Jesiba is meant to be terrifying and evil

But she just threatens to turn Bryce into creatures, never actually does it. Gives her the protection amulet, lets her buy Syrinx and Lehabah (knowing full well Bryce will likely never pay back the debt). She also doesn’t punish Bryce for all the stuff she does in cc1 (Danika coming, eating take out, having hunt and ruhn there, skipping work).

It’s going to be another “not bad really, wearing a mask” situation

I need to know more about Jesiba immediately. So far I've got:

Closely acquainted with Hunt's dad???

Has a very old wolf enemy (maybe an entire race)

Left her House on purpose to defect to House of Flame and Shadow

Cares for a library filled with illegal historic books, many of which are sentient (and some of which are from the TOG and ACOTAR worlds!!)

Is terrifying and can allegedly turn people into animals

She's giving Amren vibes tbh but I'm probably wrong about that
