After fasting on&off for months now and being forced to monitor my emotions and thoughts instead of sedating with food, I'm 99% sure that emotional trauma is stored in fat cells. And autophagy + fat loss that comes from ketosis gets rid of the stagnant emotional/psychological residue from past bs. Especially when you take 'emotional eating' into consideration and realize it's basically substance abuse. The emotional state you are in when you put food in your mouth definitely has long term effects on your body

1st John 1:5-10
1st John 1:5: This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light and in him is no darkness at all.

1st Timothy 6:16: He alone can never die d he lives in light so brilliant that no human can approach him no one has ever seen him nor ever will. To him be honor and power forever. AMEN!

“How do we know which part of God's Word applies to our current situation?”
“God made many promises in the Bible. But there is confusion among Christians about which verses we can claim as a definite commitment from Him. Three questions are useful in determining whether divine promises apply to our personal situation:
Is this promise limited to a specific individual or circumstance, or does it apply to all believers? For example, the pledge made to Abraham and Sarah about the birth of their child (Genesis 18:10) is restricted to them. But Hebrews 13:5 contains a guarantee to all Christians that Jesus will be with them forever.
Are we asking the Lord to meet a need or a desire? A need is something that we must have in order for God to complete His work in our life. A desire is something we want for satisfaction.
Before fulfilling a promise, does God require some action on our part? Proverbs 3:5-6 is a conditional promise, which pledges God’s direction on the basis of our trust in Him. On the other hand, Jesus’ assurance of His presence with believers is unconditional; it does not depend on anything we do (Matthew 28:20).
By evaluating Scripture on the basis of these questions, we’re able to know which promises apply to our own circumstances. And remember: As 2 Corinthians 1:20 (NIV) says, “No matter how many promises God has made, they are ‘Yes’ in Christ.”

Fun fact: I know exactly who this is. No need to remain anonymous, or are you afraid of what your friends would think if they saw you telling strangers to kill themselves?
And I've attempted to before. The very first time I tried to take my own life was when I was 12. I took a handful of my medicine.
After I recovered, I started going to church. I found peace in worshipping God and Jesus Christ. I loved going to church, I loved being part of such a community.
I was raped at 14 inside of a church by someone I thought I could trust, and I tried to kill myself again when I was 15.
My view of religion turned sour, and I began to realize how fictional the Bible was, how evil it was. I turned my back on God and Jesus. If God's love is conditional, then I want nothing to do with it.
People like you, mindless Christians who follow an ancient book blindly, hoping it'll give you answers for the unexplained, it gives you comfort believing that there's something out there that you can trust.
And I respect that.
But for you to use such evil as a way to explain your immoral actions is unjustifiable. You ignore everything in those pages except for what you can use to hurt others.
Let's take a look at a few paragraphs.

Genocide, sexism, homophobia, racism, murder, and none of this is important to you because god forbid, someone's gay!

  How many of you are disciplined? Discipline is hard to have in today's society because everyone wants what they want right now, and most of the time, everyone has that mindset. Still, the Bible says it is essential to have this in your relationship with God, and many people don’t have what it takes to have a disciplined life in and out of their relationship with Christ.
*  Hebrews 12:11 For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those trained by it.
 
* Proverbs 1:21 Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but he who hates reproof is stupid
 
* Proverbs 3:11-12 My son, do not despise the Lord's discipline or be weary of his reproof, for the Lord reproves him whom he loves, as a father the son in whom he delights.
  In these verses, we are taught that it’s painful to have discipline sometimes, but it works out for us in the end. It even goes on to tell us that when we love being disciplined , we love knowledge, and those who don’t are stupid because, without correction and discipline, we won’t have any control over our lives. The author was telling him not to despise discipline because God disciplined them; he loves, and that’s how we have to look at discipline as it’s a way that we can grow into the people God wants us to be, not every time we are going to get it right I can tell you that much, we are going to fall we are going to cry, we are going to be frustrated. Still, we have to look at where we were before we started the process with God; if some of us look at who we used to be and who we are now, that took discipline, and we couldn’t do it without him.
  1 Corinthians 9:7 But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I should be disqualified.
  Paul says I keep my body under control because even though I teach, I can be very well disqualified. Many of us see different pastors and prophets fall a lot , because they weren’t disciplining their lives and bodies, the way they should; we have to be careful with how much TV we watch, how much we spend our money, and how much food we eat; discipline is an important thing we must do, but if we allow ourselves to do what we want when we want we lose control, and it’s hard sometimes to render our bodies in control because we are made of the flesh.
  The enemy wants us where we have no discipline because then we are doing everything, we want without regard for whether this is what we should do. We must have discipline even to pray because our flesh doesn’t want to.
I can remember first really starting my prayer life, and my body didn’t want to pray; no matter how much I tried, my body wanted to do other things, but the more I told myself to sit there and pray, the more I surrendered my thoughts to God, and I ask for his strength, and I kept pushing through the tough times I made it, and each time I prayed longer and longer in my prayers because I am allowing God to show me how to get through it.
  Proverbs 25:28: A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls.
  This is one of my favorite verses because we are out of control when we don’t discipline ourselves. We might not see it at the time, but when we aren’t in control, we can’t focus on doing anything; when we are in control of our bodies and our time, we begin to be a city with walls, but a lot of us are cities without walls because we think it’s not cool to be disciplined. Still, some of us are disciplined in some areas of our lives, but in other areas , we aren’t because we feel we can do whatever we want . Still, we have to be disciplined in EVERY area of our life. We must be disciplined to serve God, have a healthy lifestyle, and even over our finances, we must be.
  Proverbs 10:17 Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life, but he who rejects reproof leads others astray
   Do you heed the instructions of the lord and people that are over you? When we obey God and the people over us, we are on the path of life. Still, when we start rejecting orders and rejecting the lord's voice, we get on a dark path, and at the time, it doesn’t seem dark. Still, it is, God wants us to seek him, not reject him, and we reject him, we ignore his voice, we reject him when we don’t read our word; reading our word even takes discipline because our mind wants to do other things, but we must sit still and read the word of God so we can grow in the knowledge of God.
  Proverbs 13:1: A wise son hears his father's instruction, but a scoffer does not listen to rebuke
   To have a life of discipline, we must hear; we can’t live our lives thinking we know everything when we don’t; even the best pastors, ministers, prophets, and teachers in the world must learn, and they learn by listening, God is speaking to us every day we don’t hear him because we are too busy talking , we aren’t seeking the voice of God and to live a disciplined life we must do this we must seek his voice for direction.
  ***Today, we learned that discipline is a lot of things, but one of the main things is surrendering. Most people don’t want to surrender to gain the knowledge they don’t want to gain through sitting and listening, but that’s the only way is to be still and wait on God; a lot of the areas in our life require discipline, but we ready to render every part of our life to it, we must tell ourselves that God is the creator and the leader of our health and life and without him, we will have nothing, and that’s the true facts.
  2 Timothy 2:15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth
   To be a worker that God approves, we must have the discipline to handle the word of God rightly we must have discipline and a lot of us don’t have this because we aren’t taking our relationship with God seriously, when we take our relationship with God more seriously our life becomes easier because he leads us in the way we should go.
Life throws at us so much, and sometimes we can’t handle it because we are trying to deal with everything. Still, we must give our lives to God and discipline ourselves to say I know he has it; he hadn’t left me. I know he has me; he’s going to provide for me! I know he has it because he’s the finisher of my health! I know he has me. I am going to be more than okay. I’m going to be great in Jesus' Name! ©Seer~ Prophetess Lee
