i love how sunjae is more secure with his relationship with sol than we think because when we saw that preview of him at the backseat while taesung drives the car and sol is at the passenger seat, everyone expected him to act petty and jealous about it but nah he just complains about taesung’s slow ass too cautious driving. also when sunjae was talking with inhyuk at the beach while taesung and sol have their healthy closure moment, he doesn’t even say anything when he and inhyuk came back to join them for ice cream. and to spread my sunjae taesung besties agenda, i think he just trusts taesung as a friend now since their night out drinking, realizing he’s not that type of guy to cling on and be toxic.

Lovely Runner has one of the best endings!!! I adored the last ep so much. It was exactly what was needed after the roller-coaster ride in the first 15 episodes. Just pure fluff, which didn't even get boring tbh. Like I didn't even realise where the hour went. I love that they resolved the kidnapper/killer plot in the first 5 mins of the episode and dedicated the rest of it to Sol and Sun jae getting their happy ending. And I absolutely loved how they showed the wedding scene. It wasn't cringey or overly done, it was just right!

I'm so glad I waited to watch this is show. The storyline was so engaging that the episodes just flew by! And the acting! Discovering that Sun jae had had a crush on Sol this entire time was such a wonderful revelation! He was so down bad for her and the adoration he had for her was just so sweet to watch. Both Sol and Sun Jae's characters are so well written.

I also really liked the fact that they dedicated the last three episodes to the present moment. I'm not usually someone who likes high school romance. And while I really enjoyed that aspect of this show, I absolutely loved them as adults. It was such a delight to watch Sun jae fall in love with Sol again in the present reality. No matter what reality they live in, he will always fall in love with her.

Lovely runner is just perfection from start to end. The pacing is perfect and the chemistry is just too good. I'm so happy to have watched this show!
