Gricko will occasionally get panic attacks. He's never aware he's having one until someone points it out and tries to get him to sit and take a deep breath or something. When he's having a panic attack he might uncharacteristically lose his temper with his friends. He just tries to power through it but after a certain point it gets overwhelming and he gets this urge to sprint away or burrow himself in the nearest dirt he can find. The smell of the earth and full body pressure feels comforting in a way he can't explain to others without seeming weird.
