Ok so we all know about IT/ST crossovers where Richie flirts with Will to make Mike jealous. They're classic, we love them.

But consider Eddie flirting with Will, and Will flirting with Eddie to make both Richie and Mike jealous. (Obviously there's been some age fuckery here, we're changing Eddie/Richie to be like the same age as Will/Mike.)

And if I might go further, Eddie and Will are talking, somehow it comes out (ha) that they're both gay and in love with Richie/Mike and Will says, "I'm pretty sure Richie likes you back," and Eddie fires back with, "And Mike likes you back too."

They don't completely believe each other, but at this point in time they're suspicious enough to try it out, and so they decide to see if Richie and Mike really like them, by making them jealous.
