Upper Moon Demons at the Gym
I did the Hashira already, but I wanted to explore the upper moons (plus Muzan and a few of the lower moons). If y'all wanna see the other characters (Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, Inosuke, Genya, Tamayo, Yuichiro, etc.) let me know.
Lower Moons + Muzan
Enmu:
Does an astonishing amount of leg workouts. Only wears bulky/baggy clothing. Says milk is better than protein shakes. Will hang around the gym to gawk at other's workouts. Confuses everyone at the gym with weird personal questions while they're in the middle of sets.
Rui:
Refuses to go to the gym. If he does get dragged there by his family, he sits and watches videos on his phone. If there is a pool, he can be convinced to swim, but only in the shallow end. He will take pictures of people to make fun of them. He's been banned from one gym for this.
Muzan:
Takes private fencing lessons and only works out in the privacy of his own home as he thinks the gym is unsanitary. Will try any and every protein shake and pre-workout, obsessed with staying fit and young-looking. Takes every supplement known to man. Wears joggers and muscle shirts. Hates sweating and mostly just walks a lot on his treadmill at home, despite having several other pieces of gym equipment.
Upper Moons
Kokushibo:
Wears a sweatshirt and joggers at all times, never seems to sweat even when he is exerting himself. He prefers extracurriculars such as akido and karate but goes to the gym to supplement his classes. Thinks pre-workout and protein shakes are scams.
Douma:
Only works out enough to stay physically fit and attractive. Will make unnecessary comments to people at the gym, especially women. He always seems to weasel his way back into gyms after getting kicked out because of his smooth tongue. He spends a lot of time lounging around in the tightest shirts he can buy. Has been sponsored by workout brands for clothing and supplements for his charisma and pretty eyes. There is usually a spike in sales after Douma does a commercial or ad, so he's a highly coveted model.
Akaza:
Does a lot of calisthenics and weights. He will also sprint on treadmills but focuses on building upper and lower body muscle groups. Can do more pull-ups than any of the moons. Wears wife beaters and joggers, basketball shorts if he's going to be running on the treadmills. He's generally a good gym goer but tends to challenge other gym goers to competitions. Kyojuro is the only one who has kept up with him in a challenge. Akaza lives off of pre-workout and protein shakes. He is responsible for getting Douma kicked out of a couple gyms, and vice versa- neither of them can attend the same gym without it coming to a head eventually.
Hantengu:
Hantengu- is an old man who will go to the gym to stare at girls doing squats. He doesn't do much else, except biking on occasion.
Sekido- has gotten in trouble for slamming weights and yelling at his brothers in the gym. He spends most of his time with dumbbells and on the bench-pressing weights while grunting loudly. Only drinks pre-workout, and probably hasn't had a proper glass of water since starting at the gym. He will drag his brothers to the gym and then complain about them being there.
Karaku- is pretty well rounded at the gym, trying out new things and never really sticking to a specific plan. As long as he feels sore by the end, he doesn't care to target anything specific. He will loudly talk and conversate with other gym-goers, and there are actually a few gym employees who like chatting with him. Will eat or drink anything given to him.
Urogi- likes to do parkour and tends to enjoy cardio more than his brothers. He will also attempt to talk to other gym goers but will also nit-pick the way they workout while giving somewhat backhanded compliments. Likes pre-workout but will not drink protein shakes. Wears loose clothing like basketball shorts and oversized t-shirts.
Aizetsu- hates going to the gym and is always asking when they are leaving. He wears oversized hoodies and sweatpants, and exclusively does ellipticals and biking. He will do stretching if no one else is around. Strictly drinks water and tries to never make eye contact with anyone at the gym.
Zohakuten- Gets dragged along with his brothers to the gym even though he hates going. Thinks all of the women there are skanks no matter how they are dressed and makes no attempt to hide his contempt for others. He made a comment on Mitsuri at one point which mysteriously resulted in him accidentally eating a snack that contained peanuts and having an allergic reaction (they never found the culprit, but others have suspicions about a certain black-haired man who wears masks to the gym).
Gyokko:
Wears the weirdest clothes to the gym and is constantly muttering or having full-on conversations with himself/at people about art and the human body. He does very little exercise, stating he mainly comes to the gym for inspiration in his art. He hasn't caused any major trouble, so he hasn't been banned or kicked out, but people tend to avoid him at all costs as he gives a lot of them the creeps- men and women alike.
Daki:
She, like Mitsuri, wears cute matching sets to the gym, but they tend to be more revealing. Daki has also gotten a lot of modeling and ad contracts for workout brands, although her modeling career extends beyond the gym. Daki has been asked out no less than seventeen times while at the gym, all of which she declined. She spends a lot of time preening in the mirrors between sets, and judging people both in her head and out loud. She only drinks protein shakes that are sweet and makes Gyutaro mix them up for her.
Gyutaro:
He only attends the gym because Daki goes. His crippling self-esteem issues force him to wear dark oversized and baggy clothing. Gyutaro sticks to any machines that are inconspicuous and don't draw attention to himself. He has never once slammed his plates, afraid that it will make people look at him. The only time he is okay with people seeing him is when Daki is dealing with a persistent admirer, and she needs him to act as a physical barrier and guard dog. He will only drink energy drinks.

my advice for boosting your health and looking hotter if you're on the heavier side and dont suffer from a scary ed. this is what has really really worked for me.
get a step counter and try to get 7k-15k steps in every day
get a food scale and use a simple spreadsheet to track your calories, protein, and fiber. if you're on the heavier side (200+ lbs) shoot for something like 1800-2000 calories, 100-170 grams of protein, and 15-30 grams of fiber. if you go over calories some days it's inconsequential so long as you are still in a deficit for the week on average. i find it's easier and feels healthier for my caloric intake to fluctuate throughout the week and sometimes go over, maintaining a weekly average that is below my personal maintenance calories (for me maintenance is about 2,400).
get consistent about some kind of hobby that works you out. for me i like lifting heavy shit at the gym 4-5 days a week. i used to love pokemon go and hiking, which boosted my steps every day to like several miles. it's more important to be relatively consistent than to work out correctly. it's better to be good most of the time than perfect every once in a while.
get a scale and weigh yourself naked in the morning after you pee. unless you have a serious psychiatric issue, it's good for you to learn specific information about yourself, having an accepting but forward looking attitude. your weight doesn't define you but it's useful information that can help inform your habits and choices
the only exception to that is the mirror. i hate mirrors. i don't even have a mirror except a small one just for my handsome face.
don't cut out carbs or sweets or fat or anything like that. just try to stick to your macros. i eat a chocolate bar every day and usually another sweet treat on top of that. it's good for me bc it makes me happy and gives me energy for work and for my healthy hobbies. but i keep track of the calories, protein, and fiber because i don't have an instinctive sense of exactly how much is good for me, so it's healthy for me to work with data.
really try to get enough sleep and take your vitamins.
don't make your calorie deficit too steep.
don't restrict your diet in unsustainable ways.
don't do crazy amounts of cardio you don't enjoy, especially not early in the morning. this just cuts into your sleep and makes you lazier for the rest of the day, so you might not even burn any extra calories doing it.
invest in some protein powder. anything around 10 bucks a pound is good, less than that is a really good deal. there's cheap protein powder at aldi and on sale at muscleandstrength.com
love and compliment yourself
keep learning
consider supplementing your diet with creatine and caffeine. creatine is really good for you and a low calorie caffeine source suppresses your appetite. just don't drink at night bc sleep really matters.
drink 4-5 pints of water every day
eat before bed, it helps you get to sleep more easily and if it's protein rich it will help you build muscle. i drink one scoop of protein after my workout and one before bed.
this shit is just simple and it just works.

Human-Arms Dog
(Unrealistic body expectations for dog-people?)
I know Dad took some flak for being worried about his weight in “Exercise”. So check this out, more of that kinda thing: nobody on “Bluey” has the physique of the dog in the advertising material for the protein powder supplement Winton’s Dad is looking at in the pharmacy in “TV Shop”.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
That said, the advertising is very effective. Note that at 3:17:21 there are six containers for sale, and a few minutes seconds later at 3:18:08, there’s only two left! A hot seller.
Tumblr media
Maybe it’s an arm-length-extending supplement, nobody on “Bluey” has arms that long!

The MLM hack list
Alright. So there are a bunch of MLM diet companies that make a shitload of money of of us and yet our obesity rates in developed countries are thru the freaking roof.
How many times have you gotten the messages on Facebook, Instagram or whatever and it's like: Hey girl, haven't seen you since high school, let's get coffee... OR... they just post the precopied message & ask about your goals, & proceed to add a flurry of hyperpositive social media messages, like my friend recently did to me.
Did anyone in high school like you? Not me! Do that screams danger from the start. I was horrendously bullied in elementary school. I was gone to a parochial school for a couple years so the only reason that I avoided constant bullying in high school was because... they forgot who I was.
Here are some ideas I stole from various companies, cheaper:
Herbalife: this company's stuff works, for 2 reasons- you replace 2 out of 3 meals with shakes. However, alot of people are not successful if they make their shakes at home and if they add in all the snack bars. People do, however, lose weight if they get their shakes from a "nutrition" shop. Why? Because they blend those shakes super thick with a metric shitton of ice & I think alot of them add sf pudding, which enhances the thickness. Also, you get an iced tea, normally with added fiber. So the answer is- you have 2 drinks that take a long time to finish AND give you added caffeine & fiber. So? Just do it at home: keep your shake calories low, make it extra large & thicker than a snicker, & follow with a caffeinated tea & add fiber to it. I like the herbalife brand but I order it off Amazon so I don't have to get the whole shpeel. Now brand has "prebiotic fiber" that is cheaper. There is also benefiber from Walmart. It is cheap, so why not?
Beachbody: you don't need to spend a billion dollars on protein shakes or meal replacement shakes. I do, however, love some of their workout systems.
Tai Slim: this company's great idea was the chocolate gluccomannon chews, I just didn't know ot at the time. I have tried to order it but have been unable to so maybe they don't make it any more. So my hack would be- the chocolate calcium chews, some gluccomannon tablets, & a large glass of water.
Modere: this company was all over tik tok & reels for awhile, while the reps were trying to schlep people into this scheme. The Golden Child was the liquid CLA chocolate, probably because it tastes like a chocolatey treat while it is actually a CLA supplement. CLA can be purchased at almost any health food store, way cheaper.
Plexus: the pink drink. More research needed on this, but I think it is just a fiber drink. Hack: gluccomannon powder & a Starburst all pink flavor packet.
Most of these companies often sell an associated "fat burner:" often something with caffeine, ecgc from green tea, etc. You can get something similar at a health food store for a fraction of the price. If you want something fancy, there is Ember from the Ambrosia Collective. Use the Google. MFINGCOO is a discount code that I think still works, but it isn't mine.
Buy In for then"tribe:" Weight watchers (not an MLM, just a diet culture sales supergiant but they still somehow acquire affiliates, idk if that qualifies as a True MLM), beachbody, herbalife are pretty cultish in nature-- they rope you into a bunch of meetings, calls, and online groups. If someone calls you to ask why you weren'tat Power Hour, you may have bought into a cult! It works by reprogramming certain thought & behavior patterns..... Basically a bunch of people are sharing ideas regularly and getting involved in their cultish antics.& promoting it on social media. (Example: OMG have you tried the new WW/herbalife/beachbody PROTEIN BAR?? Only $15 for 4!! What a deal! LINK IN MY BIO) You can do this on your own by finding your own people. You can get your own seminars by watching a lot of youtube. Anything that focuses on reprogramming you to cook at home and eat primarily whole foods will probably work. Join free groups. Disregard anything outside of what works for you ( I have to ignore a lot of dessert recipes because they cause bingeing for me).
Lipozene: pretty sure this is just gluccomannon. You can find gluccomannon tablets way cheaper at a health food store. Walmart also was carrying a generic version.
Hydroxycut: pretty sure the active ingredient here is HCA? I don't have a bottle currently to look. But isn't HCA just garcinia? So much cheaper at a health food store. I personally cannot take hydroxycut, it makes me RAGE. I like, get upset and freak out at work, so I don't even think I am willing to try it again.
It works: I think the skinny coffee would be comparable to the "slim coffee," which was cheaper but seemed to be chromium. You can just pick up a chromium supplement... & seriously, you can just drink coffee. Don't add calories to it.
Apple cider vinegar gummies: Just take shots of apple cider vinegar. You can buy a gallon at walmart, it will last a long time. Play with shot recipes, you can do good girl moonshine (ala Trim Healthy Mamma), & use it liberally for dressing recipes.
L-Glutamine: don't remember the company, but this is available at more health food stores, not for $100 a container.
Maybe I have bought so much shit so you don't have it. Is there an MLM company I missed? 🤔 let me know and I will check it out for future posts.
Remember- whatever you do, stay safe. Research your shit. Focus on your daily habits and remember that what you are eating outweighs almost any supplement you could buy. Eat whole food, walk, have an exercise routine & stop expecting a 30 day result for a body that took you 40 years (or whatever) to create.
I definitely don't think the ozempic trend is worth the cost, but if there is no other way for you & you have the money, it is worth a shot. Just don't expect your insurance to pay for it. Many insurance companies are currently not covering it, and I don't really know if they should consider it.
Surgery? If there is no other way and you want to, go for it.
The way that these things work though, is by changing what you are eating. Period. These are all systems to change what you ingest and you can change what you eat for free.
Tumblr media
I am still on Nomorbidity & Alkemi from the Ambrosia Collective. I have not found suitable replacements for them but I am also not looking hard, they have a reasonable price point to me.
Tumblr media
Edited: To reword, as WW is a diet culture vulture, not quite an MLM. Just a big money making company.

Hello, I've recently started reading your blog and am enjoying it so far. I'm curious on your thoughts about a few things. What is your overall opinion on Jared? I've been noticing lately that Jared has been looking more miserable lately and looks a good bit thinner than he did a couple years ago. I also noticed his hair doesn't look as soft and shiny as it used to.
I watched the Mens Health video of an interview with him on what he eats and his workout routine. I noticed there was relatively little protein outside of him mentioning chicken, cheese and sometimes eggs and bacon. I also recall him mentioning he doesn't really eat carbs either. Do you think Gen is perhaps trying to control his diet and that it's possibly impacting his health mentally and physically? I know of people who do keto right and are healthy but I'm wondering if Jared is really doing that right, especially with what I've noticed and also tends to get sick a lot. I'm also wondering why he had to use a hyperbaric chamber to get more oxygen to his brain at one point.
Also, I saw a post of yours where you mentioned your first disdain of Gen is much stronger than it is towards Danneel. Would you be kind enough to tell me why you hate Gen a lot more than Danneel?
Thank you for your time in reading and hopefully answering this all.
Oh man, I’ve been super busy for the past several weeks, then sick, and haven’t gotten around to responding to asks in any particular order. But I’ve also been hesitant to touch this one because anyone that comes anywhere close to Jared critical content is immediately chased with pitchforks around here. It is so divided and therefore people are defending their faves to the death. Especially since Prequelgate, Jared, and thus Gen, are the current Prom King and Queen in the areas of fandom I most often see. And let me be clear that I’m not a Heller nor am I anti-Jared but I’m just also not a stan…of anyone. Honestly, I’m an “eat the rich” leftist at heart who believes anyone’s choices can be looked at with a critical eye.
(Long post under the cut)
To answer the easy stuff first, I don’t feel as strongly about Danneel because, except for a few appearances here and there, she keeps to herself lately and doesn’t give me a reason to really analyze her behaviors. I wasn’t deep into fandom during the early days of her and Jensen getting married and all of her territorial behaviors, so I don’t bring all of that with me to the present day. I do hate the way Danneel panders to Hellers and I did pick up on some irritating comments in her most recent OTH podcast appearance. The response from a fan question at HonCon about how Jensen can never impress her makes me roll my eyes and is part of their schtick that feels very tired. I don’t think we would be friends, but Danneel doesn’t get under my skin quite the same way Gen does. I think in some ways, Danneel has been more openly who she is (even if it was bitchy and unlikeable) whereas Gen has hidden behind a Mary Sue persona of golly-gee-whiz perfection…and I just respect that authenticity more.
Describing why I am anti Gen is…honestly difficult to summarize. I will link some of my other posts to help. Right away, it’s not because I’m jealous and she gets to be married to Jared. Overall, it lies in all the inconsistencies and hypocrisies which, honestly, I wouldn’t even be aware of if she wasn’t so set on proving her worth to herself by building a platform to manipulate her fans with sales pitches. She preaches sustainability while also jet-setting constantly. And she’s more of a flip-flopper than a preacher, so understanding what she even stands for is difficult. She wants to sell you 6 different supplements for the almighty gut health while also being seen drinking alcohol regularly. And when she laments about being stressed I lose my entire mind because most of us could only dream of having her version of stress. In one of her most recent IG story ads she complained that 2 trips out of the country (and away from her children) were just SO HARD to deal with! To me, instead of the relatable vibe she’s going for, she regularly comes off as entirely ungrateful and unaware of all of her privileges.
When I look at Gen, don’t see the same “goofy, light-hearted mom who is altruistically trying gosh darn hard to save the world with recycling and kindness” that her fans see. I see an uptight yet insecure grifter who skates by in this fandom by doing the bare minimum while being praised like a saint. And I think that it is her connection to Jared that affords her all the fandom grace. When people still refer to this grown man as one of their “boys” and liken him to “literal sunshine,” puppies, and sunflowers…well, imagine the positive assumptions we make about a partner that person chooses.
(I hate referring to either J as a boy, don’t come for me…and I’ve seen Jensen receiving the same stanning that also makes me gag lol)
While I hope Jared is not struggling with any other underlying health issue, his frame has appeared to change in recent years. But I’m definitely not here to say that this is due to Gen “controlling” him in any way. I do think Gen has/has had her own issues with eating (she admitted to having history of an eating disorder in a podcast once) and excessive exercise, but Jared is a grown man who makes his own decisions. Jared himself has alluded to insecurities in his body image over the years, praised what I would call disordered eating practices like fasting, and his bulked up frame as Soulless Sam was suspected of having anabolic help at the time. I do think he dabbles in manipulating diet and exercise in different ways like every one else in The Biz and I think he has a naturally lanky frame. So if he doesn’t want to work out constantly in order to stay swole, then I fully respect that. There is also the issue of his knee that no doubt impacts his capabilities as well.
As for the hyperbaric chamber (mentioned during Jared’s appearance on the Inside of You podcast on 5/24/22): he didn’t need it and the evidence that it even fixes anything just isn’t there. That doctor is a known quack, and he sucked Jared right in. At these clinics they take specialized (and not widely accepted in the field of actual neuroscience) scans of your brain and present you with scary results in order to sell these expensive chambers and their own supplements. It’s a racket. Now, how did he find his way to an Amen Clinic in Costa Mesa, CA? I really couldn’t tell you, but it does sound like the shifty, woo woo alternative medicine that Gen has also been pursuing for her “brain fog.” But then again, his supposed buddy and co-star Keegan Allen is also a health and wellness wackadoo, and we’ve seen Jared get sucked in by the likes of that young lady with the boutique IV drip clinic too. Jared has also shouted out Joe Rogan multiple times. He’s got multiple influences.
If Gen and/or Jared is concerned about their cognitive functioning, as a person with connection to the world of eating disorders, my opinion is that they invest in less oxygen chambers and instead at least consider more carbohydrates and overall calories. You’d be amazed at how much less foggy your brain feels when it’s properly nourished. And no, I’m not diagnosing anyone here, but I am saying that people with access to these expensive specialists are sometimes overlooking an answer that is right in front of their faces simply because eating a wider variety of nutrients would betray their brand. And sometimes people are scared to eat more when they can no longer workout like they use to and have an image to maintain.

I won’t lie your constant exposure to carnivore diet and other things you talked about have intrigued me but I’m currently a poor uni student with no job rn. Do you have any small tips for me on a low budget? I know I should be more specific about the advise but I’m asking as a catch all I guess. Sorry if I’m being a bother
(Sorry for the ramble I get sidetracked easily)
You're not bothering me. To some degree my advice will depend on whether you're a man or woman and what animal products you're willing to include/exclude. The "purest" form of carnivore is only red meat (meat from ruminant animals such as beef, lamb, elk, venison, goat, etc) with no dairy and no eggs. If that's not your style then include whatever you like. HOWEVER. I strongly recommend making fatty red meat the primary food, as well as eggs and butter if you like them and have no allergies. A lot of people think that the trick to keto/carnivore is that it's a low carb and high protein diet, but in fact the key to carnivore is that it is a high fat diet. Fat is the body and brain's optimal fuel source, so make sure you eat a lot of it. Lean meats like poultry and lean beef/pork cuts will not produce good results. If you're a woman, you will likely find that a caloric ratio of about 80% fat to 20% protein will feel the best. It is unclear exactly why women seem to benefit so much from this while men don't see much difference, but this means that women seeking this so-called "high fat carnivore" will have to supplement their meat with extra fat sources such as butter or fat trimmings. Personally, I get beef fat trimmings from a local butcher and cook them with each meal. If you're not a woman you can still do this, but it may not give much benefit over just eating meat normally (although there are male athletes who report that high fat is better for them, so for men it may come down to activity level). My theory for why women thrive more on a higher fat ratio is that large megafauna, most of which are now extinct, likely had a fat-to-muscle ratio that was closer to what the female body needs to support optimal hormonal and reproductive health. In the evolutionary timeline, these animals have not been gone for long and there's no reason to assume our biological processes would have evolved to be fully adapted to their absence yet. That's just my speculation though.
Anyway, for affordability, I think the most obvious answer is to shop the sales on everything and learn to work with cheap cuts of meat. I personally buy my beef by the animal, so I end up with a small handful of the prized cuts such as ribeyes and strip loins, and a whole lot of roasts, ribs, and ground beef. as a university student you do not have the financial bandwidth to do this, so you are stuck searching for the cheaper cuts like chuck, shank, top/bottom round, sirloin tip, as well as ground beef. all of these cuts can make delicious meals, especially if you opt to continue using seasonings (i personally do not, but neither do i begrudge those who are unwilling to give them up). these cuts are leaner, but if you add extra fat (trimmings or butter) then you can still get a good caloric ratio out of it.
if you or anyone you know has a Costco (or equivalent store) membership, you can also buy wholesale primal cuts. upfront cost is a bit high, but the price per pound is significantly cheaper than grocery stores. you can get brisket for like $2/lb at Costco
chicken is generally pretty cheap, especially if you buy the cheaper cuts like drumsticks and thighs. but again, it's very lean so be mindful of that. same goes for pork. also salmon is a really good and fatty option if you like fish.
i also save the melted fat which comes off when I cook beef fat, and reuse that whenever i need cooking oil for a different meal, so i don't burn through store bought tallow/lard or butter.
one of the biggest factors in determining your cost will be whether or not you are fussy about conventional vs pasture raised meat. if you are happy to eat conventional, then your costs will be significantly lower than if you insist on pastured products. as far as the impact on your health, there isn't much information about the difference between the two, i know people who eat conventional and others who eat pastured, they all feel good. for myself, and many people who choose pastured products, it's an ethical decision more than anything.
lastly, again i don't know your financial situation but if you have some wiggle room, you can look into an online butcher such as butcherbox, moink, betterfed, and others. the meat is a bit more wholesale so the price per pound tends to come out much cheaper than buying from a grocery store, however this again, like Costco, has a higher upfront cost.
i hope this information is helpful! let me know if you have any other questions and i'll do my best to answer them (hopefully with less rambling next time).

Serotonin Supplements and Their Uses
Tumblr media
Serotonin supplements are a type of dietary supplement that aims to increase serotonin levels in the brain. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that plays a crucial role in regulating mood, sleep, appetite, and other essential functions. While serotonin supplements are marketed as natural remedies for depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders, their effectiveness and safety are subject to debate. Common serotonin supplements include:
5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan)
5-HTP is a naturally occurring amino acid that is converted into serotonin in the brain. It is often used to promote relaxation, improve mood, and alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety.
L-Tryptophan
L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid found in protein-rich foods like turkey, chicken, and dairy products. It is a precursor to serotonin and is sometimes used as a supplement to support mood and sleep.
While serotonin supplements may offer some benefits for certain individuals, it's essential to approach them with caution. Some potential risks and considerations are the following:
Interaction with medications
Serotonin supplements may interact with certain medications, including antidepressants, blood thinners, and migraine medications, leading to adverse effects or reduced efficacy. Common side effects of serotonin supplements may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, and headache.
Lack of regulation
The production and sale of dietary supplements, including serotonin supplements, are not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). As a result, the quality and safety of these products can vary widely, and there may be inconsistencies in potency and purity.
Potential for serotonin syndrome In rare cases, taking serotonin supplements in combination with certain medications or other supplements may lead to a condition called serotonin syndrome, which can cause serious and potentially life-threatening symptoms such as agitation, confusion, rapid heartbeat, and high fever.

A Deep Dive into Cutler Prevail Pre-Workout is to Fuel Your Workouts
Tumblr media
Are you looking to take your workouts to the next level? Pre-workout supplements have become a staple for many fitness enthusiasts seeking an extra edge. Today, we're diving deep into Cutler Nutrition Prevail Pre-Workout to see if it lives up to the hype. This comprehensive review will break down the ingredients, benefits, potential side effects, and overall value of this popular pre-workout.
What is Cutler Nutrition Prevail?
Cutler Nutrition, founded by bodybuilding legend Jay Cutler, aims to provide high-quality supplements for serious athletes. Prevail is their flagship pre-workout, designed to enhance energy, focus, muscle pumps, and endurance during training. It comes in various flavors, promising a delicious and effective pre-workout experience.
Ingredient Breakdown: The Science Behind the Pump
The effectiveness of any pre-workout lies in its ingredients. Let’s examine the key components of Cutler Prevail:
Caffeine: A central nervous system stimulant, caffeine is known to increase alertness, energy, and focus. Prevail contains a substantial dose, which can be beneficial for intense workouts but may cause jitters or anxiety in sensitive individuals.
Citrulline Malate/L-Citrulline: Citrulline is converted to L-arginine in the body, which increases nitric oxide production. Nitric oxide helps relax blood vessels, improving blood flow and delivering more nutrients to muscles, leading to better pumps and performance.
Beta-Alanine: Beta-alanine increases carnosine levels in muscles, which buffers lactic acid buildup. This can delay muscle fatigue and improve endurance, especially during high-intensity exercise. However, it can also cause a harmless tingling sensation known as paresthesia.
Other Performance Enhancers: Prevail often includes other ingredients like betaine anhydrous, taurine, and various vitamins and minerals. These ingredients may contribute to hydration, cell volumization, and overall performance.
It's crucial to note that the effectiveness of these ingredients depends on their dosage. Comparing the amounts in Prevail to clinically studied dosages is essential for determining its potential benefits.
Benefits of Cutler Prevail:
Based on its ingredient profile, Prevail can potentially offer several benefits:
Increased Energy and Focus: The caffeine content can provide a significant energy boost and improve mental focus during workouts.
Enhanced Muscle Pumps: Citrulline can contribute to better blood flow and muscle pumps, leading to a more satisfying workout experience.
Improved Endurance: Beta-alanine may help delay muscle fatigue, allowing for longer and more intense training sessions.
However, it's important to have realistic expectations. Pre-workouts are supplements, not magic pills. They work best when combined with a proper diet and training program.
Potential Side Effects:
Like any supplement, Prevail can have potential side effects:
Caffeine-related issues: Jitters, anxiety, insomnia, and headaches are common side effects of high caffeine intake.
Beta-alanine tingles: The tingling sensation is harmless but can be uncomfortable for some.
Other potential side effects: Depending on individual sensitivities, other ingredients may cause digestive issues or other adverse reactions.
It's crucial to consult a healthcare professional before using Prevail, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are taking medications.
Taste and Mixability:
Prevail is available in various flavors, and most users report good taste and mixability. This is important for a positive user experience, as no one wants a clumpy or bad-tasting pre-workout.
Value and Pricing:
The price of Prevail is comparable to other pre-workout supplements on the market. Considering the ingredient profile and the number of servings per container, it offers a reasonable value proposition for those seeking a comprehensive pre-workout formula.
Pros and Cons:
Pros:
Contains clinically studied ingredients
Potentially effective for increasing energy, focus, and muscle pumps
Available in various flavors
Good mixability
Cons:
High caffeine content may cause side effects in sensitive individuals
Beta-alanine can cause tingling
Final Verdict:
Cutler Nutrition Prevail Pre Workout is a well-formulated pre-workout that can potentially enhance your training. Its key ingredients, such as caffeine, citrulline, and beta-alanine, are backed by scientific research. However, it's essential to be aware of the potential side effects, particularly those related to caffeine. If you're sensitive to stimulants or have any health concerns, consult a healthcare professional before use. Overall, Prevail is a solid option for experienced pre-workout users looking for a performance boost.

FRESH FOOD DIARY FOR MY RATS
I try to aim for as much organic produce as possible but alas I am disabled and poor, and not all the foods I want to give them for health benefits are available as organic all the time. I always keep my eyes peeled for organic stuff, and always grab it if I see it’s reduced.
I’m feeding: 2 boys who are both 2+ years old and 2 younger girls (probably a year to a year and a half old)
todays finds:
- organic beetroot
- organic mint
- golden kiwi
- organic rocket
- tofu
- bell peppers
- mungbean sprouts
- pureed parsnip baby food! (it was on sale and they love love love pureed pumpkin so i have to try it out) it also has literally no other additives which is hard to find for ratties.
- wholewheat breadrolls I’m gonna cut up into bite size chunks, i’ll leave them on my counter for a day to harden up as I use this for their daily medication and vitamins
Stuff already at home that I’ll mix in: Zucchini, garlic, carrot, parsley and broccoli.
I cut all this up into various shapes (smaller but thicker chunks for my old boy so he can eat it more easily) and sprinkle seeds and grains on top (typically: sesame, flax, wholegrain spelt, popped millet, a small handful of buckwheat, sprinkle of oats, and red lentils for protein if I don’t have tofu on hand).
They get one small bowl of this every evening to supplement their diet (Science Selective Complete Rat Food).
Having rats is not the easiest but preventative care is so so important to try mitigate any future health problems.

Best Print on Demand Supplements Online Upsell Strategies
The nutritional supplement industry is fiercely competitive, and it shows no signs of slowing down. It is expected that the industry will continue to grow rapidly, with new businesses sprouting daily. It means that the plethora of print on demand supplements and similar products in the already flooded market will continue to compete for the ostensibly insignificant market share.
To outperform your competitors while remaining true to your customers, you must develop a truly unique concept to drive your marketing campaign. Upselling is a very powerful tool for an eCommerce website, bringing in additional revenue and increasing brand loyalty in an entirely new way.
WHAT IS UPSELLING?
Upselling is a sales technique used to persuade customers to place a higher-value order than planned. It means purchasing an additional item, upgrading, or purchasing a package deal rather than purchasing only the original, lower-value items. Upselling is something you’ve probably seen on the internet. When done correctly, upselling can help to improve and streamline your customers’ overall shopping experience. You’re providing a more cost-effective solution to their original problem. Which can result in a win-win situation for both the consumer and your eCommerce store.
5 UPSELL STRATEGIES FOR YOUR ONLINE PRINT ON DEMAND SUPPLEMENTS
1.The Shopping Frenzy
OTOs or One Time Offer upsells are a common strategy for printing on demand supplements. The first upsell in your funnel is critical because it creates a buying frenzy state of mind. It acts as a cascade, resulting in multiple yeses to upsells in your print on demand supplements. It’s very common to sell more of the same as the front-end offer, at the same discount or lower price.
2. The Upsell Strategy Based on Value
The value-based upsell strategy works very well for print on demand supplements because you usually need more of the supplement down the road. However, you can apply this strategy to other consumable products as long as the offer is compelling. The offer here is all about getting a good deal. You must offer a deal that is too good to pass up. There are people who will buy anything if it’s on sale, and it’s the psychology you’re using for this upselling. You’re offering such great value that it’s difficult to pass up. Another important aspect of making a value-based upsell work is not changing the product.
3. BOGO (Buy one take one) Strategy
Simply offer them more of what they just purchased. So, if they just purchased three bottles of your supplement, offer them more bottles at a lower price than they just received. This upselling simply offers a lower price in exchange for more volume. So, if they purchased three bottles of your supplement at $49 each, your first upsell would be something like, “Buy two more bottles at $39 each.” It’s a value-based upsell if the price per bottle on the upsell is lower than the price per bottle on the front-end offer.
4. Supersize their Order
Another way to make a value-based upsell work is to offer a larger version of what they just purchased. Assume your store sells items in various sizes. Because the smallest size is the cheapest, it is usually the most popular choice for your customers. It is especially effective for products like supplements and subscription-based services. A larger version of the front end can be larger. So, if you sell a 2-pound tub of protein mix on the front end, follow up with a 5 or 10-pound tub. It is the colossal way to upsell.
If the cost and shipping fees on a larger version allow you to make more money by upselling, which is the best thing for your print on demand products.
5. Create Urgency
In conjunction with a limited-time offer or campaign, upselling can do wonders for your eCommerce business. You could give customers cashback if they spend more than $50, or you could give them a freebie or a tester if they buy a specific product. The benefit of an urgency-focused campaign is that you can use it throughout your sales process. It can be a great reason to send an email marketing campaign to your existing customers. It can be used as a countdown banner on your landing pages or as a pop-up reminder on the checkout page.
THE FINAL TAKEAWAYS
To keep your print on demand supplements at the top of a highly competitive market, you must be consistent and diligent. Consumers place a high value on marketers, and by implementing these strategies, you will be driving home your message to increase brand awareness and sales. The strategies we’ve highlighted above will be completely indispensable to your brand’s success when properly implemented.
However, if you don’t have high-quality supplements to sell, these upselling strategies won’t help your business succeed. And this is where Fulfillplex can come in handy. Real Vita ACV Keto Gummies
Many people associate elevated ketones with a diabetic medical emergency known as ketoacidosis, but nutritional ketosis associated with a ketogenic diet anddiabetic ketoacidosisare very different. The entire point of being on healthy diets like the Keto Diet is to stay away from stuff like wheat protein in order to allow the body to heal itself. Moreover, wheat protein actively prevents the body from burning fat by initiating a metabolic pathway called the neoglucogenesis. A Keto Diet can be bad for health if executed improperly.
While much of the initial rapid weight loss is water weight , it’s still a highly motivating way to start your keto journey. Often, just restricting carbs to very low levels results in ketosis. But the rest of the list below will help make sure that you’re successful. A keto diet can also help treat high blood pressure,46 may result in less acne,47 and may help control migraine.48 It may also help improve many cases of PCOS and heartburn, while also often reducing sugar cravings. Still, the results of this study need to be interpreted carefully due to its relatively low sample size and lack of randomization of participants into KD or control group . However, the main mechanism of influence of the KD on the human body is its impact on metabolic reorganization .
After transporting the KB to extrahepatic cells, they can be used as an energy substrate (acetyl-CoA) in the production of ATP through the oxidative phosphorylation pathway in the citric acid cycle . By following the keto diet, about 60 to 80 percent of your daily calories will come from fat. Ketogenic Diet These are low-carb diets -- the basic idea is to get most of your calories from protein and fat.
Read: Factors We Considered Before Choosing The Best Real Vita ACV Keto Gummies
The keto diet is actually known to benefit risk factors for cardiovascular disease. In a study of 83 obese individuals, a long-term keto diet significantly reduced triglycerides and LDL cholesterol and increased HDL cholesterol. In other words, the keto diet improved all measured cardiovascular disease risk factors. Don't be surprised if you've been following a keto diet and someone tells you your breath smells a little fruity or "off." This is actually a sign that you are in ketosis.
Unfortunately, keto diets are probably more prone than many others to end with weight regain because they can be hard to stick to in the long run, Carson said. And being in ketosis for more than a few weeks might not be best for overall health, she said. That's true of many diet studies, the researchers noted, so study results likely look rosier than weight loss in the real world. For reasons not entirely understood even today, fueling the body on primarily ketones reduces seizures.
