Transgender Representation in Films

Representation in media matters. It not only gives us potential role models and heroes, but it also gives us a sense of who we are. Progressive circles often focus on representation because good representation of marginalized voices in communities can send a positive message of empathy for others and compassion for ourselves. It can also help us conceptualize ourselves and make sense of who we are personally. This is relevant in LGBTQ representation, but more particularly transgender representation. The Last Show I Watched: the last show I watched was probably 911 or 911: Lone Star! I'm currently watching/catching up on Rachel Ballinger on YT (and watching her collabs with Colleen and JoJo-)

The Last Movie I Watched: the last movie I watched was actually Mitchells vs. the Machines and BOY was it amazing. the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ rep was fantastic, and the art style and story were beautiful too, overall a brilliant movie everyone should watch

Tea or Coffee: now this one I refuse to chose, cause it just depends on my mood. I can tell you iced is always better than hot, and sweet tea is really gross imo, unsweet is where it's at

Sweet, Spicy, or Savory: we've talked about the indecisiveness right- It really depends, I go through phases of what I prefer and want, right now it would be savory however.

Time Where I Am: 1 pm on the dot!
