Already in the start 0:51 it starts to sound like pre-sequel jack or "john" and it says "if he said help me kill the president" who is the president of hyperion at that time? HAROLD TASSITER WHO HE HATED AND KILLED.

Then 1:05-1:56 it sound like borderlands 2 cause he got older and it sounds like it was from the vault hunters prospective too especially when they said "he tells me to be cautious" he was warning the vault hunters of getting hurt especially after they killed angel.

AND THEN 1:59-2:47 it sounds like it takes place in tftbl now but in rhys's perspective describing jack ESPECIALLY when said "when he talks I hear his ghost" sounding like ai jack who basically no one could see or hear except rhys ALSO he went through stuff like a ghost sooooo...

And then the ending was just like jack disappearing into the nothingness again and or being put into the gun in bl3...

jfv!axton and salvador. Axton Falstaff is pursuing his modeling and actor dreams, dude is a celeb in many systems. Salvador Caballero is laying low, he runs a combination gun workshop/shooting range/community kitchen in New Ovejas (get it ?), neither are really profitable, he's just helping out his folks and living off his absolutely massive vault hunting fortune (gunzerkin' is pretty efficient), also he plays the electric guitar in his free time (that last part is based on new tales)

hammer wright bc i havent actually drawn the guys face in a while. i find it funny that in my current style it almost looks like a Normal Dude unless you look closely.

alistair shows a photo of his daughter to sasha. semi related, what kind of language are you supposed to use in place of words like "conception" or "expectant" when your child is growing in a vat

i really do believe that bl3 should have killed lilith off instead of maya.. maya's death felt like it was done for shock value.. lilith has been through so much already on top of losing her powers.. the twins should have killed her when they did this.. it would've been crazy good storywise..

1. How I feel about this character

He is my number one boy. 𝖎 𝖜𝖎𝖑𝖑 𝖕𝖗𝖔𝖙𝖊𝖈𝖙 𝖍𝖎𝖒

Timmy, Nisha, Rhys (gotta respect my roots)

3. My non-romantic OTP for this character

You know what? I think he could have something deeply Freudian going on with Harold Tassiter. Why the hell not.

4. My unpopular opinion about this character

Handsome Jack is queer-coded. The following experts are taken from “Gender Transgression and Villainy in Animated Film” by Meredith Li-Vollmer & Mark E. LaPointe (NOTE ON THE SOURCE: games and animation are separate art forms, but certain tropes in character design are prevalent in both mediums. Therefore, I find this article relevant to the discussion)

The article points out such psychical characteristics of a queer villain:

“The finer bone structure in the facial features of villains [...] a narrow jaw line and high, prominent cheekbones—contrasts with the strong chins of the masculine heroes” 

Jack’s jaw is noticeably more narrow than that of Roland’s. His cheekbones were "Forcibly removed from Eden-6's most famous actor and jammed into his jawline." (Reddit AMA) 

“Villains’ feminine facial features are further emphasized through color and shading that give them the appearance of wearing cosmetics [...] their eyebrows appear plucked and arched.” 

His mask, lighter than his actual skin tone, simulates make-up. It can be easily compared to the powdered complexion of Moxxi. His eyebrows are well groomed. Other masculine characters in Bl2 (e.g., Axton, Salvador) have noticeably more “bushy” eyebrows.

"Villains also have more feminine hairstyles."

Jack’s iconic hairdo is, once again, more similar in style to Moxxi’s than to those of masculine heroes. Roland, Brick, and Axton all keep their hair short.

“The physiques of animated villains also connote feminine forms. For example [...] a voluminous chest but a much narrower waist and hips that together create a silhouette resembling a corseted woman.” 

Just look at him.

“Whereas male protagonists exhibit high levels of physical activity and exertion in performing their many heroic deeds, villains have much lower levels of activity. Unlike their heroic counterparts, villains have henchmen do the manual labor.” 

He does not fight his own battles. He also can’t match Vault Hunters physically, and that’s why he has to resort to trickery to gain the upper hand.

I will make a separate post elaborating on this, but for now I just wanted it out of my system.

5. One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

This probably means nothing to you, but Salvador from BL2 is so short I find it hilarious. Like- even Wednesday would be taller than him!
