*The Doctor leaned back, a soft chuckle escaping his lips as he considered the question. His expression was relaxed, almost amused, as if the absurdity of the scenario barely registered in his mind. With a casual shrug, he shifted his weight, rolling it on the balls of his feet. There was something almost effortless in the way he responded, as though dressing out of time was an everyday occurrence—because for him, it often was.*

*His eyes sparkled with a teasing light, the corners of his mouth lifting into a grin before he spoke.*

“Me personally? I say... a high and good 9.”

*The playful tone in his voice hung in the air for a moment, his head tilting slightly as if to emphasize his indifference. His hands gestured lazily in the air, painting a picture of the bizarre normalcy he embraced.*

“I already dress like someone from the roaring twenties.”

*His grin widened, and he leaned forward as though sharing a secret, his voice lowering into an almost conspiratorial tone.*

“And honestly? I’ve partied with 18th-century French aristocrats enough times to register that kind of preference as… well, pretty commonplace.”

*There was a nonchalance in the way he said it, reminded of that one time he likely invented the banana daiquiri a few centuries earlier than it should have, as well as steal a kiss from a very influential madam who took a liking to him— but that was a memory for another time.*

“So, Victorian at the club? Doesn’t bother me. Adds a bit of charm, really. Who wouldn’t want a dance with someone who looks like they stepped out of a different century?”

Nothing much had been happening so why was Wheelie on the floor, shaking? His hands were clammy and his heart was racing. There were tears racing down his cheeks. His wrists hurt from the flapping he did to try and regulate.

What had he even been doing? His music was up loud but it always was. He probably hadn’t eaten but he used to go up to a week without food before. The lights were too bright but they always were. Had he been on his phone?

He scratched at his skin and tried to calm down but nothing was working.

“Fucking hell!” He screamed through tears.
