Hello! Thank you very much for your question and the kind words. So, regarding the height of the RO's, from the tallest to the shortest it goes like this:

•Kai (both): 2.10 cm or 6'8 ft.

•M!Azyy: 1.97 cm or 6'4 ft.

•M!???: 1.90 cm or 6'2 ft.

•F!Azzy and M!Secret Route: 1.88 cm or 6'1 ft.

•F!???, M!Ely and F!SR: 1,80 cm or 6'0 ft.

•F!Ely: 1,75 cm or 5'7 ft.

P.S.; I am already working on a variation of the text for a male MC that will probably be added once the prologue and first chapter are published, no promises though.

It’s funny… Ramb refer to the Mantle game as being more ‘free’ than the restrictive and railroady ‘Legend of Tenna’. Calling it “the original game, where you decide what to do” is obviously supposed to call into mind Undertale, and so do the designs of the enemies.

But… how ‘free’ is it, really?

Tenna removed the sword-based combat and replaced it with more ‘wholesome’ activities like puzzles and quizzes that progress in a fairly-linear order but… the ‘original game’ was nothing but combat. Fighting is something you have no choice but to do if you want to progress the game. In fact, you have to literally follow orders the game tells you.

This is obviously a huge contrast to Undertale, and Deltarune's Weird Route, as well as the Dragon Blazerz game that seems to have been the in-universe inspiration to this game (as well as kind of an Undertale parallel in its own right).

All of these feature a choice between being a Horrible Murderbastard and solving conflicts through other means to some degree. The Mantle Game is a one where you have to be violent, you basically don’t have a choice.

Sure, I guess you can go to any screen you’d like and decide to fight the enemies in whatever order you want… but by this metric, even “Legend of Tenna” had some degree of non-linearity in terms of which puzzles you do when or the order you pick up keys/take photos. I guess comparatively, Mantle has more freedom of movement, but it also had it's own progression-based roadblocks.

Even when you can upgrade your sword to go ‘out of bounds’ in the Mantle Game, there’s really only one thing to find and one thing to do there.

If anything, you can argue that Tenna’s game is a lot more ‘free’, because Tenna replaced the in-game combat with regular Deltarune battles… which do allow you to choose between different violent and non-violent options.

I’ve often said that Deltarune’s central theme is less “your choices don’t matter” and more like “do your choices matter?”, "what makes your choices matter?" and this feels like an extension of that. How many roadblocks does a game need before it starts feeling truly railroady?

How do games sell you the illusion of freedom, and what do they need to do to make it truly convincing?

Does a game that allows you to do a violence actually feel more ‘free’ than non-violent game, even if they’re both equally restrictive in terms of your interactions?

And of course, neither of these games have any ounce of ‘Freedom’ from Kris’ perspective. Because violence or pacifism, puzzles or swords, they never get to be the one in control.

While I don't think Carol herself is the Roaring Knight, this was shady as fuck. After all that happened and how her return just casually coincided with the voice over the phone? The way she immediately kicked Susie out? There is no way she isn't involved, or at least doesn't know ANYTHING.

What are the RO's reaction to MC dying in their arms? (Love the story btw, the beginning had been very intriguing so far! <3)

I had to restrain myself a lot not to write the scenarios as they would have to be quite vague (because of the backstory and things not yet known about the RO's not because Crown may eventually die 👀) and I really don't like to write vaguely so let's see.

Undoubtedly Kai is the most affected no matter what route you're on with them because not only is it the heartbreaking pain of losing someone who is as fundamental to them as their family, but they also failed, they failed Crown's family, their own family, Crown and themself, almost all of Kai's self esteem is based on their ability to be useful to those they love so yeah, they probably couldn't be the same after that.

Azzy is... uh, ugly, very ugly, if no one stops them they will probably trade their own life for Crown's, they would absolutely refuse to let go of the body, and if the trade doesn't work out or they are stopped they would be completely consumed by their pain, if they were difficult to deal with before, after the fact it would be impossible to even be in the same room as them without feeling suffocated.

They don't so much feel they failed themself as they feel they failed Crown, they lost them once for nothing but their own fault and once they thought they could be happy they lose Crown again.

It's somewhere between hilarious and insulting that anyone would believe that something as silly as the laws of nature could separate you from ??? They will bargain, kill, steal and commit all sorts of horrors to bring Crown back and even more so if the perpetrator(s) somehow managed to escape their wrath.

Ely thought they knew pain, utter desolation and hopelessness, but this...this is easily the worst day of their life, they caress Crown's face as they begin to tell them in faint whispers that they understand this is their revenge for the pranks Ely played on them, begging for them to wake up and hug them, that they won't be mad at Crown, that Ely will be happy if they just open their eyes and smile at them.

Slowly their voice increases in pitch and ferocity, how dare they? Who do Crown think they are to revive their broken heart only to abandon them like everyone else? Oh, and they thought they were so good, no, now Ely knows that Crown is the worst of them all, the cruelest, the most selfish and inconsiderate.

Uhm, as if it changes anything. SR varies a lot, but in general it ranges from mild annoyance that someone dared to end Crown's life, as if they had the right, to outright fury that someone had the gall to hurt someone who belongs to SR.

2 days ago I said the words "I have no thoughts on ramb at all". I have since developed thoughts on Ramb.

It's probably a stretch, but I like the idea that he was controlling the little shadow mantle boss creature in the last secret game before he got completely petrified...It's not written quite the same as his but I think you can just about read its dialogue britishly if you try. Though I guess if you say that's him it also makes him seem really sinister...I guess I already think he's a little sinister though. I also think he looks like a little doggy

In case you were wondering, I am very not normal about Kris’ Titles in the Sword Route. Like, there’s the way they draw attention to the connection between the Mantle Game and the Dragon Blazerz games, and the fact that Kris advancing through these three Titles calls to mind how Noelle had three Titles to advance through on the Weird Route….

But it’s also the fact that……. the third Title both plays on the theme of Kris being a literal tool for the player, just a way to carry our sword around... and is literally like ‘has-sword related trauma now’…..

Kris is very Not Okay.
