In Techno Branch AU World Tour, if anyone is curious, Branch alerts Trollex during their rave that his sonar equipment is picking up very large and very numerous objects moving towards the reef fast. His traps are slowing them down, but whatever they are they're barreling through them.

Branch showing Trollex this is why Trollex shuts 'One More Time' down in this timeline, and his traps are why Techno Trolls begin to evacuate, as Barb was slowed down and showed up to the party slightly late.

Branch leads the evacuation efforts and is able to get many but not all of the Techno Trolls to safety. Mostly children, the elderly, the sick, the disabled, etc who are most at risk. Branch was going to go back for Trollex but Synth convinced him to stay and he'd go in his place, saying that Branch is a better leader and he's a better scout.

Synth returns and reports that he saw trolls kidnapping all of Techno trolls, and the reef is wrecked. Branch decides he's going to set out to rescue everyone, which is how he ends up setting off.

I like to think he keeps arriving just after Poppy leaves places. Pennywhistle points out to him which way Poppy went, he arrives at Lonesome Flats just in time to see the Country Trolls get taken, he follows the river and runs into Chaz, then bumps into the other bounty hunters. I imagine in this AU Branch allies with Chaz, KPop and Reggaeton. Yes in this AU Chaz isn't as randomly evil as he is in Trollstopia/Remix Rescue.

They try to stop Barb, with a bit more of a fight than in the movie. We'll even let the Snack Pack take advantage of the chaos and help. Kpop and Reggaeton are fighting off Rock Trolls together, Biggie hits someone with a ukelele, Mr. Dinkles corners the one Rock Troll with a fear of worms, Satin and Chenille use their hair to trip people, Legsly gets two people to run at her then stretches up so they hit each other, I don't even need to TELL you what Guy Diamond and Tiny Diamond do, you all already know. Smidge literally just starts punching people and manages to throw a guy into the stands.

Chaz and Branch try to tag team Barb, with Branch using portable turntables to sample Chaz's Jazz so they can hit her with it from both sides. Branch gets zombified and Chaz attempts to overwrite the zombification with Jazz but it only succeeds in stunning Branch and preventing Barb from ordering him around. Poppy has her big epiphany seeing the bounty hunters working together and gives her speech about harmony taking different voices and breaks the strings. Everyone sings and then while everyone is celebrating and Trollex is telling Branch how cool he is, Poppy goes to see him because she realized just who he was.

Hello, It's been a while. I'm back with some art for the Bounty Hunter Branch au.

I was asked a while ago about interactions between the other bounty hunters and Branch, so I drew some.

Now, I'm going to Info dump about The Bounty Hunter's relationship with Branch.

Hickory: When he first saw Branch, he thought Branch was some small kid who got lost. When he found out about Branch being one of the new bounty hunters, he was heartbroken. How can a kid so little do such a dangerous job? Where was his parents? Where does he live? Why is he out here alone? Why is he gray? All these questions plagued his mind, so from that day onward, he was determined to befriend his stubborn kid.

Dickory: At First, he didn’t care about Branch. He was just some little kid trying to get himself killed, but then, over the years, he heard about how the grey hunter would take out his targets with ease. He was as quick as lighting and quiet as a mouse. No one could catch him. It was like he was invisible. After that, Dickory didn’t trust Branch. Saying he's hiding something.

K-Pop Gang: They are very curious about the lonely teenager. They are also worried about him being gray, but they don’t ask because the last time when Hickory asked, Branch yelled and almost got into a fight with him, and no one saw him for two weeks after that. It also doesn’t help that Branch doesn’t like music and cuts off the radio when he walks into The Milkshake Bar. It makes it hard to connect with him. But that doesn’t stop them. They will try to befriend him no matter what.

Tresillo: He didn’t know about Branch until he saw him collecting a bounty. He had never seen anything like it, a fog that makes trolls fall asleep. When he woke up after the fog knocked him out, he saw the village was fine, but the mayor was missing, and no one knew where he went. He felt better that no one else was hurt. But, after that, he became wary of Branch.

Marimba and Tambora: They don’t think anything of Branch. But they know Tresillo is uneasy around him, so they are also wary of Branch.

Chaz: He never seen Branch but knows of him. He stays clear of him.

You know, I love the idea of Bounty hunter!Branch

Let this man out of the forest that shaped him up, that though him how to take down larger prey efficiently.

Let him out into the world where no troll has ever seen one like him, one as determined to survive to the point of spending 20 years without giving up to his greyness. Unknowingly surviving what many others could not.

Let him go feral on the targets that deserve it, those who cannot outrun this persistent hunter who learned to keep going until your prey can't anymore.

Let the other bounty hunters meet him and become his comrade, his friend. Let him feel safe with them because the bonds he makes with them mean they'll watch his back and he'll watch theirs.

Let him meet people who'll understand and accept him.

Half feral or not.

Colors or not.

Silent or not.

Finally, I’m back to the drawing board after a hustle of struggles I’m trying to get through. Here’s Trollex and the subtribe trolls for my Monster AU.

Trollex is a leader of the water monster community who is in league with Rose and the Nevermore Clan in causing terror to the Gileadeans. He uses his shark-like senses and superhuman condition to look out for monster hunters and for prey to feast on. He and his fellow sea monsters live in an abandoned mansion with a saltwater swamp-like setting to party and if they’re up for fun, they’d invite the other monsters for a swim party.

Chaz is a siren, which looks similar to Trollzart’s harpy species but he is actually lighter, has superhuman condition, the iconic siren song, which he channels in both his singing and saxophone playing, and he has seabird features, like the wings, feathers, and feet of an osprey and the bones of a gannet mixed with humanoid features, which makes him lethal and adaptable to swimming. Confident and chilled, Chaz passionately loves his music. He has a low opinion for certain monsters, including the Snack Pack, expressing his distaste for their music, calling it cheesy and pointless. He frequently makes Jazz-based puns and wasn't shy about admitting he was "evil" to anyone but he showed a lot of self-pride in himself, much to the ire of his ex-girlfriend, who turned out to be Rose.

As punishers of evil humans, Hickory and Dickory are some of the resident Krampuses of the monster community. Hickory, himself is a laid-back and relaxed Krampus who deployed simple logic and observations on who should he punish while Dickory is straightforward and aggresive. The two would attack Gileadeans as an everyday activity, but every year, the two adoptive brothers and their family, along with their entire community and the Perchten community would terrorize naughty or evil humans, who are usually the targets of the Grand High Krampus, the leader of their species, who is still living in Germany with his pack. Even though Hickory loves haunting humans, he has a soft side for his friends, like Poppy, Branch, and Rose, especially his nixie girlfriend, Dewdrop. Both brothers have superhuman condition and the ability to teleport with their shadow manipulation, an ability they share with boogeymonsters that helps in punishing evil humans.

The Reggaeton Trio, Tresillo, his sister Marimba, and their cousin Tambora, are jungle monsters, humanoid species which Jane Boolittle is a part of, but they hailed from the Puerto Rican jungles. Don’t let their colorful appearances fool you because behind their beauty, they have rows of sharp teeth to rip their prey into pieces. They later moved to the mainland, where they reunited with Rose, whom they are pen pals with back in the jungle, and using their superhuman agility, flexibility, animalistic senses, and vampiric abilities, the three would relentlessly hunt humans who are loyal to the Divine Republic, but their favorite food is goats, which earned their alias, the Chupacabra.

The K-Pop Gang and the K-Pop Trio are two covens of Korean witches who descended from witches and human outcasts from their home country. Like Cybil, they were trained in using magic with the help of the coven elders and matriarchs, but they also have distinctive magical gifts like the vampires. The K-Pop Gang are quintuple coven, composed of the coven leader, Wani, the eldest was gifted with zoolingualist, the second child, Gomdori has lumokinesis, Ari, the middle child can manipulate plants and flora, which is useful when the witches need ingredients for potions and elixirs, Baby Bun is the resident dream granter, and the youngest, Kim-Petit has the ability to transform appearances, personalities, or anything her own or anyone’s liking. As for the K-Pop Trio, they are a coven of best friends, with Bi-Na having the ability to sense emotions and try to fix their pain, Young has electrokinesis, and Min is a clairvoyant. All in all, they are experienced spellcasters and mages.

What are interactions between Bounty Hunter Branch and the other bounty hunters like?

BH Branch is much like the first movie Branch, so he is cold and distant from other trolls, including the other bounty hunters. But that doesn’t mean he never interacted with them. 

He interacts with them if he has to or if the other bounty hunters catch him when he is at Oscar’s Milkshake Bar, where bounty hunters get their jobs and hang out. He is annoyed that they keep trying to talk to him, but the other bounty hunters are curious and eager to make Branch their friend. (except Dickory, who doesn’t trust or like Branch).
