aries: cardinal full moons like the one featured this week can make you feel like the rope in a game of tug of war. a series of tense mars aspects probably doesn't help. on the bright side, venus moves into your fellow fire sign of sagittarius this week, bringing whimsy if not downright romance into any academic interests you have going.

taurus: many lovely earthy and venusian vibes occur throughout this week as venus herself heads for your 8th house. relationships may take more intimate turns, or fall apart, but you'll probably have some good fortune if you try your hand at real estate or stocks.

gemini: no one thrives in chaos like a gemini, but maybe it's less fun when that chaos centers on your ruling planet, mercury. still, only a little elbow grease will have you making the most of it, plus venus into sagittarius brings good vibes to a relationship situation - even if a relationship is ending, as it will for a small group of you, such endings are sometimes cause for celebration, as in now.

scorpio: as the fieriest of the water signs, venus heading for sagittarius won't bother you too much. indeed, it lends a little lightness to a deep and heavy vibe all week. plus, it's great news for your money and other resources.

sagittarius: the vibe is increasingly mutable-jovial, which is perfect for you. fire increases, spontaneity increases, spirits are high or if not, at least a sense of urgency is. impulsivity is auspicious BUT be careful of mercury retrograde concerns!

Do you think Oscar birthday could be in October like Ruby's

Hiya anon-chan! Hmm, that’s not a bad thought. However, this squiggly Pinehead has always been more preferring of the idea of Oscar being either an Easter/Spring-born child as a Taurus horoscope or a New Year Baby.

Originally I had pegged May 15th as a candidate for Oscar’s birthday but the CRWBY showrunners ended up giving that to Weiss. I mean nothing wrong with Oscar sharing a birthday with another one of our main cast of heroes. Still; I think the main consensus is Oscar having his own birthday separate from another character (since he already shares the spotlight with Ozpin, no need for him to share his birthday with another character too!)  Although, him sharing the same astrological sign with another character wouldn’t be bad.  

 January 1st still remains my top pick for a possible birth date for Oscar.

Then again; there is also August 21st that is starting to grow on me. And similar to my Oscar Baby New Year theory, this date also fits for him given his fairytale inspiration.

August 21st is the canonical birthday of Princess Ozma from the Wizard of Oz who Oscar draws inspiration from.

If Oscar shared the same birthday as his Wizard of Oz counterpart then it would make him a Leo horoscope.

If this were canon then Oscar would be the second Leo in our hero group next to Yang Xiao Long whose birthday is July 28th.

I actually think this works quite nicely.  Oscar and Yang do share a few similarities in respect to their personalities and more importantly, their dynamic with Ruby.

And speaking of Ruby---Ruby is a Scorpio as we know her to be.

According to research, the Leo-Scorpio combination is a match of opposites. A Leo is outgoing, warm, and sunny, while a Scorpio is introverted, intense, and emotional. The result of this pairing is a love relationship that will be passionate above all else.

The tidbit about Leo’s being sunny works for Yang obviously since her name literally means “sun” in Chinese and her nickname for her by her father is “sunny little dragon”.

However; some Pineheads have also associated Oscar with the sun and warmth and this contrasts with Ruby who is represented by the moon.

Ruby and Oscar are two smaller, more honest souls who are opposites that also complement each other very well.

Green and Red. Gold and Silver Sun and Moon.

So to actually answer your question m’fam, no I don’t think Oscar’s canonical birthday could be in October like Ruby…since I actually think it would be more fitting if his birthday came before hers in the year.

And as of now, Oscar being a fellow lion born in August--- protective, warm and caring to perfectly contrast yet balance out Ruby (in a much better way than even her older sister by the way) is really, really working for me.

While I will forever love the concept of him being a new year baby, if Oscar is somehow revealed to be a Leo just like Princess Ozma in the Wizard of Oz and just like Yang in RWBY…then I can totally see it. And I totally dig it cause it fits.

But that’s just me. Ya’ll have seen me ping-pong back and forth between a preferred date for the little prince’s day of birth. This is just a new installment.

Harry’s Saturn Return 🪐

Hi everyone :)

I said that after I did a little reading and research I would do a little dive into Harry’s Saturn return, which happens to be coming up in 2023. This would be his first Saturn return, which is essentially meant to ‘kickstart’ his adulthood.

The basics:

In the most basic terms: Saturn return is the time when Saturn comes back to the exact same spot to when you were born. It takes 28-30 years for Saturn to make its way around the zodiac - and there are generally three Saturn returns for everyone: your late 20s, your mid 50s, and then again in your 80s.

Saturn is known as the “greater malefic” in traditional astrology. It represents reality checks, restriction, mortality, and loss. On the constructive side, it brings much-needed structure and rewards patience and hard work. 

His return:

Harry’s Saturn Return starts now (Technically 7th March 2023) and will finish its transit in November. Since it’s his first return, it’s about responsibility, accountability and growth:

“They have a way of bringing up realities about yourself or your situation that you have avoided in the past. They’re the moments you realize there’s no one else to do this work. While that can feel daunting at first, this is exactly how you move into the next stage of realizing your potential.”

Interestingly enough, Harry’s Saturn is in Pisces, which for him is about spirituality, introspection and ‘practical idealism’:

Saturn stays in Pieces for the next three years. “From 2023 through 2026, Saturn will confront our relationships to addictions, dependencies, and dissociation, initiating an awakening, and a rebirth”. This is his horoscope for Saturn in Pisces:

Lots of talk about how much he’s changed, and whether or not he’s being properly compensated for it. He’s no longer a member of One Direction, he’s his own entity, and we’re starting to see that in his career with the accolades and recognition. His style has come a long way as well, and I think we’ll see it evolve even more in the next few years. Does he continue with Gucci? Does he branch out and we see him evolve? 

It might also mean we see a rebirth of him. Maybe not in a massive way, it might mean small changes that help him stand apart from others, and it might mean personal rebirths, too, but I think we’ve started to see a bit of it over the last few months - so expect an amplification of it during his transit.

4th House

So, I don’t know for sure, but if we go by what the internet says and assume his birth was at night, Harry’s 4th House is in Aquarius, and the 4th House represents home, family roots, relationships with friends and family (blood and chosen). Fourth House often encourage us to invest in our infrastructure by creating more private, nurturing spaces that make us feel safe, loved, and cared for.

In Aquarius, it indicates that Harry might enjoy freedom over anything else, and since he never really settles, he looks for consistencies elsewhere - so like friend groups, routines, etc. During his Saturn return, it’s possible this brings up where he truly wants to settle his bones, and makes him restructure or rethink the way he spends his time at home.

I am also now convinced As it Was was written about his Aquarius in 4th lol:

“As far as their private and personal life goes, they need to have a wide social circle and to entertain their public. It’s also about the way they’re expressing their individuality in groups. Fourth House Aquariuses are comfortable and more confident when spending their time with others because they can’t feel safe or strong when acting all alone.”

This got really long winded and I have no idea if it makes sense, but a lot of what is here, we’re already seeing ‘the work’ being put in. I will be interested to watch his growth over the next few months, and then in the 3 years Saturn stays in Pisces. If he faces his dark cosmic master (Saturn) head on, but with an open mind and the willingness to change and adapt, I think we’re going to see Harry in a whole new way, and it will benefit him spiritually, emotionally and career-wise!
