sorry i’ve been kinda absent around here btw. been off socials in general, was dealing with a(nother) typing related wrist injury, and spending a lot of my time chatting with friends :) i think i finally found a keyboard setup that won’t lead to longterm injury though, so hopefully i’ll be able to write more soon!

One time I booted up Overwatch and my literal first game of the night featured one of my teammates saying to another, "I wanna call you the f slur so bad right now, but I would never say that to an actual gay person" coming from a guy who, I later got confirmation, really didn't have any problem saying it to guys who didn't have gay voice

love moose as much as the next guy. they're up there as one of my favorite cervid species. but gonna be honest i think people act like theyre these invincible animals that theyre just not. they're large animals and are incredibly dangerous, yes. but not every moose is going to just get up and walk away from a vehicle collison. even the ones that do are probably going to eventually succumb to injuries sustained in the crash. orcas are not their only natural predators and even then moose are not a regular part of the diet for orcas. even healthy bulls can be taken down by a pack of wolves or a grizzly bear (or a siberian tiger, though this isn't well documented as they're pretty elusive animals themselves). I think the idea mostly comes from the fact that people often forget how large they are, and once reminded they get this whole image in their mind of them, y'know? I'm a big fan of large animals myself, especially large prey animals, but it needs to be kept in mind that nothings invincible, even if it is a giant beast with antlers.

Man I got thru my writer's block on Black Magic pt 3 and got so fucking excited and blazed through the rest of the like 'getting from confrontation a to confrontation b' stuff (with less murder than I thought!!) and got to Confrontation B and guess what bitchslapped me in the face smh

I'mma have to rewrite most of what I wrote already to make the whole violent murder actually worth it BUT on the BRIGHT SIDE we're getting to write more and more unhinged BAMF women SO.
