Notes:

• This is a general collection of songs that remind me of them. No specific point of view, time frame, route, or order.

• Inspired by playlists about them on 8tracks that I listened to during the 2010s fandom days. I can't guarantee that all of the songs here appeared on 8tracks playlists back in the day but most of the artists here are ones I discovered through those playlists.

• A lot of Radical Face because he's a staple in their playlists and whenever I hear his songs, I think of them.

• Iscariot is there twice but different covers, that's because I think they both give off a different impact depending on the time frame it occurs in. I like to think that Walk the Moon's version occurs right after Asriel's refusal to kill and the consequences that occur while The Vassar Devil's cover happens during the Asriel fight in True Pacifist.

• Some songs may have romantic subtext but you can just interpret it as platonic. I personally don't care because when a song reminds me of them, it's them. The important part is that the love is there and it cannot be denied.

• Playlist will be updated in the future. New songs will be added and some songs may be removed.

entire main cast is polyam/ambiam and mspec

orpheus and patroclus are demisexual

eurydice is trans mtf

orpheus has maladaptive daydreaming and a very poor attention span

achilles can draw and play the piano

patroclus is autistic - he can only look in achilles' eyes and likes to play with either his own hair or achilles' hair as a stim

orpheus' godly gift (well one of them) is that he can greatly play any instrument almost immediately upon touching them

patroclus has a garden of yarrows that he keeps in memory of achilles - it was both their favorite flower when they were kids and it became symbolical. he wears them in outfits too

eurydice and patroclus became friends due to shared troubles - she helps him keep his flower garden

achilles has a motorcycle

patroclus found an underworld panther-like creature that can turn into a cat (think that one cat from heroes of the olympus) and adopted it - he named her belladona

heracles (main antagonist) essentially adopted the nemean lion as his companion. he wears its pelt, but can 'revive' it and command it, with a cooldown

achilles has high pain tolerance

if you havent noticed, achilles has top surgery scars. a certain centaur is responsible ♥

the comic is about orpheus and achilles in a modernized underworld after death descending from elysium to talk with hades so that they can move to asphodel and reunite with their lovers. hades doesnt care about these things however and doesnt wish to be disturbed, so the only way they can talk to him is going there illegally :)

being new to dmmd here, any fav characters or thoughts? (love the shitpost art btw ദ്ദി •⩊• ))

Mink and Noiz might be my faves (tho every guy from the main cast has something I love about them, tough choice :")). (Ended up rambling a bit, so that's below for anyone interested ;'))

I've been infatuated with Mink's design for years now, dreadlocks feel so rare/underrated ^p^ His route reminded me a lot of Madarame's (prolly my fave main guy from Slow Damage), love me some kidnappers (/hj, it's my guilty(?) pleasure in fiction) :"D tho I gotta admit both Mink and Madarame frustrate me a bit with their grumpy "urgghh you cannot understand my dark twisted minddd"-attitude (for lack of a better term) (but it's also kinda refreshing in a way, idk, complicated feelings on that) :^/

I didn't know much about Noiz before playing, only that he's the kind of character you either love or hate and I admit my opinion on him jumped around a lot during my playthrough :"D he's such a frustrating little shit-brat from time to time but that's also what made him so fun for me, very unpredictable and meme-able >:) Also something about his design tickles my fancy, I wanna achieve his level of confidence to rock such a stupid hat lol

Ironically I have the same problem with both of their routes: I like the bad ends way more than the good ends :'9 well, this actually applies for all the other routes as well, but I feel like Mink's and Noiz's good ends specifically kinda lose what made them interesting for me?

- Mink's good end has way too little of him and his design loses the dreadlocks TToTT the short scene at the end leaves too much to the imagination imo (I guess that's what re:connect is for but I haven't gotten myself to figure that out yet (I'd rather play it myself but it seems to be kind of a hassle)), I assume he's mellowed out which I can't be too disappointed by (it wouldn't be much of a good end if he was still as much of a malewife-beater I guess :"D).

- Noiz's good end also kinda messes up his design: all of that little shit-gremlin energy, poof, gone. Now he's a business man :( the hospital scene still kinda has his brattiness but the time skip loses too much of it IMO (again, don't know what re:connect does with him but :^P). (I mean yea it's nice character growth and whatnot but >:(((( he didn't need to be fixed THAT much!!) (Also "Gee Noiz! How come N+C lets you have 3 endings?" /ref)

Also also, Virus and Trip were fun, wish there were more scenes with them. I seem to love characters who do things based on shits and giggles (looking at you, Eiji from SD) :^)

me and my partner have been rewatching* the httyd netflix show and every time something comes up even remotely related to dragon biology their animal autism kicks in and my dinosaur autism (which also expands to cover dragons) kicks in and we pause it and ramble about how believable their flight or hunting or evolution is

As much as we fawn over the king… The fall and repercussions are enough to kind of ward off any form of attraction. And if post of the pawns know mei-Lyn will stop any form of advance on both ends to extreme measures..

Why do the pawns bother? I get why the King does, that doesn’t need to be explained but why would the pawns then put themselves in a position of risk? Because that court case seems like a one time thing—because I’m assuming that after that happened the Queen (MAYBE???) doubled down on Mei-Lyn and nobody was slipping through the cracks. But I’m just rambling
