Captain Neil

So. Neil. He... took a strangely long time to draw. I've always had an idea of what he looked like? I did make an avatar of him on a Picrew to more clearly have a visual, and I made a sim of him long before I actually drew him. I also roleplayed him with friends a lot, so he's definitely come into his own like Omelet has.  Neil is the Captain of the Heavenly Royal Guard. He trains to make sure the guard is doing their work as best as they can, and he diligently protects his King and Queen and the Sky Realm. He's known to be a very hard worker and he's incredibly devoted and diligent to his job. However he... is maybe too devoted. He. Doesn't exactly have much of a social life. Or many hobbies. Or much. Angelus is trying his best to get him to open up and try new things so he doesn't exist in work 24/7. It's a very difficult effort though in account of how rigid Neil is.
