The plot? I'm not sure but basically the crew is heading out to find a cure for Chilly, and Den along the way, while Curt trains Kristine and Christian and Ivan gets a character arc.

In the end, the true cure was the friends we made along the way. /j

Not caught up with the Recreyo lore? NO PROBLEM! This post will be updating every time we get new lore!

Here’s the ENTIRETY of Recreyo lore;

So the glitches ur seeing are all Recreyo Chan. A girl originally used to promote Recreyo’s Anime NYC event! Her first appearance was on twitter, when it was still believed to be a gag. This girl is clearly the same. Matching blue hair and red neck tie. This was season 1 of course, so it was still a joke. But in season 2 she takes on a new light.

So her first MENTION takes place in ‘SCP The Sculpture’ where we can make a safe estimate that Recreyo Chan is the thing that is “keeping a special eye on the recreyo crew.” (Curt has stated that SCP is easier to work with because you can change things as well as said the SCP lore could leak into other episodes so thats how we know RC and SCP are connected) But we didn’t know what curt meant by this until the release of ‘Doctor Stone’. Where Recreyo Chan glitched into the video for a few moments before returning things back to normal.

After this ‘FNAF 4’ incident, the next week Curt uploaded a video titled ‘We need to talk.’ Addressing the glitches. His solution to combat the glitches was changing the upload schedule to every other week to *intensify the edits and get rid of the glitches*. This worked for the most part, EXCEPT for small glitches where a spiral (referencing the swirl design on her cheek). These spirals would only appear when they were breaking the fourth wall. Whether it be through the art looking like they’re grabbing the screen (‘Scream’) or talking directly to the animators (‘The Menu’). These spirals originated in the 4th SCP episode ‘SCP Plague doctor’ where the plague doctor referred to an IT. This IT obviously being Recreyo Chan.

In ‘Rizz, Marry, Kill’ instead of the typical spiral, Curt *spiraled* out of the video into a blank void where he asks “Now..?” before getting transported back into the video. This shows he was self aware of the glitch happening.. After a few weeks of episodes that show Recreyo Chan always on the outside looking in at Curt, finally the long awaited ‘SCP Security Breach’ was finally dropped. Throughout the video, Curt seemed removed and monotone. Something is clearly off. Once we reach the end of the episode, the Recreyo Crew come across a portal, which Curt has been leading them to throughout the episode. Except now we truly can tell, Curt wasn’t the one leading them to the portal. It was Recreyo Chan, who seemed to shape-shift into him. She closes out the scenario with the chilling line “now I have everything I need to end the scenario”. After this, Curt’s voice and body have fully transformed and we see her true form.

But YouTube isn’t the only thing Recreyo Chan has been attempting to hack. The Official Recreyo discord has been hacked by an account on the 31st of March, and was assumed to be an April fools prank. This user originally named “ca” terrorized the server and even hacked curt, turning Curt’s profile into a creepy blue light, his name to ca as well. Den ended up banning him, only for him to return a day later. Every Friday, or day of a post, this user has been adding a letter to their name every day. What was originally “Ca” is now “Can you”. We originally believed she could be spelling out “Can you survive”, as it is a common phrase used in their video titles. However now, we believe she could be spelling out “Can you hear me” After joining a call and changing everyone’s names to one of the letters “C, A, N, Y, O, U, or H”

In the aforementioned call that this mysterious account joined, they played strange audio, we are yet to understand the meaning of the audio, but it seems the first is weird glitching audio, while the other sounds like scraping or mechanical noises.

Another website we can find Recreyo Chan on is pleasestopareyoulisteningcanyouhear.me . On this website we can hear Curt talking about the laws of physics and possibilities of other universes (an obvious reference to the portals we’ve been seeing in the episodes lately) In the background you can hear the others having a normal conversation and you can tell this happens before a recording because Ivan says “We’re ready to clap now.” to Curt. (Clapping is how they sync their audio in recordings.) If you want the transcript of the audio I have another post detailing it!

Me @ the Recreyo lore: dw babe I’ll fix you

Ok so like somewhat thought out idea I came up with just now:

Beginning: Curt and his friends meet up to do the first episode. His mic broke tho so he quickly bought a replacement. Said replacement was actually cursed (not gonna get into why or how rn). When he turned it on and they clapped for the mic test, the magic from the curse latched onto the clap, causing it to allow them to use magic. What that magic does also tied itself to what they did: create a world for their scenario.

Essentially, they just got the power to create a world when they clap.

At first, they’re not aware something’s off, but around the time Christian joins they figure out they’re stepping in completely new worlds. Thing is, they don’t realize that after they leave, the world itself remains, slowly creating a multiverse.

A multiverse that gets out of hand. A multiverse that starts to create things by itself. A multiverse that creates from them, Creativity and Logic.

But the multiverse is also unstable and combined with the monstrous actions they take and the state in which the worlds are carelessly left behind are starting to affect the twins. Creativity (essentially the right brain) believes the crew are awful beings who ruined their perfect multiverse and sensing Curt had something to do with it, decides to take revenge by kidnapping him.

Logic (left brain) believes they need to think about it more, and stays on the sidelines while Recreyo defeats Ao. (Angsty headcanon: they sell her because it hurts Curt’s mental well-being)

Time passes, and Curt grows curious. Something’s not right. A multiverse shouldn’t allow them to reshape things like they see fit. A multiverse would let them see alternate versions of themselves. A multiverse… should have logic.

Things continue as normal, until the glitches happen. Confused, they stumble upon Ao, who is still pissed at them, but powerless. Together, they all discover the truth. Since her absence from the Inbetween, Ai has filled the power voice, which drove them insane. She seeks to kill Recreyo, to usurp them, to destroy the multiverse.

They ask and she explains. The glitches weren’t their doing. It was Recreyo themselves. The multiverse became so large it’s starting to collapse on itself. So the logical thing to do obviously is to kill Recreyo, get their power and destroy the multiverse to save reality (or maybe to rebuild the multiverse so it runs purely on logic).

They all band together, using the power of the plushies and their allies (the NPC’s that they visited in a montage while trying to fix the glitches). But as they defeat Ai, she points out nothing’s changed. The glitches will worsen, the multiverse will eventually collapse, ect. The crew realizes that the only way to fix their mistakes is to use up all of their power to strengthen and for a lack of better terminology, minimalize the worlds like tabs. This however will come at cost of never being able to use their magic ever again.

They reminisce, leave the twins in charge of the multiverse (before that there is some heartwarming reunion of the twins or something idk), thank their allies and the audience and permanently close it by saying one last Recreyo Out.

There’s still some inconsistencies prob but at least there is a blueprint. At least there is a beginning, middle and end. At least there is SOMETHING

She stood before the being. It's body long and segmented, yet power radiated from the god.

"You... what are you doing here?"

Panda ears flicked

"Simple... I'm here to collect you."

RC immediately stood her ground. Eyeing the God.

"What!? This wasn't part of the deal!"

The raptors tail moved.

"The deal was, you get to destroy the Recreyo Crew, and I let you live."

"I just need more time! I need more time!"

The gods head tilted. A smile grew on the face.

"Then you better get to it... you know exactly what happens when someone fails me."

Yillhc grasp her arm, freezing it solid. The god laughed.

"Sorry... this body's power is still fairly unnatural to me. At least I don't need to share it with anyone now. Not anymore"

Dear Recreyoblr,

Recreyo have outted, the end is now.

I made my first recreyo post on march 28th of 2023, first drawing/comic was on march 14th of 2023, the sharp teethed Curt one. It's not canon to me anymore, for whom it may concern. I like the idea of him being the only human (until he glitched, like soup's idea).

Unfortunately, when I found recreyo, I wasn't logging into any yt accounts, so I have no way of knowing when I fell into this hyperfixation. (A calculated guess would be around Christmas break of 2022, because I remember spending an entire day just scrolling through their page)

More about the present and future, well, I think we can all say that recreyo was awesome with their story-writing & telling, leaving us with some Kristine wisdom and the continuations of stories in fanfiction. (And I'm not taking constructive criticism on this but) (I just feel like the bit with Rock Paper Scissors made it all the more painful to listen to and perfect) (I don't even know how to elaborate on this)

Of course, now that Recreyo overed, a lot of us will be leaving. I wish you all great lives outside of this community of ours. As for me, I still have fanfiction and AU ideas that'll keep me motivated for... God knows how long, but I've at least got 3 aus. For those that depart, maybe you'll remember recreyo and their fandom once in a while. And if you do, check the tag. Youtube, Tiktok, Tumblr, Ao3. Wherever else people go. It might be fun to see the stuff that have popped up over the time, who knows.

A hundred thanks and appreciations goes to people whom I will only generalize and not name so I don't accidently leave someone out: of course, the Recreyo Crew, thank them for created this wonderful year and community; the animators. every single one of them did such great jobs in this channel and for the long term animators it was so fun watching their art styles develop; the editors, who do such awesome jobs in editing their videos and producing what we have; the thumbnail artists -- I knew most of them Ivan drew, but some are by different artist(s?); in terms of the fandom, all the appreciations for the fan artists(in all categories of art) that create crazy awesome stories, art, animatics, edits, etc. I don't know if that's everyone but thank you all.

Fun facts include: I wasn't much of a Tumblr user before this, but the recreyo community on Tumblr is just too alluring :3; the smoke alarm in my house have went off because I was too distracted watching Recreyo.

Sorry for the long jazz, but this was a fantastic community (the best i've ever encounter and i doubt there could be anything that beats this) and I couldn't have hoped for anything better than this.

Something I’ve been considering is what type of amnesia Kristine has in SCP ARC…

At first I assumed it was Retrograde amnesia because that’s your classic: “I woke up here and I don’t remember what happened before I woke up!!” BUT HEAR ME OUT. I think she instead has Anterograde amnesia which means the opposite of that, where it’s difficult to learn or retain information. So that might be why even though it’s obviously stated that she’s been there MUCH MUCH LONGER than the Recreyo crew, she seems lost most of the time and has no idea what’s going on.

Moreover, aside from this there had to have been a REASON she has amnesia and I think the obvious answer is the foundation. Possibly the 05 council?? Yeah you could say its RC but since she’s a new character it wouldn’t make sense she has something to do with her past.

SO either she knew too much and the foundation had to do something, or even an SCP or experiment made it possible! Which adds up because Anterograde amnesia can be caused by drugs or brain injury.

THIS IS THE FACE OF SOMEONE THE GOVERNMENT WANTS PUT DOWN
