Redding Fire Relief

The Carr Fire in Redding, CA has been labeled as the seventh most destructive fire in California history and the most destructive in Shasta County history since beginning on July 23. It has destroyed up to today a total of 1,236 buildings and homes over 100,000 acres. The fire is stated to be 27% contained. 

So much destruction and devastation has swept and continues to sweep through Redding, leaving many with nothing. If you would like to be part of helping the victims of this tragic fire, here are some great ways to jump in: 

1. The Dream Center in Los Angeles is currently serving as a supply drop off location, collecting household items, baby food, wipes, and diapers, personal hygiene items, cleaning supplies, and non-perishable food. They are partnering with several local churches in the Redding area to distribute much needed relief to those in need. If you would like to send support please click here for more info. 2. District Church in El Dorado Hills, CA have their Mobile Dream Center on the grounds this week working with local churches, delivering supplies such as waters, blankets, underwear, bandaids, Advil, Neosporin, and other needed necessities. 3. Bethel Church in Redding, CA is currently set up as a Distribution Center with the Salvation Army serving those in need with household supplies, basic food supplies, children’s clothing, a cooling center, emotional & spiritual care, restaurant-quality hot meals, and more. They also have teams on the ground offering Ash Out assistance to those who have lost their homes. And so much more. To find out how you can help, click here.
