Ringing in the new year at the Western Buddhist Temple 寺方西 in Hong Kong with the royal family of Bhutan: Princess Ashi Sonam Dechen Wangchuck, Queen Mother Dorji Wangmo, and Crown Prince Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck! Prince Jigme practices his Mandarin studiously every day so that he can read masterworks of Buddhist texts. During this special meeting, Prince Jigme rung the oldest and largest bell of the monastery, chanted sections of the Heart Sutra with the head monk, sat for tea, then had lunch with notable monks of the monastery. Warm wishes for peace, love, and gratitude were meditated upon for all of humanity.

okay, so as I'm a social studies student I'm very interested in research and the other i was studying about Bhutan and it's monarchy.
And oh my did it give me flashbacks of Duke and the general 😭
So the king is a very wise man, right? Bhutan is currently a constitutional monarchy and so i read about how the present king decided to be more open minded.
He declared his marriage to a random person like she's not royal and they both married in 2011. Look i don't know them personally ofc why would I BUT YK THT VIBE U GET ABT PPL HAVING GREAT CHEMISTRY!! I FELT THT WHEN I FIRST SAW THEN TOGETHER!
At the age of 7, little Jetsun Pema encountered young Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck at a picnic. The young lady was so intrigued by the fine young man that she asked him to marry her.
and he promised to marry her once they found themselves single and in love.
However, he has more thn one queens probably 3 or something but i feel like the chemistry among them is just ✨✨👌👌👌
Plus the queen is so pretty like tfff-
She was a sprightly 7 year old who went to a picnic and met the Crown Prince of Bhutan. He was seventeen.
...(but technically the kind waited sooooo-)
Nvm I'll leave-
the king became so open minded that he got 3 other wives?????? AND NOW HE HAS FOUR?????
a 7yo and a 17yo, ma’am. how does this remind u of THE DUKE 🔫🔫🔫😭😭
