It's interesting to me that although Shota had a similar background and upbringing to Shibata, it was Narita who ended up as Shibata's disciple.

Shota's dad is of course Red Shoes Unno, the head referee of New Japan Pro Wrestling. Red Shoes has been a referee longer than Shota has been alive - Shota had professional wrestlers as playmates when he was a small child, and grew up surrounded by wrestling.

Katsuyori Shibata's dad was Katsuhisa Shibata, also a referee for New Japan Pro Wrestling. Like Red Shoes, Katsuhisa Shibata became a referee for New Japan before Katsuyori Shibata was born, and worked as a ref throughout Shibata's childhood and upbringing. Like Shota, Shibata grew up surrounded by pro wrestlers for playmates, and was born and raised surrounded by professional wrestling.

I love that when they pan back it becomes clear that Tana had to give up on the one sleeve he managed to squeeze into for another attempt, and finally, to seek assistance, because the already herculean task of getting Shinsuke's abandoned CHAOS Gakuen jacket on becomes a virtual impossibility when he's sweaty on top of just completely the wrong size. Red Shoes doesn't even give him the dignity of an Expression; this is just a normal day. The President wants to put his boyfriend's old clothes back on for the photos, and no force in the world, even his own body, is going to prevent him.

It's just the deeply sentimental President/Ace, young Boltin (who cannot lower his arms and will likely be stuck in that thing for the rest of his life), Yano (presumably fresh from another raid on the TV Asahi costume archives because damned if he's paying for more appropriately-sized novelty school uniform coats), a long-suffering referee, and a slightly bemused Taiwanese wrestling official.
