The Large Maw Mermaid, or the more commonly known “Treasure Hoarder”, is a medium sized mermaid found across tropical seas. This mermaid is well documented for gobbling up sunken treasures due its propensity for eating anything it can fit in it’s mouth. Caught specimens are commonly found with bellies full of gems, gold, and other sunken paraphernalia. Its why they are also known by another name, “Neptune’s Purse”.

Okalivember day 11, parasitoid!
The alarikti, or "comet wasps", are a diverse family of colorful parasitoid wasps.
The twin-tailed alarikti preys on a species of moth, and more specifically its caterpillar. It digs little holes in sandy soil where it drags its prey into after paralyzing it.
The sunset alarikti lays its eggs in the larvae of beetles inside dead, rotting wood. It spends a lot of time inspecting any dead tree it finds until it finds a suitable host.
The darling-faced alarikti is named after its large, cute golden eyes, with pseudopupils that seem to follow you around. It preys on aquatic fly larvae.
The fallen-star alarikti dwells in leaf litter, rarely flying and preferring to hunt on the ground for its larva's meal; a ground beetle.

It’s time for Knight Posting
When mages keep creating homuncului out of dead knights, they’re eventually gonna become their own whole species, & someone’s gotta take care of ‘em. That’s where the Knightrearers come in!

Illustration created for my upcoming new book, Ergo Cosmos!
"The first of the alchemists was he who set fire to the pyre upon which the Veiled Lady burned. To atone for such a sin, all those who are privy to the Highest Secrets swear to use the hand of will exclusively to restrain evil, and the hand of intuition only to perform good deeds. From this sorrowful figure derives the name of this sacred commitment, which is commonly known as the Oath of Minos."

You have seen my brief worldbuilding pieces, but I have never really told anyone about this Universe.
It's a science-fantasy taking place in a galaxy resulting from the collision of the Milky Way and Andromeda Galaxy, so in a very far future. But billions of years before all those species were created, humans also existed and became insanely advanced. They have never met any other lifeforms, so they made hundreds if not thousands species of single-cell organisms designed to survive the environment of many specific planets, to populate the barren Universe with life. However, humanity went extinct due to unknown reasons, and only few of the human-made organisms managed to thrive in their new environments and evolve further, and the species shown here are those cells, but around 3-4 billion years later.
Also their height chart:

Okalivember day 12, aberrant!
The kita is a large mammal that lives in arid grasslands and digs in the ground for roots with its hooves. This one is albino!
The bog kisgulderel is a small biennal plant, that blooms for only a week at the end of summer on its second year. This one is fasciated!
The kojapkoviz is a large beetle who is a clumsy flier. It lives in dense foliage, and while the males only live a year, the females hibernate in holes they've dug in the ground and can live up to four years! This one is bilateral gynandromorph.
The abali is a large, fast-running cyclops that lives in the large plains of the Nalken Peninsula region. It can have up to fifteen young at once, and will raise them for two years. This one is piebald.

The last dragon the Targaryens ever hatched, according to the books, was described as a green female, "small and stunted with withered wings", and was said to be sickly, though laying five eggs which never hatched. A skull later displayed in the throne room was later described as being "no bigger than a mastiff's skull, and oddly misshapen", likely belonging to her.
I'd seen quite a few fanart of the unnamed last dragon and they usually depicted her with an aspect of majesty and beauty, which sounded odd for what was the dying gasp of a once-powerful empire. So my take on the last dragon is the opposite, an absolutely pitiful and grotesquely deformed freak of nature, with basically everything possible wrong with her, at a glance clearly something not bound to have lived very long. Clubbed feet, a kinked tail, a severely shortened upper jaw that caused painful breathing and eating difficulties, a crooked neck, and said withered wings being hideously disfigured, one berely functional as a forelimb to hobble around on and the other a useless appendage with tangled digits. Unable to breathe fire, fly, or be used for riding in combat, she is a perfect representation of the Targaryen dynasty in its final years: frail, impotent, and a mere pathetic shadow of the glory and fearsomeness of its forebearers.
