NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS 

 🔵January 22, 2019 - Death Note: Light Up the NEW World will be released subtitled on DVD and Blu-ray in North America by Funimation. The first two Japanese live-action films Death Note and Death Note: The Last Name will also be re-released subtitled. 

🔵January 31, 2019 - Episodes 7, 8, and 9 for the Death Note audio drama will be released in German. 

🔵February 15, 2019 - Jump Force video game will be released. It will feature various characters from Shonen Jump, including Light and Ryuk, although both will be non-playable characters. 

🔵February 28, 2019 - The final three episodes for the Death Note audio drama will be released in German. 

🔵March or April 2019 - A Light & Ryuk Diorama will be released by Oniri Creations. 

🔵July 13 - August 12, 2019 - Takeshi Obata will have his first art exhibition. It will feature art from his various works including Death Note. 

🔵2020 - Death Note: The Musical will have a third performance run in Tokyo.

What death note merch do you own?

Uhm, oh, uh, stuff? I’ve amassed merch through nearly 10 years after all, though I skipped on all the expensive pretty figures, tragically.

This is my Death Note shelf, for reference. Most of what I own is various books, which probably don’t count for merch: the manga in normal as well as Black Edition, HTR13, the anime and first two live action movies on DVD, 4 different copies of Another Note, the LctW novel, Obata’s artbook, the Japanese all-in-one omnibus, 2 guidebooks for the DS games.

Then I have a bunch of posters and pins and keychains, this full figure set, big Nendoroid Light and L, Puchi Nendoroid Mikami, Mello, Near and Light, the Mikami figure from the DVD figureset, that beautiful cardboard diorama of the warehouse that comes with Japanese HTR13 the official Death Note; a Near, a Ryuk and an L plushie; some Ryuk figure from blind boxes, bad replicas of bobblehead Mello and Misa, ~1000 cards of the TCG and... that might be it?

I really passed up all the pretty figures, I’d kill for the RAH or one of the Griffon Lights......
