Praise of God's Law pt 7
49. Remember your word to your servant for you have given me hope. (How can a young man keep his way pure? BY LIVING ACCORDING TO YOUR WORD Psalms 119:9 NIV)
(I said, "I will guard my ways, that I may not sin with my tongue; I will guard my mouth with a muzzle so long as the wicked are in my presence." Psalms 39:1 ESV)
50. My comfort in my suffering is this: your promise preserves my life. (I am laid low in the dust; preserve my life according to your word. Psalms 119:25 NIV)

Prayer for complete Restoration
You showed favor to your land, O Lord, you restored the fortunes of Jacob. (Then the Lord your God will restore your fortunes. He will have mercy on you and gather you back from all the nations where he has scattered you. Deuteronomy 30:3 NLT)
(Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion! When the Lord restores the fortunes of his people, let Jacob rejoice, let Israel be glad. Psalms 14:7 ESV)
2. You forgave the iniquity of your people and covered all their sins. (Do not rebel against the Lord and do not be afraid of the people of the land. They are only helpless prey to us! They have no protection, but the Lord is with us! Don't be afraid of them! Numbers 14:9 NLT)

Praise of God's Law pt 5
33. Teach me, O Lord, to follow your decrees; then I will keep them to the end. (Praise be to you, O Lord; teach me your decrees. Psalms 119:12 NIV)
And you shall warn them about the statutes and the laws and make them know the way in which they must walk and what they must do. Exodus 18:20 ESV)
34. Give me understanding and I will keep your law and obey it with all my heart. (If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5 ESV)
Reproach- the expression of disapproval or disappointment.
(Cry out for insight and understanding. search for them as you would for lost money or hidden treasure. Then you will understand what it means to fear the Lord and you will gain knowledge of God. For the Lord grants wisdom! From his mouth come knowledge and understanding. Proverbs 2:3-6 NLT)
The same energy we put into pleasing other people, we need to direct that energy and motivation into pleasing Jesus.
