Hydroponic Vegetables Online in Delhi NCR | Inhydrogreens
Hydroponic vegetables offer several benefits over traditionally grown vegetables, and here are a few of them:
Higher Yield: Hydroponic vegetables can produce up to 3-4 times higher yields than traditionally grown crops. This is because the plants are grown in a controlled environment with optimized growing conditions, such as precise nutrient levels and lighting.
Faster Growth: Hydroponic vegetables grow faster than traditional crops because they are grown in a nutrient-rich solution, and the plants can take up nutrients more efficiently.
Water Efficiency: Hydroponic vegetables use up to 90% less water than traditionally grown crops because the water is recirculated through the system.
Pesticide-Free: Hydroponic vegetables are grown in a controlled environment, and pests can be easily controlled without the need for harmful pesticides.
No Soil Erosion: Hydroponic vegetables don't require soil to grow, so there is no soil erosion, which is a significant problem in traditional agriculture.
Year-Round Production: Hydroponic vegetables can be grown year-round, regardless of the season, climate, or weather conditions.
Locally Grown: Hydroponic vegetables can be grown locally, reducing transportation costs and the carbon footprint associated with transporting crops long distances.
Higher Nutrient Content: Hydroponic vegetables have higher nutrient content than traditionally grown crops because they are grown in a nutrient-rich solution.
Overall, hydroponic vegetables offer many benefits over traditional agriculture, making them a more sustainable and efficient way to produce food.

My Weight Loss & Fitness Strategy:
Just like 2 years ago, I'm going to keep it simple.
Fitness:
Straight cardio no chaser. Not going to focus on strength building or weights at the moment. I'm going to be doing aerobic walking (via my Walk At Home subscription) and I will be doing an average of 3 miles every day (sometimes it may be less, like 2 miles, other times it will be more, like 5 miles. But every day minus rest day I will be doing anywhere from 30 min - 1hr of exercise). I'll also be adding in some 10 minute "warm ups/light walks" throughout the day, not so much as additional exercise but just so that my body can get some movement after it's been sitting in one place for hours.
I also know that I need to incorporate stretching and flexibility workouts into my plan as well. I always do a quick stretch at the end of my workouts but I definitely need to fit in some longer ones as well.
Eating/Diet:
This is where it may get questionable for some people, so let me state my disclaimer again: i'm not encouraging nor recommending anyone to do what i'm about to do. this is simply what worked for me.
So as far as eating goes, I will mostly be eating salads with an iceberg lettuce base with vegetables and protein toppings. I will of course still have some indulgences (I actually think it's important that you do, restrictive dieting is one way to regain your weight back quickly once the diet is over) but for the most part I will be eating salads and having certain veggies and fruits.
If this list seems rather small (especially compared to 2 years ago when i was also having oatmeal, green smoothies, etc. ) it's because I have now been diagnosed with SIBO, candida and chronic constipation (with is closely related to IBS). although I'm not going to focus on healing my digestive issues at this time, I also don't want to eat foods that are going to trigger them or make them worst.
I'm currently researching and looking more into this so my diet will most likely be altered along the way.
And that's all folks. I'll be posting daily updates with pics of my food (sometimes). This blog may get a bit fitblr-y for a while lol.

shaking crying screaming throwing up re: Desire Catcher (2019)
(Show CW: there is sexual violence involved in the core case. Please take care!)
I need to just ramble incoherently for a hot sec because oooooo boy the vibes are impeccable??
The TLDR is:
The two male leads have a relationship that's like Wangxian spiced with Pingxie. I know. I KNOW. The pining is off the charts, my friends. Truly unparalleled.
There is absolutely no romance whatsoever! (Except for the case where there are two men who adopt an abandoned baby together?? I mean?? ^_^) Huge win for the aros!!
If that's all you need, read no further, I shall not spoil. Come back and scream with me when you're done.
More detail below:
There are lots of surface-level similarities to Under the Skin: Frenemies-to-bromance male leads, one is a cop with a chip on his shoulder and impeccable dark/leather jackets, the other is a floppy-haired, khaki-wearing consultant with a peppy demeanor that hides deep personal trauma... but, honestly, I think Desire Catcher is what Under the Skin WISHES it was. (No shade if you loved Under the Skin -- I just personally wanted a bit more from it.)
The male leads, my goodness. Zheng Yecheng plays Lu Fengping, and Xin Yunlai plays Luo Fei. They are both so FREAKIN' good. Their characters at first just seem like typical archetypes of the stoic one and the bubbly one (WHICH I LOVE ANYWAY) but they take everything to the next level with their microexpressions that both reveal and conceal their haunted pasts, and extreme pining. Which leads me to...
The Wangxian of it all... *delighted sigh*... The person who wrote like the one fic on Ao3 in this fandom pointed out (much more eloquently than I'm about to) that Luo Fengping spends most of the show trying (and not knowing how) to save Lu Fengping the same way that Lan Wangji spends so much time trying (and not knowing how) to save Wei Wuxian. I won't spoil anything about their successes vs. failures in this post, but I have been turning around this brilliant point in my head for a week now and I am still vibrating at a totally normal frequency about them.
Which brings me to the devastating trope of how do you save someone who doesn't want to be saved? Yes yes yes OF COURSE this is a Mysterious Lotus Casebook reference. Come chew glass with meeeeeeee
And there's also: The Girl Cop!! (lol) Liang Yin!!!!! I ended up loving her. I need to watch the show again just so I can love her more, because the whole time I was worried she would become a love interest to one of the guys she shared a past with. But they all find solace and redemption WITHOUT romance!! What a concept!
Which brings me to another show this one reminded me of: the k-drama The Guest. That show also has a glorious polycule who are all connected through a shared trauma and need each other to heal. HOOK IT TO MY VEINS.
The case of the week stuff was pretty good. And by pretty good I mean completely devastating.
The big final plot resolution was a little werd ngl but you just gotta squint through some of the copaganda, shhh, it's fine
(The ENDING though.... literally just heart eyes all over the place, motherfuckers)
Look I know I said there wasn't any romance, but Luo Fei and Lu Fengping spend at least five minutes every episode pining at each other / into each other's eyes RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY SALAD while a dramatic ballad plays in the background, so, like. That's a thing. <3
Did I literally pay for the more expensive Viki subscription service so I could gif their pining in better HD?? Who's to say???

end of year book asks! Hmm... I'd love to know 3, 8, and 12.
3. What were your top five books of the year?
This was SO HARD. This is by no means an exhaustive list of my favorite books that I read this year—I originally had like eight listed before I hemmed and hawed and deleted 3 of them. But in no particular order:
A Nobleman's Guide to Seducing a Scoundrel by KJ Charles
10 Things That Never Happened by Alexis Hall
The Sleeping Soldier by Aster Glenn Gray
The Mars House by Natasha Pulley
Witch King by Martha Wells
8. Did you meet any of your reading goals? Which ones?
I initially set my book goal way too low, so then I raised it later in the year, and I hit both the too low goal and the...also probably too low goal. Other than that, my goals are kind of nebulous, like "read some nonfiction" and "don't just read the same genre." I think I did pretty well, especially because I got into the British Library's Weird Tales series at the end of the year, here.
12. Any books that disappointed you?
I just DNFed one today, actually. A lot of books disappoint me because I read a lot, haha. My disappointments tend to be Big 5 trad published books, because they always look so glossy and professional, and they're in bookstores, and the author has an agent, etc etc. So then when the book isn't great, I'm like, really? Really?
Anyway just scrolling through my DNFs for the year, there are a LOT of Illumicrate books in here, and also some straggler Rainbow Crate books that I didn't get to until after I'd already canceled my subscription (vindicating my decision to cancel said subscription). A big disappointment was The Foxhole Court. I have no idea why it's so popular. Stars in Your Eyes by Kacen Callender, The Death I Gave Him by Em X Liu were two others that I'd been looking forward to and was unimpressed by. OH! I know the one that disappointed me the most! The Archive Undying by Emma Mieko Candon. I actually trudged through this one completely because I kept expecting it to get better. It did not. It's word salad masquerading as prose. And it's like almost 500 pages of word salad.
The one I DNFed today was The Nightmare Before Kissmas by Sara Raasch. It had all the irritating parts of Red, White and Royal Blue with none of the good ones.
Thank you for asking!

Cringe and Cursed Lin Kuei HCs
Tomáš Vrbada
The reason Bi Han hates him so much is because as a child he snuck into his room and waxed his balls while he was asleep.
He also got his Vrbadussy pounded by Kuai but we don't speak about that
At some point as a child he wanted to be like Bi Han so he continuously ate yellow snow hoping it would turn him into a cryomancer
He eats flowers when he's alone, that's why his breath always smells great
He got his ass kicked because he wouldn't stop saying "sticking out your gyatt for the rizzler you're so skibidi you're so fanum tax"
Tried to cook eggs and bacon on Kuai's face while he slept
Listened to 'Pumped Up Kicks' except it wasn't Pumped Up Kicks and he ate a shoebox
His nickname for Bi Han is "one inch wonder"
Kuai Liang
As the middle child he hated being ignored so he stuffed a moldy egg salad sandwich under Bi Han's pillow
When confronted he proudly admitted to it and got the ass beating of a life time but was happy to get attention
Pounded Smoke's Vrbadussy but said "IF YOU MAKE ANY NOISE AND BI HAN CATCHES US I'M GONNA BEAT YOUR ASS SO HARD YOU'LL BE SINGING 'WHAT'S MY NAME' BY RIHANNA"
Enjoyed twerking and bouncing a basketball with his ass
Identified as a furry so Bi Han made him use a litter box
Kept quickly running out of deodorant sticks because he thought it was lube
He wanted to know what "blue balls" were so he dyed his balls blue
Would not stop singing "pizza pasta put it in a box bring it here and put it on my cock the tortellini on my weenie pepperoni on the walls cheezy on my peeny and some sauce a on my balls"
Bi Han
Tried to dice up baby Tomáš and incorporate him into his salad
Also tried to turn Tomáš into a Thanksgiving meal
Taped baby Tomáš to the door
Took Kuai and Tomáš to McDonalds and held an employee at gunpoint for not having any BBQ sauce left
Got made fun of for buying Sareena's e-girl bath water
Pays monthly subscription of $27.82 for Sareena's OnlyFans account
Jerked off to Sareena feet pics except he didn't have a flesh light so he used Tomáš's peanut butter jar
Clogged the shower drain with pubic hair
#i told you these would be cursed and cringe#kuai liang#tomas vrbada#mk bihan#bi han#subzero#mortal kombat#subsmoke#mk scorpion

Week 4 Farm Box!
Today we begin with a round of "What's That Vegetable?"
Here's our contestant:
I got it out of the swap box, in exchange for a lettuce the size a toddler. Here's the base of one of the bunches:
I haven't even started on last week's lettuce yet, and I still have some from Week 2. So I took this because it's A) Not Lettuce, and B) smaller.
Here's a sample leaf:
My best guess is Baby Bok Choy, but in the pictures I'm finding, the stems are wider and whiter than this. So I'm not sure if this is More Baby Than Usual Bok Choy, a different variety, or something else entirely.
On a related note, does anyone have recipes for baby bok choy/similar greens? I know it's good in stir fries, but they didn't give me anything else stir-fryable, and I hesitate to go out and buy more vegetables in order to use up the vegetables to whom I have already made a commitment.
Anyway, here's the rest of this week--we have a special guest star!
From top left, we have:
?? Possibly baby bok choy
Dandelion greens
A thankfully Smallish bunch of kale
Green garlic
Scallions
Asparagus
Thyme
Jerusalem Artichokes, and
--drumroll, please!
Strawberries!!!!
The strawberries are a surprise treat! The "what to expect" email from the weekend didn't include them, and then the "what you're getting" email from this morning said that they were out of dandelion greens and scallions, so we were getting strawberries instead.
I would 100% have taken that deal, but the more eagle-eyed reader may have noticed that I did get dandelion greens and scallions. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Also, my fruit subscription doesn't start for a few weeks yet, and I'd heard that strawberries were coming ripe early this year in my area, so I was worried I'd miss them.
For this week my plans include
A big dish of strawberries with sugar on them
Roasted jerusalem artichokes and asparagus, probably with whatever fish I've got in the freezer (will use some of the scallions, garlic, and thyme)
Salad using last week's radishes and lettuce, I guess
??? Something using the bok choy/whatever, and ideally the dandelion greens and kale too--suggestions welcome!
I guess I could buy just some carrots and peppers, and then use those in both the salad and a stir-fry? And then the stir-fry could have a couple of radishes in it, too, along with greens, garlic, and scallions, and maybe some shrimp or something. Then I'd just need a sauce of some kind.

Ok, I signed up for the quarterly Carb Manager subscription. So I'm going to try that for my future fasts.
Good day on all counts, apart from my stupid body trying to hold me back. Hormones, genetics, diabetes. Pffft. Nope. Not happening.
Wonderful food, ending my eating window with an 8oz gammon steak, two fried eggs, peas and salad. A lovely treat at the pub where we've parked the motorhome for the night.
And very much welcome after a 27 mile bike ride with lots of steep ups and downs!
Plus we found a costa, to sit outside with our packed lunch a few miles towards the end. Extra shot cappuccino for me, thank you very much!
Life is good 😄.

it's christmas eve and the chaos has only ramped up today
this day's topic is: My sister's weekly subscription to a place that delivers salad kits to the door.
Which I find silly because she clearly doesn't eat them at a pace that she needs that many salads weekly. I had one and they're good but not weekly-expense-of-that-magnitude good.
And I'm like "she could get some mason jars for like $30 for a pack of 10, reuse them as needed, buy all the components, prep them herself for a fraction of the price and it'd only take a few minutes" but no, that would require any sort of effort from her.
so queue big hubbub as this service delivers TWO cases of salad when there is already a drawer in the fridge full of salad kits from the previous delivery and my mom losing her mind over it, my dad being grumpy because the only place that has space is his mini fridge, my sister making a fuss over how she can just give them away to neighbors.

Via reddit:
Has anyone else given up on Google? It used to be fantastic. The internet in general did. Now everything other than reddit(but increasingly on here) feels fake as shit and just word salad shit that you come out of exhausted from reading, with no real answer. Half the time i give up, and just try figuring things out alone even if it takes experimentation. I rather find myself wanted to read a book on something now where as before i would have been very satisfied with just online material from googling. I understand SEO is a big issue, but i think its a problem with web-content in general too now. Every “content creator” is just in it for the money. They spend time making “content” but their research consists of consuming other content-creators resources who also did the same thing, fueld by junk google SEO or whatever, or just some “viral” marketing(manipulation) mixed in. Its fucking useless. Its no long enthusiasts and hobbyists or anecdotes anymore. Its sad but i have noticed a trend towards things you have to pay for being better, and things you have to pay for once being even better(not subscription). The free web has gone from amazing, fun, useful and usable to the exact opposite with probably the exception of reddit and some other forum like platforms
