It is the caring, gentle, soft, nurturing, creative, compassionate, maternal, and loving energy that most of all connects with in the physical world. It’s the energy that helps us connect with people, take care of ourselves, take care of others, and grow as individuals. It has a healing energy of its own kind.

Dark feminine energy is the energy of transformation, shadow work/self, and embracing the dark aspects of repressed feminine and masculine energies. It challenges you to grow, change, transform, and be your authentic self. It’s an empowering force that gives you the strength, courage, and resilience to face your psychological issues and the unconscious part of yourself. It represents your feminine form at its best if you follow its lead to discover your empowered self. It’s also an intuitive energy that helps you uncover hidden truths and wisdom about how you function as a woman. It pushes you to attain what you desire, what you want, and what you need. Some Dark Feminine energy rules for me

⎯ Say NO when I need to protect myself from the destructive energy of others.

⎯ Release anger in a healthy way; understanding the trigger, process it, heal it, and transform it. Write about it. Change my reality.

⎯ Emotionally and energetically distance myself from someone who doesn't feel good for me.

⎯ SPEAK UP MORE. Let myself be heard loud and clear, even if I don't get it right at times. You always learn from experiences. I am still learning to express myself.

⎯ Setting boundaries, even if it may upset others. My feelings and needs are more important.

⎯ Speaking my truth, even if you may look mean, bad, heartless, or "disrespectful". Don't give a f*ck about what people may think. Following through on my principles and values is what matters. The right people will see me and understand. Tame the guilt and shame.

⎯ If something feels off, TRUST IT, and act accordingly to protect myself. Don't wait or give more chances than they truly deserve from me.

⎯ Standing up for myself, even if it means standing alone.

⎯ If I don't like you, I don't like you. They are reasons why we feel dislike towards someone, and we need to listen to it. If the dislike comes from valuing yourself, it's a protective dislike. If the dislike comes from devaluing yourself, it's a self-destructive dislike. Know the difference.

⎯ Apologizing less. Knowing when to say sorry and when not. I say sorry if I have done something wrong only.

⎯ Not seeking approval and validation from others for anything.

⎯ Prioritizing myself.

⎯ Authenticity.

⎯ Embracing fully my uniqueness.

⎯ Let myself be seen and shine.
