watched the first 30 minutes of the new live action ATLA bc I was Curious and they have already committed three different mortal sins that I can't Not Rant about, spoilers for the first 30 minutes below the cut
1. They rearranged the order of storytelling to open with the Fire Nation attacking the Air Nomads.
And I'm not.... totally sure why? Like, my guess is either "we need to make an immediate dramatic hook for the people who have never seen ATLA before!" or "we need to explain the background for the people who have never seen ATLA before!" But the truth is, people never saw ATLA before it came out, and they were perfectly fine catching on to learning about what happened to the Air Nomads and the geopolitical state of the world in media res!! That is not an excuse!
By opening with The Attack On The Air Nomads, not only do they rob the audience of getting to do my favorite thing throughout, which is the ability to piece together backstory via being told details as the story goes on, but it also..... vastly undermines the impact that That Attack Happening is going to have later in the story. Instead of piecing together tragedy from 100-year-old ruins and getting the moment of "oh god" and imagining it, we're shown it directly upfront onscreen, which not only to me comes across as unnecessary and gratuitous violence, but it means that every time in the story that The Air Nomads Are All Dead is going to come up, instead of it being this weighty thing that we can only imagine that each small detail adds even more to that weight, the payoff was all upfront. We've seen it, there's nothing to imagine, any detail they give us is not adding to our understanding of the tragedy and increasing the tragedy to us at all, it's just a reference to the opening scene.
2. STATUS!!!!!
So 'Status' is a concept that I rant about a lot and am highly sensitive to in writing, probably bc in the gay theater camp day camps the first thing you need to teach your 8-year-olds in improv workshop is How To Respect Status if you want to have at all a reasonable adventure game; otherwise you have kids interrupting the king's big dramatic speech and hence Undermining The King's Authority and the adventure game falls apart but also so you don't get trapped in scenes where you've got two characters yelling back and forth "well I'm [this thing] so you should respect me!!" and the complete lack of respect between them totally undermines what both of them are saying and the fiction falls apart. I kind of joke but not really that I stopped watching Supernatural in like. season 8?? 9?? because there was some episode with Greek Gods and you got to the finale of the episode and Zeus was going "dO YOU KNOW WHO I AM??? I'M ZEUS. I'M A GOD. PUNY MORTAL" and Sam and Dean went "dO YOU KNOW WHO WE ARE??? WE'RE THE WINCHESTERS. WE TOOK DOWN SATAN AND ALSO SATAN'S MORE EVIL OLDER COUSIN. PUNY MONSTER OF THE WEEK" and I went "by day three of camp my nightmare 8-year-olds can do Status better than this. Why am I even watching this?"
In the first scene, the live-action ATLA severely undermines the status of the Fire Nation and Fire Lord and then continuous to do so throughout the entire opening.
The initial scene is some random Earth Kingdom spy running away with Fire Nation plans to attack the Earth Kingdom and getting captured and dragged before Fire Lord Sozin (to be?? monologued at by Fire Lord Sozin of 'HAH you fell into my TRAP, those plans were FAKE, we're attacking the AIR NOMADS' which is just. dumb. kill the spy, don't monologue at him and kill him, but also why the fuck are you letting an Earthbender spy into your presence in the first place???????) which besides the aforementioned letting?? an earthbender spy??? into his presence in the first place????? He:
is not wearing particularly fancier clothes than the other people around him; like, they're okay, but the 'total desaturation of all colors including/especially in the clothing' aesthetic that Netflix has going makes it not look very royal. that shit should have been BRIGHT red or 10x fancier to make up for the fact that it wasn't Bright Red
they are STANDING IN THE THRONE ROOM and INSTEAD OF BEING BEHIND THE CURTAIN OF FLAMES he's just STANDING DOWN THERE on the SAME LEVEL AS EVERYONE ELSE????? WHY ARE YOU EVEN IN THE THRONE ROOM IF THE FIRE LORD IS???? NOT ON THE THRONE?????? JUST STANDING AROUND???? THE FIRE LORD DOES NOT JUST STAND AROUND WHERE IS THE POMP AND CIRCUMSTANCE OF THE OFFICE????????????
and then beyond the absolute idiocy and letting a nobody no-name spy into his presence like that and dramatically revealing battle plans fucking idiot deserves to be assassinated for letting a spy earthbender get within three feet of him that's just extremely bad royal security, Sozin personally Murders this Random Spy. with his own firebending hands.
One of the whole things that makes ~the Fire Lord~ so terrifying is the sheer amount of weight around The Institution Of The Fire Lord, the courts and the backstabbing nobles of the fire nation, both the extreme imperial politics and complications there but also the almost deification of the office itself. The Fire Lord is untouchable, I forget if it's fanon or canon that they've got a 'descended directly from Agni / divine right' thing going but if it's fanon at least canon has those vibes, and one of the biggest aspects of the finale of the whole show is the combination of Azula's meltdown making it so that even though she was 'Fire Lady' she.... wasn't particularly scarier because in panicking and banishing everyone she'd totally undermined her own power structure, but also realizing that Ozai was Actually Just Some Dude Who Sure Was Pretty Good At Firebending And A Really Shit Person And Terrifying For What He'd Done With His Power but he wasn't a god, he wasn't impossible to defeat, when push came to shove he was just a firebender and as such his power could be stripped.
Fire Lord Sozin standing on the same level as his advisors and a random earthbender spy, and then doing things with his own hands, instead of, you know, sitting on that throne behind that wall of fire while this scene was happening if this scene really needed to happen in the first place, totally undermines that sort of deification level of status that the Fire Lord is supposed to have. Sozin becomes an Evil Scary Murderer Villain, sure, but what proceeds to be established about his character is. Nothing to set him apart from "a particularly skilled Firebender." Hell not even that, as nothing ever demonstrates that he's substantially more skilled than the firebending soldiers around him!!!!!!!
And it undermines the severity of the threat of the whole Fire Nation to undermine the status of the Fire Lord and hence the Thing That Makes The Next Fire Lord So Scary. hnnnnnnnnnng.
3. Every single character keeps giving extremely stilted monologues about how they're feeling?
It just feels like Bad Writing. And it also kind of feels like incorrect characterizatons? Big "he would NOT say that" mood but also just, like. Aang giving a three minute monologue purely to Appa about how he never asked for the responsibility of being the Avatar, he just wants to be like other kids, that just feels. So Cookie Cutter. So "gotta check off our refusing the call so our protagonist is Relatable!" and also just he would not say that.
This doesn't quite bother me as much as the other ones because it doesn't feel like a fundamental undermining of the narrative and/or the setting but it is Highly Annoying.
anyways defs not worth the watch. 30 minutes of my life Wasted. some of the costumes are kind of nice tho so might go back for the costume refs.
#live action atla#netflix avatar#just some random musings but it's been a While since I've dropped any sort of writing analysis#and I kind of miss doing it#do truly love how like. the Vast majority of my media criticisms#or at least the ones that I get Annoyed enough to Go On Rants about#are the ones that break the rules of Status#bUT HNNNNG STATUS IS SO IMPORTANT!!!!!! YOU LITERALLY CANNOT TAKE ANY CHARACTER SERIOUSLY UNLESS THE CHARACTERS#OR IN THIS THE FRAMING OF THE SCENES THEMSELVES#RESPECT THAT STATUS#HNNNNNNNNNNG

Big fan of the idea of Hiccup not being Berk's only hiccup/runt, he's just the only one that survived to adulthood.
Maybe even that's why people disliked him so much, because the other kids while sickly and weak, were ultimately harmless.
Meanwhile Hiccup was actively–albeit unintentionally–causing destruction and wasting resources, but being the chiefs son was probably not getting as severe punishment for it compared to the repercussions anyone else would face for, like, blowing up a building.
Like imagine these scrawny little kids are essentially dropping like flies every devastating winter, food shortage, or particularly bad dragon raid. People are constantly mourning their children, but this little fuck always causing problems and never experiencing real consequences for it (at least in the eyes of most), always somehow pulls through (sheer spite, probably). It's unfair to blame him, but then again experiencing loss always seems deceptively easier when you have something to direct your anger at and irrational things like that are just human nature
#httyd#on the opposite end imagine the fear hiccup was living in every day wondering if he'd be next to be found frozen to death in the morning#or to get scraped off the floor after a raid (tho probably never had to worry about starvation;#despite the constant lack of respect being the chiefs son still comes with some perks)#and not having anyone to talk to about these fears due to his status as a social pariah and how busy#his father was plus anything close to/ could be seen as blatant coddling probably vanished once he wasnt like. a toddler anymore#hiccup haddock#hiccup horrendous haddock iii#httyd headcanon#isle of berk#hiccup#moth.txt#deyas dragons

the thing that sets apart hua cheng from most other devotee/worshipper-type relationships in other media is that hua cheng would actually throw himself on his knees and crawl across the floor if xie lian wanted to, he would demean himself without shame because shame comes from the perception that you have done something wrong or foolish in another's eyes, and hua cheng would never see his god's will as either, nor care for anyone's else's opinion
#i was so happy when i read tgcf because this is what i mean when i want hopelessly devoted love interests#too many of these (dark) fantasy male love interests dont even treat her with basic respect#like what do you MEAN they drag her around and demean her#theyre often assholes at best and abusers at worst#there is no devotion or worshipping to be found#''he would kill for her'' but would he make peace with his enemies for her?? would he SAVE his enemies for her??#hua cheng would#hua cheng also wouldnt dream of ordering xie lian around#he told xie lian once not to get involved with the wind and water master but when xie lian did that anyone#all he said was ''thats okay baby i told you before: just do what you want to do ill be here for you either way<3''#he only intervenes more forcefully for xie lian's protection and he clearly HATES doing that#sorry for the vent but im tired of seeing the worshipper trope done so badly!!#where are the statues!! the murals!! the devouring need to be with them!! why arent these men on their knees!!!#hua cheng#tgcf#heaven official's blessing#tian guan ci fu#xie lian#hualian

I'd like to think, in at least one modern AU, if Giordano was still associated with and manipulating Machete, Vasco would give him the public dressing down of the millennium, just a multiverse of "You never deserved the respect nor fondness my partner has ever given you, and you are an emotional leech who's only skill is traumatizing children" with a twinge of the AM rant just dropped on the man's shoulders.
.
#I think Vasco gets to exchange a few words with Giordano in the original setting actually#not publicly though just between them two#and the doesn't have a lot of nice things to say to the man#Vasco himself has had issues with authority figures#especially ones that misuse their power and status to harass people beneath them#so whereas Machete has the patience to maintain a mask of respectful professionalism when dealing with his former mentor#Vasco (who typically gets along with everyone) nearly loses his cool when put in the same room with him#answered#missoyashirou#Vaschete scenarios#sorry about the flood of asks I've been rotating the dogs in my head a lot today

Speaking of the social context of P&P and Austen in general, and also just literature of that era, I'm always interested in how things like precisely formulated hierarchies of precedence and tables of ranked social classes interact with the more complex and nuanced details of class-based status and consequence on a pragmatic day-to-day level. I remembered reading a social historian discussing the pragmatics of class wrt eighteenth-century English life many years ago and finally tracked down the source:
"In spite of the number of people who got their living from manufacture or trade, fundamentally it was a society in which the ownership of land alone conveyed social prestige and full political rights. ... The apex of this society was the nobility. In the eyes of the Law only members of the House of Lords, the peerage in the strictest use of the word, were a class apart, enjoying special privileges and composing one of the estates of the realm. Their families were commoners: even the eldest sons of peers could sit in the House of Commons. It was therefore in the social rather than in the legal sense of the word that English society was a class society. Before the law all English people except the peers were in theory equal. Legal concept and social practice were, however, very different. When men spoke of the nobility, they meant the sons and daughters, the brothers and sisters, the uncles and aunts and cousins of the peers. They were an extremely influential and wealthy group.
"The peers and their near relations almost monopolized high political office. From these great families came the wealthiest Church dignitaries, the higher ranks in the army and navy. Many of them found a career in law; some even did not disdain the money to be made in trade. What gave this class its particular importance in the political life of the day was the way in which it was organized on a basis of family and connection ... in eighteenth-century politics men rarely acted as isolated individuals. A man came into Parliament supported by his friends and relations who expected, in return for this support, that he would further their interests to the extent of his parliamentary influence.
"Next in both political and social importance came the gentry. Again it is not easy to define exactly who were covered by this term. The Law knew nothing of gentle birth but Society recognized it. Like the nobility this group too was as a class closely connected with land. Indeed, the border line between the two classes is at times almost impossible to define ... Often these men are described as the squirearchy, this term being used to cover the major landowning families in every county who were not connected by birth with the aristocracy. Between them and the local nobility there was often considerable jealousy. The country gentleman considered himself well qualified to manage the affairs of his county without aristocratic interference.
"...The next great layer in society is perhaps best described the contemporary term 'the Middling Sort'. As with all eighteenth-century groups it is difficult to draw a clear line of demarcation between them and their social superiors and inferiors. No economic line is possible, for a man with no pretensions to gentility might well be more prosperous than many a small squire. There was even on the fringe between the two classes some overlapping of activities ... The ambitious upstart who bought an estate and spent his income as a gentleman, might be either cold-shouldered by his better-born neighbours or treated by them with a certain contemptuous politeness. If however his daughters were presentable and well dowered, and if his sons received the education considered suitable for gentlemen, the next generation would see the obliteration of whatever distinction still remained. The solid mass of the middling sort had however no such aspirations, or considered them beyond their reach.
"...This term [the poor] was widely used to designate the great mass of the manual workers. Within their ranks differences of income and of outlook were as varied as those that characterized the middle class. Once again the line of demarcation is hard to draw..."
—Dorothy Marshall, Eighteenth Century England (29-34)
(There's plenty more interesting information in the full chapter, especially regarding "the poor," and the chapter itself is contracted from a lengthier version published earlier.)
#anghraine babbles#long post#dorothy marshall#eighteenth century england#austen blogging#eighteenth century blogging#also thinking about this in terms of elizabeth spending so much of pride and prejudice /acutely/ conscious of a social divide#between her family (as in the bennets and mr collins) and darcy's status - so her claim to equality with him w/ lady catherine is- well#not a dry sociological statement but an important character moment for elizabeth (and lady catherine!)#realistically darcy's lifestyle politics and interests ARE far more allied with ppl like the fitzwilliams than ppl like the bennets#and elizabeth is not at all ignorant of that - it's why she initially thinks he's too much of a great man to be interested in her#even before she knows of his close connections to literal nobility#and that is probably the more ... normative? understanding of their respective positions.#so her later claim to equality with him - in a way that forces ly c to acknowledge elizabeth's own status - is not a simple neutral truth#but weighted in a way that's important thematically and for elizabeth's development - something that the pure sociological take misses imo#anghraine's meta#austen fanwank#sorta

I can't believe how mixed-up the fandom (and the LOK writers) get Katara and Zuko's characters.
I want to make this clear, just because she grew up during the war, doesn't mean Katara was forced to fight. I honestly don't know where people get this from. Her cultural norms very blatantly dictate for her not to. It was something she vehemently struggled against to be able to do. It was always her initiative and choice to fight because that's who Katara is; a warrior.
Hell, she's even reveled in dominating her opponents and showing off her skills in battle
But you know who was forced to fight? You know whose skewed concepts of honor dictated him to fight? You know whose society urged him towards participating in war? You know who was the most at-ease and relaxed working peacefully in his uncle's tea shop?
The entire concept of Zuko's character is that he doesn't easily thrive as a warrior and doesn't enjoy fighting if he can avoid it. One of the key things he learns post-redemption is that fire isn't just a force of destruction, it's also life and passion. And that's what allows him to be a better firebender later.
So it makes no sense that Katara gave up on fighting before Zuko. And don't misunderstand, both of them should have been still relatively active (because Zuko is a warrior too and the point of this post is not to claim he isn't). But between the two of them, Zuko would have been the one to embrace peace and retire
#katara deserved better#zuko deserved better#?#not really since out of the gaang he got the best deal#give katara her statue#AND THAT'S ANOTHER THING#if anyone would be “humble” about a statue it would have been zuko#katara would have loved that shit#i still can't believe they didn't give my girl her due respect#that one thing almost ruined lok for me#lok critical#i still love it#but they did katara dirty#katara#zuko

Sorry if this has already been asked before but why did the band break up? And did they break up on decent terms? Do they still talk to each other sometime?
It has been asked before, I just never answered jshfbdjcbh I'm still piecing everything together and stuff is changing or getting tweaked all the time, so I'm always super hesitant about answering these types of questions, afraid that people will take whatever I say as the final answer. So basically what I'm going to answer now will already contradict what I told some people already. And maybe in the future the story might go a little differently too (although I'm pretty satisfied with the current events)
Uhhh, get ready for a long info dump. I didn't expect I'd write this much...
Floyd basically stayed with the band for 8 years (from 14 till 22) and got pretty messed up in the process. The rest of the guys are all quite older than him so I guess I could say they were more responsible, or at least had a better understanding of their own limits (also they grew up in this kind of environment or grew up aware of it, while Floyd was oblivious and naive about all of it) and while they do get drunk and do drugs often, none of them are really dependent on them. They are also pretty good judges of character and know how to avoid trouble. Floyd on the other hand drove in with no breaks and constantly got himself in trouble that the rest (mostly Les) had to drag him out of. He also developed bipolar during this time (in my story Floyd constantly fluctuates between being saturated and being desaturated because of this) and his manic and depressive episodes started getting out of hand after his teenage years. (None of them are aware it's a mental disorder that's making him act so out of character.)
Floyd was becoming miserable because of this and all of his problems pilling up, and started blaming Les for the way he was. Les never argued this which only fueled Floyd to blame him more. In the end he was getting so frustrated and irritable that Floyd constantly tried starting arguments with him, even putting him down and getting aggressive at times because Les gets very unresponsive and closed off during personal conversations (guy is a giant onion of suppressed trauma that Floyd is hellbent on peeling open).
Eventually there was one fight too many, terrible things were said, some objects flew through the air, and Floyd walked out (or Hed kicked him out, I haven't decided yet) with the promise of going home and never seeing them again.
So, yeah, it was very messy and Floyd was the primary asshole, even though he's not really to blame either...
But Floyd didn't make it home (was too scared to sneak through Bergen Town to get to the tree (i don't think i can judge him for that either)) and he just returned to the reckless lifestyle, this time without anyone being there to keep him safe. So if he was messed up before, this is the time period where he got absolutely fucked up. This is also when he got heavily addicted to sour worms. And when he chronically slept around (half the time just to get offered free worms or have somewhere to sleep, other times because he was having manic episodes and was feeling hypersexual). (This is also potentially the period when he had the two eggs with that techno troll, but I'm still thinking if I want that to be canon to the story or not.) During this time he also grew to become very anxious and his self-confidence went to shit when he was being himself.
Then after about three years of that, he bumped into Les at some party. He wanted to dodge him out of shame but Les grabbed his arm and manhandled him outside to talk. Floyd felt like shit about the way they had split up and tried apologizing for all the stuff he had said and done to Les, but Les wasn't having any of that because he wasn't angry at Floyd, he was just worried about him. Les is also insanely empathetic like Floyd, and he knew that Floyd never really meant any of it, and that he was just looking for an outlet when he was hurting. Also he does think he is to blame for the way Floyd ended up.
Les wanted to know why he didn't go home like he had said (because that was the only reason Les had even let him walk out in the first place). A few exchanged words later and Floyd broke down telling him all the awful things he'd done, and Les promised to help him, feeling insanely guilty. Floyd wondered if he was allowed back in the band but Les made it clear that the band wasn't good for him and that he was never taking him back. Instead Les helped him go though rehab. I don't think trolls have those institutions (or at least not many are aware of them or how they work (I'm sorry but I refuse to believe the Trolls world has internet and cellphones, Mountrageons can keep that for themselves lol)), so it was more or less just Les finding Floyd a job and his own place to stay in the middle of bumfuck nowhere where he had no option but to detox, and constantly checking up on him to make sure he was doing okay. During this time they grew pretty close again. Or maybe the better term would be that Les slowly started putting his walls down again.
Hed needed a while to warm up to Floyd again. He's almost as protective of Les as Les is of him, and he resented Floyd for the way he had treated him.
Flea is pretty phlegmatic when it comes to any sort of arguing or drama. He was casual about seeing Floyd again, they were never super close anyway.
And Liv, she left the band when she and Hed broke up (haven't decided if that happened before or after Floyd left), so Floyd didn't get to see her again after bumping into Les at the party. And I haven't thought yet if they'd ever meet again somewhere later in life. But if they did, I think they'd both be happy to see each other.
Anyway...
Floyd managed to detox and successfully kept the job for about a year, but then he became manic again and messed it all up. After that he returned to his nomadic lifestyle, but he never fell as hard as those three years again. In my story Floyd's life is a constant cycle of getting his life together and fucking it up and booking to the next place. And he and Les are trapped in a never-ending cat and mouse game where they're both trying to fix each other.
So, uh, Les and Floyd are still very close and see each other somewhat often...
(sometimes monthly, sometimes yearly)
Yeah...
I am so fucking obsessed with them I'm gonna hurl. Please take this song before I combust:
youtube
#btw the status of Floyd's and Les's relationship is forever set on 'complicated'#but they are as obsessed with each other as i am obsessed with them#the song is too soft and vulnerable to be something les would sing out loud but inside he does feel it#papa roach is nu metal btw. tho idk where this song stands exactly#trolls#dreamworks trolls#ex bandmates#trolls floyd#trolls oc#les#answered#my art#btw I am only self educated on the bipolar disorder from what i've read and watched on the internet so have that in mind#my intention is to be respectful but i might not understand all of it. especially not the personal experience of those who have it#i'm just some random nerd#so in a way you could say floyd was diagnosed by a nonprofessional lol#i stayed up until 3am last night writing this#today i made the sketch that is no longer a sketch#should i put this post under a cut? it is pretty long#long post

I FUCKING TOLD Y'ALL. i told you lena knew something was up. of course she did. she may not have known exactly what gwen did but she was prepared for whatever it was. and she took it like a champ.
i bet you, lena was just waiting to be rid of her role in all this and just go on a nice vacay. and gwen handed her freedom on a silver platter.
it's nice that lena still tried to warn gwen but it was still more of a "i told you so, you fucked around and now you're gonna find out" rather than lena genuinely being concerned for gwen. and i love her for that.
#also fuck gwen man#i mean she's an interesting character#but she's also SO unlikeable#like not even a character that you love to hate#i was on the fence with what i thought about gwen up until now#but she's genuinely just so hateable i'm so sorry 😭#she's not even GOOD at doing whatever she does she just uses her power and status to her advantage#i only respect antagonists if they're actually competent#anyway#rant in tags#tmagp#the magnus protocol#tmagp spoilers#tmagp 30#lena kelley#gwendolyn bouchard

Hey here's an angle on the Jiang family dynamic and its impact on Wei Wuxian that I haven't seen discussed:
Wei Wuxian grew up seeing Jiang Yanli routinely having her agency cut off and denied in both large (betrothal) and small ways. That were largely tied up in her gender, sure, but this was also a family containing Yu Ziyuan. A daughter in this household had every chance of having her gender treated as of secondary importance.
She just had to earn it.
The way Jiang Yanli was hemmed in and her potential as an independent actor dismissed was at least as strongly correlated with her failure to be a powerful sword cultivator.
So Wei Wuxian's total refusal to let anyone know that he'd lost access to his cultivation and his violent reactivity against being diminished or condescended to during his Sunshot-to-death period, when before he was pretty immune to being looked down on, could have a lot to do with having been presented with this clearly labeled diagram of how your personhood gets stripped away when you are, by the standards of your society, disabled.
#hoc est meum#like jiang cheng's desire to die about it also has this#but he had some specific shame issues#and the realistic assessment that rebuilding his sect and getting revenge was now impractical#and his problem was never really feeling like his place in the world was actually going to be taken#just like he failed to deserve it#whereas wwx had his secrets to keep but even after he'd lived up to most of his obligations#during this period#and i think it's what he's so mad at himself about looking back#during the Empathy flashback#that he valued his pride and clinging to his status when it turned out#it did jack-all to help and he got everyone killed#(Present-Day wwx is not an objective source on himself lmao)#and this in turn is why in the present-time of the novel he's so willing to lean into the indignity of mo xuanyu#he now has nothing to lose and it's liberating#but during his march-toward-death era having any more of his self-respect and conceptual status stripped away was agony#because it felt like an unpersoning#and some of the disability angles around this come up in fandom sometimes but#the fact that he internalized the idea that not having this specific type of power means you lose your personal freedom looking at jyl#doesn't really#and i think she Very Much informed his relationship to#power gender disability and#marriage#mdzs#wei wuxian#jiang yanli

mirabelle family quest
#this has always been my favorite variation of this meme#he looks like hes at the end of a long tiring journey#hes dealt with self hatred over being bitchless for so long. only to realize he fell to societal expectations#getting bitches wouldnt have helped him. he doesnt want them. he just thought he did to feel whole#bitches wouldnt have filled the hole in his soul#so hes finally accepting his bitchless status as the first step to self love and true respect towards himself and bitches#its hard. his future is uncertain. he still needs to work on himself towards self acceptance. but even if its uncertain. he’ll be okay.#and thats why its the perfect mirabelle meme to me#echoed voice#isat spoilers#ig
