Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but I absolutely love the recs you've given (you've introduced me to tomione, and I love it!) and I was wondering if it's possible to give you some recs in return? There are some books and fics that definitely have dramione / got vibes, and I was wondering if I could share them with you!

So glad you've enjoyed them! Feel free to rec me anything you want. I've read most of the classic recs in terms of fic and adjacent content (Cruel Prince et al), but I'll try anything that's well-written. My tastes run towards weird and/or audaciously creative stuff, and I can forgive a lot of weaknesses in plot on the grounds of (1) ambition or (2) character work. My turnoffs are instalove, protagonists who can't fail, and most Y/A (I'm not a hater, I swear, I just need characters who can say "fuck" when their leg gets chopped off.)

I'm also a fan of weird and fucked-up dynamics.(Wuthering Heights was my favorite book for a while, and as a teenager I wrote an AU in which the book ends on a long sex scene where Heathcliff fucks Cathy's ghost and then immediately gets murdered by Catherine 2.) Obviously, I am very normal.

I’m kinda reluctant to the idea bc ppl will just vote for those they know and I’ll be sad to see beloved characters of mine have no/few votes just bc they’re less known. BUT! Truthfully, I wasn’t expecting it to be so soft either... ^^;;; but sometimes fluff and mer dynamics just need to be written to soothe the soul hehe!!

I love the idea of Jade and Floyd who sleep around a lot or hop from various flings or friends with benefits, only to quit all of that the minute they find “the one” and dedicate their time to trying to court you. And if you started as fwb and one night they realize there’s more emotion in the sex than usual… orz something about the twins realizing that their feelings for you run deeper than simple physical attraction and that you aren’t a fleeting fling like they once thought!!! Aaaaa it’s so good!!!

You are not getting rid of them once they’re in love with you! It’s two eels for the price of one, so have a lot of fun and treat them well! They will definitely treat you nicely in return hehe. After all, they were raised well. i think the funniest flavor of liujiu for me is one where sj goes into it like "ah yes I am going to EXPLOIT lqg's feelings and EMOTIONALLY MANIPULATE him for my own protection and safety" but he catches feelings hard and doesn't realize this for several years. one day he has a crisis at 4am about the fact that he does actually experience positive emotions towards lqg and frantically wakes lqg up to say "i. i think i love you. what the fuck", to which lqg is like "we've been married for five years. what are you talking about."
