#Rangers of the New Republic

I just realized that they've basically chopped up the storyline they were planning to do on Rangers of the New Republic and used it as the B-plot for Mando and Ahsoka.

There's still a great foundation for a show here though.

Don't be cowards, give us Rangers of the New Republic with Carson Teva leading, give us the politics, give us references to Leia and Mon Mothma, give us everything the sequels skipped that they're trying to squeeze into the Mandalorian

I have some "Ahsoka" (and related) theories that I've been rolling around in my head for a bit (these are only theories):

Grogu was the bridge between Ahsoka and Luke Skywalker. They had already met, but we had to see it on screen.

Ahsoka is, of course, looking for Ezra Bridger. Ezra was last seen with Thrawn, hurtling through hyperspace to places unknown.

Disney is laying the groundwork for a pseudo Thrawn trilogy.

Luke and Thrawn will be the big story. I personally believe this will be a new trilogy (because Star Wars loves trilogies).

This does not retcon the ST, instead it builds the story of how the New Republic falls and the rise of the First Order.

We lost out by no longer having "Rangers of the New Republic" on the horizon. It would have certainly tied in heavily.

Remember when a certain someone was going to get a whole television show based around them and then they went and did a certain something and now that show might as well have never been announced and that character might never be touched or acknowledged ever again? Yeah, because some days even I don't.

It DEF feels like Favreau incorporated bits of the Ranger show into Mando S3 and although I love the Carson Teva character(and the episodes have been good)it’s been slightly annoying to me(like why didn’t they just give my dude the show after GC acted a fool???). Sure let’s just cram it all into Din and Grogu’s story! This is the way🤨…
