Mew Suppasit Jongcheveevat And Tul Pakorn Thanasrivanitchai On Love, Travel, Upcoming Projects And More
Together, the Thai stars are rewriting the rules of being a leading man in film and television all while venturing into new territories, pursuing passion projects and living their lives unapologetically.
Forget everything you think you know about being a leading man. Thai actors, Mew Suppasit Jongcheveevat and Tul Pakorn “Tyler” Thanasrivanitchai, are redefining what it means to be a household name after starring in Thai boys’ love (BL) dramas.
Unlike the uninhibited and daring characters he sometimes plays on screen, Mew comes across as a reserved, soft-spoken yet confident gentleman in person. On set, he’s polite, charming and eager for feedback despite possessing a wellspring of experience in the entertainment industry. “Are my poses okay? Do I need to do anything differently?” he earnestly asks Kenneth Goh, our editor-in-chief who was art directing the shoot in Bangkok, Thailand.
Mew’s rise to fame was gradual. The 32-year-old earned his stripes as a model before getting his first big break as an actor when he was cast as Pree in the Thai BL drama What The Duck: The Series (2018). The show was an instant hit in Thailand, and was brought back for a second season. But it wasn’t until his role in TharnType: The Series, where he played Tharn, a gay man who falls in love with his homophobic roommate (played by Gulf Kanawut Traipipattanapong) in university, that his star rose dramatically.
Mew is also a gifted musician. His debut album 365 ranked number three on the worldwide iTunes album chart, and was number one in 18 countries. He also became the first Thai artiste to debut an album that reached the 13th spot on iTunes’ Global Digital Artist Ranking list. He has since struck out on his own with Mew Suppasit Studio, through which he releases new music.
His success as an actor and recording artist hasn’t gone unnoticed. He caught the eye of luxury fashion brands such as Maison Valentino, Tod’s and BOSS, resulting in coveted partnerships and front row seats at Milan fashion week.
In contrast, Tul exhibits golden retriever energy. Charming and enthusiastic in the flesh, he is the polar opposite of Mew on set. Tul is playful and adventurous, taking initiative on how to better bring the concept of the shoot to life. “It might be better if I stood behind Mew for this shot so we’re both facing the camera,” he thoughtfully suggests. His energy is infectious and he’s not afraid to do whatever it takes to get the best photo. On set, they are drawn to each other, playfully tugging at each other’s clothes, while warm embraces and encouraging shoulder rubs signal a close bond. After lunch, the laughs grew louder, the boyish repartee naughtier and the hugs tighter. Clearly, Mew and Tul have a special affinity with each other.
Like his contemporary, Tul’s first foray into the entertainment industry was through modelling. “I was a drum major during the Chula–Thammasat Traditional Football match back in 2011, and I was scouted by a modelling agency,” he recalls. “I was later spotted modelling during a fashion show by a casting director and was asked to go on an audition. I started acting in my third year in university, accepting one production a year.”
The casting director’s eye for talent proved to be on the money—the 31-year-old shot to fame, thanks to the success of Together With Me (2018), where he played Knock, a sexually-confused university student who ends up falling in love with his gay childhood best friend. With his newfound popularity, opportunities within the fashion industry opened up for Tul as well.
Another similarity between the two men is their dedication to academic excellence. Mew has a master’s degree in Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, while Tul just graduated from Columbia University with an MSc in Real Estate Development and worked as an acquisition intern at Cycamore Capital in New York City.
Mew and Tul are testament to the modern idea that there’s no one way to reach the pinnacle of success, and that there’s always room for personal and professional enrichment and time for passion projects. We sat both of them down for an intimate tête-à-tête on style, travel, upcoming projects, their goals for the new year and more.
ON FASHION
Tul: How would you describe your style?
Mew: It depends. I love to mix and match. I have different types of tops that I’d mix with different bottoms, shoes and accessories.
T: Your wardrobe is huge (laughs)!
M: What about you?
T: In Thailand, anything lightweight. I’m very sensitive to the heat. I’m still experimenting with my style, but I love Korean fashion. I think the cutting is more flattering for us Asians and it’s more sophisticated. I like something minimal with details that is easy to mix and match with what you already have. For Thai fashion, I like Greyhound.
M: Handbags! You have so many bags!
T: Shoulder bags and crossbody bags. Well, the thing is, I don’t feel like dressing up much while in Thailand. So I play with bags instead.
M: I bought him a new bag last year and I only saw him use it once. You know the problem isn’t about how often he uses it. The problem is, he was whining a lot when he wanted it. But when I bought it for him, he rarely used it.
T: I used it many times! Around five times.
M: In the entire year!
T: When I want him to buy me something, I’ll send him a picture saying, ‘It’s beautiful, isn’t it?’
ON FOOD AND TRAVEL
M: Any restaurant recommendations?
T: I think Japanese restaurants are great. I like yakiniku and shabu shabu, but I really recommend grilled prawns.
M: Any good ones in Ayutthaya? Once I ate them on a raft and threw up. I guess I had seasickness. River prawns are very fatty and the raft was floating, so I felt terrible.
T: I would recommend Ginzado. It’s a Japanese yakiniku restaurant.
M: What’s your favourite food?
T: Asian food. I enjoy Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean food.
M: You know what our new discovery is? Peruvian food! It’s very good.
T: Yes, Peruvian food! So good!
M: We ate it in Canada.
T: Peruvian food is like a mix of Latin and Japanese food.
M: The restaurant we ate at in Miami was very good too.
T: Yes. They have this dish that’s a lot like our Yum (spicy salad). I think Thai people will like it. If you don’t enjoy Mexican cuisine, you might like Peruvian.
M: Do you always plan your trips or just go with the flow?
T: I always plan.
M: Overplan, more like it! He’s the one in charge of trips, and the itinerary is always just nice—not too packed.
T: I told you I can be obsessive-compulsive. When we travel, I want the best things at the best price. It needs to be cost-efficient. When you need to be somewhere at a certain point in time—such as seeing the sunrise at a particular spot—I will do everything to make sure we get to see the sunrise. I plan everything in advance and I don’t want anyone in the group to have to pay for something unnecessarily expensive. If, at some time, business class tickets are excessively costly and premium economy is more value for money, then we should do premium economy. I’ll be attentive to everyone’s rewards and mileage to ensure they don’t need to pay extra when they can redeem miles.
M: He will have all the information on hand like, if we’re going somewhere and need to use a particular airline, we should apply for this and that in advance, so we have benefits like better seats or baggage allowance.
ON WHAT’S NEXT
T: What are your plans for this year?
M: Last year, I worked on many projects, series and movies, so you’ll see a lot of my work both on television and in cinema. I’ll be back working on music soon as well. In addition, I have a fan meet around my birthday in February, so I’m looking forward to meeting my supporters there. Among the projects that I’ve completed is Mon Rak Luk Thung, a remake of a classic Thai musical rom-com. This is my first time singing many luk thung [folk] songs.
T: I’m thinking of seriously moving away from entertainment, and focussing on my family business. I’m currently working as a project manager for our new project in Bangna. It’s a community mall with a fresh food market. In the future, I would love to work in property management. I enjoy exploring residential and housing projects. I want to do something that offers customers high-quality products and a good quality of life. This is also the reason why I pursued my postgraduate study.
M: What are your goals for 2024?
T: I want to have a sexier body. I want to have time for the gym no matter what I have going on at work. Another goal of mine is to make more use of what I’ve learned in the US in my life. I want to be working on more tangible projects.
M: I have never had a chance to use any of the things I learned during my postgraduate studies (laughs). The research I did… I’ve used none of it.
ON THEMSELVES
W: How would you describe yourself?
T: I’m a worrywart. I think too much about every little thing despite my image as a very sociable extrovert. But when I’m on my own, I’m quite obsessive-compulsive; I will tidy my rooms and fold my clothes.
M: Everyone thinks he’s easy-going and very laid-back, but in reality, he’s a worrywart. He really, really thinks about everything. He keeps worrying about others.
T: It depends. I thought I could handle social media better as I got older but sometimes, I feel like I’m not as good at it as I could be. That said, after years in showbiz, I’m better at letting go and not letting it affect me as much.
M: I’m the opposite of Tul. He’s a worrywart despite his easy-going image. I look like I’m overthinking but in reality, I’m much more laid-back.
T: Exactly (laughs)!
ON LOVE
T: What’s your favourite love quote?
M: I don’t know… I’ve never thought of it.
T: Just Google ‘love quote’ and pick one you like.
M: For real? Okay, let’s see… Top 10 Love Quotes…
T: My love quote is ‘Bitch, I say what I say.’
M: What should I choose…what about this one? It’s quite short. ‘When there is love, there is life.’
#Congratulation boys 👏🏻#Groundbreaking!!!❤#tul pakorn#mew suppasit#Yes they did it! At the same time they said nothing...#Did I post the entire interview here just cause I needed it? day 20 - discovery
Dear Edmont, I shall not bury the lede on this one: I am writing to you from beneath a volcano. I've been finding myself in increasingly absurd situations of late. I have no complaints about this, surprisingly; the aftermath of war makes these conflicts seem almost relaxing. It's a lovely thing to find myself beneath a volcano, or a lost city sunk deep into the earth, or in a crater that leads to a rift betwixt dimensions and not wading through the mud and blood of a battlefield. (It occurs to me that I might not have told you about those stories yet. Suffice to say, I will not want for topics of conversation when I next visit.) But I'm getting ahead of myself. Do you remember some decades ago when the ladies of the high court discovered their insatiable appetite for Eastern imports? If I'm to believe Perette, it was she – always happy to make a scene – who set the fashion. It was good business for House Laussienne, of course, but as a consequence, the estate was always full of what seemed like an endless parade of these tiny treasures which had seemed so magical to me as a little girl. I drank the stories like droughted land; I loved the tale of Tenzin, cast out for his gift that sounded so similar to my own, and how he roamed the land finding friendship in a coterie of talking animals, each themselves an outcast. I remember a lacquered fan my mother gifted me that revealed Byakko – a white tiger of legend – on the hunt in a bamboo forest and I loved it with my life. I met Byakko today. (I apologize – I promised I would not bury the lede, and yet here we are.) And wouldn't you know it? The volcano featured in those stories as well. There is a cavern here, and a shrine, and all these delightful talking animals: and just like that, I discover that the fairy tales I loved so well are true and real. But that should not come as such a surprise to me, should it? That is the joy of adventuring. With my own hands, my own feet, my own eyes, I learn what is real in the world after all. In the interest of expedience, I am enclosing a series of small watercolors I've done, which still do not do justice to the particular qualities of the aether here – the luminescence is spectacular – but paint a far more literal picture than my words could. I am also enclosing a bottle of sour plum wine (do not be fooled by the name; the plum is more of an apricot, and it is mascerated in a rice spirit, and I have found it to be a lovely digestif). As Tataru has inexplicably volunteered to come along on this expedition and this letter will pass through her hands, do not be surprised to find inclusions that I haven't listed. If you write a letter in return, please send it to her; peace talks with the Garlean emissaries are ongoing and I suspect I will be volleyed back and forth between Kugane and Doma for the next moon or so. Please give the boys my regards. With love, Estelle P.S. I shall actually include two bottles of the plum wine; could you see to it Aymeric takes a break to enjoy it from time to time?

BOOK REVIEW: Nick Cutter and Andrew F. Sullivan's The Handyman Method
by Elizabeth Broadbent, Staff Writer.
If you’ve read The Marigold or were lucky enough to sit through StokerCon’s panel on anomalous architecture, you know Andrew Sullivan’s a master of the trope. The Handyman Method (Saga Press, an imprint of Simon & Schuster) pairs him with Nick Cutter (Rust and Bone, Cataract City) in a haunted house/DIY/the-sins-of-the-father-will-bite-you-in-the-ass novel out August 8th. With memorable characters and the same you-never-saw-this-coming hits as The Marigold, this work’s one more reason you need these guys on your must-read-list.
At first glance, Trent Sabor’s an average dude married to an average wife (Rita), with an average kid (Milo) and his plucky pet turtle, Morty. They seem, on paper, to be the perfect family. They move into the first house of a new development, Dunsany Estates. Their house, like them, seems perfect. It may be surrounded by dirt on every side, but it looks like everything they’ve ever dreamed of.
The cracks begin to show—literally—when Trent discovers a gaping hole in their closet. Incandescent with rage, he finds a YouTube channel, Handyman Hank, to help him patch it. Meanwhile, his son’s hooked up to his tablet watching Little Boy Blue. As the Sabors’ new home begins to show more cracks, so does Trent’s family.
Handyman Hank goes from a few vids to “a cornucopia for the Y-chromosome set” endorsing “a certain kind of man[liness]” which “does things The Old-Fashioned way.” Trent’s sucked in, for Reasons that I won’t reveal—you deserve, like Trent, to discover these cracks the old-fashioned way.
This novel’s concept feels both wildly imaginative—like so much new horror, with that Jesus-Christ-I-never-thought-of-that feel—and eminently relatable. Men lose their way; they turn to sketchy sources for validation. Spouses drift. Parents and children grow apart. It’s these metaphorical cracks in both relationships and identities that lie at the heart of this novel and its house.
And if you’re a sucker for prose (you are, if you’ve read Sullivan’s earlier work; my apologies to Cutter for an ignorance about his), you’ll swoon. It’s not showy, but it’s rich, beautiful, unforgettable. The image of little Milo “plant[ing] his hands on his hips with an exaggerated squint, a pint-sized foreman assessing a construction site”—I can’t get that one from my head. My kids are a little older now, but goddamn if I can’t picture that stance.
Those prose and images are a gift in a fast-paced novel like this. You’ll find yourself rereading, sometimes slowing down to savor those moments, like Trent’s moment when “his eyelids fluttered and his breath bottomed out—some kind of psychic brownout that interrupted the power grid of his brain.”
And once you get it, you get it, and you’ll want to read it again. You’ll flip through and see the pinpoint accuracy of their metaphors, the hidden mechanisms of characters’ motivations, and maybe that’s a sign you’ve got a real cracker of a book in your hands: you put it down and pick it up again. Then you’ll understand why Simon & Schuster picked it up.
You can pick up The Handyman Method in little more than a week, August 8th. Preorder it before it kicks to a second printing, third, or fourth printing—and it will. You’ll find this one on your Barnes & Noble shelves later this year, pinky-swear.

Tips for Younger Homebuyers: How To Make Your Dream a Reality
If you’re a member of a younger generation, like Gen Z, you may be asking the question: will I ever be able to buy a home? And chances are, you’re worried that’s not going to be in the cards with inflation, rising home prices, mortgage rates, and more seemingly stacked against you.
While there’s no arguing this housing market is challenging for first-time homebuyers, it is still achievable, especially if you have professionals on your side.
Here are some helpful tips you may get from a pro.
1. Explore Your Options for a Down Payment
If a down payment is your #1 hurdle, you may have options to give your savings a boost. There are over 2,000 down payment assistance programs designed to make homeownership more achievable. And, that’s not the only place you may be able to get a helping hand. While it may not be an option for everyone, 49% of Gen Z homebuyers got money from loved ones that they used toward a down payment, according to LendingTree.
And chances are you won’t need to put 20% down (unless specified by your loan type or lender). So be sure to work with a trusted mortgage professional to explore your options, find out how much you’ll really need, and learn about any guidelines on getting a gift from loved ones.
2. Live with Loved Ones To Boost Your Savings
Another thing a number of Gen Z buyers are doing is ditching their rental and moving back in with friends or family. This can help cut down your housing costs so you can build your savings a whole lot faster. As Bankrate explains:
“. . . many have opted to stop renting and live with family in order to boost their savings. Thirty percent of Gen Z homebuyers move directly from their family member’s home to a home of their own, according to NAR.”
3. Cast a Broad Net for Your Search
When you’ve saved up enough, here’s how a pro will help you approach your search. Since the supply of homes for sale is still low and affordability is tight, they’ll give you strategies and avenues you may not have considered to open up your pool of options.
For example, it’s usually more affordable if you consider a rural or suburban area versus an urban one. So, while the city may be livelier and more energetic, the cost of living may be reason enough to look at something further out. And if you consider smaller homes and condos or townhouses, you’ll give yourself even more ways to break into the market. As Colby Stout, Research Analyst at Bright MLS, explains:
“Being flexible on the types of home (e.g., a condo or townhome versus a single-family home) and exploring more affordable neighborhoods is important for first-time buyers.”
4. Take a Close Look at Your Wants and Needs
And lastly, an agent can help you really think about your must-have’s and nice-to-have’s. Remember, your first home doesn’t have to be your forever home. You just need to get your foot in the door to start building equity. If you want to buy, you may find making some compromises is worth it. As Chase says:
“An open-minded approach to house-hunting may be one way for Gen Z homebuyers to maintain some edge. This could mean buying in areas that are less expensive. Differentiating needs vs. wants may help in this area as well.”
An agent will help you prioritize your list of home features and find houses that can deliver on the top ones. And they’ll be able to explain how equity can benefit you in the long run and make it possible to move into that dream home down the line.
Bottom Line
Real estate professionals have expertise on what’s working for other buyers like you. Lean on them for tips and advice along the way. As Directors Mortgage says, with that support you can make it happen:
“The path to homeownership may not be a straightforward one for Gen Z, but it’s undoubtedly within reach. By adopting the right strategies, like exploring down payment assistance programs and sharing living costs with relatives, you can bring your dream of owning a home closer to reality.”
Let’s connect to get you set up for long-term success.

“If the ending is this painful…
...I don’t know if this was worth it all.” Dustin Thao (You've Reached Sam)
"Goin' to Chicago. Sorry I can't take you..." (Count Basie and Jimmy Rushing)
I was approaching Chicago in the early evening of 4 December. Driving the last stretch of I-65 north through Northwest Indiana, a light snow began to fall. Passing the many interchanges in the area, I arrived at the exit to I-90 and, shortly after, the toll booth at the Chicago Skyway. The silhouettes of downtown Chicago buildings could be clearly seen despite through the periodic snow flurries. I made my way to the short-term apartment for which I had negotiated a rental agreement weeks before. I selected accommodations within a half city block of the emergency department doors. At least I would have a short walk.
Over the following days I easily fell into a work routine after meeting staff and getting familiar with the hospital geography. When last I worked in the area, the very old and antiquated county facility was still in operation. The new hospital complex was an environment with which I had no experience; however, I was able to "get up to speed" without much difficulty.
The days passed quickly with the exception of one brutally cold week which made even my short walk a little painful. The wind which blows through the city at this time of the year is known as "The Hawk" for good reason. Christmas 2022 was quickly upon me and then passed without anything to note. Inga and I continued to exchange messages; although, the occasional video calls that Inga would initiate, as she was walking to school to retrieve Eva, had to be stopped as I was generally in the area of the hospital and had to be sensitive to confidentiality issues. Over this entire time I had not broached the topic of Inga's early November trip to St. Petersburg. I was avoiding confrontation with her so as not to lose focus on the work before me. As it was now nearly impossible to send parcels to Russia via the usual carriers, I had to rely upon Inga to secure a gift for Eva in preparation for the arrival of Father Christmas
The new year, 2023, arrived with Inga and I exchanging New Year's Eve greetings at about 6:00 pm (midnight in Pskov). An hour later, I began covering a shift in the emergency department. Between my temporary assignment in Chicago and ongoing research-related work in which I was engaged, time seemed to accelerate. However, I still allowed ample time to communicate with Inga even though our exchanges were light and breezy. There was no discussion of securing visas even though I would occasionally forward available real estate listings for different regions of Cyprus to solicit Inga's opinion and, perhaps, action, despite my ever growing doubts of her sincerity. Her responses had the character as though she were "shining me on" so; there was little reason to constantly revisit the topic.
Throughout this time I continued to provide financial support to Inga in the only legal way that was available. This required my purchase of Bitcoin and then the electronic transfer to Inga who would redeem the Bitcoin for rubles. It was a mystery to me as to just how Inga was making these transactions. One of the facts uncovered by PI Lab investigators was that Inga did not have a TIN which is supposedly required to create financial accounts within the Russian Federation. This was highlighted to me in a previous report where it was noted that Denis traveled to Aktau, Kazakhstan on 16 September 2022. He remained for one day, apparently to create a bank account through a Non-Resident Mutual Assistance agreement. It would be inappropriate of me to suggest some sort of conspiracy between Inga and Denis on this matter but it does imply an odd coincidence.
With the arrival of February, things got strange...once again!
As I approached my last few weeks in Chicago I began to perceive a shift in the tenor of Inga's messages. Over the previous weeks she had been mostly upbeat but she was progressively becoming more distracted by personal issues. Of course, Inga would not speak of the details even though she would mention that she was experiencing some form of conflict. What little she did share gave the impression that it was a problem with the apartment in which she and Eva were living. She suggested that she may be forced to move, expressing her frustration that the owner was suddenly becoming difficult. When I asked her to elaborate on this, she quickly parried my questions and minimized the issue. I could have, maybe should have, pursued this with more vigor. After all, I knew that the flat in which Inga, Eva and Denis had been living was owned by the father of Denis. I did not keep it a secret that I learned of these property ownerships through the work of the investigators. It may have been Inga was being purposefully provocative in speaking about her apartment issues. It seemed she wanted me aware of a problem and a potential move without revealing much else.
Related to the concerns Inga was expressing regarding her living situation was the unsolved mystery of asset distribution secondary to the divorce decree. As I have previously written, according to Russian Federation law, marital assets are to be equally divided in the event of divorce in the absence of a superseding agreement. This raised the question as to why Inga would be fretting over such matters when she should have assets with which to work. This is assuming the divorce was more than just a legal contrivance, which the PI Lab investigators were speculating was the case. Mikhail Levko remarked, on more than one occasion, that the divorce was legal but seemed "odd" by not dealing with asset distribution.
Another trip to Saint Petersburg
On 17 February 2023, Inga informed me that she and Eva were traveling to St. Petersburg over the weekend. Inga stated they were traveling with the express purpose of visiting the Cypriot Consulate. This seemed rather odd as the consulate offices are not open over the weekend. It would be necessary for her to remain through Monday 20 February. Given the way Inga framed her plans, I contacted PI Labs as her reasoning seemed just an attempt to placate any suspicions I may have had regarding her motives.
Mikhail produced a summary report of Inga's trip almost immediately after her return to Pskov:
We received information from the surveillance cameras of the St. Petersburg city monitoring centre. The monitoring centre checked for the presence of either the Skoda and Volvo vehicles registered to Denis. According to the centre, the Skoda with number E 244 KU 60 was fixed by surveillance cameras in the period from 18.02.2023 to 20.02.2023. On 18.02 2023, at 15:00, the Skoda arrived in the city of St. Petersburg. On 19.02.2023, at 09:40, the car began driving from Repischeva Street, 11/9. The car proceeded to the city center, then at 13:00 arrived at MEGA DYBENKO shopping mall, located on Murmonsky highway. There was an exhibition of pictures and photos in the shopping mall and this may have been the reason for their travel.
20.02.2023 at 13:00 the Skoda and occupants left the city of St. Petersburg, in the direction of the city of Pskov.
Given the limited amount of time spent in St. Petersburg, the trip seemed purposeful, but not to apply for visas. Once again we see Inga and Denis traveling together and, while in St. Petersburg, staying at the home of Inga's brother, Nikita. Whatever issues to which Inga alluded the previous days related to Denis or his father, it appears not to have influenced this trip as a family.
A further report by PI Labs confirmed that no visa application was received for Inga and Eva by the Cypriot consulate.
Suddenly, a trip to Sochi...
Shortly before my planned departure from Chicago, Inga announced that she and Eva would be traveling to Sochi for a few days. When I initially asked her the purpose of the hastily planned trip, Inga replied by stating that she made the travel arrangements almost a year prior and she she needed to make the trip to avoid losing the money previously spent. It is important to note that a few weeks later, Inga would emphatically deny having made this claim. As I distinctly remembered the discussion I searched archived messages only to find these comments by Inga written 24 February 2022:
Ingeborga: Each day wake up and get shocked more and more Ingeborga: They closed Sochi airport! I have to go there in a few days
Indeed, she had planned a trip to Sochi the year before but because air travel was halted, she was unable to make the trip. It was unclear to me as to why Inga would attempt to gaslight me with her denial. Inga eventually described the purpose of the trip as an attempt to look for a job and how she had been disappointed by friends. How much of it all was true, will remain an unknown.
Okay, I am done...there is no point!
At about 7:00 am on 26 February 2023, I had loaded up the car and was headed toward the entrance of the Dan Ryan Expressway. I would have about 14 hours to drive and think. I concluded that my first step would be to cease all financial support. The last Bitcoin purchase and transfer made was the day before and I vowed it would be the last. I could not be sure how it was being used or even who who was using it There appeared to be no serious effort being made by Inga to change her living situation. I had given her options and was willing to support her in making the change. But she demonstrated no initiative on the matter betraying her true intentions. It was the trip to Cancun all over again - say anything but do nothing. For the time being, I would remain silent about my decisions and assess Inga's reactions for change.
A few days after my return from Chicago I was able to settle back into a routine at home. Inga and I continued to exchange messages but Inga was reporting more stress and announced an imminent move to an apartment she described as "dirty". Within the same time frame, Inga communicated that she had lost her phone - an iPhone that I previously purchased and shipped to her. Following that announcement, Inga purged the entire communication thread between us on Telegram. When I asked the reason for her actions she claimed that she wanted to be sure that if her phone was found, it would not contain any sensitive financial information. Okay, sure!!!
My understanding of Inga, which evolved through a long period of observation and personal pain, told me that these were not a random series of events. The inevitable confrontation occurred. It was necessary for me to withdraw from regular contact with Inga. It was necessary for me to stop assisting her. I had been feeding her narcissistic supply with a steady stream of high availability along with emotional and financial support.
I was guilty of being Inga's enabler!

Jody Benson Sharp Anxiety About Lead Generation? We'll Give You The Answers You Seek
Jody Benson Sharp Professional tips provider. Lead generation is very important in the business world because it helps you attract consumers to your business. You can either do it yourself or hire a company to do it for you. The latter choice is risky, so it is always better to find ways to generate leads yourself. The article below offers solid tips and ideas on how to go about doing that.
Try a fax campaign to increase your lead generation. Fax may seem very 1980s in terms of business communication, but most companies still rely on these machines. So many people have ignored the fax machine in the 21st century. But that only means that you have less clutter to battle. Your message will be more likely to hit!
Incorporate social media into your efforts to generate more leads, and you will be more successful. Many people do all of their browsing through social media sites these days, so that's where your business needs to be. Cover the major platforms with great offers specifically targeted to your potential customers and watch the leads come in!
Be more active on niche-relevant forums and discussion boards to generate easy leads. If you hang out where consumers ask questions, you can gather trust, brand yourself and be a go-to source for them. Not only will they appreciate your assistance, they will also most likely visit your site for more info or to make purchases!
Ask your current customers to pass on word about your company to those they know. Your current loyal customers are the best lead generation asset you have. Their word of mouth can really mean a lot to generating new customers. Just them sharing your company information in social media can be surprisingly powerful.
Reward your current loyal customers for providing you leads. One way that many companies do this is by offering their current customers referral rewards. These rewards run from future discounts to actual cash back. This can be a lot cheaper in the long run than any form of traditional advertising.
Jody Benson Sharp Qualified tips provider. See if you can sponsor local events in any way. Maybe you can buy uniforms for a Little League team, or have a banner at a church garage sale. If so, be sure to show up at the event yourself so you can shake hands and get face time with potential leads.
Find some way to rate your potential leads. Not all leads are created equal, so before you start generating them know how you'll grade them. Otherwise you can find yourself overloaded with potential leads with no way to decipher which ones are worth your time. It's a critical step to help you be efficient.
Do not pre-judge your lead gathering technique. Though you may think you are not going to get great results, or you are overly confident about the success, you cannot be sure. The only way to know if your lead generation is working is to put it into action without preconceived ideas about results.
Don't forget your website! Many people create a site and then just leave it, believing that "if you build it, they will come." They won't unless you actually put some effort into it. Create a blog and update it frequently, or add new content as often as possible to the site itself.
Find out if any local publications available for free fit within your niche. For example, real estate agents can get into the local "New Homes" guides found in boxes around the city. If you are a dentist, you could get an ad in a free kids' magazine which details local attractions.
One of the highest visitor to lead ratios you will find online is with LinkedIn. Therefore, this platform should be high on your list of tools for lead generation. Put together a polished and professional profile that includes links to all your landing pages and make LinkedIn a valuable part of your lead generation success.
Incentives are a killer way to bring in new leads. Whether it is a coupon, bonus gift or entry into a giveaway, offering something extra to those who buy from you can really drive your customer acquisition. Be sure to only use this technique for those who wouldn't become a lead otherwise or else you'll be losing money.

You can do this on your website, on Facebook or Twitter, or even locally if your company is locally-focused. Just ask for an email address and name in return for an entry into your contest, and you can even give bonus entries to those who refer their friends.
Leads are leads are leads. Understand that just because you may not have a fully qualified lead, it doesn't mean it's a dead lead. Use every lead you can until you know that lead has fallen below your needs. Once a lead shows no prospect, then you can toss it and move on.
Qualifying a lead starts before the lead is generated. Asking for specific pieces of information is going to allow you to categorize all of your leads for future promotions. When you have them corralled properly, you will not waste time and energy on over-campaigning or complete misses due to demographic oversight.
Do not wait on leads when they come in. Anyone who initiates contact with you is interested in a quick response. If you try waiting a week, they have probably been lost to the competition. Make the decision that you will get back to a potential lead in less than a day.
Trade links with people who are not competing with you. For instance, if you own a landscaping business, consider trading links with the firm from which you purchase fertilizer. People who are shopping for fertilizer will see the link to your landscaping service and may consider to hire you for the job; your customers will see a link to the fertilizer company and click on it if they are shopping for fertilizer.

If you go about generating leads on your own, then follow the tips that you read here. Outside companies that offer lead generation is usually a bad idea, but with the tips you just learned, you should be able to be successful at it on your own.

📺 2023-2024 TV Shows: Who's In, Who's Out?! 🤔
Netflix's Show Rollercoaster 🎬🎢 So, I stumbled upon this Netflix show list like I was raiding the back of the fridge for leftover pizza. And let me tell you, it's like a TV series soap opera on steroids, but with more cancellations and renewals than a cat's indecisiveness when faced with an open door. First up, we've got a show named "1899." And guess what? It got canceled faster than a squirrel on an espresso binge after just one season. Talk about a historical speed run! 🏃♂️💨 Then there's "Big Mouth." It's apparently ending with season 8. They must've realized that puberty jokes have an expiration date, and it's about time to let those animated hormones rest in peace. 🙅♂️🤦♀️ Now, let's dive into the world of Bling Empire. Brace yourselves, because this show got canceled after season 2. I guess the empire wasn't as blingy as they thought, and someone had to pawn off the reality TV tiaras. 👑💍 Hold on tight, folks, because we've got a spin-off – Bling Empire: New York! And guess what? It hit the chopping block after just one season. New York can be ruthless, but canceling a show that fast? That's a new level of speed dating. 💔🗽 But fear not, because "Buying Beverly Hills" is coming back for round two! Apparently, Beverly Hills is still in vogue, and these buyers just can't resist the allure of multi-million dollar homes and mandatory drama. 🏠🤑 Cobra Kai fans, rejoice! The show is getting renewed for a sixth and final season. You know what they say, "Wax on, wax off, and end with a bang." Time to savor those last karate kicks! 🥋💥 And oh, Elite, you're like the Energizer Bunny of Netflix. Renewed for season 8? Seriously, by that point, these high schoolers will probably have more drama than a Kardashian family reunion. 🎭🎉 Then we have Fubar... renewed for season 2! I guess they figured out how to keep the party going. Somebody pass me a glittery confetti cannon, stat! 🎉✨ But hold your horses because Freeridge got the boot after just one season. It's like Netflix's version of a one-hit-wonder – here today, canceled tomorrow. 🎵👋 Now, Inside Job took the exit after season 2. I guess the secret conspiracies couldn't keep up with the real-life ones. Maybe they should've asked Siri for some tips on staying relevant. 🤖💼 Lockwood & Co.? Canceled after season 1. I bet even the locksmiths couldn't figure out how to unlock a second season for this one. 🔒🔑 And remember Mindhunter? Yeah, it got canceled after season 2. The minds behind that show must've had a tough time profiling Netflix's cancel-happy tendencies. 🕵️♂️🚫 Mo is coming back for a second and final season. Mo, you better make this one count – the grand finale needs to be more epic than a roller coaster drop! 🎢🎤 Night Agent got the green light for season 2. Guess they'll continue moonlighting as secret agents and keeping us hooked on their late-night shenanigans. 🌙🕶️ Oh, and speaking of riding the wave, Outer Banks is back for season 4. These teenagers are probably on their way to discovering the lost city of Atlantis by now. 🌊🏝️ Perfect Match found its match – a renewal for season 2! I guess true love really does conquer all, including Netflix's ax of cancellation. 💘📺 Physical 100 got pumped up for a second season. These fitness buffs must be sweating more from the suspense of renewal than from their actual workouts. 💪😅 Selling the OC is selling like hotcakes with not one but two renewals! Orange County real estate drama? Sign me up for a prime beachfront seat! 🏖️🏠 Sweet Tooth is satisfying our cravings with a third and final season. Maybe they'll reveal the secret recipe for hybrid human-deer snacks. 🦌🍫 Can you believe they're giving us more of That ‘90s Show? Apparently, nostalgia is like the gift that keeps on giving, even if it's in the form of old flannel shirts and dial-up internet. 🕰️📟 The Diplomat is getting diplomatic with a renewal for season 2. Maybe they'll broker world peace in between plot twists. 🌍🕊️ And don't even get me started on The Mole. It's back for season 2, which means there's a whole new season of trying to spot that sneaky saboteur. 🔍🕵️ The Recruit got recruited for a second season. It's like a reality TV boot camp that just can't stop enlisting more contestants for the drama battlefield. 🏕️🎖️ Too Hot to Handle is heating things up for a fifth season. Seriously, these contestants need a lesson in emotional regulation more than a reality dating show. 🔥❌💑 Uncoupled got uncoupled from Netflix after just one season. That's faster than my WiFi disconnecting during a video call. 📶👫 And finally, Wednesday is giving us more of her spooky charm in season 2. It's like the Addams Family meets Netflix's addiction to renewals. 👻🖤 You thought it was over? Nope! It's renewed for a fifth and final season. This stalker might finally get the closure they've been... well, stalking. 🕵️♂️🔍 And last but not least, we've got Sex/Life – canceled after season 2. It seems like the writers couldn't quite keep the spark alive for another round. 🔥😴 Oh, and before I wrap this up, shoutout to Ginny & Georgia for scoring renewals like they're getting free samples at a Costco. Two more seasons? These guys are binge-watching their own lives! 🍿📚 And finally, in the cozy corner, we've got Virgin River – renewed for Season 6. I guess they're gonna keep milking that small-town drama like it's a cow with a golden udder. 🐄💰 So there you have it, folks! A wild Netflix ride with more twists and turns than a rollercoaster made of spaghetti. 🍝🎢 Buckle up, cancel buttons and renewals are at the ready, and remember – if you can't handle the heat, just binge-watch another show! 📺# Netflix's Show Rollercoaster 🎬🎢 So, I stumbled upon this Netflix show list like I was raiding the back of the fridge for leftover pizza.
