every finale for every season had a panning shot of the sky with "the end" showing up in black text. we didnt get that in this episode (https://x.com/goblonglo/status/1845168766839046382)

all the plotholes?? the things left unfilled?? there is no way theyd leave it off so open-ended. even hfjones ending had more closure

most movies have 3 acts. the 2nd act is known for being the part where everything seems hopeless and theres no saving them. we're still in the "all is lost" portion yall!!

no one has ever had a solid answer whether or not there was only act 1 and act 2. not anyone has said a word about it yet. sure, theres no confirmation, but theres also no denying

the entire "how bow got her tail" thing. every time they made her start talking about it, it cuts away. we dont now whats up with that yet, which implies that it spoils what its gonna be used for in the future

THEY JUST HIRED NEW ANIMATORS!!! like LITERALLY just hired a big batch of new animators. there is no way that they did it just for one last part of the series just to end it so soon.

in the post where they promoted the release of ii17 on twitter, it states the series CONTINUES, not CONCLUDES. if you look back on old posts, like the one from the iii finale, it states in big bold letters THIS IS THE END IT ENDS HERE but it doesnt do that (https://x.com/AnimationEpic/status/1845134881098961164, https://x.com/AnimationEpic/status/1764314840410021903)

kinda hand in hand with above but the description of this video compared to other finale episodes looks like just a normal episode. theres no "thanks for watching the series" or anything. the ii team wouldnt just Leave it off like that i dont think

adams account being deactivated over on twitter due to his whole "running away from mephoneX" thing has to be relevant right. they have to reactivate it at some important point. like when act 3 comes out? right??

i cant think of anything more if anyone else has something to add please do so. also if theres anything here that doesnt make sense i apologize my brain is in such a whirlwind

11. every season so far has had 18 episodes (if you dont count the iii finale being broken into two separate episodes). we're currently at 17

12. brian asked to contact someone in regards to credit sequences which is Probably in relation to the ii finale. we havent seen that yet so either it wasnt for ii or theres Another Episode for us to See It In. proof in posts comments

13. in the last meetups, a suitcase plush was hinted at. theyve also talked about the plush on stream. we havent been advertised this plush yet so theyre likely saving it for the last episode

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your content and all the effort you put in. It really makes it so much more enjoyable being here. I’m not as active here as I used to be, and I’m just a stupid little blog here in the dumpster fire anyway, but it really makes my day seeing your videos.

Jacques and Flip have always been my favorites, and your Jacques edits remind me why and make me think I need to go rewatch Duel for the 100th time. I love Mills too. I think Strings is now my #2 for looks - he’s so hot omg. I love the big mean bearded guys, and there’s never enough content out there for them!

If you ever have any requests for a fic or story with any of those guys, I’d love to write something for you! I don’t do ships, and I’m pretty slow these days, but if you can put up with those things and have anything you’d like, feel free to send anything my way whenever you want! First of all, thank you so so much for your kind words! I am so touched by this message (it made me tear up a little, not gonna lie).

This really means so much to me. Knowing that my edits keep inspiring you is the best compliment I could ever get. I think it goes both ways, really! I started editing Jacques after reading Power Struggles, I kept thinking I could replicate some of the scenes from that fic and I just had to try and see what happened. People seemed to love the result and that gave me enough confidence to keep editing medieval reylo and share my videos with everyone. Anyway, Jaques is my favorite Adam's character, too. Not the real person - obviously - but I think Adam looks so, so good in TLD. Maybe it's the longer hair or all those fancy clothes he wears, but I just cant get him out of my head. This scene in particular. It's been over a year and I still watch that video religiously.

Commander Mills (ugh, I love him) and Flip are also up there for me. I saw 65 at least 4 times when it came out. Mills is such a comfort character, and - OMG!! - I'd love to check out some of your work or request a fic! Never done it before and I don't know what you are comfortable writing about, but we could talk about it and you can let me know!

Oh and no pressure about this but just know I always welcome extensions/additions to my videos! If it's darkfic maybe run it by me beforehand, but I do love when writers create a story based on one of my edits! It's happened a few times on twitter and it always fascinates me to see how people interpret the different scenes I create.

Oh and I am not super active on here either (i'm mainly on twitter), but I enjoy sharing my edits on Tumblr because it is where it all started for me. I used to post edits for another fandom that I am not really into anymore - now that Reylo has consumed every fibre of my being - and being able to connect with people from other fandoms is amazing.

Call Me ( Adam Cole x MJF ); drabble

Word count: 736

Warnings: Ship drabble! Mostly sfw, but there is a small nsfw mention at the very end when Adam mentions going back to his hotel.

Notes: Back on my bullshit. I cant stop writing these two and I have 3 other drafts I was supposed to do before this for other wrestlers. If any of y’all got requests or suggestions for ship or x reader or just little headcanons for your favorite wrestler, send them my way! Much love! <3

Maxwell was worried. No, not just worried, downright terrified that something was wrong. He wasn’t at the show this week and he knew he wouldn’t be a week ago, so him and Adam agreed to call right after the show was over with. And while he didn’t exactly watch the show, he knew when it was meant to be over with.

Well, Adam didn’t call. Maxwell gave him maybe fifteen minutes before he called first. Then again .. and again .. then one more time, before he tossed his phone aside out of frustration. Did something happen? Did he get hurt? Did something go wrong? Did he just forget that he promised Maxwell he would call and left his phone on do not disturb? A hundred questions and no answers.

That was until Maxwell started to scroll on Twitter. Now it made sense and as he watched the video posted by AEW, he was filled with a bundle of emotions, some of which he didn’t recognize but the most prominent one being anger. With a clenched jaw, he festered on those emotions for a moment, before the anger had shifted into a new emotion that Maxwell didn’t typically feel. A disgustingly heavy feeling of guilt on his chest.

Before he could do or say anything foolish, his phone screen lit up to a picture of Adam he had managed to take while they were at the steakhouse. He wasted no time in pressing the green button, slightly surprised to see a video call come through rather than a normal call.

“I’m really sorry I didn’t call when the show ended.” Adam’s words came out before Maxwell could even think of opening his mouth. Adam was aware how much Maxwell could overthink himself to death, so despite being in pain from the attack, he was more worried about his partner. Even as he was looking into the camera with his free hand pressed to his neck, brows furrowed slightly from the discomfort.

“Adam, shut up, are you okay?”

“Well .. I …” Admittedly, the words caught him by surprise, leaving him stumbling, looking at Maxwell like a deer in headlights. He expected him to cause this dramatic scene about not getting his phone call, to pout and whine and huff.

“Yeah .. yeah, I’m okay. Just sore, is all.” Adam confirmed with a nod and a soft breath escaping him, though he wasn’t sure if it was relief or not.

“Shit, Adam, I’m sorry. I should have been there, so I could have .. fuck, I don’t know, done something!” He felt awful, it gnawed at him that he couldn’t do a thing about it.

“Hey, hey, hey. Max, come on .. you have nothing to apologize for. Seriously.” Adam frowned, seeing just how distressed the other seemed to be, how his face screwed into one of guilt and worry.

“But I could have .. ”

“Max! It’s fine. I’m telling you it is okay. Please don’t feel bad or beat yourself up, okay? Shit happens, this is the profession, this is what we do, and sometimes that means taking a few bumps and getting a few bruises.”

“I know .. I know. I’m just worried about you.” Maxwell seemed, at the very least, a little more relaxed now and that was enough for Adam to smile.

“I know, and I appreciate it, babe. I appreciate you. Now, I have to go back to the hotel, but I’ll call you when I get there?” Adam offered, hoping Maxwell would want to.

He really did miss him today, being backstage with him, holding him, sparing kisses in the hall. He wasn’t aware how .. lonely he was until Maxwell wasn’t next to him. Now, he was all Adam had, it seemed.

“How about you video call me again when you hop in the shower at your hotel and after we’re done — you know what I mean — then we fall asleep together? Sound like a plan?” That cheeky smile showed on his face and Adam couldn’t help the blush on his cheeks as he quietly reminded himself to never have Maxwell on speaker again while still at work.

“Yeah, alright. Sounds like a plan. I’ll call you in thirty.” Blowing him a kiss through the phone, Maxwell would roll his eyes as he returned the same, before hanging up.

Hopefully next week, Adam wouldn’t be so lonely.

i was trying to sleep but i have more thoughts on caveh. i saw someone on twitter mention him being self important because hes recording his own life, not anyone elses really but his own which strikes me because its as if he is only seeing his own life as beautiful, which to me seems insane as how do hou find beauty in destroying all your relationships. and he mentions something in relation to his kids and it not being meta that its unaltered yet by simply recording jis life and making it so public he is altering his life by changing his relationships. its crazy to me how matty was so calm about the entire thing even when he asked if he felt hurt and his only response was that it was hurting his opportunities, which completely baffles me as a response.

it makes me struggle to see how matty could view what hes doing as admirable because as much as he is fulfilling an artist goal he believes in, its to what end? i think i might have mentioned this in an ask i sent ages ago but caveh mentions wanting to show how life constantly changes yet everyone experiences that? he is only showing his specific life map like in that specific instance he isn't presenting anything bar his own specific experiences? which all seems incredibly self-aggrandizing. at first i found it all very interesting but the more it infuriates me especially if it all came from a vision on lsd - 🐸

I don’t know, I think, I’m seeing a lot of people take Caveh out of context. If you consider what he’s doing from a postmodern standpoint, then truth is subjective and constructed. Right? He CANT film other people because he’s not other people. He’s Caveh. If he tried, it would be already skewed through his own pov. How he decides to film, edit, and frame people. When he decides to film. Who is being film. Where and why. Postmodernity would say it’s impossible for Caveh to know what anyone it’s like to be other people. So, if his commitment is to the truth, the the purest, most raw form would be his own life.

Plus, I don’t think it’s about self-aggrandizing. In fact, it’s the complete opposite. He told matty that he does it to show the beauty in the mundane. If he were a normal artists he would think of himself as special and of his life as different, unique, worth documenting. But he doesn’t. He’s aware that his life is like any other life. He doesn’t even have a reason to document it. it’s not like he thinks his circumstances or where he lives or his relationships or his knowledge have something different to offer. Like usually when someone makes a documentary or writes a memoir it’s because they lived an extraordinary life and there’s a story to tell. Caveh is the opposite. He’s just filming. Filming to film. To show what humans are like in the most mundane sense. That’s the commitment that he’s chosen.

I don’t know him of course. But I got that sense that he doesn’t feel fulfilled in cultivating relationships. He feels fulfilled when he’s working. So it seems he doesn’t care if his relationships deteriorate. He’s always going to prioritize the work over family, friends, loved ones. I think Matty finds the unconditional commitment admirable. To have such conviction for something that you are willing to sacrifice everything else for it. The intellectual side of matty wishes he could do that. But his emotional and moral sides think there’s a limit to one’s artistic commitment. And that limit is people.

NOT ALL PEOPLE, mind you. Cuz Caveh asked him that and he replied. He’s not gonna give a fuck about some troll dming him hate or whatever. He’ll keep doing shit. BUT if it’s Denise? If it’s Louis or Tim? If it’s George and Ross and adam? If it’s people he loves? Then yeah. They are the limit. He’d rather not make the art than lose one of them. But he’s not gonna cry himself to sleep if snowflakesmasher86 on Reddit says matty Healy is a cunt. You know?

I’ll post what I learned and saw over the past week. Any angry comments or arguments will be ignored, but of course if I say something that is factually incorrect or you have a FACT to add to it, I will acknowledge that. I’m also not going to get into discussions of opinions on all of this - I promised before I wouldn’t make anymore original posts about this, and honestly at this point I don’t really want to discuss any of it further. If you want to see the posts behind what I’m saying, look at twitter and reddit, I’m sorry but I don’t want to go back and dig it all up again, I really want to start moving on from this.

Under read more for people sick of hearing about it or who don’t want to hear about it. Warning for talk of sex with minors and mentions of rape.

Basically I believe on the 4th of October there was a massive dump of lewds, nudes and some sex/sexual videos, all taken by Adam Kovic from Funhaus and supposedly sent to someone he was having an online affair with. There’s speculation about how and where this affair started and about whether or not it was someone catfishing Adam, I don’t know. There were also rumours that some of the videos involved a girl or girls who were not his wife, but of course I haven’t watched them so I can’t confirm, and speculation someone underage may have been involved, again, I can’t confirm, and have seen no proof. Some of the photos/videos did include his wife, it’s unknown whether or not they were taken with her consent but it’s seeming unlikely at this point.

It then came out, I’m not sure which bombshell started this part, that Ryan Haywood from Achievement Hunter had been in a similar situation. There have been multiple stories come out by the time Ryan announced his departure from RT, and I believe photos of him have been leaked as well, but again, I don’t know what happened first. Possibly the most damning thing for him (or at least, the thing that got the most attention from what I saw), was one girl came out in a video to talk about a 2 year online sexual relationship she’d had with Ryan. This affair started when she was 17, though she told him she was 18, and nearly culminated in them physically having sex, but it didn’t end up happening. Some mods then came out to say they had been made aware of a similar relationship between Ryan and a fan, but that they were unable to do anything about it as the fan involved insisted they wanted nothing to come of it and nothing to be made public. They also confronted Ryan about it, and he admitted it had happened but promised it was the last and only time.

I believe one if not both Adam and Ryan were doxxed during this, which no matter what they’ve done, is fucked up and not okay. Adam has a wife and Ryan has a wife and kids. It would also seem this entire thing started with the files being posted on 4chan and kiwifarm, and there is speculation that this entire thing was a political move against Rooster Teeth by trolls annoyed with them taking a more overtly liberal stance in the past twelve months. Once again, cannot confirm.

Ryan made his statement on Twitter first, saying he was leaving RT, he had made mistakes but had not done anything illegal, and he was going to work on rebuilding his marriage and life. Rooster Teeth then posted a statement on twitter saying their code of conduct was for everyone in the RT community, employees and fans alike, and they had parted ways with two employees. Adam made his statement I believe about a day later, saying he was leaving Funhaus, he was going to do everything he could to fix his relationship, and that the past few days had been the biggest breach of privacy of his life.

EDIT/UPDATES:

Adam’s photos and videos actually leaked about a month beforehand, but the scandal gained attention on October 4th

There has been a multitude of more girls come out with stories about Ryan Haywood. From these accounts, it is clear that there were at least 2 times that would be classified as rape, and as he told many of the girls they were the only one or he wore condoms with other girls, so that the girl in the moment would agree to sex without a condom, has technically raped many more.

Every one of the victims of Ryan spoke of behaviour that involved emotional abuse, grooming, and gaslighting.

My OUAT Rewatch -- S6E8 -- I’ll Be Your Mirror

That is seriously an excellent summary for this episode, which I have ZERO memory of, probably because a) I chose not to watch or b) it was so ridiculously stupid that I blocked it out of my brain. And judging from my November 2016 blog it sounds like the latter.

Also, fun fact: This is the first OUAT episode that aired after IQ45 was elected, so on top of THIS bullshit we also had THAT bullshit to deal with. Good times!

Sadly, no Emma game show today because her outfit wasn’t horrendous, but don’t worry, I’m certain it will return!

I have a lot of links under the cut and a lot to say but don’t know how to say it without just cursing up a storm, so I will probably rely on links. Also Belle dragging is done this way for those not interested to skip over.

Oh yeah by the way, this was mostly a SWAN QUEEN centric and that part of this episode was LOVELY! I’m sure it produced tons of SQ fanfic.

So anyhow, that’s what drove me nuts about this episode -- the Swan Queen stuff -- the Henry stuff -- that was SO GOOD!!!!!

Which is why I’m certain that that part of the episode was written by Leah Fong. This was Leah Fong’s first episode BTW, and I always felt she had a good handle on Swan Queen and Rumbelle, which is why I’m certain that the rest of this shit was written by Jerome Schwartz, most likely with Eddy Kitsis whispering in his ear the entire time.

Because aside from the Swan Queen/Swan Mills stuff -- this was just such utter horseshit.

Belle going to ZELENA for help, Belle fucking BLACKMAILING Aladdin (the HELL????), the Golden Queen nonsense, Rumple being an utter dickhead, and oh yeah . . . . this . .. . . .

The YEAR OF SNOWING, yo!!!! Yup, early on this season in an interview, Eddy Kitsis dubbed Season 6 to be “The Year of Snowing.”

He is such an ass. But I already pointed out that by episode FOUR they had already OBVIOUSLY changed direction, so whatever.

But anyway -- DAMN, but Belle was a fucking bitch in this episode. Screeching and screaming and yelling -- who in the hell IS this woman? We don’t need Dark One Belle, we got THIS bitch!

And WTF with the OOC Rumple shit? I mean why? He’s NEVER been like this so WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL???

You know what guys -- if you’re going to do a total 180 on a character’s personality, make sure there’s a REASON for it, don’t just write it just cause. Cause that’s BULLSHIT HACK writing.

It was at this point in the series that I said I was bailing. I obviously didn’t because -- you know -- Bobby -- but lord, they didn’t make it easy.

Also there was a whole TWO WEEKS between this episode and the next one which I will DRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAG when I watch, so there was plenty of time for me and others to post a bunch of shit.

Why Misha chose destiel

One heller was very affronted that I was critical of Misha. Now, on Tumblr there are many anti tags. Jensen has one. Jared has one. Even little Jack Kline, poor baby, has one. Only the Misha fans demand passionately, as to how we could possibly see anything wrong with this ''smol bean''. They are very shocked with others for having an anti-Misha tag. And they get angry with me for not using the anti-Misha tag and blasting his bad behavior in the public domain. Why should there not be an anti-Misha tag? And why must you go in there, read all the posts and then complain? And why must you complain to me about not using the anti-tags? Hellers are very confusing people. Anywho, this one, who thinks Misha is ready for sainthood, sent me many messages about a post where I exposed another heller for going into the anti-tags and hijacking the post. That post is called ''Looking for negativity in the anti-tags and screeching when you find it''. You can read her drivel there. This is one of the messages.

Why is heller hate Misha's fault?

Misha has been on the show for ten years. In those ten years, Jensen never told him about NJCon? He never told Misha about Jaxcon? He never told Misha about the incessant shipping questions that he deals with. Misha never asked J2 why there is no shipping and sexuality questions allowed at cons? Really? I think he did. And I think Misha said the same thing heller snowflakes say. "But Jensen, if you don't go along they will call you a bigot." And they do. They kicked up such a fuss about it, and mass media became aware of it. Universities are aware of it. Jensen's reputation is in tatters. So Jensen [Misha's best friend, apparently] never told him about the homophobia accusations. What kind of a person lets his friend roast on a spit like that, but still saying things like this to incite his filthy goons ''Jensen and I don't write much destiel because we live it''. Oh, it's so funny. Misha is such a kidder, right?

One weird thing I noticed about Misha is that he never distracts from destiel. Even when he was asked about Megstiel, he said two things. First ''Meg is the only one who ever flirted with Cas, well other than Dean'' [This is queer baiting] and second ''Cas has eyes only for Dean''. He actively killed the Megstiel idea despite the fact that it was his only legitimate canon ship, in favor of a non-canon ship. What a stupid thing to do? Why would you do that, if you don't have any agenda? I have noticed he never pushes sastiel, his only other pairing, unless Jared is on stage with him, flirting with him, in good fun. Because, with Jared right in front of him, he cant push any destiel and he cant ignore sastiel. But when he is by himself, he doesn't like to push sastiel. And I always wondered why. I mean, Jared is sexually a little more brave than Jensen. Jared is certainly more touchy-feely than Jensen. Jared is more likely to kiss another guy on the mouth and not blush about it the way Jensen would. If Misha had pushed sastiel and not destiel, I think Jared would be less shy in helping to make it canon. Jensen is shy and no, that is not homophobia.

So why not push sastiel. I think its because when Misha first came to the show. J2 and wincest were the big pairings. If he wanted to create a niche, he had to choose one J or the other. Although, he stumbled onto destiel first because that is what he said. But then when you realize that there is another better ship available with a less shy co-star, why not take that one? Why take the abrasive, difficult one who doesn't want to be touched? Misha angers me but I would never call him stupid. He is not stupid. He was smart enough to intern at the white house. So the guy is an idiot. If he goes up against one J, he is essentially competing with the other. Even though I protect both my boys equally, I am going to do something that the stans will hate. I am going to pick up faults in the Js. Just bear with me okay. I have to do this. Besides, no human being is flawless. Jensen is extremely standoffish. His personality is a litte cold with people he considers strangers. However, between the two Js, he is the one that has the most recognition in his field. Jensen has collected many nominations and awards during his acting career than Jared has. Jared has equal footing with Misha. Jared and Misha have the same amount of accolades attached to their acting careers.

Dean is a louder, far more showier character than Sam is. In fact, despite being of different ''species'', personality-wise Sam and Castiel are very similar. Jared suffers from clinical depression, and as someone who suffers from a similar condition, I know something obscure about our types. We are sometimes disheveled creatures. Unlike Jensen who is healthier and always makes an appearance, with every strand of hair in place, Jared is sometimes completely untidy and wears a beanie. Sometimes his clothing looks creased. I can actually gauge how healthy he is during a panel, just by looking at his attire. Misha is probably not aware of this. And this is not a critique of his view on mental health. Although I have receipts of his hellers mocking mental health. Between the two Js, Jensen is the one who is difficult to compete with, because Misha is going to have to compete with his acting, his character and his looks. Jared [and by extension Sam] is an easier option.

Did they discuss destiel in private?

That is a good question. Have anyone on staff ever discussed destiel. Because the only one who seems enthusiastic about it, is Misha. When Jensen was asked but the Dean Cas dynamic at a previous Jib panel, he said that there have not been that many Dean Cas scenes, which he enjoyed, because he felt the Dean Cas thing was getting out of proportion, and he knew he and Misha didn't play their characters like that. When Misha was notified of this, he exclaimed ''that motherf*cker''. So you tell me. Why the discrepancy? Why is Jensen saying one thing and when Misha is confronted with it, he reacts terribly. Oh but he's just joking right?

Misha was told that there was no need to entertain shipping questions. He waves that rule during his panel and I have noticed at the recent Denvercon, that nobody asked him about destiel so he nonchalantly mentions Cockles. Why would you do that, but when you are asked a destiel question, you call the shippers perverts? You are the one encouraging them. He doesn't respect the destiel shippers. He uses them to keep him relevant. What do the other people affiliated with Supernatural say? Look at their tweets. Jim Michaels, Guy Norman Bee, Adam Glass, Eric Kripke, Chad Kennedy, Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles all say that there is no destiel. The only one who says otherwise is Misha Collins. When Samantha Smith was asked about destiel, she didn't acknowledge it and the fans attacked her on twitter. Didn't she notify Misha of this? She kept it to herself? For what? The only person who doesn't amend or dispute destiel [as far as I know] is Bob Singer, a slithering snake in the grass, and Sera Gamble's hugest headache whilst she was the show runner.

Does Misha enjoy any harassment that is caused by his meddling?

I have receipts of abusive tweets sent to Jared where he was also tagged. Jared doesn't respond. There may be two reasons. Firstly, unlike Misha, Jared is a full time actor of Supernatural. He simply doesn't have the time to look through thousands of tweets per day. I have receipts of Misha reading his tweets and responding to them. Another equally feasible reason might be that Jared [and I know my condition so I can vouch for this one] has no control over his mouth. Even though he has the full right to call out bad customer services, there are other tweets that I acknowledge that he shouldn't have sent. Jared is one of my babies. But I can acknowledge when he has put himself in a difficult situation. That is why he constantly says that Jensen tells him ''Dude, you are better than this''. Jensen even said during a panel ''don't just acknowledge that you will do wrong. Learn from your mistakes.'' I think Jensen sat Jared down and spoke to him about this. I think Jared listened because apparently, Jared's online activity has dropped dramatically since. Personally, I think people like Jared and me shouldn't be on twitter etc. Its not good for us. Studies show that SM actually exacerbates depression.

Jared said, at a recent con, that he is aware that he cant please everyone, so he wont. I am happy to hear that, because it means heller's online taunts are not messing him up the way they used to. The biggest proof of Misha's awareness of the situation is William Shatner. Shatner tweeted that Jared is aware of fans who want him off the show. Shatner called them out as destiel shippers, and boy did the hellers converge on him for it. Receipts are on other posts. So Shatner is friends with Misha, he even participated in Gishwhes, and knows the truth which he blasted on a media outlet, and despite following Shatner and Jared, Misha still doesn't know any of this? Really? Shatner never spoke to Misha about this?

So Misha follows Jensen on Twitter, but didn't get an inkling of the filth being spewed at Jensen, only by Misha's fans, because Jensen said Destiel doesn't exist at Jaxcon? So he read nothing? And Jensen didn't tell him? But they are supposed to be good friends, right? Wouldn't you tell your best friend that you were being bullied by his fans? What kind of friendship is that? When Jensen broke down behind the scenes at Jibcon, when he met a fan [that is the officlal explanation] Misha witnessed it, so why would he bring up the same topic when Jensen is on stage, already emotionally fragile. And then he sits there and watches Jensen fall apart. It happened in front of his face, backstage. Why would he pick up the topic again when he is onstage? If you are such a loving, caring person [and destiel is cockle's fault apparently] why would you do something that heartless. Fans, including myself, were angry that Daniela came on stage, and poured them brimming glasses of whisky. She never did that before, to my knowledge. They had always poured their own drinks and never so much.

Some people guesstimate that Daniela shipped destiel too, which is why Jibcon was such a ''dance monkey dance'' type of environment. Remember Misha's fake orgasm and the Hitch dialogue reading. They didn't choose that. Jibcon is planned the way it is. That is probably why 6 months after Jaxcon, Jensen wasn't looking forward to the panel, and he fell apart as soon as it arrived. Either Daniela poured them alcohol to make Jensen lose his inhibitions more, or she could see that he was tense and wanted him to loosen up. We may never know because after so many years of Jibcon being seen as a destiel con [a perception she never corrected] after Jensen broke down on stage and Jared cut the panel short, suddenly Jibcon was never a destiel con. Suddenly she banned shipping questions at Jibcon. Suddenly the Cockles panel became the J2M panel. I think Jared told her off after the last Cockles panel. So suddenly she is neutral now. And Misha saw none of this? Really? He must be the dumbest person ever to have all this happening around him, that he doesn't know. So he doesn't follow Daniela online? He didn't see the fighting? Stop making excuses for him.

so! that one lowkey tea filled meme i posted got some responses to go off ig so thats what im gna do. i have negative experience in making structured arguments, so if some of my stupid shit doesnt make sense, im sorry lmao! rant under the cut.

ok. im gna be talking about shiro, adam, and allura, and why i dislike the fandoms response. if you didnt kno already, sdcc showed trailer stuff and revealed on twitter that shiro DID have a significant other named adam, and they broke up before kerberos. im not super informed on this, but the fandom seems to have taken it as uh they were engaged or maybe were bfs and then broke up bc kerberos?? and then shiro has a disease?? idfk man listen. im gonna just be listing some little points but theres ya background lol

1. shiro being gay!

the team told us that shiro did have a significant other, and that his sexuality can be interpreted as bi, gay, whatever. and im so fucking down with that??? ive been w lgbt hcs for most if not all the vld characters, including shiro!! he was always bi in my mind, for allura or matt or whoever just bc chemistry. but this influx of mlm shiro just feels... weird. not saying you cant hc him as gay or whatever, but this one tweet about this one stranger that we’ve literally never heard about once is whats setting it off? i lov lov LOV ,my gay brothers n sisters, but damn if it doesnt feel like bi erasure lol!!!!! im not saying everyone who posts gay shiro is a dirty exclusionist but it really feels like we out here, ignoring that bisexual people exist and are precious n beautiful. idk.

2. allura and girls in general

so. this might be a touchy topic. but i ALWAYS see this shit. boys and mlm couples in general always recieve more attention and love than girls and wlw ships, or just het ships in general. and im not tryna be That Het but jesus christ! i see so many of my fave girls get these years or seasons of development w someone, only to have it overshadowed by one tweet, or one video, or one anything. im really sick and tired of seeing people just go nuts over a pairing that we haven’t really even seen yet, and completely overshadow one thats so well developed and healthy. hhhnhmnh.

3. shallura in general!

as i said before, shallura has gotten seasons of constant development. theres ALWAYS something there for us, and i’d say we’re pretty fuckn lucky!! shallura has parallels with two canon couples in the universe, matching themes, colors, its just really apparent to me that theyre endgame!! or, were- idk where the crew is going with this. but anyway, the introduction of adam, even though the crew has told us theyd been thinking about it for a while, feels so rushed. almost exactly like matts arrival, but worse. yall know how hard shallura has had to fight to be a popular ship? it wasn’t so bad in the beginning, but it still kind of sucked being second to klance. then matt came along, and shatt became a thing, and shallura went under the water yet again. we’ve been pretty steady, but this whole adam thing has just dropped the popularity, and i dont even know why. we know nothing about adam other than his appearance and that he and shiro were a couple. its either this fandom has a PHAT distaste for allura, or just shallura. i dont know, but its jus. annoying. a bunch of the popular shallura blogs are being really gracious and nice about it, but shadam fans seem to be jumping on that opportunity to erase allura and shiros relationship completely and go back to shipping their uwu gaybies!! im willing to give shadam a chance, but im just displeased now because i feel like the fandom is way overreacting. we know nothing about him.

i probably forgot a few things but thats kind of all my opinions. hoo. im heated. hope you enjoyed the rant :ppp

TEAM BLUE’S MAKEUP is also pretty great looking, great color sceme and design.

Like Cat had great talent but was put on a horror-themed season (and even then she failed on the most fantastical of challegnes, how ironic) but I liked her, Niko made it all the way to 4th but everyone said it was a fluke and that he got lucky everyone else just did worse than him all the time and that he was just a pretty face, but together they seem really great so far.

CONCLUSION:

What. a. great. episode. The first half of building and sculpting went by pretty normal, standard, almost looking like a middle of the road episode but the second half had me stitches, it was so funny and the judges seem to be enjoying themselves more and more and I love that! Neville is letting his comedic side take over, Ve Neill isn’t afraid to express how happy she feels about a makeup and Glenn makes a great stoic to contrast the funnier judges, also the makeups the teams created were astounding! Agree with the top spot, I’m so glad that Team LOVE are finding their ground and the elimination was also very fair, I thought Stella and Jasmine had some serious talent to show everyone else but I think it was the team dyamic of that season what did them in, I think they’re better individually, (Stella more so), but you gotta get with the times.

Gold Coast Titans Nathan Peats 150th NRL game

The beauty of a guy like Nathan Peats is everybody has a story.

My first interview with Peats was after he’d led the South Sydney under 20s to the grand final in 2010 and was making his way into the top grade a year later.

Even then he spoke of head noise and how introducing a dog into his one-bedroom inner city apartment had kept him from constantly pacing the hallways.

Watch him train and the Titans hooker is as demanding of those around him as he is of himself.

Only last week he stormed off at the end of a session when his team had lost heavily in a game of force-em-backs and on Wednesday declared a win in the same game was “the best feeling ever”.

He keeps those around him honest, and no one is safe.

His Twitter followers will know that there are many sides to the Peats personality.

His insights into the minutiae of everyday life can be genuinely funny. Sometimes angry “Nathy” rears his head.

Former teammates such as Darcy Lussick, Brad Takairangi and Konrad Hurrell are regular targets and then there are the heartfelt messages to his partner Jade and his mother, Pamela.

Peats will on Saturday play his 150th game in the NRL, a broken neck, torn pec and ACL among nine surgeries in nine years.

He jokes not everyone who plays hooker can be like Cameron Smith but everyone who has played with him – and against him – knows there is only one Nathan Peats.

“There’s too many blow-ups to remember them all,” says Rabbitohs half Adam Reynolds, whose father Mark and Peats’s father Geordi were such good friends that the boys would often have sleepovers as youngsters.

“I do remember playing this game when we were kids where you kick the ball through the posts and if it hits the ground it’s a point. We were forever playing that through the juniors and even when we came into the first-grade squad.

“I got the points on him one day and he wasn’t too happy with me. He’s forever holding a grudge match against someone until he gets the better of them.”

Dragons five-eighth Corey Norman, who played alongside Peats at Parramatta for three years from 2014 conceded “at the start it was a love-hate relationship between me and Peatsy”.

“To be honest, he was walking around like a grumpy old man. He used to come in, rip in at training, do weights and then head home. He just did things on his own, got in and got out for the first six months. That was just Peatsy when he came to Parra.

“We were training for Nines in 2014 and me and Haynesy [Jarryd Hayne] were getting into him in one of the drills.

Few years ago pre kids I was like I’ll never give my kids iPhone or ipad out at restaurants or cafes. Didn’t like the look. Fast forward few years with two kids. You gotta do what you have to do to keep them quiet. They are life savers. My kids are devils.

“We were carving him up. We were laughing at him and this was when he was still very new to the team and very Peatsy. He spat the dummy, threw the ball and walked off the field. He hated losing and when people rubbed it in his face he didn’t really like it.

“He had a pretty short fuse when I first met him but the next couple of years he relaxed a bit and wasn’t so hard on himself.

“He’s a very deep thinker about the simplest situations and sometimes he can do his own head in.

“Seeing him now, he’s a lot different to when he first came to Parra.”

Titans prop Jarrod Wallace considers it an honour to run out alongside Peats in his milestone game on Saturday but has a vastly different memory of playing against him in their days in the under 20s.

“We played a semi-final here on the Coast and we were up the whole game and they beat us just at the end and the whole game he was an absolute germ,” Wallace recalled of the 24-22 qualifying final loss.

“He was into us the whole time and pestering us but when you’ve actually got him on your team, you just love everything about him.”

Pushing the boundaries

Whether real or imagined, the pressure on Nathan Peats was building.

The Titans coaching staff had decided carrying two hookers in a squad of 17 was a luxury they could not afford in 2019. With losses mounting and Mitch Rein waiting in the wings, Peats pushed his body to breaking point.

He tore his pectoral muscle in an additional gym session prior to the round-three clash with the Rabbitohs and was out for 10 weeks.

“That’s him to a tee. He’s not one to have a day off. That’s him doing extras and look what he did to himself,” says Brad Takairangi, a teammate in the 20s at Souths and also at Parramatta.

“He’s not the fastest – he’s actually the slowest – but he’s the fittest bloke I’ve ever trained with. He has this competitiveness and willingness to beat everyone, especially anyone in his position. I remember any hooker that came into the team he used to give them the shoulder, let them know that it was his spot.

“He was a competitive little bugger. He played with a broken neck for half a game, so that just sums him up.

“He wouldn’t lose a fitness test until Gutho [Clint Gutherson] came, and he was filthy about that.”

Reynolds adds: “As a young bloke coming through the ranks he out-worked anyone and he’s still got that work ethic today.

“He’s a fiery character as well but that’s just the competitor coming out in him.

“It made him into the player he is today and if he didn’t have that competitiveness in him he probably wouldn’t have gone as far as he has.

“He’s a tough bloke. He’s obviously had a few injuries in his time and if there’s someone who can play in pain it’s him.”

During the 2015 season Peats played 36 minutes of a game against the Roosters with a broken neck but was back in the Eels No.9 jersey by round one the following year.

By round 11 he was playing for the Titans.

Off contract at the end of 2016, Peats was something of a sacrificial lamb as the Eels shed weight to be salary cap compliant, his sudden departure leaving deeper scars than the one on his neck.

“When that came out he asked me and Junior to come downstairs to his place for a chat,” says Takairangi, who along with Peats and Junior Paulo lived in the same unit complex dubbed “The Bronx”.

“He told us what was going on. He broke down telling us how much he loved Parra but how he had to go to the Titans. Once he broke down all the girls broke down, it was such a sad day.

“I think everyone knows by now but he’s a very emotional man Peatsy. He’s not afraid to cry and once he started crying the whole room was feeling it.

“To see them having to pack up and leave was very tough for him at the time.”

Norman adds: “Peatsy is so tough and competitive that the broken neck wasn’t such a big deal to him but I feel like in 2016 when he got shown the door he felt a bit let down.

“He probably felt like he had put his body on the line for the club and us boys only to be shown the door.

“At that point we were starting to come together as a team. We were going to be finals bound and I feel like all that hard work he’d put in and putting his body on the line, to be shown the door was a massive let-down.”

Friendly fire

For all the training blow-ups and Twitter banter, behind the public facade of Nathan Peats lies a loyal and devoted friend.

Reynolds talks about the friendships he still shares with guys he played alongside in the under 13s and under 14s at La Perouse while he maintains an exclusive WhatsApp group with his former Bronx buddies Takairangi and Paulo.

“If you’ve got a friendship with Nath you’ve got a friendship forever,” says Reynolds.

“He values it so much and genuinely cares about the person. He’d never let you down.”

Somewhat begrudgingly, Takairangi adds: “He’s actually pretty funny.

“He finds himself funnier than most of his jokes actually are but he’s actually a funny bloke and definitely someone you can talk to about anything.

“Even though he’s changed teams and changed states we still stay in pretty close touch.”

Even as the Titans head towards the wooden spoon on the back of nine straight losses, Peats took the time to check in on Norman as St George Illawarra waded through their own struggles, now sitting just one rung above the Gold Coast on the Telstra Premiership ladder.

“It’s been a horrible year for us and he just texted me out of the blue and said, ‘Hey mate, how’s my buddy going? Hope you’re well’,” Norman says.

But given he’s always so eager to have the final say, it seems only fair that the last word on playing 150 games goes to the man himself.

“It’s probably taken me a bit longer than I would have liked but it’s a good little achievement.”

a freaky and disorienting thing is that ive realized that, as i accept more and more that i am a trans guy and thats ok, the more i sympathize w/ male characters that are just........ objectively The Worst. like i suffered through the ENTIRETY of Just Friends(2005) for Ryan Reynolds, and-- actually, hold on a sec, before i get back to the point i gotta take a quick sidebar to explain the pain, the TORTURE that is Just Friends, the 2005 film starring Ryan Reynolds and Amy Smart, and written by Adam 'Tex' Davis.

i had to watch it muted for like 90% of the film. the intensity of the “cringe” aspect of this film that bills itself as a “cringe “”””comedy””””” was so off-the-charts that i physically could not stop myself from vocalizing my discomfort through groans and screeches. i would mute the film, turn the screen away, play on my phone for a minute because i literally could not handle seeing the rest of the scene, only to turn my computer back around and find it STILL ON THE EXACT SAME SCENE. i skipped entire swathes of the film. it literally got to the point that i could not handle what was happening and i just--

i gave up! i gave up and i just skipped forward until i found scenes i thought i could handle, or that featured two people Talking instead of some Event Happening, and i’d watch that, and then the scene would change and i’d be in Suffer Town again, population 1: me. Me is the only inhabitant of Suffer Town. so much of the movie hinges so thoroughly on like-- like. A Person Failing At A Thing They’re Good At. and it made me want to die. i think this movie gave me depression, on top of my preexisting depression. it squared my depression.

OKAY, back to my original point. or like, a mixture of explaining The Film, and explaining why my own reaction to it startled me so much. anyway.

so, ignoring the intense amount of Suffering you’ll have to live through if you’re bound and determined to watch ryan reynold’s entire filmography and you get to this monstrosity, the gist of the plot is thus: ryan reynolds plays a man who was a Stock Dweeb Character in high school. overweight, very low self-esteem, “uncool” hobbies, a very uncomfortable fixation on the one pretty girl who is nice to him and hangs out with him(who herself is dating a Stock Jerk Jock Football Player, who we’ll call SJJ, because I can’t remember his name and he doesn’t matter). on their graduation night they throw a party, he signs her yearbook with a Love Confession, and intends to give it to her.

something something The Yearbooks Accidentally Get Swapped, something something She Reads The Wrong Note And Goes “Um. Wtf My Dude????”. cue him going “NOO I DIDNT WRITE THAT WHAT? WHAT? WAIT OH NOOOO!!!”. cue him running downstairs and seeing SJJ reading his confession aloud to a chorus of twittering classmates.

so yeah, he’s embarrassed, the whole school’s laughing at him because of Course. he runs from the party yelling that he’s going to “be somebody” and also something about how the rest of them will never be anybody. ya’know. that usual thing you see Generic Stock Nerds saying when their feelings are real hurt in movies.

cut to the future. he looks like ryan reynolds in 2005, so, you know. Really Fucking Good. like, Only Reason To Watch This Garbage Film levels of good. like, They Should Have Given Him Shirtless Scenes As Payment For Me Sitting Through The Rest Of It kinda’ fine. anyway. he’s hot and beautiful and is a talent manager for celebrities. he’s all rich and attractive, and he’s a complete sack of garbage to women.

he’s actively horrified of the “friendzone”(im cringing right now just writing the word. its so awful) and he’s really not interested in women above a surface level. we see a woman at a bar who’s clearly his date telling him that he’s the Worst and that he needs to see women as people. as she talks he is disinterested at best. she walks away and another lady, who’s overheard the conversation, looks him up and down and decides she doesn’t really care what he’s like because he’s pretty, they flirt, and suddenly he’s been broken up with and acquired a NEW date in the span of about a minute of screentime.

he gets women basically wherever he goes, because he’s only really interested in a specific type of person and(i promise this is the last time i say it) because he looks like 2005 ryan reynolds.

so because of some Plot Devices, he ends up back in his hometown and unable to get a plane out. he sees SJJ who is now a washed-up drunkard who wears his old varsity jacket around because Of Course. ryan finds him offputting, as do i, and it’s one of the few nearly funny scenes in the film, just because i enjoy juxtaposition and so(despite it being the most boilerplate, run-of-the-mill, dull point to make in a film) it actually was something i didn’t hate to see.

he also sees Pretty Girl From High School. they semi-hit it off. she’s shocked that he looks Like That(i know i promised not to mention it again but it’s a legit plot point this time leave me alone), he’s shocked she still looks Like That. they agree to get food the next day.

ryan acts like a bit of a dick, name-dropping celebs he works with left and right, and getting really aggressive when a waitress drops off a plate of his old usual(a really fattening pancake... thing. it looked gross tbqh.) and like, ok, so, i just, here’s where i--

okay. okay. okay. okay. in Ye Olde Days, i wouldve written him off as a douche, and hated him, and, i. i

i couldnt help but, feel, SO bad for him???? like. okay. he just. he had NO self-esteem as a teen. he felt extremely bad about himself, for a TON of reasons, so he literally ran away and reinvented himself entirely and, found a marginal amount of enjoyment from his life???? like, was he happy? no. but he was... he hated himself a little less maybe? he worked really hard to feel good about his body, he worked really hard to get a job he felt any semblance of pride in, he worked REALLY hard to eventually get to a place where he could feel... literally anything positive at any point. he genuinely truly put in real effort to become healthy and have a good career.

and then he, he gets stuck back at his old house, and people are trying to force him to eat food that makes him feel awful and then mocking him when he gets defensive about it, he gets injured and needs to go back to wearing his retainer again, he openly fails at a BUNCH of stuff that he’s specifically been working REALLY FUCKIN HARD AT, for YEARS, because he was insecure about being bad at it in high school(like ice skating, he’s really good at it now because he sucked in high school and he wanted to overcome that), and then also receives more mocking for failing at it, and. you just.

you’re watching someone who was at the bottom of a pit of despair, who clawed tooth and nail at the clay walls of their misery-prison in order to haul themselves all the way up to the lofty height of “misery pit again, but different this time”, as they get caught in a downpour that completely erases all their progress and they slide right back to where they started. you see him completely regress and it K I L L E D me. he gets stuck back in a place where every single flaw he tried to overcome is just! shoved! back! on him! all over!

and, yeah, he’s. not great to women. he’s not beating them or anything, i don’t think he treats them SUPER badly, or actively thinking of them as lesser. but it doesn’t change the fact that he is BAD to them, and he thinks of all interactions with attractive women as transactional. and thats TERRIBLE. but i just!!! i cant help myself man i cant stop i just i look at him and all i feel is like!!!!!!!

leave him alone!!!!!!!!!!! get the boy therapy or something!!! dont tear him down like this!!!!!!! we cant just tear someone down every time they make a semblance of an attempt at being Not Miserable!!!!!!!! just!!!!! he doesnt need this, man!!!!! hes literally just The Saddest Person with The Lowest Self Esteem Of All Time, so he uses his newfound ability to find people willing to sleep with him, as a way of raising his self esteem. is he the Best Person? not on your life. but he’s just! a sad little man! who’s trying his best! i dont wanna see him torn to shreds, man. i just want him to realize that his self-worth doesn’t have to rely entirely on whether or not he’s sexually appealing.

because at the end of the day, i think that’s his major problem??? his own self-worth is so thoroughly wrapped up in whether he perceives himself as someone who’s sexually appealing to others.

which like! fuck you! thats considered a Big Problem and So Sad when it’s a girl, if she feels her only self-worth comes from being sexually attractive to men, but, it feels like every time i see a dude goin thru somethin similar, its like “oh hes just a Bad.” and i get it, not only do men have the societal power in this equation, but also when theyre dealin with this same problem, dudes tend to externalize it in really unhealthy and sexist ways, and im not. im not saying every sexist dude just needs a manic pixie dream girl to waltz into his life or some shit!!! im just!!!!!!!!!! idk!!!

i just cant stop sympathizing w/ the dude. and wanting him to get Help. and suffering immensely when i see him literally regressing into a place of misery right before my very eyes.
