Only one date is ever mentioned in-game, that being 2021. Considering that the Virtual Singer Fan Festa seems to be a stand-in for Magical Mirai 2021, we can assume that the Scramble Fan FESTA! event takes place in September 2021 (the real-life MM2021 was delayed to November due to covid-19, but the pandemic doesn't exist in-universe and MM Tokyo usually takes place at the beginning of September). There are Leo/need Daily Life social media posts that show them attending Magical Mirai, and do state the year of the event, but these can be considered promotional material for the event itself rather than canon material, especially since the characters address in-game that only one year has passed since the start of the story (despite the fact they have celebrated new year's day 4 times now. Timeloop things).
Based on this date, we can actually place exactly when every main character was born. The cutoff date for Japanese schools is April 1st, making Ena the oldest main character, being a 3rd year with a birthday of April 30th, followed by Tsukasa on May 17th, so on so forth all the way down to Kohane, a 2nd year with a birthday of March 2nd.
Considering when Scramble Fan FESTA is set, Ena, who was a 2nd year at the time, would be 17 years old. That would place her date of birth as April 30th, 2004. Additionally, while Kohane, a first year at the time, should be 15 during the event, the game considers her to be 16 due to using a set age for every grade bracket. Regardless, the event setting places her date of birth as March 2nd, 2006.
Based on this, we can conclude that:
Ena, Tsukasa, Rui, and Shizuku were born in 2004
Mafuyu, Kanade, Airi, Minori, Saki, Toya, Nene, An, Ichika, Mizuki, Emu, Haruka, Honami, and Akito were born in 2005
Shiho and Kohane were born in 2006
This also means that Ena, Tsukasa and Rui are all older than the MEIKO software (released November 5th 2004), and everyone except Kohane is older than the KAITO software (released February 17th 2006). Every main character is older than Miku, the Kagamines, and Luka based on this information.
Using the information around set ages*, we can also work out rough estimates for when the side characters were born. For example, Arata, who was 19 during the first 3 years of the game, is 3 years older than the members of VBS who were all considered to be 16. Since the members of VBS were born in the April 2005 - April 2006 school year range, Arata was likely born in the 2002-2003 school year range.
* based on how characters like Youta and Miu, who are said to be the same age as Leo/need, were both confirmed to be 16 years old before the 3rd anniversary age-up. Also Haruka's age is confirmed as 16 at a point in time when she shouldn't be 16. Timeloop things.
Based on this, the oldest living side character, Kounosuke, who was 55 pre-3rd anniversary and 39 years older than Emu, was probably born between April 1966 and April 1st 1967. On the younger side of things, Hanano, who was 14 pre-3rd anni, was likely born between April of 2007 and 2008. I've put the rest of the estimated side character DOBs under the cut.
assumed age as of 3rd anniversary in brackets (literally just pre-age-up age + 1)
Rakunosuke Otori - April 2nd 1922 ~ April 1st 1923 (98 (at time of death. would be 100 if still alive))
Kounosuke Otori - April 2nd 1966 ~ April 1st 1967 (56)

Additional notes (mod is rambling atp):
Rakunosuke died when he was 98 years old. In the WxS main story, Emu says that he died a year ago. Assuming Emu was 15 at the time, they have an age gap of around 83 years. The year of birth listed here was based on that assumption.
We know that Kanade's mother died aged 30, but we do not know when she died. She is still alive in flashbacks set roughly 10 years prior to the events of game.
In the third fanbook, ages were given for Mrs Asahina, Shindou, Yuuki, Asahi, and Arisa as one year less than they are given in this post. The reason for me adding a year on is because of the confirmation in a livestream of Daigo's age being 27. Daigo is meant to be the same age as Shousuke, whose age was given as 27 prior to the 3rd anniversary. When his age was provided on stream, he was grouped with the 5 I mentioned earlier. Based on this we can assume that all their ages are taken from the same time frame, i.e, pre-3rd anni (and this also confirms that NPCs inexplicably don't age but we'll ignore that for continuity reasons).
We do not have confirmed ages for Nagi, Reki, Sakaki, Ohara, MMJ's landlady, Mafuyu's father, Hiiragi, or the members of ReLight yet
Rui suggests that Reki is the same age as him in A Story Where You Are The Star while talking about both him and Asahi in the same sentence. Asahi was since confirmed as 18/19, so it is likely that Reki is also around that age.
Nagi's age is left blank in the fanbook due to it not being revealed that she was dead at the time of publication. She is younger than Taiga, but we don't know by how much, but nonetheless she was likely born in the early 1980s. It is unlikely we will ever know her exact age.
Ohara is stated to be in his mid-30s, placing his birth year as somewhere in the 1980s, likely around 1986-1989. Sakaki is an old college friend of Ohara's, so he is likely a similar age.
No NPCs are given exact birthdays
#this post is an apology for the fact i never made a timeline when i said i would. sorry this is kinda confusing also#in short just know that we can assume that the game takes place in the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 school years#don't use that as an excuse to be weird about the characters bc that's still the in-universe year(s) even if it's not the irl year.#this post is just for fun okay? okay.#project sekai#lore

Torchwood Timeline (May 2024)
This is my canon timeline for the Torchwood TV stories, novels, and audio productions. It's fairly similar to the wiki timeline with a few small tweaks. It's also completely spoiler free, unlike the wiki timeline.
Some entries have firm dates, some have months, some have general decades, so I've tried my hardest to fit them into where I feel they fit. If anyone spots anything that I've missed or sees any glaring problems let me know and I'll try to suss it out. New stories will be added as they are released.

Mega Man franchise (near) complete anniversary calendar
Since I couldn't find this anywhere else online (Seriously! Why doesn't this exist!), here's a mostly complete collection of the release dates of every single megaman franchise game and some extras. I've tried to keep it to one line per game where feasible but this has led to some abbreviations such as "PS1" instead of "Playstation".
This calendar will always count the earliest release region and platform and for dual release games I've not included the subtitles as some of the listings would get very long.
Mega Man Battle network legacy collections 1&2 both released for PS4 but since they are digital only, this effectively acts as being released for both PS4 AND 5 so I listed 5 as I feel it's the more relevant choice.
If I've missed any games please comment to let me know :D (or if I've made any mistakes! I've already fixed some things based on feedback!), I was going to include all the manga series too as those particularly interested me but it was too difficult to track them all down with dates so I haven't bothered but I can always come back in future to edit this, if anyone knows about them: please send me a DM!. I may also add the Mega Man complete works artbooks at some point too, but I can't be bothered researching that rn. If you REALLY want them on the timeline, comment or DM.
If any wiki resource or anything wants to use this feel free but please for the love of god fact check it please, as I write this sentence it is 1am and I very may well have written something wrong or used a source that has incorrect information.
If anyone wants this formatted like a regular hangup calendar, let me know and I'll consult the graphic design department (Don't worry @faustisgettingviolent I'm not talking about you)
*I speculate this one was released around October 21st 1994 due to the fact that it came very near the release of Mega Man The Wily Wars. As both games acted as a sort of campaign to introduce sega players to Mega Man it's likely they were intended to release around the same time, however the wily wars never saw a physical American release. If anyone has a source for the game gear games original release date please do let me know.
Comment if you share a birthday with a piece of Mega Man media.

Sessanta: Primus, Puscifer, & A Perfect Circle @ Ameris Bank Amphitheatre
Maynard James Keenan (MJK) has become a household name in the rock/metal landscape since his arrival as the lead singer in the progressive rock/progressive metal/alt metal/post-metal/art rock band Tool in 1990. Born James Herbert Keenan on April 17, 1964, MJK has evolved from not just being the frontman for the larger-than-life band Tool but also the proud owner of the very successful Caduceus Cellars and vineyard named Merkin Vineyards (2004) located in Jerome, Arizona. Jokingly in a 2006 interview (with MJK is there any other way?), MJK was quoted by IGN.com: “This is a prime spot for vineyards. An untapped resource. But the master plan is to have the Merkin Vineyards Bed and Breakfast set up for when California drops in the ocean. Beachfront property and the New Napa Valley. You got it.” That is most definitely a nod to the song (and album title) “Aenima” from the 1996 release by Tool. Incidentally, the band got the idea of an ‘Arizona Bay’ from the late and great Bill Hick’s epic comedic set Arizona Bay.
But I digress, over the years between Tool albums, MJK has also lent out his singing duties to two other unbelievable and remarkable alternative rock bands: A Perfect Circle and Puscifer (which we will discuss further in a minute). Most recently on Jan. 2024, MJK fulfilled his life-long dream when all his hard work paid off when he received the distinguished rank of black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). For one person, that list of accolades can be daunting for some to try, but not for MJK. No task is too large for his undertaking. Even the task of touring with not one but two of your bands in which you are the lead singer, plus asking your good friends in Primus to join in on the fun. On September 12th, 2023, in celebration of MJK’s 60th birthday on April 17th, 2024, Sessanta was announced via social media in which Primus, A Perfect Circle, and Puscifer would join forces to tour twenty-one (21) cities starting April 2nd in Boston, MA. and concluding May 4th in Forest Hills, NY. After getting the opportunity earlier in 2024 to photograph Tool on their tour with Elder, I figured why not get the trifecta of MJK bands this year with the Sessanta tour stop at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre in Alpharetta, GA?
It has been five years since their last proper tour, but A Perfect Circle (APC) did not skip a beat performing on stage this evening. APC is an alternative rock/alternative metal/hard rock/art rock band from Los Angeles, CA., and has been active from 1999-2004 * 2010-present. The original lineup included MJK (vocals), Billy Howerdel (lead guitar/keyboards/backing and lead vocals), Troy Van Leeuwen (rhythm guitar), Josh Freese (drums), and Paz Lenchantin (bass/strings/backing vocals/piano). After some lineup changes over the years, APC now consists of MJK (vocals), Billy Howerdel (lead guitar/keyboards/backing and lead vocals), James Iha (rhythm guitar/keyboards), Matt McJunkins (bass/backing vocals), and Josh Freese (drums). For this tour, James Iha could not attend this tour due to previous engagements with his original band, The Smashing Pumpkins. In his place, APC recruited a familiar face in Greg Edwards (Failure) who would take over the duties of playing rhythm guitar. Via Josh’s Instagram page, he announced that for the first time in thirteen (13) years, he would be back behind the drum set with APC for this tour on selected dates before departing after the April 20th show to rejoin the Foo Fighters on tour. Gunnar Olsen (Puscifer) would then handle the remaining tour dates, and maybe Tim “Herb” Alexander (Primus) sprinkled in for good measure. APC has released four (4) LPs since 2000, with Eat the Elephant being the most recent release from 2018.
APC was the brainchild of long-time guitar tech for Nine Inch Nails, The Smashing Pumpkins, Fishbone, and Tool- Billy Howerdel. What started as a friendship between MJK and Billy became much more when the two discussed forming a new band based on Billy’s recorded demos. Fast-forward to the present day, APC has cemented itself in the alternative rock/metal pantheon with four (4) critically acclaimed albums. I was fortunate to catch APC on their first major North American tour on August 23, 2000, at The Tabernacle (Atlanta) on tour with Sunna. Over the years, as their tours became less and less, I cherished the times I had the opportunity to see them perform. And especially when I was able to get backstage for a meet and greet during their February 24th, 2001, tour stop in Fort Mill, S.C. featuring the original lineup save for MJK and Josh Freese, who arrived late to the arena due to the birth of one of his children.
Puscifer is an experimental rock/alternative rock/art rock/electronic rock/post-industrial band from Los Angeles, CA. who formed in 2003. Puscifer consists of MJK (vocals), Carina Round (vocals/guitars/percussion/keyboards), and Mat Mitchell (guitar/bass/keyboards/synthesizers/production). Touring musicians include Greg Edwards (bass) and Gunnar Olsen (drums/programming). Puscifer has released four (4) LPs, six (6) remix LPs, seven (7) live albums on various formats, three (3) EPs, eleven (11) singles, seventeen (17) music videos, and have contributed to twelve (12) compilations over their career. My most recent time seeing Puscifer perform was during their late afternoon Sunday performance at the 2022 edition of the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival. Incidentally, Tool also headlined that weekend with a phenomenal late-night Saturday set for the Bonnaroovians in attendance.
Finally, we have the legendary alternative metal/funk metal/experimental rock/progressive rock band Primus from El Sobrante, CA., active from 1984-2000 * 2003-present. Primus consists of the mad genius Les Claypool (lead vocals/bass/double bass), Larry “Ler” LaLonde (guitars/backing vocals), and Tim “Herb” Alexander (drums/backing vocals). Primus has released nine (9) LPs, one (1) live album, five (5) EPs, twenty-two (22) singles, five (5) video albums, and twenty (20) videos. Primus has also contributed to numerous compilations including their hit theme song for the acclaimed animated sitcom South Park.
This evening was unlike any tour which I have attended. Instead of having each band get a full set to perform consecutively, each band would come out and perform a few songs from their discography and then give way for the next band. Each set was split into acts like a play or musical: Act I, Act II, and Act III. A few special moments to acknowledge from this evening; after the completion of the first song, MJK spoke out to the crowd in “Atlanta” hoping to get a roaring cheer from the crowd. To his chagrin, MJK said that that crowd’s responsive cheer sounded more like “Augusta” than “Atlanta”. I found that humorous since I felt he was referring to the crowd’s response as a ‘golf clap’ since the Master’s Golf Tournament took place the same week in Augusta. During Primus' final song of Act II, "Tommy the Cat", MJK came on stage and lent his vocals for this performance. He would take over the lyrics originally recorded by the legendary Tom Waits. I am not going to lie, this was a major highlight for this Concerthopper since this is one of my favorite songs from Primus. Plus, Atlanta native Puddles the Clown appeared on stage to help celebrate MJK’s 60th birthday.

Eminem’s Whole Life Story is Right There in his Music
Throughout this article I am going to link to every song I can think of that tells the more personal parts of Eminem’s story. Feel free to read about his rise to fame, or take a moment to listen to it.
Em was born October 17th 1972 and grew up as Marshall Bruce Mathers III, his bastard father gave him his name and then took off when Em was still very young. He was left to be raised by his mother Debbie, a single mother struggling with a drug addiction. The household was toxic and unstable. They moved around a million times before somewhat settling in Detroit. (Contrary to popular belief Em was not born in Michigan, he has Missouri southern roots.)
It was in Detroit where he found his love for music and rap, it is also where he met his first love Kim. Kim and Em were teenagers when they first met, Kim had run away from home when Debbie invited her in. The relationship started from there, and was rocky ever since. They had their one and only child together in 1995. I’m sure we have all heard the name Hailie Jade by now, even if you aren’t an Eminem Stan. He struggled to raise a daughter while pursuing his dreams at the same time. He had to flip burgers by day, and do underground shows by night. He managed to release his first album 1996, it was titled Infinite. The album didn’t sell, well technically it sold 1,000 copies, with critics saying it sounded too much like Nas or the delivery was too soft. 1996 was a difficult period for Em, his album flopped, he was fired from the burger joint he was working at right before Christmas, and he had to move back in his mother’s trailer home, bringing his daughter and Kim with him. With the pressure building Eminem hit one of his lowest points, he downed a bottle of Tylenol and attempted suicide.
It’s crazy the difference a year could make. In 1997 Em competed in the Rap Olympics, a rap competition the gains quite a bit of attention. He ended up coming in second place to the rapper Otherwize (who, never heard of him?). Otherwize won in a slimy way. During Em’s turn in the battle the man walk off stage and left Em to verse no one. After the whole ordeal he was crushed. A man came up to Em right before he was about to leave and asked for a demo, Em chucked it at him, still fuming from the loss. What are the odds that chance encounter would result in Em’s music being passed along to Dr.Dre?
We all know the rest right? Hi, My Name Is floods the airwaves and the public consciousness, the Slim Shady persona is born, The Slim Shady LP sells millions, Kim and Em get married and then divorced, The Marshall Mathers LP comes out, sell millions, forms a rap group with a few of his closest friends called D12, is critically acclaimed but politically demonized, Em stars in 8 mile, it wins a fucking Oscar, the best album ever made comes out and it’s called the Eminem Show, goes on tour after tour after tour, gets Encore comes out and it eh, Eminem gets married to Kim once again, they push out a greatest hits album, and it all comes to a screeching halt.
2006 was the next lowest point in Em’s life. On April 5th, three months after he got remarried to Kim, he was filing for divorce. 6 days later on April 11th, Eminem’s best friend of many years, a member of the aforementioned group D12, someone he was inspired by and looked up to, someone he loved like a brother, was shot and killed.
This sent Em into a depression that lasted for years. He retreated from the music scene entirely, spiraled further into drug addiction, something he has been dealing with for a while at this point, and disappeared from the public eye. During this time his health was deteriorating, he put on bit of weight, started to struggle with insomnia, and grew dependent on prescription drugs. The few glimpse the media could get of Em during this time were still exploited.
In late 2007 Eminem overdosed on the equivalent of 4 bags of heroin. The doctors told him if he would have gotten to the emergency room two hours later he would have died. He decided it was time to get into a recovery program. After trial and error Em got clean in 4/20/2008, and began dipping his toes back into music. His first album back was titled Relapse and it received a lukewarm reception. It was a very playful and experimental album, a sound his fans with used to, but he came back swinging with Recovery.
Again, I think we know this part. Put out Recovery and it returned him to the world stage, had record breaking hits like Love The Way You Lie and Not Afraid, released the sequel to the Marshall Mathers LP, released a collaborative album titled ShadyXV to promote Shady Records, toured (rarely because it was a trigger for him), dropped Revival which received mixed reactions, released Kamikaze with no warning as a huge fuck you to the critics of Revival, and finally released Music to Be Murdered By just this year. And that brings us up to date.
There are a million little details that I am missing, but to be fair his career has lasted longer than I have been alive. I think that plays into why I’m so obse-ssed with him, he as music for anything I could be going through or feeling. He is and will always be my goto. When I’m fed up with my own life I can fall completely into his world instead.

April, You Will Be Remembered
It’s the 1st of May!! I want to post about some unforgettable April 2019 moments because I want to keep the memories that someday I want to remember again. So many things happened in the month. There were some heart-breaking incidents and of course there were some enjoyable moments as well. I’m just gonna highlight the things I want to remember the most. Here they are!!
BLACK HOLE
It is announced that on 10th April 2019 a group of scientist from the international Event Horizon Telescope (EHT) releasing the image of a black hole to public. This project was began in 2006. It took supercomputers, eight telescopes stationed on five continents, hundreds of researchers, and vast amounts of data to accomplish (source: the verge).

I was not someone who understands much about space life, even though I studied the basic knowledge when I was in secondary and high school. However, I appreciated a lot this not easy job. I used to have a dream to be an astronomer when I was a kid, but i have to come to realization that I’m not smart enough to pursue the dream, lol. I’m currently into astronauts’ life though. I watch documentaries, read articles and other sources about astronaut’s and space’s life. So that, it made me happy to read this news. Moreover, one of the computer scientists in the team who led the development program to get the first-image of black hole is a woman named Katie Bouman. She is just 29-year-old when she did that. She is amazing!! I always wonder what kind of method those people use when they are studying. I mean, how could they be so smart? I feel like I’m such a useless and stupid human being. I’m nothing huhu. Anyway, I’m happy to witness the history of the first image of black hole.
GAME OF THRONES
FINALLY, WINTER IS COMING. I might not be the fan of the show since day 1. I just started watching game of thrones in 2017. Ever since I watched the first season, I started becoming a fan and addicted to the show then finished all of the 7 seasons in a few weeks. The show is that addictive, it made me threw any dramas/movies for about 6 months because I felt that the show was too well executed and any other movies/dramas in that time period I was watching the show felt bland. I’m sorry, I didn’t intend to belittle other shows. It’s just the thing I felt that moment. I was so mesmerized by the storyline which literally beyond my expectation. It was so good. I know there are a lot of people who don’t like the show, and it’s okay as everyone has their own preference. But to me, this show is so far my very favourite one.
It took me 2 years to wait for the last season which is season 8 to be aired. I cant contain my feelings as I was so excited about this. AAAANNDDDDD IT’S FINALLY HERE. GAME OF THRONES SEASON 8 IS HAPPENING. 14th April 2019 should be put as a history date as the show was aired on that day. Actually, I’m pretty sad that there will be just 6 episodes. I wish they make it to 10, but who am I to complain?
Okay, back to the show. The most talked episode is episode 3, the Battle of Winterfell, which was shown in that very episode. The episode lasts for about 80 minutes long. The thing that has been waited since season 1 was the war between the alive and the dead. There are so much reactions and opinions regarding the episode, fans are splitted into two groups, the one who enjoyed the episode and the one who disliked the episode as it didn’t reach their expectation. I’m the one who included to the first one, I pretty enjoyed the show although I think it wasn’t the greatest battle in Game of Thrones. My favourite battle was Battle of Bastards as it was really tensed. But, I still like the Battle of Winterfell though. As of now, I want to put aside the negativity and just enjoy the rest of episodes. I’m planning on reading the books after the show is over.
One thing that I really like about episode 3 is the hyped from the people who watched together in cafes, restaurants, and other place. Their reactions were priceless. See these videos that went viral on twitter!!

ELECTION
One of the most tiring to bear ever since social media era existed is election. The countries that pursue democracy usually conduct election to choose their own leader, including my country. In the past, there weren’t much sources to search about election information other than from tv and newspaper, so that the backlash could be reduced. But it’s different now. In this digital age, people can share everything including the positive and negative contents. Social media as one of the tools for people to do campaign and spread either good thing or black-campaign for the election candidates. ISTG, this is so tiring to witness people bashing each other and most of them have crossed the line. I’m so done!
In Indonesia, for 2019’s election, there were some changes compare to the previous election. They were included the period of time of campaign which was so long (about 7 months) and also adding the other 3 elections of legislative to be held in the same very day. It used to be held in different months, but due to the lack of participation in legislative election so that they were all conducted together.
Indonesian Presidential Election Candidates (Left: Jokowi-Amin, Right: Prabowo-Sandi)
(cr: Media Indonesia)
I was eager for this to end soon. It finally happened on 17th April 2019. But, something bad happened again. The incident which happened in 2014 was re-enacted as both candidates claimed they win. Even though the quick count results from about 12 institutions showed that Jokowi-Amin led the vote by gaining about 54% votes while Prabowo-Sandi gained around 44% votes. I’m so done with this. I will just wait for the official results to be announced and I wish on that day there will be no chaos happen.
Aside of that, something that breaks my heart is there were a lot of election officers died and fell sick due to exhaustion from working way too hard as most of them working until very late night and some even worked until the next morning because there were so many jobs to do, including counting the vote for legislative elections (DPR, DPRD, DPD). Although there were no major incident happened during the election process itself, but still this thing supposed to not happen. There is definitely something wrong with the system and it should be fixed so that there will be no victims anymore.
MOURNING IN SRI LANKA
21st April 2019 is Easter Day. Things supposed to be calm and sacred on that day. But disgusting act ruined it all. Multiple bombing attacks happened in several places in Sri Lanka, including at churches and hotels. Hundred of people died and many people got injured. Some extremists claimed they are responsible for the attacks, SMH. I wish the ones who dead are resting in peace, while the ones who got injured will get well soon and receive some strength to continue life. and for the terrorists, I wish you die in suffer and go to hell!!
I don’t get why in 2019, hatred ideology is still growing fast in this world. Sadly, in some developed-countries which the citizen are more educated, this ideology also exist. People should learn that the differences that make this world beautiful. Why some people feel like they want to hurt each other just because they have differences in term of race, skin colour, religion, countries, ideology, etc. We need to respect each other differences as long as it doesn’t violate the rule of law.
I think there should be a formal lesson in school to teach students to respect the differences. Parents should teach their children right too. Sadly, I found a lot of parents who taught their children to hate people who are different from them. This needs to be stopped. Everyone deserves to get equal treatment. We all want a better future. We cant reach this as long as we still fight each other because of the differences. Just put aside it and look the bigger picture, the same goal we want to pursue. As of now, i’m kinda sceptical if we can reach peace in the near future. However, someday in the future, I wish the world will be a better place to live in. Amen

AVENGERS ENDGAME
Marvel fans have anticipated the final movie from Avengers United. They are excited as well as sad as the avengers series come to end. Avengers Endgame was screened since 26th April 2019 in my country. There were so much fans who purchased pre-order ticket in a few days prior to the movie screening. It’s kinda cray because the cinemas are full packed with the audiences. Most cinemas even dedicated all of their studios for this movie as the demands are very high then putting aside the other movies. I feel bad for the other movies as they didn’t get time slot for their movies in cinema because of Avengers movie. I wish this wont last long as other movies deserve to get screened as well.
Okay, back to Avengers Endgame movie. Just in March 2019, I watched Captain Marvel movie and in April, I got to watch the last movie of Avengers. I’m actually not a big fan of Superheroes movies, I’m just a casual viewer who enjoyed the movies and i enjoyed watching this one as well. Avengers Endgame runs for 181 minutes, it’s pretty long. I came to bathroom in the middle of movie though, lol.
Overall, I like this movie as I think everything was executed very well. The cinematography, the sound, the edit, the effect are totally top-class work as well as the casts and their act. It really gives everyone goosebumps during the war between Avengers United and Thanos and his soldiers. I couldn’t blink my eye any second because I didn’t want to miss anything. Even though, I felt like I wanted to go to number 1 again in the middle of war scene, but I held it until the movie was over, lol. The movie is worth the hyped though. It’s indeed a masterpiece. I think I’m gonna rewatch it later. But, first I need to watch several marvel movies that I haven’t watched yet so everything will connect and make sense as I still didn’t understand some part. Anyway, thanks marvel for presenting a very well done job!! Goodbye or See you (?) Avengers!!

Pure Reason Revolution announce co-headline European tour dates with Gazpacho
Pure Reason Revolution are set to release ‘Eupnea’, their first new studio album in nearly 10 years, on the 3rd of April 2020, and now they are pleased to announce a European co-headlining tour alongside Norwegian art-rockers Gazpacho for late 2020. The band comments: “To deliver Eupnea’s tracks live will be a challenge but I’m sure rewarding. The tracks breathe new life, they develop; synth lines become guitar parts etc This experimentation is inspiring & feeds new creativity”. Gazpacho who are currently working on the follow up to their 2018 album ‘Soyuz’ add: “Gazpacho are happy to announce that we are hitting the roads in Europe this October, for a double-bill tour with the brilliant PRR! Yes! You get 2 concerts for the price of.. well.. one-ish! With a 2020-released album in our pocket we're looking forward to once again meet the crowd, strengthen bonds and friendships, and of course make new ones. The 2020 tour will include France, Holland, Poland, Germany and the UK from October 16 to October 25.” Their as yet untitled new album is due for release later this year on Kscope. You can find the full list of dates below, tickets go on sale this week. 16.10 Warsaw (PL), Progresja 17.10 Poznan (PL), U Bazyla 18.10 Berlin (DE), Columbia Theater 20.10 Cologne (DE), Die Kantine 22.10 Zwolle (NL), Hedon 23.10 Breda (NL), Mezz 24.10 Paris (FR), Petit Bain 25.10 London (UK), Islington Assembly Hall Pure Reason Revolution recently released the single ‘New Obsession’. Watch the Thomas Hicks-created video here: https://youtu.be/dNP9z70zms4 Jon Courtney commented of the track: "It begins with the beeps, bleeps & monitors from the hospital apparatus & machines, setting the scene for the album. I had a primitive, more electronic demo before Greg (Jong) arrived in Berlin & at that point it got catapulted into a whole new direction." Jon Courtney and Chloë Alper recently sat down to discuss the new record and how it came together, and you can watch them chat all things ‘Eupnea’ in this brand new interview: https://youtu.be/QaxajIoO7xs At the end of January they launched the epic 10-minute ‘Silent Genesis’, a track which Jon Courtney co-wrote alongside original PRR member Greg Jong. Listen to the song here: https://youtu.be/5khMXtZ6YjE ‘Eupnea’ features the work of artist Jill Doherty on its front cover, and will be available as a Limited CD Digipak, Gatefold 2LP + CD (with etching on Side D) and as a digital album. Pre-orders are now available for both physical and digital here: https://PureReasonRevolution.lnk.to/Eupnea The full track-listing is as follows: 1. New Obsession 05:09 2. Silent Genesis 10:20 3. Maelstrom 05:44 4. Ghosts & Typhoons 08:45 5. Beyond Our Bodies 04:28 6. Eupnea 13:23 Of the new album the band commented: “We stuck to our manifesto of no musical boundaries and the result was ‘Eupnea’. We return to a more progressive sound with ferocious guitars, thunderous drums and the stacked harmonies that give us our signature sound. We're excited to begin playing it live.” ‘Eupnea’, the long-awaited return from the band, sees them harking back to their earliest days, while rolling in all of the musical experiments and experience they've gathered in the intervening years. The cinematic soundscapes of Hammer and Anvil? Check. The dark atmosphere and synths of Amor Vincit Omnia? Check. The gauzy psych-prog of their debut? Ch-check. It's sprawling, with three tracks hitting the 10 minute mark and one notching up against 15 minutes. Sure, track length does not equal ambition, but still, it's quite the statement of intent. The band currently have two confirmed Summer festival dates, performing at Night Of The Prog Festival in Germany on the 17th of July, and Ramblin Man Fair in the UK on the 18th of July. Pure Reason Revolution originally parted ways in November 2011 following touring in support of their 2010 album 'Hammer and Anvil'. Since then, Jon Courtney started Bullet Height and released their debut album ‘No Atonement’ in 2017, while Chloë Alper began a new band called Tiny Giant as well as playing live with the likes of Charli XCX and James. The band originally formed back in 2003, releasing their much-loved debut album ‘The Dark Third’ in 2006 via Sony BMG. They went on to release the albums ‘Amor Vincit Omnia’ in 2009 and ‘Hammer and Anvil’ in 2010. Read the full article

The Manchester Pusher - Urban Myth or Opportunist Killer?
The Manchester Ship Canal stretches over 36 miles (58 Km) from the coast, inland to the city of Manchester. As an inland waterway system, it was a massive undertaking and construction began in 1887; taking six years to complete. It linked the port of Manchester to the Irish Sea and at its peak, earned the Port of Manchester the title of the third busiest port in Britain. It was an artery of life and activity for the city of Manchester and surrounding districts from the industrial revolution onwards and many other waterways are proudly connected to it... River Bollin Glaze Brook River Mersey River Irwell Bridgewater Canal Shropshire Union Canal Weaver Navigation Most bodies of water carry dangers and an expansive, weaving, canal system is no exception. Coupled with the population density of the immediate areas, it would be to some extent, understandable to expect occasional fatalities. Official figures released in 2015 stated that between the period 2007-2015, 61 deaths had occurred in and around the canals and waterways of Greater Manchester. To date, that number of deaths is 86. Of the 86, the coroner has offered explanations as to what happened for 58 of the victims. 28 of the deceased have had an open verdict delivered upon them, which means, whatever has happened to lead these people to their demise, an explanation can't be found. 28 open verdicts would be considered a large number in general, but when taking into account the radius of the area involved; it is a very large number indeed. Of course there is speculation that some of the victims may have taken their own lives, but some of the people involved reportedly exhibited behaviour prior to their demise that would contradict any signs of pre-planned suicidal thoughts. Some had purchased items of clothing, some had purchased meals to bring home, some had made arrangments with loved ones. The majority of the victims are men and interestingly, in matters of suicide, studies have shown that only 4% of male suicides choose to take their own lives by drowning.
Earlier than 2007, on the 17th of April 2004, one such fatality would be forever linked to a bizarre string of theories surrounding the possibility of a murderer stalking the canals at night. David Plunkett was a 21-year-old student who disappeared on the 17th of April 2004. Apparently David was ejected from a music festival he was attending in Trafford Park. His body was found two weeks later on April 30th in the Manchester Ship Canal. Although the coroner pronounced a verdict of accidental death on David, his parents remain unconvinced by the decision. On the night in question, his friend Michael called David's house at about 1.20am thinking David was there. He then explained to David's parents that they had become separated. His parents in turn, called David at about 1.30 am and after several attempts the phone answered. David didn't speak, there was a few moments of background noises, and then, as his mum described, a series of unearthly screams. That was the last they heard of David. Astonishingly, David's case was not one of the 28 with an open verdict (deemed accidental). Although tests confirmed that David had consumed alcohol, his parents are convinced that the mere act of toppling into water was not a factor responsible for the horrible screams they heard on the other end of the phone. They report that at 4.30 am the phone went dead, they heard no scuffle or splash prior. What follows, is a chronological list, of just some of the 86 souls that have perished within the canal system since 2004. Some have plausible explanations (such as Wayne Bonner who bravely sacrificed his own life trying to save his stepson from drowning), whilst others leave a lot of unanswered questions. I thought it important to include all of the names that I could research, regardless of whether there be suspicious circumstances or not, to partly illustrate the numbers of people who perish and the locations among the waterways. In April of this year, a 34-year-old cyclist returning home from work, was pushed into the Bridgewater Canal by an unknown assailant. It was a totally unprovoked attack and when the victim tried to grip the bank to support himself, the assailant stamped on his fingers. He eventually found a grip with his fingers and proceeded to pull himself out as the assailant vanished into the darkness. An explanation of coroners verdicts Natural Causes- the death was caused by the normal development of a natural illness which was not significantly contributed to by human intervention. Accidental Death- the cause of death was unnatural but not unlawful. Misadventure- this is nearly the same verdict as ‘accidental death’ but would imply that the Deceased has taken a deliberate action that has then resulted in his or her death. Suicide- it is decided that the person has voluntarily acted to destroy his or her life in a conscious way. Neglect- there has been a gross failure to provide the Deceased with his or her basic needs i.e. the provision of nourishment, liquid, warmth or medicine. There must be a clear causal link between this gross failure and the death of the dependent person. This is a rare verdict and commonly associated with the failure to provide even basic medical attention. More commonly the Coroner would consider neglect as a contributing factor rather than the sole cause of death. Unlawful Killing- the death was caused by murder, manslaughter, infanticide or through a serious driving offence. Open verdict- there is simply not enough evidence to return a verdict. This is a rare verdict and really only used as a ‘last resort’. Narrative verdict In such a verdict the circumstances of a death are recorded with a brief free-form conclusion either instead of or in addition to one of the standard (and familiar) Short-Form Conclusions. Narrative verdicts were introduced in 2004. The Coroner can use a ‘narrative verdict’, which will set out the circumstances of the death in a detailed way based on the evidence that the Coroner has heard. Summary Manchester is a fantastic and vibrant city with a rich history and an alluring nightlife, and well worth a place on any traveller's bucket list. Like any bustling metropolis, it will have its places of danger, and with an inland waterway permeating throughout some of the liveliest parts, common sense and caution is advised. Many of the speculative reasons put forward for the "Open Verdict" fatalities,(especially where males were concerned) were based around intoxication and for a sudden need to relieve themselves into the water along the banks of the canals. This alone would be a recipe for disaster, especially if someone was wandering about on their own. According to the police inspector in charge of many of the investigations, the city of Manchester has 500 licensed premises within a 2.2 mile radius so that would have some bearing on the large number of fatalities. Then again, many would argue that the idea of a psychopathic, opportunistic killer, hiding in the shadows along the canal banks, is not so far-fetched... Read the full article
