What is the reason for modern aircraft not using swept back wings like the F-14 Tomcat?

The main reason modern aircraft do not use swept-back wings like the F-14 is due to the advancements in aerodynamics and materials science. Swept-back wings were initially developed to delay the onset of shock waves and reduce drag at transonic and supersonic speeds.

I feel like Time is supposed to make it better but i feel like I've only gotten sadder and i miss him more

My dad's missed so many important events in my life, my first day of highschool, my graduation, me making it to collage, the way my art has improved when he's the reason i draw.

I was pretty young when he died, 10

And because of that i feel like im forgetting things and I don't want to forget my dad. He was the only parent i felt Loved me because my mom was pretty shitty

I just want my dad and it's not fair. I see my friends with their families and im so so jealous and i feel vad about that

But I don't have that, I don't have my dad or a mom who was there

I lost the one parent who loved me.

He did everything he could for me, he got clean for me, he got me into a good school, he encouraged me,

The only thing i have left of his voice is a lullaby he made just for me and a video of me as a kid.

But I don't just want that! I want my dad!

When i was little i used to sleep in his bed cuz i got really vad nightmares, i slept in his bed up until he got moved into hospis

I remember that night vividly and i wish i remembered the happier stuff and not this

I remember him crying downstairs because he was in pain

And i was frozen in my bed listening to it

I remember my aunt getting up and helping him to the car in the middle of the night.

And i remember when he looked sick and i hate it. I remember him getting mad at me when he was in the hospital which was so unlike him. I remember that being the last time i saw him before he died.

I don't want those memories.

But my younger memories are so broken up

I do remember he read me stories every night. We had a good nursery rhymes book, and my favorite which i still have was "politically correct bedtime stories" and i used to bed him to read them to me all the time.

And when we lived in a homeless shelter and didn't have a lot he still got my a Shopkins playset because i liked them so much.

I remember watching the Simpsons all the time with him when it came on the tv and i remember watching mash and how raddar was my favorite

And he used to sing down by the bay to me and you are my sunshine

He had a very nice voice

I remember the last time i slept in the same bed after a bad dream, he was in the basement and i went all the way down and woke him up

When i was little he tried to get me to sleep in my own bed and id bring my blankets and sleep on the floor till he let me in his bed

I was stubborn but i just wanted to be close to him, i miss him so much

Every time i think about him i just feel like a small child asking for there dad

Cuz i am a kid, i was a kid and my dad was unfairly taken from me

But every day i strive to be good for him.

Despite being completely different people, they get along better than everyone expected when on missions.

Nova is pipers rock, and makes sure no one has the chance to fool Piper

This has cause a couple "I'm not a little kid, you can trust me!" Fights

That qoute has been used by both sides.

They're the quickest to make up when mad at each other.

They just needed a break to cool off

Most of the time no one apologizes, they just kind of, forgive and forget?

Finn

The "This was a terrible idea but neither of us have any clue how to stop ourselves" pair

Nova and finn left alone is a TERRIBLE idea.

You thought Aerrow and nova were bad news

Guess again

With Nova around, ALL of finn's pranks work out.

And no evidence is left behind

He has been pre warned to leave stork alone

They also bicker

Cue Finn running for his life

Nova chases Finn a lot

This is almost a weekly accurance

But don't f*ck with Finn

Nova will get you, and hurt you badly if you do

Anyone need some Group therapy?

Cause Junko and Nova are top tier therapist!

Nova looks at Junko like a younger, yet stronger, brother.

She's always checking up on him

And she and funny are first to sense when he's not in a good mood

Tries not to baby him, but does it anyway

Junko treats Nova like a gentleman

It's more of a way to pick on stork.

Stork thinks it's kind of adorable they get along and goof around

The food junkies

Nova will never be able to keep up with him

Also the nicest person to tell junko when certain things need to be said

He's extremely understanding anyway though.

Stork has been caught in her make up, clothes, and art supplies.

They keep getting handcuffed or tied up in missions.

People are now suspecting that they do it on purpose.

Nova is REALLY good at saying stuff only stork will understand *wink wink*

The "if they're not back by sundown we send a search party"

Search parties are usually sent, and they're just hanging out because their transportation is either stolen, or has exploded.

Raddar:

She spoils him. So. Badly.

Nova has yelled at the team for using Raddar to get into dangerously small places

Another prank Duo

Not as successful because Raddar thinks it's funny when the pranks go a wry.

I know I posted about it before but, Tiny hats are scattered and hidden around the condor.

Both of them enjoy making the other jump.

Nova is especially happy that her Albino Ferret gets along with Gear.

KEFTA - MOROCCAN MINCED MEAT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS 

450 gr minced beef and/or lamb

1 medium onion, grated

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander

Leaves of 4 mint sprigs, chopped

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

pinch cayenne pepper

METHOD

• In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Use your hands or a large spoon to incorporate the meat, the onion, the herbs and the spices together.

• Add salt according to your taste.

• Shape and cook as desired.

Notes

• Minced meat should be 10 to 20 % fat.

It was an understatement that the young lass was worried to meeting a doctor. Even more so to know that this one was a main doctor in Overwatch. Having been recently recruited by Gabriel Reyes and now, having to have a medical exam, it was definitely a room for concern for two things.

The fact that half of her left arm was missing, and the fact that only Reyes knew what she truly was.

Her eyes still traveled over to the stump of an arm she had left, that had been bandaged up. Still freaked her out a bit with knowing how she lost it. Before she could dwell too much on the thought, she swore she heard a noise, lifting her gaze towards the door. At least she got to keep her hat on to hide part of her face.
