December 10
Harry’s lying on top of the covers in his pants, staring at the ceiling and thinking about the sweet release of Dreamless Sleep, when the front door of his cottage opens.
It’s about a hundred times as loud in the middle of the night, and he springs upward, clutching the comforter to his chest like a Victorian lady. Harry’s on top of it, so it barely covers his prick, and he’s in the midst of remembering that Draco saw him sulk around his cottage wearing only the duvet when Draco bursts into the bedroom, breathing hard.
“What a day for a swim,” he pants.
“Draco.” Harry’s heart pounds so hard he thinks it’ll give out. “It’s the middle of the bloody night.”
“I can’t sleep. You can’t sleep. Come on, Potter. Let’s swim.”
“Yes,” says Harry. He gets out of bed and pulls on a vest, then finds his shoes and glasses, then goes out to the sitting room, where Draco is tapping his foot, fast and irritated.
Through the leaves, the sky glitters with stars. Crickets shriek in the woods around them. Harry has to rush to keep up with Draco’s long strides.
They follow the path out of the trees and over the hills, then past a car park and another wood. They pass a bigger cottage and the mill pond.
“Finally,” Draco says as they pass another clutch of trees. “The swimming lake.”
He takes them all the way ’round to the far side, where there’s a little dock. Draco marches right to the end and strips his shirt over his head without so much as a shall we get naked, Potter?
Harry freezes.

While looking into the other stuff the sneapot artist had available, I got recommendations for some other teapots and ended up down a small rabbithole of teapots, so for your enjoyment and rating purposes, in no particular order, I give you:
Train:
Artichoke:
Vaguely cursed cats:
A cute orange I'd actually use:
Second vaguely cursed cat (his face!):
Assassin's teapot:
Cute little house:
Little hill:
Fox:
Owl:
(Image ID under cut due to length)
Man, these are fun! The train is so shiny. It looks like a steam engine, complete with steam! The... artichoke... forgot the word for artichoke for a second and had to scroll back up to where you linked it, is fun and along with the orange one (or is that a peach?) would make fun collector's items for someone with a food themed teapot collection. I think it's funny that the vase on the dresser with cats one is knocked over cuz like. Yeah, cats will do that. The black cat looks like they were going to blep and ended up with cursed. Also... I kinda want an assassin's teapot. Just for the hell of it. Might look up how much those cost. The house and the hill are cute and look very scenic but what the heck is that creature on the hill one? Is it a mouse? Or? The fox has such tiny eyes. And the owl such large ones. I like that the owl one the spout is the branch it's sitting on. That's clever.
Image 1: a black and gold steam engine shaped teapot with grey ceramic smoke coming out it's smokestack
Image 2: a teapot shaped like an artichoke head on its side
Image 3: a teapot shaped like a clothes dresser with several drawers open, and a small porcelain cat on top. There is a knocked over vase of flowers sitting on the lid.
Image 4: a teapot shaped like an orange, with a leaf on the lid
Image 5: a black cat teapot. The face is the lid of the teapot, and the spout is an arm. The cat's mouth is open.
Image 6: a teapot shaped like an old man. There are measurements listed on the image. It is 7.1 inches wide and 5.12 inches tall. This teapot is the assassin's teapot.
Image 7: a teapot shaped like a cottage with flowers out front and a thatched roof
Image 8: A round teapot shaped like a hill with a well at the top. There are ceramic shapes of as mall girl and an animal I can't identify, as well as a picnic basket painted onto the side of the teapot.
Image 9: A teapot shaped like a fox in a waistcoat. The fox is white and has small eyes. Its head is the lid of the teapot.
Image 10: A teapot shaped like an owl sitting on a branch. The owl is brown and has large eyes and very defined eyebrows.

TOP 10 TOURIST PLACES TO VISIT IN INDIA
India, renowned for the enormous number of tourist destinations spread over its vast territory, is a melting pot of cultures, natural beauty, adventurous activities, and stunning beaches.
If you are planning a trip to the country, you should not miss the following locations (well, at least not all of them). We have covered all of our favourites, from hill stations to beaches to cities, highlighting the culture and much more in order for you to enjoy the finest of India's tourism.
AGRA
Agra is one of the most visited cities in India due to its abundance of historical sites. The Taj Mahal, one of the world's most renowned structures, is, of course, at the top of this list of Agra attractions.
Along with the Agra Fort, Akbar's Tomb, and Fatehpur Sikri, this marble-clad structure is a stunning example of Mughal architecture. Also a terrific place to feast on delicious Mughlai cuisine.
GOA
With 51 beaches along its coastline, Goa is one of the most popular tourist destinations in India. Its white sand beaches, palm trees, low tax rate, wonderful coastal food, and laid-back demeanour make it a fantastic tourist destination in India.
Winter is the greatest season to visit this location because the weather is ideal (though this is when it can get expensive, too). In addition to the beach, the city's nightlife is not to be missed.
AMRITSAR
Amritsar, founded by Guru Ram Das in 1577, is regarded as the spiritual capital of Sikhism. The Golden Temple, the holiest gurudwara of the Sikh religion, is located in the heart of the old city. Locals refer to it as Harmandir Sahib Gurudwara.
The Akal Takhat and Mata temples are among well-known attractions in this city. Lassi and chicken tikka are two excellent dishes to sample in Amritsar.
SHIMLA
Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, is one of India's most renowned hill stations. With the Town Hall at its centre and a magnificent view of the Himalayas, this location attracts a large number of tourists.
Visit the Viceregal Lodge, Christ Church, and Gorton Castle to discover Shimla's true heritage. The snowy mountains and small lanes are worth watching and exploring throughout the winter months.
MUNNAR
Munnar, located in Kerala's Western Ghats, is one of the most tranquil and picturesque tourist destinations in India. The hill station features exceptional natural beauty in the form of rolling hills, picturesque valleys, virgin forests, waterfalls, streams, national parks, tea and spice plantations, and meandering pathways.
However, it is Munnar's unmistakable colonial beauty that attracts travellers time and time again. There are many churches, English colonial bungalows and cottages, and other structures in the hill station, which was a popular vacation destination for the British.
COORG
Coorg or Kodagu, which is surrounded by gorgeous mountain ranges and boasts a lush green terrain, is yet another clichéd holiday spot that lives up to the reputation. This hill station in the Indian state of Karnataka is a favourite weekend destination for nature enthusiasts and those in search of solitude. Coorg's allure is unparalleled, from its verdant hills and sparkling streams to its quaint villages and expansive coffee and spice farms.
Since Coorg enjoys beautiful weather throughout the year, it is a popular destination for Bangalore residents seeking to escape the chaos of the city.
OOTY
Udhagamandalam, usually referred to as Ooty, is a hill station in Tamil Nadu. The mild climate, the view of India's Western Ghats, and the tranquil environment make this a wonderful vacation spot for families and friends.
It is renowned for its tea plantations, lush gardens, bungalows from the British era, and spicy cuisine. During the summer holidays, when many families spend a week or two here, the area is typically congested. Once a little town, Ooty is now a bustling tourist destination with year-round activity.
MANALI
Manali, located in the Kullu Valley of Himachal Pradesh, attracts visitors with its natural beauty and serenity. The hill station is popular by tourists from across the nation, particularly during the summer months when cities swelter in the searing heat.
The hill station's beauty is enhanced by snow-capped mountains, dense forests, riverine valleys, and beautiful streams, making it one of the most popular holiday destinations in India. Manali also features a magnificent blend of rich cultural past and modernization, which is another of its many endearing characteristics. In addition to enjoying the tranquilly and natural beauty of the area, you can indulge in exhilarating adventure activities.

Baby, it's all I know That you're half of the flesh And blood makes me whole I need you so So take these broken wings And learn to fly
TAKE THESE BROKEN WINGS - PLOT DROP
TW Violence, Gore, Blood, Physical Assault
It was the first truly warm day of the year. The temperatures had reached the mid 70s (that's around 23°C for those who use Celsius) and, as the sun began to set, the warmth wafting in from the water brought along a thick mist that clung in the air, casting an eerie sight over the small Rhode Island town that only grew eerier as one Aiyla Baysal began her walk home.
The banshee had worked late and, now, a quarter past 10, the fae wandered the lonely streets of Sunny Harbor back to the small cottage she called her own. But, as she rounded the bend, the banshee found herself overwhelmed with the urge to scream. Collapsing onto her knees, a desperate and soul shattering cry rang out into the night. A warning that someone was about to die and someone almost did.
At the same time, across town, over in Celestial Hills, a doorbell rang for the past has a way of repeating itself and, as Meena Raja descended the steps of her manor, she found herself stopping short at the door. Her stomach dropped at the sound of a rather distinct thud and the faintest murmur of her advisor who was now coughing up blood. In less than a split of a second, Meena was at Aaliyah Rose's side. But, the damage had already been done. The Clan Advisor had been attacked. Aaliyah Rose's chest had been carved away at with what appeared to be a stake of sorts. Her now exposed heart still beating, but slower now than before, within her chest. Someone had attempted to rip Aaliyah's heart out the way Meena had once received Theodore's supposed heart in a box. But, rather than finish the job, they left her advisor on her doorstep with a note that read-
Your husband and his Council let me take the blame for their misdeeds and now your advisor will take yours.
But, if that wasn't bad enough, Aaliyah Rose would not be the only attack that night. For as the Fae Queen and banshee screamed, a masked figure made their move. Grabbing the fae from behind, they slashed at Aiyla Baysal's wings with an iron knife. Another blood-curdling cry broke from her lips as her knees gave out from under her. Her sight flooded by an illusion her attacker wanted her to see.
Rather than the misty streets of Sunny Harbor, Aiyla found herself on the Town Green back in 1992. A crowd was beginning to form around the coven advisor of the time, River Cassidy, who stood up on the front steps of the Town Hall, watching in silence as the crowd shouted obscenities and questions at her. How could this have happened? How could the hunters have gotten in?
But, rather than answer them, River's gaze locked onto that of the Supreme and Mayor, Yasmin Badawi, who was attempting to push their way through the crowd. "Either you tell them or I will," River warned. But, before River's could utter the truth, the clan leader, Theodore Moore, began to usher the crowd back- Everyone stay back. Stay back- while Yasmin acted as if River had gone mad. River, it's okay. I know you didn't mean to let them in. Just stand down. But, River hadn't been the one responsible for the hunter attack. She had been the only voice in the room who had urged them not to go through with it. The sharp pains in her head from all of the town's peoples memories she had absorbed for her Coven leader mixed with their shouting became too much to bare and, before anyone could stop it, River lunged at Yasmin. But, before the advisor could reach the other, Saskia Alders intervened. She grabbed onto River, using the strength of an alpha to hold her back, as the Fae Queen, Hazal Kaplan, casted an illusion over River to subdue her. They dragged her away. Aiyla watching through the vision as River Cassidy was taken into a backroom as the others decided what they should do with her. The truth, they all decided, would result in anarchy and chaos. A vote was cast and a verdict unanimously made to save their own skin. River no longer stood with them and, while they didn't feel that it was right to strip the witch of her magic given everything she had done for them (and the fact that she was currently holding all of the other residents forgotten memories of the attack in her head), they banished her. She was to leave Lunar Cove and never come back. The Alpha, Saskia Alders, would later announce that River Cassidy was the one to let the hunters in and had tried to attack them all. But, out of self defense, they fought back. River Cassidy was no more and would be pronounced dead the following day in the papers. While, the real River Cassidy lived on, out there, somewhere, having been sacrificed as a pawn in a much bigger game the leaders had been playing.
As the illusion came to an end, Aiyla's vision went dark. The fae leader collapsed on the street as her attacker vanished into the night, leaving behind a note of their own-
Your kind created the Catalyst and now every supernatural will pay the price.
REMINDERS
This will be the last plot drop before the event which is our masquerade event starting on 5/4. These plot drops are completely optional for your character to react to. We also hope these plot drops will inspire starters and different threads to be had between your characters. Please feel free to continue any plot drop threads before this and react to what you would like.
For the fae: There have been multiple attacks tonight. Any banshee in town likely spent the whole night screaming, having either found their Fae Queen through sleepwalking or woke up the next morning with a sore throat. If you are in the Fae Court, your leader has now been attacked. Also, written in the blood of the Fae Queen on both the outside of the Daily Drip & the Selvi house in Sunny Harbor is a note that reads "If you thought you saw the last of me, think again". A message from the Fae Queen's attacker who has been working with the Catalyst.
For all Vampires: Your advisor has been brutally attacked and is currently recuperating at the Moore Manor. Feel free to have your characters react in any way you'd like.
For the Council: Feel free to HC out the Council Meeting and discuss where the remaining leaders plan to go from here. As for Aiyla & Aaliyah, it’s up to you if you feel they’d be released from the Hospital to join the meeting or if they’d call in or sit this one out. Royce may be still out for this one as well.
For everyone else: Feel free to react to both the attacks and the foreboding message you may have stumbled upon in blood outside of your local coffee shop.
And, as always, we hope you have fun!

2nd December Photograph quiz
Well, we can’t come out of the original front door of this public house and lots of things have changed. Regular fights and punch ups occurred and there was a regular run in with the local farmer who used to get his muck spreader out and redecorate the exterior and customers cars, as his farm bordered the car park. The old farm house was where the embryonic Sutton Valence Temperance Society met and usually after a session at the Swan followed by one Dick Perrin, the landlord, furnishing the farmer with a decent bottle of Grouse. Nobody knew just what had occurred because everyone was usually too plastered to remember.
So we come out of the boozer and continue our ramble along pass the service station with what was once a little industrial estate down
the side and round the back, I think that planning was obtained and a little estate of houses was built there, of course it was originally owned by a co-director of a company of which I was the Company Secretary. almost immediately opposite were a row of terraced cottages once owned by a certain Dan Mackleden. He who went to America and came back with some wonderful marketing ideas and branded his Bramley Apples, "Dan's Souper Doupers" marketed in a wooden non returnable 30lb box with the cover printed by a local stationary company. One of our irregular members used to live in those cottages but never visited that local pub, or so she said but one of our puddle jumper drivers had his nose broken in there one Saturday evening. Just along the road a bit further there's a raised layby with another row of houses and a farm entrance into a decent cherry orchard or two and we tried our hardest to get involved as this grower had planted new Canadian varieties, like Sunburst or Sunset on Colt 45 rootstock and these were making over £10 per 10lb tray, A £1 a pound wholesale, so lots of commission and I can't remember the grower's name. Perhaps it was Fermor, who nose. We're heading down the road and pass what was a dance theatre before it burnt down but was once a decent farmyard complete with cold stores and access at the top of an awful hill for large lorries. We tried to purchase his twice but were beaten off, as this would've been and excellent depot for our puddle jumpers and there was a decent house onto the adjoining lane with a connecting footpath. The daughter living in the house became a well known film star and at the next crossroads on the left sits another house rented by another film star of old and a few of us regulars at the Sutton Valence Swan one Saturday night were invited to a party there. Once again, nobody still alive can remember anything. Oh dear. The crossroads are famous throughout the area and the farmer previously stated also ran the farmland in the south east corner and immediately opposite, in a row of cottages lived Jacko Jackson, the East Sutton opening fast bowler. Next door to these cottages is a new hospice, where those suffering from an outbreak of MRSA were transferred from the Boxley Unit to recuperate before returning. This was overlooking an excellent cricket ground complete with pavilion. On the other side of the road was the local village sports ground where cricket and hockey were played
I played there once for the Swan team and the whole eleven had one particular attribute, plus the demon farmer bowler mentioned before had a windmill type of action and nobody, even he, never knew just which arm he would bowl from. Very confusing for everyone
His sister stated in a recent post in the “Maidstone, I remember it well “ that he was threatening to retire soon. Crikey, no more the raconteur taking centre stage in the Raglan or Lashing’s kit man. There’s a footpath to the north of the sports field which circumnavigates the excellent public school where my eldest two won scholarships but ended up at the cheaper option, the grammar school. So we’ve by passed three public houses and an hotel. The first on the main road is now under new management and the hotel has been run by the same sporting family for ever or so it seems and then to the village post office opposite s little chapel that did an excellent Christmas Eve service
Then straight over Boyton Crossroads where we meet up with that aforementioned footpath that Barry Walker is so familiar with and via Bob Skinners farm pass Court Brooms and take a left to pass the naughty girls home again and we’ll end up where the hall with the odd door handles were
Happy daze
15 related questions 1)farm next door 2) farmer's name 3) local area name 4)service station name 5)industrial estate name 6)irregular attendee 7) pub name 8)hotel name 9) pub name 10)pub name 11) chapel name 12)Bob Skinner's Farm 13)Court Brooms ? 14)local naughty girl;s home 15)local pub name complete with hall Perhaps for a tie break one could ask just who the original farmer's sister was and what was her father's profession and just what she has to do with Three French Hens
After all it is Christmas
