It was only a matter of time before I sent this ask around... I know you prefer if I tap specific ocs of your but I want to know for as many as your willing to share... what animals would some of your walkers turn into turn into on Bloomburrow?

Have a wall of text to explain why I tend to prefer not to do all of them typically!

Vaalin... Is already half merfolk, but given Fish are food and not people on Bloomburrow, probably defaults to some other kind of amphibians. Axolotl maybe, we see Kiora as one of those.

Zarunpel I've decided not to ever send to Bloomburrow. It's hard enough to pick for the others and she has layers of additional stuff that kinda don't translate well to animals. Including a big magical panther living in/as her shadow. so No.

Anedia is most definitely a Rat, she fits all the requirements there and stereotypes of them on Bloomburrow.

Arnoss is probably some kind of Lizard, but bigger than any sapient lizard people of Valley are used too, they might assume he's a variant from another region. Which wouldn't be too shocking, the Lizards of Valley already come from another region. Probably something Komodo Dragon-inspired.

Farell... Well, just like everywhere, Farell would be whoever he wants. Although fun mental image of him trying to take familiar forms and getting twisted into their animal equivalent, divining at the same time what some folks would be on Bloomburrow.

Ivegard is an elemental of rock and fire. I don't know how THAT would translate to Bloomburrow, elementals are typically calamity beasts, but she ain't about to become flesh and blood, so probably an unsettling animal-shaped flamekin that make people double-take with typically calamity characteristics.

Dolores... Well, her Azra form probably becomes a Mink, and her demonic one a variation on it. Imagine a very angry (on account of being turned into a Mustelid) big mink with scary wings.

Dancing-Hands is already a Fox.

Lhur probably becomes one of the larger species of Bats of some sorts, and is very confused about the whole star and religion thing.

Nyrhen's entire magic is specialized in keeping him himself. I imagine that centered on himself, he'd manage to keep himself an elf and a disaster for Bloomburrow. With that said, that feels WRONG for the plane and for him, be quite an effort to constantly fight the very will of the plane, and he'd likely leave quickly to avoid that.

Jaspar lines up perfectly with the Squirrels of Valley, quite scarily, and a visit is definitely in order with them having Cosmos Beasts, a magical tooth sword taken from the most dangerous of those that could reach other planes, and some really interesting locations for him.

Arega is in a similar boat to Zarunpel where they have A LOT going on that's part of what their body is like so, uh, let's not try. Bloomburrow would get as confused as them, three planes worth of magical modifications mixing in complicated ways is enough. OUTSIDE of Bloomburrow they'd qualify as being... An Insect Fish Elf Owl Bat Lizard Shapeshifter Mutant?

Madaya... I want to say frog for what she does, but she'd probably prefer being a Bird, so we'll go with the latter. A peafowl seem fitting, even without as grand displays for a woman.

Regellen and Quzawe would of course be Calamity beasts of some kind or another. Don't need much in the way of modifications for them tbh, Quzawe is already a Hurricane-Serpent and Regellen a Moonlight Dragon.

Kinahel is already a bird as a Phoenix Aven. Type of bird would be whatever they currently are. That one's easy.

Jibea... Has vibes from all three normal types in their colors. So I'm gonna go with a Skunkfolk, to side completely and arbitrarily.

Sezashi is already a Lizard who had his legs taken, essentially, so I think he can come through looking mostly like himself but cuter.

Inspired by the ask a friend sent me, do any of your ocs have an enemy, a rival, a nemesis? A person who presence just ruins their day? If so, what transpired to make them feel that way about that person?

Arnoss: Lady Seric of the Cabal, self-appointed Daughter of Belzenlok, a high-ranking cabal member operating in Orvada who has ambitions to take over the organization after the demon's demise. Powerful, very hard to kill, so far her efforts have been thwarted by Arnoss, his adoptive sister Oprena and a team of Tolarians. She's melted most of the scales of his back, he's eaten through her neck and left her as a head for a while until she made herself another body, and they dislike each other very much.

Dolores: More one-sided, but she does have thoughts for whoever decided to get rid of her on Paliano. Once she finds out who that is. They probably didn't see anything personal in it, though.

Ecxilet: More complex, and also mostly one-sided. The Cursetamer has kidnapped both his husband and him at various points, and they've tried to kill each other a bit. They have an... Agreement now, and Ecxi is staying out of her affairs.

Farell: Whoever ordered for Farell's brother to be killed will be high on Farell's short enemy list once he or his sister figures out who it is.

Ivegard: Gestures vaguely in Nyrhen's direction. She thinks he's dangerous, and knows exactly how bad elves are. She doesn't know what she can do about it though.

Lhur: His father, Tolema II. Their duel at noon in the ruins of the throne room is quite the story, and everyone knows how a triumphant Lhur ended his father's reign and life. Except Lhur himself is not so sure that last part happened.

Szyra: Phyrexia in general. But there's no phyrexians left in this timeline, right?

Regellen: Has some choice thoughts about Ugin and Azor after they incidentally trapped Regellen's beloved on Ixalan for a millenium.

Kolvis: Sedris, after he used her to steal much of the life remaining in Vithia and contributed to turn it into what Grixis is today.

I expect tumblr to not keep the image in a readable quality, but the last few years’ worth of cards I made for my fanwalkers. Some are good designs, some are bad, some are too complex, some are repetitive. One double-faced old one got cut for space.

Nyrhen: Knows Ivegard, Icalia, Arnoss, Dancing-Hands, the Cursetamer, Kavu, Alamir.

Arega: Knows Ivegard and has heard of Anedia, without knowing she's a planeswalker.

Icalia: Knows Rizana, Ivegard, Ecxilet, Nyrhen, the Cursetamer, Alamir, Licid, Vaalin, Kolvis, Quzawe, Regellen, Dolores, Szyra.

What one thing would they change about their past if given the chance?

Regellen - His promise to Quzawe to stay away from Ixalan while it was plane-locked. He thought it’d last a few years, not a millenium, and he’d have preferred a millenium of imprisonment with Quzawe than one of freedom alone.

Anedia - She’d probably kick her younger self in the butt to get her to work harder from a young age and start higher in the guild.

Ivegard - Definitely coming along when the beacon was started during the War, is how she’d answer. Then second guess herself because then she wouldn’t have helped the people she did, and see herself as selfish for it.

How did Regellen become a planeswalker?

They don't say.

I suspect they might have killed and become Guardian of a red Source on Moloni, but I have no confirmation.

How does Quzawe and Regellen deal with visually standing out on many worlds? Do they lay low, or dive right in?

They tend to lay high, flying high above the ground when they don't want to deal with the ruckus that people unaccustomed to strange beings can bring. But they won't hesitate to be seen if need be, and maybe a couple of myths or stories got started in the Multiverse because of that. Generally, they're intimidating and/or awe inspiring enough that they're asked only a few questions, and don't really have to answer.

Who among your fanwalkers would enjoy the plane of eldraine?

A bunch of them! And given the number I have of them, that's quite the list. Let's see...

Odomi: it's his home plane and his bastion of power, of course he enjoys it!

Regellen: The dragons are proper and the plane is awesome. They were already enjoying it a lot, and that was before they learned about their son from the plane, @kytheons 's Lynel.

Anedia: You can find good work in the Realms, but the Wilds are a tad too chaotic for her Ravnican tastes.

Szyra: She LOVES the Wilds! They're even more active when she throws her magic into the mix, and nobody bats an eye at her appearance.

Ivegard: She likes the plane and finds it very interesting... But you better believe she shows as little flame as possible within the Realms.

Vaalin: Yet has to discover the plane, but would enjoy it and have matter to study it.

Nyrhen: Eldraine is HIS THING. He might even have set up his current home in the Wilds.

The rest are neutral or negative on it, for various reasons.

If all of you walkers competed at Valor's Reach how would they team up and who do you think would have the best chance of going all the way?

Oof. I have quite a few of these. Let's see, with only the planeswalkers...

Ivegard ( R ) / Nyrhen (G) : Nyrhen's more accepting of Ivegard than other Eyeblights because people from Lorwyn automatically are better. Ivegard can't stand the guy, but it isn't her first time working with him. They're a scary combination that I wouldn't want to stand against. Ivegard might manage to stop Nyrhen from murdering his opponents or the referee. They'd have a chance to win the tournament.

Ecxilet (WUB) / Arega (GU) : A lot of complementaries between the two, and similar enough minds for them to work well together. If Dulbert is with them, a decent chance at victory, otherwise they will only last a few rounds.

Icalia (W(B)) / Arnoss (WRG) : removing the opponents' magic levels the playing field to a fight, and Arnoss can protect Icalia when her wings couldn't. There isn't much that can take him directly without magic, and Icalia has a few other tricks. They could get decently far.

The Cursetamer (UBG) / Annalise (WBG) : Yes, she cheated, Annalise isn't a planeswalker. She does that. They'd likely stomp through opposition together, and be disqualified for murder through the protection spells on round 1.

Licid (Colorless) / Kavu (RG) : Licid prefers sentient hosts, but they can take the lead. I have no idea how the team would even subscribe or actually participate in a tournament, but Alamir isn't a planeswalker so he isn't invited. Does not make it past the admission forms.

Quzawe (URG) / Regellen ( R ) : They wouldn't have it any other way, and are very, very dangerous. Perhaps for the audience, too, unless they keep it down. Likely not interested in competing anyway.

Dolores (BR) / Dancing-Hands (WU): An odd pairing, for sure though one with potential. They can agree on pragmatism and paper cuts hurt. Dancing-Hands can provide protection to Dolores while she works, and her work can be very incapacitating while nonlethal. A very decent fighting chance all and all.

Szyra (UBG) / Anedia Kosel (UB) : they'd fit well together and a variant of dementia magic associated with nightmares can always work well. Still, neither of their magic is very useful in an arena fight, so they'd lose pretty quickly.

Taking in to account all of their abilities and skills both magical and not. Where would you scale a few of your walker like Dancing-Hands, Arnoss, Lhur and any others in terms of power using a S to D scale. With the likes of Nicol Bolas being a solid S tier and most of the Gatewatch being in the B tier range.

Alright, first, let me preamble by saying I don't think power is a linear scale or accurate. But! Lists are fun, so I have been keeping track of a guesstimate of an arbitrarily assigned value to track the ability for all my 'walkers to be offensive, defensive or utilitarian, then summing the total to get an arbitrary and meaningless value of "power".

S (The Bolas Rank): Eternity*(Whatever name they choose, if they count as a planeswalker)

A: The Cursetamer, Regellen, Quzawe, Kolvis, Nyrhen, Lhur(, Odomi, at full power)

B (The Gatewatch rank, though a good number of the Gatewatch would be at the top of B or just in A): Icalia, Kinahel, Dancing-Hands, Ivegard, Pallune, Arega, Nksdv/Alamir*, Hadissen, Ranek

C: Sky-Eyes, Szyra, Arnoss, Farell, Anedia, Silena, Rizana (but mostly useless in a fight), Akavoo, Zarunpel, Ysara, Vaalin, Jibea

I think that's everyone? Keep in mind, this isn't representative of anyone's actual power, just throwing arbitrary numbers at a wall and seeing what sticks. Zarunpel probably would kick the ass of most of the B tier and Lhur lose most fights against the same B tier.
