Princess Grace of Monaco and her daughter, Princess Caroline, leave the Quincy market area in Boston on May 2, 1978, after having lunch in the historic area. Princess Grace denied they were shopping for her daughter's trousseau for her impending wedding to Philippe Junot.

At this point I’m tired of walking around in rain-wet clothes, so stop by my hotel room to change. Sadly this means I don’t have time to make it to the Boston tea party museum- but it would have been close anyway, and at least now I’m much more comfortable. Still a bummer though- it’s a museum on a ship! That would have been neat to see.
I’d intended to stop by Faneuil Hall, but it’s closed for the weekend due to the festivities. (So much for a chance to find a revolutionary era tour here) Fortunately Quincy Market is right next door.
I did not get enough pictures of Quincy Market to do it justice - this place is great. It’s a historic building which now houses 50+ food vendors. I saw lobster, fish, boba, ice cream, oysters, etc.
Do be warned, some of the vendors only take cash.
It’s here that I decide to take a risk and try Lobster. Haven’t really had it before since it often comes with garlic, but I’m able to find a vendor that says I’ll be safe as long as I have it unbuttered/toasted. I also ordered the ‘plain’ version to be on the safer side.
It’s pretty good! Not sure if it was worth the price for me, given how plain the plain version is in my case- basically fresh lobster on bread with just some lemon. Could have really used a little mayo tbh. But good otherwise!
If I were to try it again I’d be really interested in trying the more lobster roll version where the meat is mixed with mayo, etc.
From here I walk to the harbor area…Or one of the harbor areas? Hard to say if there’s an official harbor area or multiple harbors or just one really big harbor since boston’s a coastal city…but I can see the ocean.
I do not see any historic looking ships - (the USS Constitution aka ironsides is around here somewhere) but I do see the Greenway Carousel, and take a ride on a lobster for the heck of it.

BOSTON, DETERMINANTE PASADO Y VISIÓN DE FUTURO; Por Rosana Saburo

Boston Mini Vlog | 2017
Hey everyone.
This is a mini vlog that I made using footage from a trip to Boston, Massachusetts in 2017.
I haven't done any video editing in months, so I randomly put some clips together and added music to it.
I also didn't have a lot of footage to work with.
But at least it's something.
Note: I say "Boston" but I also went to places like Medford and other surrounding areas.

back to All About the Love— I love when heroes have a dumb little hobby I'd be suuuuuuper condescending about if I ever met them irl, and no real life skills. For example, Alistair aka LUCIFER here collects antique silver and jewelry
