Freemanverse / Barneyverse but Shephard's Mind gets dragged along with the other 2 Mind's characters. It's a thing that's been floating around in my head for a bit and i wanna hear what other people think about it

Tbh, in my "Freeman Verse" it's included all of the cracters of each "verse"... The thing is, sometimes I don't have any ideas to draw them all together or I end up focusing only on the four Gordons lmao (Cuz I'm a simp for Mr. freeman, I'm sorry[???)

Still, I think it would be funny watching the other Gordons and Barneys interact with SM!Adrian... Maybe at first they would try to kill him... Y'know cuz... Yeah(?).... But he'll be fine no worries(??

GUESS WHAT EVERYONE??!! I FINALLY HAVE TABLET AND I’M BAAAACKKKK AAAAAAAAAAAHH(?

"No, my scan isn't working, might be because I'm covered in dirt and blood."

"Fuck. I'll try to break the window then."

Adrian punched the window... then hit it harshly with his gun a few times, shot at it, kicked it... nothing.

"Ffff...."

"Hey hey, Adro, don't worry I think there's a vent somewhere here that leads to the office."

"Never call me that again."

It didn't take long for them to find one, just beside a door nearby. Squatting down, Bareny was the first to go into the vents, Adrian nervously climbing in behind. They went through the vents with ease, turning lefts and rights. Soon this brought them to a shakier part of the vent but they assumed it was because one of them had picked up the pace. Of course the whole time Adrian actually blamed it on how much chatter was coming from the man in front of him.

They kept going until a metal grate in the vent broke and Adrian was quickly sucked in. Barney immediately tried to pull Shepherd back up, only getting him back up halfway before almost falling in too. He gulped, knowing he had two options, and he'd rather die then be alone again. He got down, allowing himself to be sucked in but holding onto a part of the grate that still wasn't broken. He quickly pushed Adrian the rest of the way up, then swung himself up more, before slipping and falling back.

He let out a loud yelp and closed his eyes tightly.

Blackout.

After what was, probably, a few hours, Barney woke up with his head hurting like hell and his foot wrapped up tight with bandages now stained pink from what ever wound was under. Next to him was the same sleeping marine that he saved from the fan in the vent. He looked around, they were in the office. He looked back down at the marine and smiled a little.

Trust.

Barney was now limping, refusing any more help form Adrian until they were actually some place safe. This drove the marine insane! Barney was in no condition to just, just, be walking around! He swore he saw Barney cry a little early just because of some stairs. No way in hell is Adrian gonna keep waiting on him, or begging him to stop. It's carrying time.

He squatted down infront of the other, and muttered the command, "hop on." Piggyback rides!! No one could refuse that, he knew Calhoun wouldn't with his personality.

Not as heavy as Adrian expected! He could still move around with ease and Barney was able to defend them some anything above. Better teamwork then any of the guys back at camp, his Drill Sergeant better be waiting with a couple hundreds of medals for him and Barney.

Actually, most of the medals should go to Barney, with the stories he's told. Okay yeah Adrian listened to *some* of his stories.... most of his stories actually. His life seemed exciting, must be like that back at home for him too.

Way to make yourself jealous, Shepherd.

Though maybe they should talk about family more now, I mean, if they both need somewhere to go, Adrian thinks if Barney's family is close they could hang there.

A soft snore is heard from behind, causing Adrian to tilt his head back a little. Nope. Just asleep. They need to stay away though, if they keep going like this, it might be another *day* before they could get out. So, maybe they should rest here.

With that plan set, Adrian carefully laid Barney down, setting his leg up on something to help it a bit more. Finally laying down next to him. Looking at the other's hand.
