Mais headcannons do Ryan x Leitora/reader
Parte 1 | Parte 2 | Parte 3
Vocês se mudam juntos
ele está um pouco preocupado sobre a própria individualidade;
impulsivamente, em uma noite de bebedeira, ele declarou que vocês deveriam morar juntos, e depois não conseguiu voltar atrás;
ele se sente estúpido por duvidar da própria ideia, mas é porque ele é muito medroso em relação a se comprometer, e cada nova fase é que ele enfrenta é difícil;
ele começa a ficar mais de boa quando vocês visitam um apartamento exatamente como nos sonhos dele: algo moderno e pequeno;
no dia da mudança, ele já está bem mais animado e se oferece para passar na sua casa e pegar as suas caixas;
ele faz um pouco de corpo mole na hora de desembalar tudo;
quando vocês já estão instalados no novo apê, ele resolve se meter a cozinhar e te pede ajuda para fazer o jantar;
O apartamento
você é o despertador de Ryan todas as manhãs;
algumas poucas vezes para te agradar ele acorda antes e prepara algo simples para você comer;
ele preza pela própria individualidade, então ele passa a maior parte do tempo jogando videogame ou trabalhando em seu próprio site;
algumas vezes, quando ele faz uma pausa em suas coisas, ele vai verificar se você está na sala e te dá um beijo na boca do nada;
você sempre cozinha, e mesmo contra-gosto, ele sempre lava a louça;
"hoje é o seu dia de tirar o lixo"
algumas vezes, ele apenas não está afim de saber sobre o seu dia, mas ele vai ouvir mesmo assim;
"Gatinha? Você está bem?"
ele está realmente assustado com você acordar gritando;
ele te faz deitar no colo dele até dormir novamente, mas acaba dormindo antes de você;
Ryan externaliza totalmente seus medos quanto aos pesadelos que tem;
ele procura afeto em você porque se sente apavorado;
ele vai descrever o sonho nos mínimos detalhes;
Ryan tem um bom autocontrole e ele usa disso para te provocar (muito);
"já está assim, gatinha?"
ele te dá beijos cada vez mais quentes e lentos e sabe exatamente onde estão os seus pontos fracos;
ele quer dominar e tem um ego enorme a ser preenchido, então quer sempre te satisfazer em primeiro lugar;
na maioria das vezes, é ele quem começa a passar a mão em você;
ele gosta MESMO de beijar, então está sempre te beijando na hora do sexo ou não;
algumas vezes, ele quer apenas te beijar de forma quente, mas não quer ir adiante;
ele vai te fazer implorar por ele porque gosta de se sentir desejado;
Ryan não entende nada disso;
ele acha que você não deveria externalizar suas inseguranças;
tudo que ele pode fazer é te dizer o quanto te acha sexy e gostosa;
Casamento
vai demorar, mas após os 30 anos, ele vai dar o braço a torcer. se o relacionamento de vocês durou todo esse tempo, então ele acha que vocês podem se casar;
você vai ter que ser paciente, porque Ryan dá um passo de cada vez e são passos lentos e bem espaçados - ele REALMENTE tem medo de copromisso e de tudo dar simplesmente errado;
o pedido não é planejado. um dia ele olha para você na cama, com o cabelo bagunçado, cantarolando alguma música do Radiohead enquanto lê um livro e solta um: deveríamos nos casar;
ele compra um anel de noivado não muito caro, mas elegante, e dessa vez ele vai levar flores também, pela primeira vez;
ele conta para literalmente TODO mundo que vocês estão noivos e aprecia a expressão de choque das pessoas;
ele não quer que ningum da empresa seja padrinho ou madrinha, mas não vai contra quando você convida a Erin ou a Pam para serem madrinhas;
ele não está muito engajado em planejar, mas aprova ou desaprova as ideias que você apresenta à ele;
ele escolhe uma data perto porque tem um medo interno de mudar de ideia;
alguns dias antes do casamento ele está tão ansioso que acha que vai morrer;
(continua)

The past few weeks have been a fever dream for the online conspiracy world. Wild claims about Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, went from fringe corners of the internet to mainstream social media platforms, and people who don’t usually dabble in conspiracies found themselves leading the charge. Basically, the whole world fell down the rabbit hole.
WIRED talked to researchers, TikTok creators, and experts on conspiracies about what exactly happened, and how so many people so willingly threw themselves into the story. It was the perfect storm: A combination of gamified social platforms, distrust in media and government, unprecedented levels of conspiratorial thinking, and even a bot influence campaign on social media all played a part. Even now, following Middleton’s announcement that she has been diagnosed with cancer, the conspiracies have continued.
Until Friday, Middleton was last seen in public on Christmas Day. Kensington Palace later announced that she was undergoing an abdominal surgery and said Middleton was in the hospital for two weeks before returning home to recover. Conspiracies surrounding Middleton’s whereabouts had been bubbling online since early January, but they became mainstream after the palace issued a doctored photo that was retracted by AP, Reuters, and other agencies. “They were dishonest, and then they put out at least one doctored photo. So of course, at that point, they're gonna lose all credibility,” Melissa Ryan, a disinformation researcher, tells WIRED.
It seemed like the whole internet quickly became obsessed with figuring out what happened.
On social media platforms, videos discussing this issue exploded. TikTok investigators and content creators, along with their huge fanbases, obsessed over dimples on grainy photographs, images of hands, and AI-enhanced pictures. Creators who don’t typically post about royals jumped on the bandwagon because of the level of engagement this topic was receiving. These conspiracies were also able to thrive because of the unwillingness of the royal family to speak openly about what was happening, creating a void which was quickly filled by everyone from TikTok creators to blue check grifters on X and died-in-the-wool conspiracists on Telegram.
“The topic is an ideal mainstream conspiracy theory: It's low stakes, easy to obsess over, and endlessly iterative,” Caro Claire Burke, a journalist and TikTok creator based in Virginia, tells WIRED. “There's no easier build-your-own-adventure story than the one that can be built around a woman who is simultaneously famous and unknown. She's a perfect lightning rod for this kind of obsession.” Burke, who is a producer with Katie Couric Media, recently switched from posting about tradwives to Kate Middleton; she’s seen huge engagement on these posts, including several videos which racked up more than 2.5 million views each, and one which has been viewed more than 6 million times—much more than any of her previous videos.
While the volume of conspiracy content around Middleton has dramatically decreased since her statement was released on Friday, it has far from disappeared entirely. On Telegram channels and X over the weekend, conspiracies claiming that Middleton’s video statement was AI-generated spread quickly, while others claimed that her cancer was caused by the Covid vaccine which she was photographed getting in 2021.
But influencers looking for likes and clicks made up just one aspect of this perfect conspiracy storm.
WIRED found that Middleton conspiracies were being amplified by networks of bot accounts on X, with one comment posted by thousands of accounts. The comment referred to a conspiracy about a video published in The Sun of Prince William and Middleton walking at a farm shop. “Why do these big media channels want to make us believe these are Kate and William?” read the posts.
Joe Ondrak, regional investigations lead with Logically, a company that uses AI to track conspiracies and disinformation online, also discovered the same comment being shared on other social media platforms, as well as message boards and much darker conspiracy corners of the internet. Ondrak has not been able to identify who was behind the campaign, but said it could be a “bot farm for hire,” which is a company that sells services to push whatever disinformation narrative you desire on social media platforms. While most of the X accounts spreading this message are based in the UK, the ones with the highest reach are based in India.
The campaign, Ondrak believes, could have been undergone, in part, to “undermine trust in mainstream media sources.”
In the US, trust in mainstream media and government is at all time lows, meaning that these kinds of comments or explanations can be eagerly accepted and shared. A Gallup poll published last year found that 39 percent of Americans had no confidence at all in the mainstream media, a record high. Months earlier, a survey published by the Center for Countering Digital Hate found that 49 percent of Americans agree with four or more conspiracy statements related to topics like antisemitism, vaccines, climate change, and white supremacy. That figure dramatically increases to 69 percent among US teens.
“Conspiracy frameworks and the conspiracy mindset are more readily present in the cultural mindset now than it was pre-2020,” Ondrak says. “The way in which Covid [conspiracies] led to the Great Reset and led to everyone knowing someone in their family who has referenced it or shared things on Facebook—it's now just much more present.”
The British royal family is a topic that has been at the center of the conspiracy universe for decades, from wild claims that they are lizard people to QAnon’s claims about Princess Diana still being alive. The palace is also a subject of intense scrutiny from the media across the globe, meaning that audiences have been primed for years to engage with this story.
“There is no weirder Twitter than people who either love or hate the royal family, and the battle that plays out online every day,” says Ryan. “I follow it just because I've written about Meghan Markle and the hate targeting her so much. So there was already an audience sort of primed for this content.”
Now, experts who track how people are radicalized into more troubling conspiracies by seemingly benign ones worry that some of those who were captivated by the Middleton speculation in recent weeks could now find themselves obsessed with other conspiracy communities.
“I see a lot are having fun with it, but as with many conspiracy theories there's an extremity scale here,” says Brent Lee, a former conspiracist who now works to help people escape the rabbit hole. “This sliding scale always runs the risk of losing people to the extremities of the rabbit hole. It depends how far people are willing to go.”
Ondrak believes that the lack of trust in institutions and government means more and more people are susceptible to this type of thinking.
“We've seen in the past the true crime community getting far too into things that lead to Satanic Panic, and then true crime becomes QAnon.” says Ondrak. “There is always the risk that one or two people might accidentally find themselves on an on-ramp and not be able to get off.”
Still, it may not necessarily lead to anything. Since Middleton’s cancer announcement, backlash against Burke and creators has been swift.
“I genuinely did not think that people would turn this story into what they turned it into, which was that a young woman, a young mother of three, had been bullied into revealing a medical diagnosis and we should all be ashamed,” Burke said on a podcast on Sunday. “On Instagram in particular, and TikTok, I received a sudden rushing wave of profound vitriol.”
Other creators believe some, however, deserve the blame. “I do think there are a handful of creators who took advantage of the hype, spread horrible theories, and made bold claims without any fact to back it up,” says a TikTok creator known as Alyssa R from Illinois. Alyssa R has 115,000 followers, and her videos on Middleton amassed hundreds of thousands of views. “Those creators absolutely should feel ashamed for partaking in spreading misinformation and potentially putting pressure on the Princess to reveal her diagnosis.”
Ashamed or not, these creators could have inadvertently sent some of their new followers down a conspiracy rabbit hole that could be difficult to escape from. Lee says that for those teetering on the edge of looking into more extreme conspiracies, it’s important to ask basic questions: How likely is this to be true? How many people would have to be involved to pull off this conspiracy? How many people would have to be involved in covering up this conspiracy? And have I jumped to conclusions because there is a gap in my knowledge?
“It's so easy to get caught up in the hype of the rumor mill,” Lee says. “It's nothing strange or new. It's what we do. I believe the genesis of almost every conspiracy theory is gossip. My advice to anyone, be they prone to conspiracy theories or not, is to stop and think for a minute. Occam's razor is your friend. Ask yourself these questions and see if you can find easy logical answers without making assumptions.”

MEMINISSE IUVABIT
I MISSILI! BLOCCHI I MISSILI!

A galactic conspiracy disproven
A longstanding ‘conspiracy’ in astronomy – that stars and dark matter are interacting in inexplicable ways – has been overturned by an international team of astronomers, in a paper today in Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society (MNRAS).
The authors are based in Australia, the UK, Austria, and Germany, and used the Very Large Telescope in Chile.
The conspiracy emerged to explain a phenomenon that had puzzled astronomers for a quarter of a century. The density of matter in different galaxies appeared to be decreasing at the same rate from their centre to outer edges. This was perplexing because galaxies are diverse, with many different ages, shapes, sizes, and numbers of stars. So why would they have the same density structure?
“This homogeneity suggested that dark matter and stars must somehow compensate for each other in order to produce such regular mass structures,” says Dr Caro Derkenne, the first author of the paper and an ASTRO 3D researcher from Macquarie University.
Like many conspiracies, no researcher could come up with a mechanism. If dark matter and stars could interact in this way, then we would need to change our understanding of how galaxies form and evolve. But they also couldn’t find an alternate reason to explain what they were seeing, until now.
Derkenne and her colleagues found that the similarity in density might not be due to the galaxies themselves but in how astronomers were measuring and modelling them.
The team observed 22 middle-aged galaxies (looking back some four billion years in the past due to their great distance) in extraordinary detail, using the European Southern Observatory’s Very Large Telescope in Chile. It enabled them to create more complex models that better captured the diversity of galaxies in the universe.
“In the past, people built simple models that had too many simplifications and assumptions,” says Derkenne.
“Galaxies are complicated, and we have to model them with freedom or we’re going to measure the wrong things. Our models ran on the OzStar supercomputer at Swinburne University, using the equivalent of about 8,000 hours of desktop computing time.”
Derkenne is now applying her astronomy expertise to complex data for the Australia Public Service.
“Astronomy sets you up really well to understand big data,” she says. “The real world is messy, and we don’t always have all the data. No one is there to tell you the answers or if you’re wrong or right. You need to accumulate data and analyse until you find something that works.”
The project used MUSE (Multi Unit Spectroscopic Explorer) on the VLT to analyse the galaxies from the MAGPI survey (Middle Ages Galaxy Properties with Integral field spectroscopy). MUSE collects spectral data cubes in which every single pixel is actually a spectrum.
“The MAGPI project is great example of how training workshops and collaborative space within ASTRO 3D have utilised Australia’s strategic partnership with the European Southern Observatory,” says ASTRO 3D Director Professor Emma Ryan-Weber.
“The complex data from the ESO Very Large Telescope has not only solved a long-standing problem in Astronomy, but also enabled young scientists, such as Dr Caro Derkenne, a platform on which to launch their careers to solve real-world problems,” she says.

Something that I love to see on 9-1-1 is how much character development they allow
Eddie Diaz really joined the 118, all stoic, walls all around him and not really letting anyone in
To showing him going to therapy, to deal with all of his pent up anger and sadness and frustration
Showing him crying?? Not just once but several times
No it wasn’t easy for him to seek help but he still did it and he comes from a family that doesn’t really deal in feelings and he’s been in the military, having to conceal his innermost feelings from others
Men rarely seek therapy and it’s just
So powerful to portray this on a show like that
In general, they just allow the men to actually show their feelings and not sweep them under a rug

a little warning, a lot of addiction. If there are things that you consider as a warning let me know!! :)
this blog is in spanish because i don't want to use the translator and get it translated wrong ):)

Marissa

Film Awards Season Check-In
In early October the field was looking light as only three studios released their screening schedules early: Amazon, Netflix and Searchlight. Now that we are in early November more studios have entered the fray and/or readying their boards.
Sony is putting forth THE WOMAN KING, DEVOTION, the Whitney Houston biopic I WANNA DANCE WITH SOMEBODY, LYLE, LYLE CROCODILE, Tom Hanks' A MAN CALLED OTTO and WHERE THE CRAWDADS SING; and new to the mix Mark Wahlberg's FATHER STU.
So far THE WOMAN KING and DEVOTION have had a number of screenings with DEVOTION (based on the true story of the friendship between pilots played by Glen Powell (who is an executive producer on the film) and Jonathan Majors) getting special treatment with a screening hosted by Amanda Seyfried.
Sony's indie arm Sony Pictures Classic has put up the films they are pushing: documentaries: HALLELUJAH: LEONARD COHEN, A JOURNEY, A SONG; JAZZ FEST: A NEW ORLEANS STORY, Luca Guadagnino's SALVATORE: SHOEMAKER OF DREAMS, THE RETURN OF TANYA TUCKER, TURN EVERY PAGE- THE ADVENTURES OF ROBERT CARO AND ROBERT GOTTLIEB and narrative films, Florian Zeller's THE SON (which is connected to Zeller's THE FATHER, which earned Anthony Hopkins an Oscar) starring Hugh Jackman; two Cannes screened films: RETURN TO SEOUL and ONE FINE MORNING and the English-language remake of Akira Kurusawa's IKIRU - LIVING starring Bill Nighy
When TOP GUN: MAVERICK screened at CinemaCon a few critics in attendance said it was a Best Picture candidate and I guess Paramount feels the same as TG:M and Damian Chazelle's LALA LAND follow-up BABYLON are the only films they are putting forward. IIRC this is a one-picture improvement over 2019 as that year ROCKETMAN was the only film they put forward. TG:M has quite a few screenings lined up (with no Q&A component so far because Tom Cruise isn't going to beg for a nomination) with zero, as of yet, for BABYLON.
Focus Features has put up ARMAGEDDON TIME starring Anne Hathaway and Jeremy Strong, DOWNTON ABBEY: A NEW ERA, HONK FOR JESUS. SAVE YOUR SOUL (which had a brief theatrical release while streaming on Peacock), MRS. HARRIS GOES TO PARIS, THE NORTHMAN (with alleged new father or soon-to-be-father Alexander Skarsgaard), the fantastic THE OUTFIT, THE SILENT TWINS starring Letitia Wright and Tamara Lawrance, YOU WON'T BE ALONE and TAR with Cate Blanchett who is sure to be the front runner in the Lead Actress category.
Universal has released the titles they are putting forward: Steven Spielberg's film a'clef THE FABLEMANS, the true story of the women who crafted the article to expose Harvey Weinstein, the Carey Mulligan starrer SHE SAID, NOPE, BROS and animated films MINIONS: THE RISE OF GRU, PUSS IN BOOTS: THE LAST WISH and THE BAD GUYS.
Disney had their slate up for some time but have only just recently added James Cameron's AVATAR: THE WAY OF WATER and Rihanna's offering for WAKANDA FOREVER, "Lift Me Up"; a song written by Rihanna, the film's director Ryan Coogler and film's composer Ludwig Göransson. "Lift Me Up" joins Giveon's "Time" from AMSTERDAM as the possible Best Song candidates the studio has put forward.
WB's schedule has been static with six films put forward (THE BATMAN, DON'T WORRY DARLING, FANTASTIC BEASTS: THE SECRETS OF DUMBLEDORE, the documentary NAVALNY, DC LEAGUE OF SUPERPETS and ELVIS). The only movement is that they keep adding Q&As for Austin Butler. They're working him like Colonel Parker did Elvis.
What I Have Seen So Far:
NETFLIX The Good Nurse Wendell & Wild Bardo: False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths (Mexico's Oscar submission)
Guillermo Del Toro's Pinocchio
(Q&A last weekend with Guillermo del Toro, co-director Mark Gustafson, stars Gregory Mann, Christoph Waltz and Finn Wolfhard)
Lady Chatterley's Lover
(Q&A with Emma Corrin and director Laure de Clermont-Tonnere)
The Wonder
-A late addition to their slate is Scott Cooper's THE PALE BLUE EYES; the directors third film with Christian Bale. Disney has AMSTERDAM up as part of 20th Century and are putting Bale and his costars but it appears Bale is stumping for this instead, with a Q&A with Cooper and his costars Lucy Boynton and Henry Melling this week.
