
SMB Dialect Control – Allow or refuse SMB 2 or SMB 3
8. Modern Server Experience
Winget is one of the coolest new tools that provides a “store-like” experience for Windows Server that is contained by default in Windows Server 2025 vs Windows Server 2022. Like we have been able to do with windows client machines running Windows 10 and 11, you can use winget to install tools and other utilities you need, including PowerShell.
You can easily install tools like Sysinternals (Process Monitor, Process Explorer, TCPmon, etc). You can even install apps like Microsoft SQL Server using winget. Also, there is OS Upgrades through Windows Updates and this is controllable through Group Policy.
Other miscellaneous modern server features
Arc integration wizards built-in
Wi-Fi support and Bluetooth support
Windows Server with Desktop Experience
New Subscription-based purchasing model.
Subscription model like Azure Stack HCI and SQL Server 2022
Conclusion
Windows Server 2025 is a great new operating system from Microsoft that includes all of the latest technologies and features that Microsoft has been previewing in Microsoft Azure for the last while. There are great new things in Windows Server 2025 compared with Windows Server 2022. It includes things like Hotpatching, new Active Directory scalability and performance improvements, including a new domain and forest functional level, new storage features, including NVMe performance improvements, networking enhancements, better container support and efficiencies, SMB over QUIC, and a modern Windows Server experience with tools like winget, OS upgrades through Windows Updates and others.

The first @theineffablesociety Good Omens meetup was so great, we started planning the second one before the con drop even set in. What can we say: Evil never sleeps and Good is ever-vigilant! (Although Crowley has gotten in the napping habit and Aziraphale can be a bit distractable.)
The weekend of February 28-March 2, 2025, we're going to Washington DC!
This meetup is being organized by myself (@zeldahime), ShadowsRider (@shadowsrider-blog), and Key (@whoopsmypenslipped). We'll be making regular updates here (and being reblogged to the primary @theineffablesociety page) and on the Discord server. (The Discord server is an 18+ space. For an invitation, send an ask here or at the primary page.)
We are currently scouting locations. We expect to repeat the format of the Philadelphia meetup with a large room and at least two break-out rooms, with the expectation that approximately 45-75 people will attend. As in Philadelphia, we will do our best to be as inclusive as possible, with a masking policy in all event spaces.
We're so excited to be hosting the next event! We hope to see you all there!

okay
this one is for all the ancient myth, folklore, urban myth, cryptid and supernatural people of tumblr
i am trying to start a folklore reading group on discord for 2025 covering all of the above categories
every month we pick a category of folklore to read around. categories can be anything. could centre around culture/period/place (eg ancient chinese myth and legend) or individual text (eg the aeneid, the poetic edda) or specific monster (eg vampires) or specific approach (eg theories of myth and their puprose eg joseph campbell)
anything is fair game from aztec myths to angelology to modern urban myths to aliens and cryptids
wed be a reading group but SUPER low key so it can fit in with everyones lives
like. im not gonna assign the same book to everyone to read by the end of the month
use whatever sources you wish - the internet, your local library, buy the specific book you think looks most useful, read/watch fictionalised retellings you think look fun
we can all use our own sources and most importantly we can recommend the ones we find the most useful to the rest of the group to help each other (or just to gush about it)!! < 3
oh and if youre an artist and you want to make art (drawing the monsters/creatures, writing your own adaptation of the story, write a self-insert where you get to shoot the monsters w/ dean winchester or dana scully or smth, writing mothman x reader fanfiction) youll get so many brownie points and everyone will think youre really cool
point is well all be reading the same broader points. so we can chat about it and discuss interpretations and make memes and show love for your favourites or complain about the dryness of your least favourites and there is so much weirdness to make fun of in myth and folklore
every month we will vote on the next topic (dont worry there will be a channel to argue about why your suggestion is the best haha) and by the end of the year well all know so much weird shit itll be great. dont you want every month of your 2025 to be defined by a weird little folklore era
well its about halfway through january when i post this meaning we'll only have half a month for the first one, no time for a vote either so if you want to hop in and start nerding out immediately january is going to be your
~ ancient japanese myth era ~
well discuss sources in the discord if you dont know where to start
but if you just want to join to wait it out so you can vote on next months subject, youre so welcome to
everyone welcome. contribute as much or as little as you like. friendliness and good vibes only!!
also ill be making a tag, "folklore2025" for people to post stuff related to this reading project thing on their tumblr if they wish

Reckless by @mushroom-grey-scale | T, 6.6k one shot. Fleur Delacour announced that she would marry the first person who took the key to her front door from her cat's collar. What could go wrong?
"A cat and the key trope but make it fleurmione." -Lipz
A Fox in the Garden by @trashpandadreamer | M, 6.6k one shot. Fleur is caught by a curse and rescued by Hermione, who doesn't know who she is. Hilarity ensues as Fleur tries to get Hermione to realize who she is.
Just a normal morning by @mycatismyeditor | T, 6.3k one shot. Fleur goes about her morning routine reflecting on the past as she worries about her wife.
“Vlogging at its cozy best.” - Random
Français by not_here_leave_a_message | T, 4k one shot. Viktor was subtle but straight-forward. He had questions and he asked them and he got to know her that way. And Fleur? Fleur was a mess who aired her woes about her crush to her friends. In French...too bad Hermione speaks French. Sshhh!
“Fleur is a useless gay, and fluent in gay. Little did she know, Hermione is apparently also fluent in useless gay.” - Wisp
Just Gals Being Pals by DisasterXL | NR, 3.9k one shot.
"While Hermione and Apolline butt heads over blankets, you'll feel blanketed by this fluffy, mostly oblivious ride." - Murs
Heated Charms by @terra-wisp | T, 3.3k one shot. In which Fleur Delacour has a terrible week, winters are surprisingly cold, and Hermione Granger is amazing at putting up with nonsense even if it comes in the form of a beautiful but undoubtedly crazy blonde. Fluff and sass ensues.
"Like the tag says, cuddles solve all the problems, especially for a veela who's cold." - Lipz
Dragons, Scientists, and Crushes, Oh my! by @trashpandadreamer | T, 3.2k one shot. Fleur is an adventurer who is bent on impressing her crush. Hermione is an oblivious scientist who loves her research. Together they go on an epic adventure with dragons.
"Cozy fantasy counts, right? Nerdy scientist Hermione and exasperated protective Fleur are an adorable duo." - Lipz
She's in the Rain by wintersquill | G, <1k one shot. Fleur Delacour stumbles out of a thunder storm and into the quaint little coffee shop that Hermione works at.
"What's more cozy than getting out of the rain in a coffee shop? This one is short and sweet." -Lipz

3 Weeks until Welcome Home!
Magicians Fanworks Event, Jan. 27-Mar. 9, 2025
Tumblr media
Welcome Home!
We wanted to make sure everyone has plenty of time to create, as we gear up for six weeks of Magicians goodness! So this is your three-week reminder.
From Jan. 27-Mar. 9, 2025, Eastern time, we’re welcoming fanworks of all types celebrating The Magicians (Lev Grossman/SyFy). This low-key challenge focuses on a series of weekly themes, along with an overall event theme. Throughout, both new works and additions to WIPs are welcome. Plus, existing WIPs that don’t match any of our themes are welcomed with open arms in Week 6!
This challenge takes place on AO3 and Tumblr. To participate, you don’t need to sign up (though we do have instructions for posting so that we can share your work). You may create as many or as few things as you want. We have a Welcome Home AO3 Subcollection, and we'll reblog your work here and gather it in our masterlist.
The overall theme for the entire event is Welcome Home! If you would like to create something for the overall theme, these are welcome anytime while the event is open.
In addition, here are the weekly themes. If you miss your week, you’ve got a second chance during Week 6, our Free Space/Catch-Up week! Want to continue an existing WIP but it doesn’t match any of our themes? Send it during Week 6!
All types of fanworks are welcome! Yes, yes, yes to fic, art, edits, vids, cosplay, crafting, podfic, fanmixes, pinboards, moodboards, and more! Any number of submissions you like. You can even send us multiple chapters of the same work as separate entries—either for different themes, or the same theme! (If sharing on Tumblr, please make separate posts for separate entries.)
Please let us know which theme you chose, and make sure your work either:
1. Fits the overall event theme (send anytime Jan. 27-Mar. 9), or:
2. Fits a specific week’s theme (send during that week, or in Week 6)
Remember: New additions to existing WIPs that don’t match a theme are welcome in Week 6.
WEEK 1: Jan. 27-Feb. 2, Home—What constitutes “home” to the characters? What do they think of “home,” good or bad?
WEEK 2: Feb. 3-9, "It's been a long time"—It could be a long time since characters saw each other, or a long time engaged on a task like the mosaic. Special note: The 7th anniversary of The Magicians 3x05, “A Life in the Day,” is Feb. 7. We’d love to see Mosaic Fic.
WEEK 3: Feb. 10-16, Seasonal/holiday—Whether or not it’s the current season/holiday right now (any are welcome). This could include “vibes” or “ambience” for the readers to enjoy in connection with a particular holiday (haunted house for Halloween; romance for Valentine’s Day—which falls this week). If the season or holiday is not specifically referenced in the content, please let us know which one it is.
WEEK 4: Feb. 17-23, Magical creature—A being from the show or books, or from mythology/folklore, or one you make up.
WEEK 5: Feb. 24-Mar. 2, Returning after absence (or returning to being themselves).
WEEK 6: Mar. 3-9, Free space/catch-up week! If you are writing for the theme of a prior week, please let us know which one. If you’re adding to an existing WIP that doesn’t match any theme, it belongs here.
Remember—any works for the general “Welcome Home” theme may be sent any time the event is open, from Jan. 27-Mar. 9. However, please let us know if you are following the overall event theme rather than that week’s theme.
The last day for challenge entries on Tumblr and/or AO3 will be March 9 at 11:59 PM Eastern.
You absolutely do NOT need to join our Discord server to participate, but here's the invite if you'd like to brainstorm with others, if you’re feeling stuck, etc.: https://discord.gg/NcBDD63uFg
Please stay tuned for more details! And happy creating!
Need a break to refresh your creative spirit? Want to revel in that challenge vibe? Check out the wonderful works created during Warm Up, our micro Magicians challenge!
The themed blog side of our home page, Magicians Fanworks Extravaganza, has some cool ways for you to enjoy all the works in our Warm Up collection, anytime! On the right side of our home page, under Navigation, there's a direct link to the Warm Up Masterlist. Further down on the right side of the page, you'll see Projects. Each challenge has its own box, with the icon for each challenge and a "Project Link." The Warm Up link will serve up everything we posted with the #mfewarmup tag. That includes the masterlist and everything we reblogged, as well as the original challenge guidelines.

BRB... just upgrading Python
CW: nerdy, technical details.
Originally, MLTSHP (well, MLKSHK back then) was developed for Python 2. That was fine for 2010, but 15 years later, and Python 2 is now pretty ancient and unsupported. January 1st, 2020 was the official sunset for Python 2, and 5 years later, we’re still running things with it. It’s served us well, but we have to transition to Python 3.
Well, I bit the bullet and started working on that in earnest in 2023. The end of that work resulted in a working version of MLTSHP on Python 3. So, just ship it, right? Well, the upgrade process basically required upgrading all Python dependencies as well. And some (flyingcow, torndb, in particular) were never really official, public packages, so those had to be adopted into MLTSHP and upgraded as well. With all those changes, it required some special handling. Namely, setting up an additional web server that could be tested against the production database (unit tests can only go so far).
Here’s what that change comprised: 148 files changed, 1923 insertions, 1725 deletions. Most of those changes were part of the first commit for this branch, made on July 9, 2023 (118 files changed).
But by the end of that July, I took a break from this task - I could tell it wasn’t something I could tackle in my spare time at that time.
Time passes…
Fast forward to late 2024, and I take some time to revisit the Python 3 release work. Making a production web server for the new Python 3 instance was another big update, since I wanted the Docker container OS to be on the latest LTS edition of Ubuntu. For 2023, that was 20.04, but in 2025, it’s 24.04. I also wanted others to be able to test the server, which means the CDN layer would have to be updated to direct traffic to the test server (without affecting general traffic); I went with a client-side cookie that could target the Python 3 canary instance.
In addition to these upgrades, there were others to consider — MySQL, for one. We’ve been running MySQL 5, but version 9 is out. We settled on version 8 for now, but could also upgrade to 8.4… 8.0 is just the version you get for Ubuntu 24.04. RabbitMQ was another server component that was getting behind (3.5.7), so upgrading it to 3.12.1 (latest version for Ubuntu 24.04) seemed proper.
One more thing - our datacenter. We’ve been using Linode’s Fremont region since 2017. It’s been fine, but there are some emerging Linode features that I’ve been wanting. VPC support, for one. And object storage (basically the same as Amazon’s S3, but local, so no egress cost to-from Linode servers). Both were unavailable to Fremont, so I decided to go with their Chicago region for the upgrade.
Now we’re talking… this is now not just a “push a button” release, but a full-fleged, build everything up and tear everything down kind of release that might actually have some downtime (while trying to keep it short)!
I built a release plan document and worked through it. The key to the smooth upgrade I want was to make the cutover as seamless as possible. Picture it: once everything is set up for the new service in Chicago - new database host, new web servers and all, what do we need to do to make the switch almost instant? It’s Fastly, our CDN service.
All traffic to our service runs through Fastly. A request to the site comes in, Fastly routes it to the appropriate host, which in turns speaks to the appropriate database. So, to transition from one datacenter to the other, we need to basically change the hosts Fastly speaks to. Those hosts will already be set to talk to the new database. But that’s a key wrinkle - the new database…
The new database needs the data from the old database. And to make for a seamless transition, it needs to be up to the second in step with the old database. To do that, we have take a copy of the production data and get it up and running on the new database. Then, we need to have some process that will copy any new data to it since the last sync. This sounded a lot like replication to me, but the more I looked at doing it that way, I wasn’t confident I could set that up without bringing the production server down. That’s because any replica needs to start in a synchronized state. You can’t really achieve that with a live database. So, instead, I created my own sync process that would copy new data on a periodic basis as it came in.
Beyond this, we need a proper replication going in the new datacenter. In case the database server goes away unexpectedly, a replica of it allows for faster recovery and some peace of mind. Logical backups can be made from the replica and stored in Linode’s object storage if something really disastrous happens (like tables getting deleted by some intruder or a bad data migration).
I wanted better monitoring, too. We’ve been using Linode’s Longview service and that’s okay and free, but it doesn’t act on anything that might be going wrong. I decided to license M/Monit for this. M/Monit is so lightweight and nice, along with Monit running on each server to keep track of each service needed to operate stuff. Monit can be given instructions on how to self-heal certain things, but also provides alerts if something needs manual attention.
And finally, Linode’s Chicago region supports a proper VPC setup, which allows for all the connectivity between our servers to be totally private to their own subnet. It also means that I was able to set up an additional small Linode instance to serve as a bastion host - a server that can be used for a secure connection to reach the other servers on the private subnet. This is a lot more secure than before… we’ve never had a breach (at least, not to my knowledge), and this makes that even less likely going forward. Remote access via SSH is now unavailable without using the bastion server, so we don’t have to expose our servers to potential future ssh vulnerabilities.
So, to summarize: the MLTSHP Python 3 upgrade grew from a code release to a full stack upgrade, involving touching just about every layer of the backend of MLTSHP.
Here’s a before / after picture of some of the bigger software updates applied (apologies for using images for these tables, but Tumblr doesn’t do tables):
Tumblr media
And a summary of infrastructure updates:
Tumblr media
I’m pretty happy with how this has turned out. And I learned a lot. I’m a full-stack developer, so I’m familiar with a lot of devops concepts, but actually doing that role is newish to me. I got to learn how to set up a proper secure subnet for our set of hosts, making them more secure than before. I learned more about Fastly configuration, about WireGuard, about MySQL replication, and about deploying a large update to a live site with little to no downtime. A lot of that is due to meticulous release planning and careful execution. The secret for that is to think through each and every step - no matter how small. Document it, and consider the side effects of each. And with each step that could affect the public service, consider the rollback process, just in case it’s needed.
At this time, the server migration is complete and things are running smoothly. Hopefully we won’t need to do everything at once again, but we have a recipe if it comes to that.

Darcy Lewis Bingo Reader Edition
We have one more surprise for 2024! Our brand new Reader Bingo for the Darcy Lewis fandom!
Darcy Lewis Bingo HQ 2024 Reader Bingo Guidelines
The Card!—Every reader begins this round with the same Darcy Lewis Bingo HQ (DLBHQ) reader card—no exceptions, no changes, no swaps, no customization of any kind for reader bingo. You customize your experience by choosing what to read to complete each fill.
Squares & Fills—There is only one prompt per square on our Reader Bingo Card. To complete a square, a fill is considered maximum interaction, which means reading the work, and leaving kudos, and making a comment that is a positive or uplifting contribution to the creator.
Constructive criticism, no matter how well intended, is not considered an uplifting contribution after a fanwork is already posted publicly and won’t count towards a square fill, so don’t do it in the name of Darcy Reader Bingo. If the Darcy Bingo HQ mod team discovers anyone is leaving unrequested or unprompted constructive criticism in lieu of uplifting comments in the name of Darcy Bingo or for participation in Darcy Reader Bingo, that person risks being restricted from access to all future rounds of Darcy Bingo, blocked by Darcy Lewis Bingo HQ on tumblr, and being banned from the Darcy Lewis Bingo HQ Discord server. The time to edit someone else’s work after it’s posted is never. Don’t do it.
If you’re completing a square that’s for a fannish work other than a fanfic, be sure to check your Reader Bingo Key to double-check which actions you need to complete for maximum reader interaction to complete the fill for that type of fanwork.
What’s the Point?—The goal for this bingo is maximum reader/audience interaction, so it won’t be enough just to read fics for bingo credit and tell us which fics you read on your final masterpost.
Maximum Effort—You’ll need to put in maximum effort for every completed square and fan creation, such as reading, leaving kudos, and a positive, encouraging, or uplifting text comment. And since bingo card squares are so small, we’ve abbreviated the most commonly repeated parts of the instructions for prompts and we’re including a key to help clarify what each of the abbreviations on your card mean.
Reader Bingo Key—
AO3 = Archive of Our Own
challenge fic = anything written for events like Soultember, Promptober, Holiday Advent, Darcy Bingo, etc.
FFn = FanFiction.net
fic = any text longer than 100 words posted to a fanfiction platform
l/c/reb = like, comment, & reblog (Remember to tell the artist if it’s your favorite!)
l/k/c = listen, kudos, & comment
r/c/reb = read, comment, & reblog
r/k/c = read, kudos, & comment
rer/k/c/rec = reread, kudos, comment, & recommend (Remember to tell the writer if it’s your favorite!)
w/k/c = watch, kudos, & comment
Recs—Wherever a prompt requires interaction with others beyond kudos and comments, such as recommendations, the recommendation needs to be public and linkable, so sites like tumblr, Threads, X, and the Archive are preferred. Wherever you have a fannish blog is allowed, however, if you can link back to it. If you rec the work somewhere and can’t link to your rec, you’ll need to figure out how to prove completion of the prompt square. Links are easy to copy, easy to save, easy to share. Highly recommend. 👌🏼
On our Discord, you’ll find a brand new channel for Reader Bingo Fills. If you have a rec to share, feel free to post it there or share it on your tumblr or other fandom space if you haven’t chosen to join us in Discord.
Deadlines & Masterposts
Deadlines—We have no deadlines, really. Just a form to fill out when you’re done with the current card and completed all the badges you’re interested in. Set your own goals and fill out the bingo award badge request form whenever you’re ready. (If you just need to know how long you have before the next reader bingo to work on this one, probably June 2025, if Reader Bingo is a success and we bring it back next year.)
Masterposts—Masterposts are due whenever you’re done with this card and have achieved the goals you’ve set for yourself, whether that’s a bingo or a total blackout. We recommend posting your masterpost to tumblr, Threads, X, Dreamwidth—or wherever your fandom blog home is—before the next reader bingo round.
Your masterpost should include a link to the fics you’ve read to complete each square and a recommendation to those who read your masterpost to convince them why they should read each work, too. 😄
The Darcy Lewis Bingo HQ mod team will also need to be able to read your masterpost wherever you post it, so plan accordingly if you don’t yet have a tumblr account so you can link back to your masterpost to share it for bingo credit.
On Discord, you can share your masterpost in our Master-posts Channel whenever it’s complete.
Reader Bingo Award Badges
2024 Reader Bingo, Truly, a Classic Achievement—fill 5 squares in a row, column, or diagonally on your DLBHQ reader edition bingo card.
2024 Reader Bingo Blackout Badge—complete all 25 fills on your DLBHQ reader edition bingo card and blackout all 25 squares.
Darcy Lewis Bingo Reader Edition Card Badge Claim Form—Claim your bingo badges here.

Do We Even Give A Damn?
Tumblr media
US Supreme Court issued two key rulings within the past week: •Houselessnesss is now illegal •US Presidents have been granted immunity.
Houselessness Per Google: “Last week, the Supreme Court issued its opinion in Grants Pass v. Johnson, which makes it easier for communities nationwide to fine, ticket or arrest people living unsheltered, even when there is no adequate shelter available.”
They have criminalized being houseless even when there are no other options available.
Immunity •Granted US Presidents immunity — as long as the President states that s/he was acting in an official capacity regardless of crime(s) committed, they will be granted immunity.
Due to a literal average 3 second attention span — 3 seconds! — and instant collective amnesia — within a day, dead Boeing whisteblowers & Super Bowl Chiefs Parade shooting were instantaneously forgotten by the public who had already moved on literally by the very next day.
Theres always another show to stream, social media feed to scroll, youtube video to watch, Discord server to respond to.
They are completely emboldened now and are gearing up for an end game.
You do know who they is — right?
From Chicago Sun Times: “As disturbing as this agenda is, the most alarming and repellent policy proposal contained within Project 2025 is the restructuring of the federal government, eliminating the kind of public servants who stopped Trump from completely disassembling the Department of Veterans Affairs, overcame his resistance to expelling Russian spies, deterred him from shooting racial justice protesters, derailed his plan to deploy the military against migrants and kick undocumented children out of schools and deflected his suggestion to drop nuclear bombs into the eyes of hurricanes.
The Heritage Foundation, which produced Project 2025, grew out of the mid-1970s movement to protect racially segregated schools. The first battle it waged was against a school district’s adoption of multicultural textbooks — “n- - - - er books,” as some opponents called them.’'
Why is Orbán their model? Because he showed them how to use elections to undermine democracy and ensure perpetual power for his team,” historian Nancy McClean said. “How? Orbán purged the civil service and refilled it with obedient loyalists. He got the Constitution altered. He completely dominates. And this is what Heritage wants to see happen in the United States.”
Hitler did it too — look up Night of The Long Knives.
Knives Out.
Tumblr media
I want you to know He's not coming back Look into my eyes I'm not coming back
So knives out Catch the mouse Don't look down Shove it in your mouth
If you'd been a dog They would've drowned you at birth Look into my eyes It's the only way you'll know I'm telling the truth
So knives out Cook him up Squash his head Put him in the pot
I want you to know He's not coming back He's bloated and frozen Still there's no point in letting it go to waste
So knives out Catch the mouse Squash his head Put him in the pot
Thom Yorke: “It’s partly the idea of the businessman walking out on his wife and kids and never coming back. It’s also the thousand yard stare when you look at someone close to you and you know they’re gonna die. It’s like a shadow over them, or the way they look straight through you. The shine goes out of their eyes.”
Its like a shadow over them.
The shine goes out of their eyes.
Project 2025. Modern Power Project.
The Democrats naturally have their own Project 2025 — Modern Power Project.
You dont actually think the two parties are different. Do you?
You didnt actually waste your time watching the debate. Did you?
Why is Netanyahu addressing Congress on July 11th after murdering 50k Palestinians since October 7th when 1,700 Israeli civilians have been killed since October 7th?
Dont those numbers seem uneven to you?
Thats not a war or a two-sided conflict — its a genocide that the US is funding to the tune of $4 billion a year in aid to Israel and supplying the weapons & bombs for via Boeing, Raytheon, Northrup Grumman & local mid-western weapons manufacturers.
Netanyahu gets the bully pulpit & gets to address Congress.
What does a murdered 6 year old Palestinian child, Hind Rajab, get?
International investigation into her murder confirms she was killed in “deliberate” Israeli fire.
Still, the US refuses to condemn Israel, refuses to stop funding the genocide and arming the IDF in their merciless butchering of my Palestinian brothers and sisters.
Whats going on?
62 House Democrats voted no last week to recognize the current civilian death toll in Palestine.
Why do you think that is?
As we move into the 4th of July “celebration” of a genocidal white supremacist police state based off of brutalism, slavery, militarism, racism, patrimony, patriarchy, misogyny, transphobia, homophobia, the ethnic cleansing of indigenous peoples, the powers that be want you to forget about the genocide in Palestine that YOU are funding with YOUR taxpayer dollars if you work a W-2 job or if you made more than $400 last year via freelancing or entrepreneurship.
That is the vast majority of adult Americans DIRECTLY funding the genocide in Palestine that is literally being livestreamed in real time on our phones on social media.
Enjoy your fucking fireworks.
Democrats Project 2025: “There’s also the awkwardness that surrounds any trend that serves to increase the identification between a private nonprofit and a sitting government — something that may be a boon to a particular think tank that wants to look influential, but can be uncomfortable for those who think about the policy ecosystem writ large.”
“My concern with ‘left’ or ‘right’ talent banks is that they would fuel the idea/narrative that the state is being captured,” said Enrique Mendizabal, whose On Think Tanks (https://onthinktanks.org/) studies think tanks themselves."
Were being set up.
And they know people are too distracted scrolling, streaming, gaming, messaging — theyre too numb — theyre too disaffected — non existent attention spans — instant collective amnesia — to give a fucking damn.
The knives are out.
As Michael Jackson pointed out so emotionally in Earth Song — he literally screamed it — do we give a damn?
The answer collectively is a resounding — About what?
Its not “No”.
Its bored indifference. Casual apathy. Unfeeling ignorance.
Its a yawn, an eye roll, a hand wave.
Its not even bothering to look up from scrolling social media.
Hashtags, trending topics, for you page.
Endless rabbit holes on youtube.
IG stories.
Discord servers.
Whatsapp group chats.
Twitch streams.
The age of giving a damn is over.
Time for AI, time for robotics, time for 80% of jobs to be replaced by AI, robotics, technology & automation.
Time for NeuraLink neural implants that will send an electronic signal to my neural synapses the millisecond a social media post receives a like.
Time for Google Glass — Version 2.0 — to play ads on our corneas and behind our eyelids.
Time for augmented and virtual reality to take the place of ever attending anything live ever again — sports game, concert and anything else — why attend anything live when I can just put on my VR & AR headset?
Why live my life when I have my virtual life on Metaverse?
I never have to live my offline life ever again.
I can permanently stay in the Metaverse.
Snowcrashed.
Ready Player One.

The fictional video game depicted in Angel Sanctuary in the 90s — what the manga & anime was named after — has now come to fruition.

Does anyone remember the very recent past?
Non-smart cell phones.
No unlimited data.
No 5G, no 4G, no 3G.
No text messages.
No apps.
No social media.
Do you remember the time?
No streaming apps.
Music videos on TV. MTV. That's what Music Television was.
Music videos debuting on TV not Youtube.
Youtube didnt exist before 2005.
Does anyone remember the time?
When songs were three to four minutes long not two minutes?
When cell phones werent surgically permanently attached to our hands?
When we werent on our cell phones 8 to 12+ hours a day every day?
When social media wasnt ubiquitious?
Do you remember the time?
Project 2025 is a 1000 page policy paper.
Per Google: “This 1000-page synopsis focuses on how the next Republican administration should spend their first 180 days in office on uprooting bureaucracy that they consider to be favoring the liberal political agenda. The director of the project, Paul Dans described the project by its pressing goal of “flooding the zone with conservatives.”
If successful, Project 2025 would facilitate the firing of approximately 50,000 federal workers. This mass exodus of a major workforce is merely a means to an end for the right-leaning Heritage Foundation and the other conservative corporations co-authoring the Project. They see the firing of career government officials as the most direct route to creating a federal bureaucracy filled with political loyalists.”
I dont have time to read 1000 words, much less a 1000 pages.
Does anyone remember a time before music videos?
Why do you think you havent heard as much about the Democrats version of Project 2025?
Its called the Modern Power Project.
Have you figured out yet that Democrats & Republicans are both controlled by the dark entities that inhabit the center of the planet of the earth?
They are the ones that install Reptilians as figureheads — Biden, Trump, Netanyahu, Blinken, etc.
Tumblr media
Look at the eyes.
They are Reptilians.
All US Presidents descend from the same UK royal bloodline.
Look up the genetic testing that has been done.
They are Reptilians.
The dark entities that inhabit the center of the earth placed a power grid on earth multiple millennia ago designed to keep humanitys consciousness at a lower level indefinitely so that they would be able to enslave & control us.
The Reptilians are their enforcers.
Dark empaths and malignant narcissists are their foot soldiers.
The dark entities that inhabit the center of the earth do not want humanity on a mass level raising their consciousness, experiencing their ego deaths, opening their third eyes, experiencing a kundalini awakening, self-actualizing and self-ascending.
If humanity on a mass level does the above and mass ascends, the planet — earth — will also ascend from our current 3D to 10D multidimensional living.
If you are a starseed, indigo child or angelic empath like me, and like Youneekk, your mission is to do everything you can in your own way for humanity to experience a mass consciousness raising.
Youre not human.
Its a temporary manifestation.
You are only temporarily manifested as a human.
Remember who you are.
You are an eternal energetic limitless being that originated in the dreamscape.
Thats all the afterlife is — your imagination.
We all intrinsically know from the time that we are children that we can dream and imagine anything.
Thats all the afterlife — dreamscape — is.
Its a multidimensional dimension that we all have existed in prior to our very, very temporary manifestations as humans for eternity.
Just like the “Big Bang” (Kemetic Explosion), we have existed eternally just like the universe and everything in it.
The creation explosion exploded out in a multifractal explosion of light eternally into the past and present in one eternal moment of creation that created everything — humans, unicorns, angels, dragons, gods, mermaids, whales, dolphins, wizards, magick, spells, fairies, sirens, mages, potions, incantations, poetry, art, music, creative expression, crystal balls…
Please Save My Earth, a 90s anime & manga, is actually real.
That is why people sent letters to the editor of the publication that the manga was originally serialized in stating that the manga brought back their memories — that they were actually aliens from a distant planet in a past life like the main characters that were sent to Earth in their current life to save the planet from ecological destruction.
Please Save My Earth is just describing starseeds & indigo children as that is our mission and the “past life on a distant planet” represented in the anime and manga is simply remembering that prior to you physically incarnating as a human being when your human parents conceived you, you were a limitless energetic eternal being in the dreamscape — you were highly empathic, sensitive, third eye open, self actualized and self ascended — then the process of incarnating as a physical human being in a 3D realm when your parents conceived you severed you from your true self.
Especially if youre American, you were then raised in a western capitalist society with the number one military and economy in the world — a patrimony, patriarchy, fascistic police state based on systems of inequality oppression and police brutality, white supremacy, free labor from enslaved Africans with no restitution or reparations ever paid to descendants that built this country, genocide of the Native Americans, Trail of Tears, zionist devil, funding the genocide in Palestine & supplying the weapons through Boeing, Raytheon, Northrup Grumman to murder 50k innocent Palestinian civilians, transphobic, homophobic, ableist, might makes right, exploitative, low down and dirty, cutting corners, killing whistleblowers, everybody dog food.
Hyper competition, being treated as a machine, dehumanized, being treated as a robot, a cog in the capitalist machine, being programmed to keep your head down and work, play through injuries, work while sick, “pain is weakness leaving the body”, militaristic, hegemonic, xenophobic, millions of poverty related deaths but povertys never addressed, industrial complex pipelines that lead directly to prison and/or death — foster “care” system, cancer industry, medical industry, pharmaceutical industry, NFL, WWE, adult film industry, NASCAR, PBR, UFC, boxing, psychiatric industry, OTC industry, opioid industry, corporate America, retail, fast food, food service, K-12 indoctrination centers, colleges & universities, US military, Pop Warner, fraternities & sororities, weight loss & diet industries, plastic surgery industry, cosmetics industry, alcohol industry, snack industry, beverage industry, meat industry, self care industry, social media, gaming, streaming, reality TV, big tech, big banks, finserv, Wall Street, Fortune 500, Fortune 100, Fortune 25, Fortune 10, Hollywood, music industry, TV industry, publishing industry, theater & Broadway, dancing, stripping…
Remember who you are…

Tumblr media
When managing a growing business or launching a new tech startup, finding a reliable and affordable dedicated server solution in Los Angeles can be a game-changer. With the increasing demand for secure, fast, and robust hosting solutions, many companies are searching for the best dedicated server deals without breaking their budget.
Key Stats and Facts About Dedicated Servers in Los Angeles
Growing Popularity: Los Angeles is a major hub for tech innovation and media, making it one of the top cities for data center infrastructure and dedicated server hosting in the United States. Reports indicate that the data center market in Los Angeles is projected to grow at over 12% annually through 2025.
Low Latency Connections: For businesses targeting West Coast, Asia-Pacific, and even global customers, Los Angeles-based servers offer incredibly low latency due to its strategic connectivity to undersea cable routes and major internet exchanges. This ensures faster loading times and smoother user experiences.
Energy Efficiency: Many Los Angeles-based data centers lead the way in green energy use, with some facilities powered by up to 70% renewable energy sources, helping businesses reduce their carbon footprint.
Cost-Effective Options: Dedicated servers in Los Angeles can start as low as $50 per month for basic configurations, with high-performance enterprise solutions scaling upwards depending on bandwidth, storage, and customization requirements.
Security and Compliance: Data centers in Los Angeles often adhere to strict compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA, ensuring robust security and reliability for businesses handling sensitive data.
These stats highlight why Los Angeles is a prime choice for dedicated server hosting, balancing performance, scalability, and value for businesses of all sizes.
If you’ve been asking yourself where you can find the cheapest dedicated server in Los Angeles, you’re in the right place. This guide will help you explore your options and introduce you to Atal networks, a provider that consistently stands out for its cost-effective and high-performance hosting services in LA.
What is a Dedicated Server, and Why Do You Need One?
A dedicated server is a hosting solution where an entire server is allocated to a single user or business. Unlike shared hosting, where resources like CPU, bandwidth, and memory are divided among multiple users, a dedicated server ensures you have full control and access to the server’s resources.
Why Choose a Dedicated Server?
Performance: Dedicated servers deliver unmatched performance, speed, and reliability.
Customization: You can customize your operating system, control panels, and software for your specific needs.
Security: With advanced protections like DDoS protection, dedicated servers provide top-notch security.
Scalability: As your business grows, you can easily upgrade to match your increasing traffic or processing needs.
Whether you’re running high-traffic websites, hosting applications, or managing large databases, a dedicated server in Los Angeles ensures your business has the infrastructure it needs to succeed.
How to Find the Cheapest Dedicated Server Deals in LA?
Tumblr media
Finding an affordable dedicated server web hosting in Los Angeles doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Here are three steps to help you make the right decision:

Before starting your search, outline your hosting requirements:

What level of security is crucial for your business?
Are additional features like full root access or enterprise-grade data centers essential to your operations?
2. Compare Hosting Providers
When comparing hosting providers in Los Angeles, pay attention to:
Pricing plans and whether they match your budget.
The performance and reliability of their servers.
Transparency in costs—avoid hidden fees.
Features like 24/7 support, server customization, and cutting-edge hardware.
