So like the rest of the internet I’m currently back in my hunger games era and I’m happy that my tiktok fyp has respected that and it’s not one of the only things I get. But I had a random thought.

So I was thinking about like the districts and stuff and then I had the thought of what district I would be from (district 12 btw my entire family were coal miners so it’s a no brained) and what our celebrities would be apart of.

And I’ve decided that most of them especially the nepo babies like the Kardashian’s and Hayley beiber and others would be from the capital. And then certain celebrities feel like they would be victors of the games. These people namely Being, Justin beiber, zendaya, selina gomez and here me out Tom Holland. And before anyone says “yeah but toms dad is a comedian” I also feel like dom Holland would also be a victor and this lead me to the theory of in the hunger games are victors who are related to another victor somehow classed as a twisted dystopian version of nepo babies?

High Reeper Share Fiery New Single “Cold World”

HIGH REEPER just keep on reaching higher and higher places with their sound. Their songs have a fiery, dauntless spirit to them, with singer Zach Thomas belting out one soulful, prophetic line after another with grit and conviction.

Take their latest single "Cold World." Guitars mark out a wicked groove, like a snake slithering across your path and you wonder if it just might bite. Drums join with strong intonation and deep resolve. Bass keeps the song thumping along. Vocals gleam with metallic sheen. What a fitting anthem for winter.

High Reeper remark:

When we were making 'Doom Sessions Vol. 5' we were unable to include all the tracks that we recorded on the actual release. We are hard at work on a new record and thought we would share "Cold World" with you and continue with our full-on heavy metal assault.

Formed in 2016, HIGH REEPER is made up of Zach Thomas, Tyler Yoder, Justin Di Pinto, Pat Daly and Shane Trimble. Originally started as a studio band, it rapidly became apparent that these songs were meant to be heard live and loud. The band made their debut in the Philly/Delaware stoner rock scene in early 2017 with success, followed up by the recording of their self-titled debut in May.

With a sound deeply rooted in modern stoner rock while giving a nod to early days Sabbath, their self-titled debut was driven by pounding rhythms, thick guitars and soaring, screeching vocals. For their sophomore record, the addition of Di Pinto on drums helped focus in an even more powerful direction.

After their sophomore album release and a successful 2018 European tour that included Desertfest Berlin, High Reeper hit Europe once again in 2019, visiting ten countries as well as an appearance at Desertfest London. if i was doing a greek myths au of sanders sides, i think i would do intulogical as hades and persephone and here's why:

1. Logan as hades makes sense, Not only becuse of the thing they both do, the "i don't do feelings thing" but also becuse of the god of wealth thing. Logan's the one doing taxes in sanders sides. Also, Hades is not known for being like a "grim reeper" figure, he doesn't delight in death nor is he the god of death (the act of dying). He is the god of the dead (ruling over already dead pepole) and he seems to rule as fair as any of the gods did (maybe even more fair.)

2. Remus as persphone is so good acrualy. Did you know that before pepole refered to Persephone as Persephone they refered to her as kore. The intresting thing about Kore is that it doesn't translate to 'flower' or some spring goddess name like that. Kore translates as "maiden" or "girl." Some theroize that this is becuse saying the name of a god was bringing their attention to you; oftentimes pepole would not refer to hades AS HADES belivng it to be bad luck. THEREFORE some think that the greeks gave her the name 'KORE' becuse they were so scared of her: they wouldn't say her name. they basicly said "so in this tale a certain madien we don't say the name of does xyz." and this was BEFORE she hooked up with the god of the dead; she was then remaimed Persephone (witch btw translates to "to bring/cuase death".) NEED I SAY WHY REMUS WOULD BE SUCH A GOOD PERSEPHONE??? first, he'd totaly roll around in the dirt and mud, bring about the chayos of spring. and two EVRYONE IS FRICKING PISSING THEIR PANTS AROUND HIM ALL THE TIME. three: he would and does fuck shit up by sponatouisly growing vines everywhere. sometimes on purpose and sometimes not at all.

3. Logan (as hades) Seeing remus(as kore) Causing disaster and ruin with plants and insitantly falling in love and lementing how perfect and ordrly the underworld is becuse vines and plants can't grow there easily. Secretly wishing and hoping to see him again. Technicaly kidnapping remus on acceident but remus can smell fear on him and is SOOO INTENT on figuring out why (it's becuse logan is so deeply in love with his laugh and logan is kinda freaking out about it.) remus maybe intentionaly eating some of the pommagranite as a show of faith and logan proposes on the spot.

THEY ARE THE COUPLE OF ALL TIME (and this isn't even getting into why roman and virgil would make SUCH A GOOD orpheuis and erodice pair don't even get me started. i feel like i have to find a sanders pair for phsyce and eros becuse they are my favorite greek myth so)
