Random facts about Rio no one asked for:

Her birthday is March 9th

Her name ACTUALLY comes from the first three letters of Rick Riordan's last name

Rio is a HUGE Doctor Who fan, to the point she actually has a TARDIS cookie jar in the kitchen of Posiden's Palace.

Rio's last names are actually from the past two iterations of her (Lyssa Caraden and Penelope Smith) but in the lore it's actually just her mortal grandparents' names put together (Martha Caraden and Arthur Smith).

That being said, her Grandmother is actually her Step Grandma. Rio's mom (Melissa Caraden Smith) is a DEMIGOD HERSELF.

Melissa is the daughter of Iris, but was never claimed because Iris knew that she would spend all her time at camp trying to get claimed by a god with no cabin.

Posiden didn't know this when dating Melissa, and they gave birth to what I'm calling a mix gen Demigod, which is the child of a god and demigod, aka Rio.

If Rio and Scarlett were to have kids, they would be "second gen Demigods," being the children of 2 demigods.

ADDING TO THE I/ATSV THING!!! CREATED AN AU!!! Leo and Miles are cousins!! Rio and Esperanza are sisters!! When Esperanza dies, Rio and Jeff gladly take him in and make sure Rosa never lays a finger on him! So they grow up together!! And they're, of course, like siblings! Leo goes with them to spray paint! Of course, they made a mural of Esperanza, and Leo paints a bunch of stuff he dreams of inventing! Miles finds him using fire and connects the dots and Leo sort of freaks out cause 'hey now the people I love are gonna get rid of me.' But they just end up having a civil conversation about it. They agree not to tell their parents.

I don't know how Leo gets to Camp but when he does is when Miles becomes Spider-Man! They have their own adventures that happens in canon! Except Leo doesn't get back for years! Jeff is doing everything he can to look for him! Then some random kids come knocking at their door and tell them they're sorry while crying. So Miles, obviously, becomes more depressed and creates another mural. Three different people, in one family. He wondered everyday who was next. But When Leo knocks on the door is when ATSV and ToA ended. Both. I need to like finish ToA first but like Leo is definitely going with Gwen. She tries to refuse but he just lost his best friend and found out his uncle is dead, there's no way in hell he's losing someone else. Like I just like the idea okay?

He'd just blown off some steam sparring with one of the regulars when he decided to go downstairs to the basement, which served as the point place for Los Santos. He didn't consider himself much of a boxer -- no, his specialty was more in weaponry, but he figured freshening up in his hand-to-hand combat skills was necessary given his position and the potential disadvantage in his lower extremities. Thankfully, his prosthetic didn't offer him much trouble these days (thanks to the power of money and routine fittings), and he figured keeping himself moving could only help.

The smell of coffee immediately permeated his nostrils upon entering. "You just make this?" Niko asked, catching Nando's eye as he stepped further into the basement. Water probably would have been a better option considering how much he was sweating, but the male couldn't resist a fresh pot of coffee. Grabbing a mug from a nearby cabinet, he wasted no time in pouring himself a cup. "I just got word that I've gotta take Abril out with me to Webster Village tonight," he couldn't help but frown, not exactly looking forward to the inevitable bickering they'd get up to. Abril was newer to the position, and while Niko was confident that she'd grow into her role as capo well, that didn't mean he particularly enjoyed being paired up with her. "One of our low-level fuckups bagged himself an eight ball during a delivery, and Rio wants us both to question him." Niko rolled his eyes. "You know how much I hate babysitting."

Sirenas al ataque: cuándo y dónde será el concierto gratis de mujeres rockeras en CDMX

El evento rendirá un homenaje a artistas como Rita Guerrero, Vianey Valdez, Las Hermanas Jiménez y Ela Laboriel.

En el marco del 8 de marzo, Día Internacional de la Mujer, diversas artistas dentro de la escena del rock alistan un concierto gratuito en la Ciudad de México.

El evento lleva por nombre “Sirenas al ataque” y de acuerdo con la Secretaría de Cultura de la Ciudad de México, es un homenaje a las rockeras mexicanas que fueron relevantes desde los años 50.

“Un encuentro entre generaciones de rockeras, unidas en un tributo en vida a las pioneras que se atrevieron a construir un nuevo camino para el rock interpretado y creado por mujeres”, dijo la dependencia capitalina.

Sirenas al ataque se llevará a cabo el próximo 1 de marzo y todo su cartel incluye únicamente a artistas y bandas lideraras por mujeres, como Las Ultrasónicas, Elis Paprika y Denisse Gutiérrez.

El evento se realizará en el Monumento a la Revolución a partir de las 18:00 horas y rendirá un homenaje a Rita Guerrero, Vianey Valdez, Las Hermanas Jiménez, Ela Laboriel, Angélica María, Julissa, Gloria Rios, Betsy Pecannins, Leda Moreno, Las Mary Jets.

Este concierto forma parte de “Tiempo de mujeres: Festival por la igualdad”, organizado por la Secretaría de Cultura capitalina, la cual prevé 150 actividades en 23 distintas sedes.
