Summary: (from MDL) "Dr. Bunnakit is a medical examiner based at a provincial hospital. One day, after carrying out an autopsy on the body of a woman who had seemingly hanged herself, Dr. Bunnakit rules out suicide, as his findings point to homicide. His conclusion suddenly makes him the target of someone very powerful. When an anonymous man breaks into his house and threatens him to change his report to suicide, Dr. Bunnakit doesn't take this threat seriously. But all that changes when one of his friends, a prosecutor, suddenly disappears. Dr. Bunnakit quietly conducts his own investigation in order to get at the truth. All clues lead to one suspect, a man named Tan, who denies any involvement. Tan convinces Dr. Bunnakit to team up together in order to find the real murderer."

Nachdem eine gute Freundin von ihm stirbt, stellt Gerichtsmediziner Dr. Bun (Tul) fest, dass sie ermordet wurde. Das macht ihn zur Zielscheibe einer mächtigen Organisation. Mitten in diesem Chaos lernt er Tan (Max) kennen. Wie weit steckt dieser mit drin? Als sie beginnen, zusammen zu ermitteln, kommen sie sich näher.

Machen wir's kurz: "Manner Of Death" ist eine der besten Serien, die ich je gesehen habe. Sie setzte mit ernsten, erwachsenen Themen neue Maßstäbe im Bereich von BL. Max und Tul's Chemie ist auf Level 1000 und es wird nie langweilig.

Ich brauche wohl nicht zu schreiben, dass die Serie ab 18 ist. Es ist eine düstere, geniale Krimiserie (mit Lichtblicken) und es geht zur Sache, sowohl kriminell als auch erotisch.

Ausdrücklich erwähnt seien hier die liebenswerten Nebenrollen, allen voran der gutaussehende Great Sapol in der Rolle des Inspektor M. Great hat natürlich später eine Hauptrolle in einer BL übernommen, "Wandee Goodday" (2024).

Sexy, spannend, düster und romantisch - 5/5 Sternen.
