THE PROFOUND POWER OF EARTHING.
A Dirt Cheap And Fast Way To Heal.
Naturally.
Unlike dieting, earthing requires no effort.
Yet it is known to help reduce inflammation,
pain, stress and even insomnia,
while improving blood flow,
sleep quality and vitality.
I even noticed my pets automatically
go to the garden to sit when they were not well.
Later, I realised they were "earthing" aka detoxing!
Our bodies are like batteries.
Connecting to earth’s natural electric charge
stabilises our physiology at the deepest levels.
How to EARTH you may ask?
Walk BAREFOOTED.
Sit in a chair with BARE FEET
touching mother earth.
Or if preferred, EARTHING MATS
are available for indoor usage.
Once the "connection" is established,
Nature takes over to bring us back to balance.
Personally, I have read much about our earth’s power to heal.
But it was Jon Jandai’s sharing on YouTube that piqued my interest.

Soon, I was to put his sharing to the test
- when I accidentally slammed
my finger between sliding doors,
Remembering Jon’s advice,
I quickly went to “bury” my
blue-black finger in my garden soil.
Imagine my utter amazement when I felt
the pain being "drawn" out of my finger
- all within minutes.
I repeated this "burying" process
several times that day.
By the 2nd day, the swelling reduced noticeably.
On the 3rd day, my finger was no longer
blue black. Family members also witnessed
this quick healing. And like me,
they were astonished.
Just recently, I cut my finger
while chopping veggies.
Again, I went to straight to the garden
to "earth", to do that "burying" ritual.
The bleeding stopped very quickly.
That small scar is now almost non-existent.
Truth be told,
I don’t know the science
of what happened.
Can’t put a finger on it.
But this healing method sure
gets a two thumbs up from me.
Try it. After all, It's so dirt cheap!
