Trying to put my finger on the concept of how like the only real interaction between Kaladin and Jasnah in the series is like that one like… not quite argument in like book two where they both present their somewhat opposing moral philosophies and Jasnah talks circles around Kaladin and he walks away kinda bitter and neither of them change their ways over it but three and a half books later his approach to morality leads him to find peace and become a cornerstone influence for good in the world while her philosophy leads her to losing a kingdom and spiraling into self loathing and something something “it was unfair that convincing someone depended not on the strength of ideas but the strength of the arguer.” But he was RIGHT and she was WRONG and I don’t know where I’m going with this but DO YOU GET WHAT IM SAYING

I'm waiting for a moment where the IC are hating on Lucien for letting Tamlin lock Feyre in a house, and Lucien politely reminds them that they locked Nesta in the House for, like, nine months. I want to see the IC try to justify their actions because they're totes better than Tamlin and are most certainly not turning into him. When they lock someone in a house, it's for that person's own good, and most certainly not to control them. Even though they just spent all of ACOSF talking about manipulating, using, and controlling Nesta.

Then I want a moment where the IC are hating on Lucien for ignoring Feyre's negative emotional state in ACOMAF, to which Lucien informs them that Nesta is in an even worse emotional state in HOFAS and all of them, including her mate, are blissfully ignorant to it. The IC can then start explaining how they are most certainly not Tamlin 2.0 because Nesta deserves her mistreatment because, you know, she just saved all worlds from the threat of the Asteri and she's lucky they didn't execute her for such a thing.

Then I need Lucien to get Nesta out of the Night Court just like Mor got Feyre out of Spring.

In a "wind went through the war of eras pre-LU" scenario I like to think that he was like pretty affectionate and liked getting hugs and asked to be carried around all the time and was an annoying lil brother but like the type that pranks u but then randomly hugs u and tells u he loves u kinda way

So when wars reunites with wind like a year later in LU, he's totally heartbroken over wind being in his awkward teenager phase now and thinking hugs and piggyrides are cringe and embarrassing lmao

He's all like "you used to be so cute, you would hug me and tell me you loved me after every battle :( where are my post battle hugs now??"

And wind would get all embarrassed and walk away cause like, he's trying to look tough and not like a kid in front of the others and the captain is ruining all his hard work by being cringe!

I can see time offering a post battle hug to the captain as consolation but his armor is too uncomfortable and it reminds wars that his baby bro is now an old man and it makes everything worse lmao
