in general I like the thai version of cherry magic better than the japanese version apart from what they did to jans character. I mean she was super cool and honestly I wouldn't have minded her and sing getting together if I hadn't seen the japanese version. I feel like they changed that storyline because they couldn't for the love of god understand how to portray someone as happy without being in a relationship which is like. yeah that's why you needed to keep it. try harder gmmtv.

Hiiiii! I love your prompts! I was just wondering if you could do prompts for lovers to enemies. Where one of the charchters is like meant to be queen/king and they are supposed to marry the prince/princess of another country. But then the ruler discovers that the prince/princess plans to kill them for the throne. The ruler still marries them but they take their revenge slowly. Like a scene where the ruler is like “you think you could trick me” and forces them on their knees.
Sorry that was so long.
Hey! Sure can do :) It has both dialogues and scenarios. Here we go.
By @me-writes-prompts
The ruler came forward and sneered at their spouse, “You thought you could trick me?” The other one looks at them with daring eyes. “What can you possibly do to me? Kill me? What will the people of your kingdom think?”
The ruler’s been planning a revenge for years, and then one day they decide to expose their “partner” in front of their whole kingdom.
“You married me for my throne, didn’t you? Too bad, I don’t like to share. What’s mine is mine.”
“Get on your knees and beg for your life, then I might think about having mercy on you.”
“If you dare think about escaping from here, I will kill you right then and there.”
“Why did you marry me if you knew about my plan?” “Because, once I had been in love with you, before finding out about your sickening desire to take over my throne.”

smells like shit an stays up all night so there bags under his eyes. his hair is so greasy you could cook with it
"erm actually- goku solos every single anime verse"
call people racial slurs on the games only
follows that chicki guy who dances everyday until he gets a girlfriend
victim of the 2020 bleach phase

since he doesnt shower he will just coat himself in axe body spray
grows out of everything and peaks right after college
Kuroo-
i honestly had no idea what to say about this man so i tried my best i belive this man is a sexy angel from the bottom of my heart so i had to truly think
used to stink like kenma but grew out of it in middle school
when he gets rejected he'll post 'nice guys always finish last'
acts dumb but is really smart
calls double dates 2 mans
wear his hat backwards with the sides of his hair sticking from under
white airforce energy
slept with everyone but somehow hes not slut shamed
with call girls whores when his body count is double theirs
doesnt believe in womens rights but also doesnt want to become a man so hes just insecure
in volleyball he will try to spike as hard as he can and purposefully hit someone in the face
became a nice respectable man because i believe his mother doesnt play like that and taught him a lesson at his old age for repecting women
secretly a munch and whorships his girlfriend acting like a baby in private and then an asshole in pubic
"this ones for you babe" the it goes out giving you the ick
poses in the gym mirror for his snap streaks
used to follow andrew tate and all those man quotes before his mom told him to cut it out

I fully support hc every single character as queer and if you believe two charchters are gay for each other you're definitely right about that, but I need some of you to change your reasoning, like wdym who would do that for their friend? I would do that for my friend! I would cuddle with my friends, I would tell my friends thay they're the most beautiful person I've ever seen, I would tell them that my life is better because they're in it, and not just my life, but the whole world is better with them in it, in fact I have done all of those things, not because I am secretly in love with them, but because I very openly love them and platonic love is not less valuable than romantic love, I would die for my friends and that's not what makes me gay, idk why some of you feel the need to constantly invalidate platonic love, but I do know I don't like it.

I hate it when charchters are running from a falling tree or building or bus ect, and they keep running fowards instead of just a few meters to the left or right

The people calling it malicious are stupid.
As for the other points, the Jedi dont often use it clearly, but they very much would have sway over the minds of the general populous. Release some press staments, send out brochours, ask senators they know dircetly.
As for the point about the Jedi vs the sentaors... Who are the main charchters? The Jedi are always going to be ther center of conversation.
And as for teh outside reason about why they didnt include it in text... yea thats just right. There was either not the time, or it was a kids show. One among many flaws in star wars I belive stems at least mostly from external retcons between releases an production constraints.
Could you debunk the "jedi are slavers/have slave" argument people always seem to bring up in correlation with leading the clones? Thanks in advance ! <3
Of course!!!
Firstly, while the Kaminoans say that the clones were made for the Jedi, they are actually property of the Republic---which means that, since I would agree that they're slaves even if that wasn't GL's intent, the Republic would be considered the slavers, not the Jedi.
"Oh, but Jedi-Enthusiast, the Jedi are still slavers because they're forcing them into battle-" NOPE!
The thing is, even if the Jedi could refuse to fight in the war---which is a very complicated thing, both morally and politically---the Republic would still be sending the clones to fight the Separatists, only this time without the Jedi. And, as we've seen multiple times in TCW, more clones tend to die on missions without the Jedi's help---and that the Jedi are often shown saving their men from situations where they would otherwise die or be injured.
And, as much as I enjoy the trope of "the Jedi have limited experience actually running a war, so they struggle a bit and ask for help so the Jedi and clones get closer" because of the angst and fluff potential, in canon the Jedi are shown to be very good tacticians and they're rarely shown to struggle leading their men.
All of this to say that the Jedi leading the clones actually saves more lives, and that the Jedi not leading them would mean a lot more of them die...and idk about y'all, but I don't think- "more clones should die so the Jedi stay morally pure" -is the gotcha anti-Jedi morons think it is.
Not to mention that, if the Jedi didn't lead them, the job would go to people like Tarkin---y'know the man who criticized the Jedi for not being ruthless enough and caring for their men.
Are the Jedi put in a difficult position by leading the clones? Yes.
Is fighting in the war a morally grey decision? Yes.
But are the Jedi slavers or terrible in any way for doing what they did? Absolutely fucking not.

I call it... D&Ducktales!!! :D
I thought that name was funny, anways! As per usual I have explanations for everyone under the cut!
~
These took me 30 hours this past week to make can you believe???
Anyways explanations here we go!!!
Huey
Wizard
Big red hat is the most important thing about this
Thought about making him a ranger but the idea of the JWD being his spell book is far too good
Let Huey wear more pink cowards!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay but seriously I needed a secondary color and my orange has been finicky recently
Finicky orange still makes an appearance though because heck it
Pink magic because it would blend in with his clothes if I did red and thats no fun
Dewey
Bard
Scarf is based off of his hat in Sky Pirates… In the Sky!
That whole episode is 90% of the reason he’s a bard
Bards can learn healing spells but he probably didn’t for more attack based spells
While I’m here let me explain how much I hate armor
Thats actually kinda it I hate drawing armor
So I don’t and pretend one shoulder pad is the same thing
Moving on… he kinda gives me Sokka vibes for some reason
Light blue magic because I didn’t use the light blue I use for his undershirt normally for anything else
Louie
Rouge
Was kinda opposed to this at first until I read in the quick build that a rogue can choose either Intelligence or Charisma for their second highest
At the beginning with their quick descriptions they only say intelligence so I was like hmmn..
But charisma!! That’s his highest stat for sure!!
Needed the hood, decided instead of a lining I would go for a very weird gradient
Undershirt dark green because we gotta keep as many greens as possible
Khopesh Khopesh Khopesh!!!!!!!!!
Webby
Monk
Almost made her a paladin because lets be honest… Webby deserves to be a tank
But Dexterity needed to be more importiant so monk!!
Plus she’s sometimes the Airbender in those Avatar AUs and they’re monks so it works… obviously
Gave her spats for no reason
If I’m not going to draw Scrooge in this au (which I won’t) she has to have some sort of tie to him anyways
Lena
Warlock
That one seems pretty obvious
Amulet is her arcane focus
Got the same sort of weird quilt-y overcoat as Violet cause they’re siblings so it makes since
I hadn’t given ANYONE any adventuring boots yet and she has shoes in the show so…
Drawing her without the pink in her hair is weird by the way
Violet
Druid
I wasn’t sure whether to put her under ranger or druid
So I asked my friend and they said Druid so I did that!!
THE FIRST HECKING PERSON TO HAVE A GOSH DARN HEALING SPELL
This group is a mess for their lack of healing spells
I made her under dress look like violet petals!!
Get it?? Because her name is Violet?????
Wooden staff arcane focus because there wern’t enough people with staffs yet
Light purple lilac looking magic because yeah!!
Okay I realized I hadn’t been drawing Violet with her freckles which is a crime so EXTRA FRECKLES
Gyro
Artificer!!!!!
THESE GUYS ARE SO COOL HOW DIDN’T I KNOW ABOUT THEM?????
Another stupid big hat because I like big hats
All these guys have steampunk vibes so I tired to go for that look
More adventuring boots!!
Alchemist subtype
Fenton
Paladin!!!
He just makes so much sense as a Paladin
Tried giving him Gizmoduck’s colors instead of his regular
Armor is a little darker than I would have liked but what can you do?
His sheath is his regular colors though!!!
Give this man a BIG SWORD
The only other person in this whole gosh darn party to have any healing spells
That’s all I have!!! I would love to draw Boyd and some other people but I’m having trouble placing them in classes so if you have any ideas help me out!!!
Please help me I love Boyd too much to leave him out I just don’t know what class he should be please-

When I was a kid I watched Justice League unlimited. There's very little of it I remember now, years later, but there's one scene I've never forgotten, and I doubt I ever will.
So there's this kid, her names Ace, and she was a child experiment. She's hurting people, and is generally a problem. She needs to be stopped, and Batman volunteers.
There's the general, unspoken understanding that he has to kill her. Amanda Waller even hands him a device for it, but what does Batman do, when he actually finds Ace? He tosses it aside. He never planned to even hurt her.
Because Ace is going to die, and both of them know it. Ace is scared, and Batman takes the time to just sit with her and hold her hand while they wait for her to die.
That scene stuck with me — it left an impression in my head of how Batman is supposed to be. About how Batman is about the inoccents and not the criminals. That's what he's about. That's what heroes are about.
Because that's the thing no one seems to understand — Batman is a hero. He's a make inspirational speeches kinda guy, he's someone people look up to. It's why he has such a strict moral code, because he's a hero. He's an inspiration. He's not an anti-hero, he's maybe a vigilante, but definitely a hero, and that's who he chooses to be, and if you don't understand that then you don't understand him at all.

In Rhys's sort of defence......
Okay so I have seen SO MANY posts regarding Rhys's behaviour in acosf and how people are mad about him being "out of character" and terrible to Nesta and that entire drama with Feyre and her practically terminal pregnancy.
Yet, I honestly never for one moment thought he was out of charchter or that what he did is completely non-understandable. So here are my thoughts on this entire thing:
The book is from the pov of someone who hates him. Nesta doesn't like Rhys a whole lot (to say the least) at the start, and for most of the book. It's honestly refreshing to read a perspective that is criticizing him and not constantly saying how perfect he is, which as this book showed, he is not. We feel a lot more connected to the thoughts of Nesta in this book and thus see aspects of Rhys that are not so great. He is flawed, he makes mistakes, he is not perfect in any way.
Saying that, Rhys's treatment of Nesta is obviously, not good. But it's also nothing new. He has treated her the same from the moment he met her, and we all know why. She's someone who hurt his mate, who is honestly, potentially very dangerous at the moment given her powers and delicate emotional state. His treatment hits different because we firsthand read how much of an impact it has on Nesta this time. Could he have done better? Absolutely. But so could have literally everyone in the IC.
The pregnancy disaster. I'm not even going to try to say what Rhys did was in any way, shape or form right. Feyre had the right to know, and I like to believe she gave him hell for hiding their collective demise from her. But, like I said above, Rhys can make mistakes. Sometimes big and terrible ones. He has already lost his mate once, and been in many situations where he could lose her again. Can we not TRY to accept the possibility that Rhys, mortifyingly panicked, tried to fix the entire mess himself because, A) he most likely blamed himself for this situation and B) could not bear to face Feyre and tell her they are quite possibly gonna die, again.
All in all, the book made Rhys an even more compelling, complex and relatable charchter for me. Someone who is capable of making big mistakes, who can be clouded with emotion and be dumb like everyone else, who is selfish at times. Someone who is still very much healing and is going through a lot. Rhys is not a perfect, selfless feminist. He is much more complex and every bit the morally gray charchter we love and adore. More importantly, he is a person, and we should treat him as one too.

Hello, hello, happy world building wednesday to you ^^ Alright, this week I've decided to just ask everyone about what world building they've got on the brain. What is it? How does it work? Is there anything about it you haven't quite worked out, yet? And anything else about it you want to ramble about, really ^^
Hello, and happy wbw!! Thanks for the ask!
I don't really have much world building on my mind at the moment, it's mostly charchter stuff and stuff for One of Copper, but I do have this related to that:
So basically Illa is the goddess of death in my world, right? But she's also the goddess of truth and justice, because she isn't really the goddess of dying. She's the goddess of what comes after, of the afterlife and of the judgment of souls. She controls who gets punished and who gets saved, and who gets to be reborn (elves, mostly). She's not fate, but a lot of people think she is. She's not, her sister is. (Illa is still the only one who was ever mortal, it's a bit complicated but I will explain it later if you want, I just need to get a name for the sister)
She's the goddess of memories. She collects them, she hordes them like a dragon, she values them because it is what keeps her stable, what keeps her in one piece instead of a million shattered ones that formed from the Divergence (aka when the previous god of death died/retired and Illa, being the daughter of the god of creation and life, became a goddess from being a mortal).
She has a subrace (of a sort) of elves called Shadows who live in Shadow (domain of the dead and the realm Illa rules) and serve her, going out and collecting souls that have escaped.
I have more if you're interested but this is what I have off the top of my head at this very second.

Maybe the question about triviliazing death and Okhubo trying to reframe it, ment that the author tried to damadge control by saying "hehe I wasnt just making light of a serious topic, but actually my ending of fire force shows how this is actually good and profound! So now retroactivly I was a genius and not someone who was immature and just killed millions to make my charchters look edgy!"
If that was Ohkubo’s approach, my face right now looks like when Maka and Soul had to hear Justin’s shouting: that is an annoying approach.
If Ohkubo was doing damage control, that would have been at the beginning of Fire Force where he was taking death more seriously: “Hey, I know my previous manga Soul Eater took death as a joke, and you may think I’m doing the same-old thing with Fire Force, but just because the style and humor are similar, the message is different.”
I do agree that Ohkubo’s ending feigns as if it is meaningful, profound, and a positive reaction–but I didn’t find it to be positive when it is undermined by Honda and Takeru so easily writing off such fatal injuries. It’s trying to be a profound ending, then makes light of it, not in a way to take himself less seriously, but to contradict the point. Death is still not being taken seriously. I get that Ohkubo thinks that death should not be taken so seriously as to be despair, but he swung into another extreme, thinking if he shows both extremes somehow he can arrive at some middle ground–and I just don’t think there is a middle ground, there is both: when someone dies, we can just as easily celebrate their life and laugh off things, and mourn what we have lost.
I don’t even think Ohkubo necessarily looked immature for making something edgy and full of violence and death. But as he is acting retroactively, I do think that was a silly approach: he could just accept that his older work indulged in this violence, or still make work that indulges in this violence, without making something supposedly profound that not only fails at being profound but craps on what worked well in his previous work. The problem with Soul Eater was not that it didn’t take death seriously: it’s a dark comedy, it’s a violent action series, you don’t have to take it seriously. But when you make a new series like Fire Force that isn’t playing death  for laughs, then end the series playing death for laughs and undermining all the loss that came before, you look like you’re throwing Soul Eater under the bus (“I’m doing something that isn’t playing death for laughs”), then throwing Fire Force under the bus (“Just kidding–let’s go back to treating death as a joke”).

Honestly, a slow clap for 911 Lonestar for thier winter finale this was a great episode with great pacing and I felt like it was well above the OG tonight.
It was little light in the fire fam which is always a little sad but it more than made up in the story telling.
TK is one year sober and his speech was great. He has come so far! (For a minute I couldn't see Nancy and thought she was missing which disappointed me. But she was there!)
Loved, loved, loved seeing a Carlos centric storyline. He has such heart and boy can Rafa emote with his face. I was on a roller-coaster of emotions with him. Here's hoping for more like this.
Seeing Carlos out in a call where it was his call was awseome. A cop with a heart is never a bad thing
Seeing him interact with his dad was great. I know Papa Reyes came round in the end but I am still a little mad that he pulled Carlos in close to a hug like he was gonna comfort him then broke his heart by telling him he does not have the right instinct, in a very Owen moment he put his job above his son. Carlos looked so relived to have his dad in that first second he walked in and then was so hurt (once again Rafa makes feeling for Carlos easy.)
Owen with his speech to Carlos was a reminder of the great charchter and father figure he was in S1.
If TK could let me know where he yoy find a guy who has the worst day yet still comes home to cook an amazing romantic meal for his partner I would appreciate it because not only is that sweet as hell but the boy can cook.
Enzo was a great step father to TK and I am here for that.
Vega is a badass and I love her
That reunion scene. 'Hi baby, hi' No words just ❤❤❤
Hey Carlos if your dad didn't know after the market he def would have after watching you in the ambulance with him. Subtly was not included.
Bye Gwyn. Lisa Edelstein, I love you, but Gwyn was badly used this season
Oh no. Grace and Judd! But so looking forward to seeing how they got togther. Because everyone saying Grace is to good for Judd. I mean yeah she is a goddess but no one can spend more than an hour with those two and not want someone to love and respect thier kids the way Judd does Grace.
Also can I just say how amazing it was to see Buttercup. I missed you buddy!
In conclusion thank you 911 lonestar for utilising Rafa in a episode the way he should and for some great Tarlos moments but above all she for the best episode of the season.
Anyone feel free to message me to talk this episode!

Hear me out: (it’s quick, I promise)
So we all know William Herondale and Alastair Carstairs have the Hangned Man Tarot card (stands mostly for change but has more to it) and I hope this means Alastair gets a happy ending like Will. Meaning he can apologize and become/ figure out who he really is, and show that to the people around him.
And before you throw knifes at me and say “Alastair bullied unlike Will and he can’t/shouldn’t be forgiven.” You’re wrong. Will himself coments on how poorly he treated everyone to the point that Sophie actually didn’t like him, he was awful to Tessa. Charlotte felt like she failed him, but knew he was more than what we saw. They point out his rude comments; oh! And Gabriel? That was rude to keep fuding and break his arm, but eventually Will showed that he changed and Gabriel and him are frenemies/ friends now. Alastair and Will have a common personality to me. They pushed everyone away to protect who they loved. Then they realized they could/should change. And once they worked towards that and showed they were trying people saw them for them. And I really hope we get a Will and Alastair moment where Will is like “boy, shut up and listen. I know, it sucks, but you can change your story. Now do it.” Because every character in TLH deserves a happy ending and I hope they get it.
I am in no way exscusing Alastair, not at all. That boy has a lot to apologize for. But he’s a Carstairs and they are usually pretty good, so we have to give him time like we did Will, and Gabriel, and every other character we know. We have to give all these characters time; they are all less than 20 years old. Reflect on what you do now if you’re younger or who you were when you were their age. Now add secrets, training, and a serial killer to that. They aren’t supposed to be perfect, their brains aren’t even fully developed! These are kids; they barely know their left from their right at times and are still figuring out who they are and who they want to become.
Sorry if this sounded rude and, feel free to leave your thoughts on any other tarot cards or charchters in a reply or a reblog! You can also ask me questions on Tarot meanings too if you’d like.
