... Lucifer is how Christian Gray believed he is/jk
We already know Lucifer to be THAT guy but this is just a new whole layer and when combine with some info about him and his brothers, we got a pretty interesting case of why he might has a kink for dacryphilia, or how he might, 'allegedly', be a lowkey sadist (not surprising but still give me a gasp when I think about it).
The original source is here, credits to @shyanimeboi and their friend: https://x.com/shyanimeboi/status/1795183592961655077/video/3\
Warnings: Mentions of torture (info from chapter 5 in canon story), 1ncest, sexual content, and some depiction of violence. MNDI
I noticed how he been switching his way of addressing MC from Solomon, to Adam, and to Eve, throughout his chats. And it either a spontaneous things where he group the 3 humans he know the most together and just address MC with them on a whims or it could be something more personal.
The type of unicorn he is talking about is most commonly known in the western folklore, where unicorns are fierce and hostile, and become docile only in the presence of virgins. While occasionally fiction writers have invoked the principle that men can be virgins also (see, e.g. Poul Anderson’s “Honeymouth”), usually, “virgin” implies “girls or women,” and therefore only women who have never had intercourse can tame a unicorn, but it could be also for those that are utterly pure (of heart if not of mind).
So it pretty much confirm it, Lucifer either get freaky in the 0rgy they got going on in Heaven or he get freaky with his brothers, which is weird but compared that to the torture camps and experimental labs on devil children, the possiblities of unhinged millenia old angels banging each others is something I expected but wholely not interested in opening that can of worm.
I would call myself the weird one when I think of some 50 Shades of Gray when I look at this image since in the chat Lucifer seem like a Disney princess:
This part set apart Lucifer and his brothers in a subtle but clear way because unlike how Gabriel and Michael would get into a fight on whether who would get to kill a devil, how Michael would easily commit genocide on an entire race of dragons, and how Raphael would eat his fellow angels for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lucifer can form a bond with another creature, who would be killed by the trio if he were to show the same attitude as he did with Lucifer. This also reflected how he became Gamigin and Jjok's brother. His normal open-minded aspect is so jarring that when compared to his brothers it stands out like a neon light.
And how he prefers action over words is probably what got him to care for Gamigin, Jjok, and the devils. Devils are honest by nature, and their feelings are worn on their sleeves, with a few exceptions (Leviathan, Orias, etc.), up until now, we rarely see a devil that doesn't commit to their promises or declarations (Satan does bring Minhyeok back from death, Mammon does own Hell's economy, Leviathan live his life perfectly every day for his friends, etc.), in some cases they might really lose limbs or even die for it (in Leraye's event, he broke pieces of his horn to turn them into bullets to protect the city). In a way, he also values genuine actions as proof of one’s character, loyalty, and intentions. Gamigin took him in when Lucifer was a fallen angel and nursed him back to health despite the danger of getting the devil's ire and how much Lucifer rejected his help (and was rude about it too), he persisted and he was consistent in his kindness. Jjok is scared of him, at first, but he still continues to visit and talk to him almost every day while he is in bed, and even begs Satan to not take his "family" away (I will cry again god-).
It also might be an instinct as an angel if he were to compare them to his love for God and how he might find it hard to correct his brothers' mania, where their only purpose in life is to love and worship God, no matter how terrible they become for him. This principle reflects a certain integrity and consistency in him. He expects others to demonstrate their worth through their actions and probably enjoys them trusting him, and he likely holds himself to the same standard (ie, how he becomes a devil and declares to protect Hell, feels guilty for the atrocities his brothers and Heaven have done, how he didn't shut it down and was a part of the problem, etc).
The horse from Hell he is talking about is probably a bicorn (a not very well-known folklore two-horned creature that is a fan of depraved people) or kelpie (a shape-changing aquatic spirit of Scottish legend known for tricking people into riding on them for some malevolent purpose) or just savage beasts of war that need no rider, the counterparts to the unicorn. So his methods of training the unicorn won't work on them.
Now to get back to my point on the switching of the address from Solomon, to Adam, and to Eve. It is just a theory but it could mean something like this:
"Daughter of Solomon": Used to express a personal or significant connection between them, possibly based on MC's predecessor's wisdom and who is known to be king of peace and someone who is loved by God and the devils.
"Daughter of Adam": Highlights common humanity (Adam represents humanity as the first human created according to biblical texts) while pointing out unique or odd characteristics.
"Daughter of Eve": Emphasizes femininity or human traits related to curiosity (Eve is tempted by the serpent to eat the forbidden fruit from the Tree of the Knowledge) or innocence (Genesis 2:25 states that "Adam and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame," indicating their complete innocence and lack of self-consciousness or worldly concerns, which explain the "You are runaway, or have no sense of crisis").
👀
👀👀
👀👀👀
Um, chile anyway so-
Lucifer has that brat-taming, bondage, and dacryphilia things going on... So be proud and bratty y'all-

A group of mining engineers prospecting for copper in the mountains of Lapland make an incredible discovery when their drilling unearths the remains of a giant, prehistoric amphibious reptile. A section of the creature’s tail is exhumed from beneath the frozen tundra and transported to the National Aquarium in Copenhagen, where it’s placed in a cold room to be studied by Professor Otto Martens and his research team. But when the door to the room is accidentally left ajar, the tail segment begins to thaw, quickly regenerating itself into a gigantic beast! Now loose and embarking on a cross-country rampage, the military are forced to employ all means necessary to rout the creature - now dubbed “Reptilicus” - before it launches a full-scale attack on the capital.
Pre-order Reptilicus.

I have just realized that technically, intertextually, analysing-the-themes-ically, Marcia is Jenna's evil stepmother.
I mean - Jenna is Snow White, yeah? Princess, black hair, mother dies, lost in the forest, pursued by a hunter; gets taken in by a family defined by having seven little people living in a very enclosed space.
And then there's Marcia - who marries her father, who takes her appearance very seriously, who we're even told has a sentient magic mirror within a paragraph of meeting her.
She even almost plays into her role... for about one chapter. She arrives at the Princess' new home, plying her with jewelry, and tries to take her away, much to the chagrin of both her and her family.
Except Marcia just isn't evil. She takes Jenna with her to keep her safe and gives her fuzzy purple socks and then they all jump down a rubbish chute, and the next time the books remember that they were kind of about Snow White once upon a time is during Queste Physik, when the real Evil Queen appears (who also uses a magic mirror, who wants to be young forever, who is willing to kill her own daughter over it).
Anyway I'm obsessed with how these books do and do not use fairy tale motifs but I definitely hadn't noticed Marcia's role in it before today but now that I do I'm going to make fun of her forever (affectionate)

I am currently rereading the Septimus Heap books. Because those always fascinated me, I'm paying special attention to the clothes - who wears what colors, etc, since that's such an important part of those books.
Anyway I get to this part:
"Hanseatic"? I wonder if that word means anything. Or is it something to do with the other countries in that world? Let's google.

Reasons why Harry Clown and Gabriel Agreste are or were or should be boyfriends, in no particular order:
- “ma poule”
- they were clearly besties when they were younger. I must assume that Gabriel made that costume as a favour, long before Audrey ever discovered him. Maybe Gabe pretends to be tough now, but he still has a soft spot for Harry. He just does.
- Gabriel thinks he agreed to Harry’s plan for Shadowmoth reasons. He is wrong. Harry went into the meeting with way to much confidence for him not to know exactly how to deal with the Gabe. Which is very important. Someone has to do it.
- Adrien deserves a parent like Harry. He has emotions! He also has a terrible sense of humor that Adrien can be upset (affectionate) about
- When hanging out with Marinette, Harry had perfect weird uncle energy. He is not her uncle. But he could be her weird step-father-in-law.
- He can balance out Gabriel “block of stone Agreste. Imagine Harry going somewhere with the Agreste Tablet (TM). Nobody would be intimidated ever again.
- Harry?? Knows about Gabriel being Shadowmoth? Yes I know that’s probably not what they meant to say with this episode but neither did they mean to say that Gabriel is bi, shhhh. But if Harry knows, he’s clearly not particularly upset about it. He can stand behind Gabriel who is stoically attending fashion galas, or behind Shadowmoth dramatically monologuing, and his only reaction would be “you’re doing amazing sweetie!”
- “ma poule”

If Adrien had a penny for every time one of his parents was hiding a serious Miraculous-related illness or injury from him, he'd have three pennies.
Which is honestly too many pennies. Adrien, sweetie, I am so sorry.

I'm so glad I got her, she almost fell victim to a bird of prey today! She's fine, she's just very scared at the moment. It'll be fine.

Hi Eve! In honor of Mother’s Day I was wondering if you could write a cute fic about Sirius’ first Mother’s Day while living with the Dumais’. They might have not completely broken through Sirius’ stony wall yet but maybe he would buy Celeste some flowers as a sign of affection and to show that she’s the first genuine motherly figure he has had. It would be cute if Celeste and Dumo got emotional because that’s the most emotion Sirius had even shown them. It can be as angsty/fluffy as you like<3
Totally! Happy Mother’s Day, everyone! SW credit goes to @lumosinlove <3
Someone knocked softly on the wall and Celeste paused, lowering her coffee cup in confusion. Her kids were never polite enough to knock before interrupting her morning. “Come in?”
Three little faces poked around the corner, all alight with excitement. “Can we go now?” Adele stage-whispered to someone behind them. After a moment’s pause, the three of them tumbled into the room and launched themselves at her.
“Be gentle!” Sirius winced as her coffee cup nearly made a break for it. “Sorry, Mrs. Dumais.”
“It’s alright,” she laughed, gathering three squirmy kids up in her arms for a snuggle. “Bonjour, mes petites. Have you been causing trouble this morning?”
“No, mama!” Louis giggled, pressing something into her hand. Glitter spilled over her lap and she gave Sirius an amused look; he seemed rather appalled by the whole thing. “Look! C’est pour toi!”
“For me?” she gasped, taking the paper from him. It was decorated in squiggles, rainbows, and sparkles that she didn’t even know they owned, wishing her a ‘happie mothers day’ in red and gold. Adele and Marc quickly offered theirs as well, wiggling around on her lap to get a better seat as she worked her way through with all the appropriate ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’.
“Sirius helped us make them!” Adele said, pointing out a carefully-sketched flower on her card. “He drew it for me an’ I gotta color it in!”
“It’s beautiful, ma Cherie.” She brushed wispy bangs out of the way and planted a smacking kiss to her forehead, only to be mobbed by both her boys for kisses of their own.
“Leave some space, remember?” Sirius sounded rather nervous.
“Non, this is exactly how I wanted to spend my morning.” Celeste closed her eyes and gave them one last squeeze, then bopped each of them on the nose with her pointer finger. “Alright, little chickens, can you go hang these on the fridge for me?”
“Yeah!” Marc practically shrieked, grabbing all three cards and taking off at a full sprint with his siblings on his heels.
Celeste stifled a laugh as she watched them disappear down the hall, then turned to Sirius; he was still hovering in the doorway, as if he was afraid to come closer. It broke her heart a little. “Did you plan all that?”
“I don’t know about plan,” he mumbled, going faintly pink. “They wanted to make cards and I just…supervised.”
“And drew flowers for them.”
He ducked his head a little more. “The petals weren’t turning out the way she wanted. I—I told them to knock first. Sorry for interrupting.”
“Sirius, that was perfect.” He glanced up at her in surprise and she stood, crossing the room to put her hands on his shoulders. “That was exactly what I wanted this morning. Thank you. What’s that?”
His ears turned red and he hid his hands behind his back. “Nothing.”
She smiled, patting his arm gently. “Alright. Would you like some coffee?”
“It’s for you!” he blurted as soon as she started to turn around. He swallowed hard and held out a small bit of folded paper with a tulip tucked inside. “Katie’s too little to make one and it’s—they wouldn’t let me leave until I made one, too. And I…”
She waited patiently and tried not to explode with joy.
“I wanted to make it,” Sirius finished softly.
The front was simple and pretty, with flowers lacing around the edge where the colored pencil never left the steady outlines. The inside pages and the back each had a different pattern—waves, moons and stars, and polka dots in a rainbow of colors.
Happy Mother’s Day!
Thank you for everything over the past year. You’re the best mother in the world.
Love, Sirius
Celeste sniffled, dabbing the edge of her eyes with her robe. “Oh.”
“Do you like it?” Sirius asked, worrying at the cuffs of his sleeve. “I’m not much of an artist—”
She wrapped both arms around his chest and felt all the air rush from his lungs as he hugged her back, hesitant at first and then going a little boneless like he always did when people showed physical affection. They stood there, silent and swaying, for a long moment. “Thank you, Sirius,” she said into his shoulder. “It’s wonderful.”
“It’s true.”
She stepped back slightly and ran a thumb over his cheekbone, then wiped her eyes once more and tapped his nose. “Will you hang this on the fridge for me, petit poule?”
Giddy excitement washed over his solemn face—for a moment, he looked like every other eighteen-year-old, with limbs too long for his body and bedhead sticking up on one side. He beamed. “Yeah. Yeah, I can do that.”
Celeste heard all four of them run out into the backyard while she found a small vase for the tulip—purple with vivid pink edges, her favorite—and couldn’t keep her smile down even if she wanted to. “I know just where to put you,” she said under her breath as she padded into the kitchen and set it on the sill above the sink, next to the four cards in an even line. “Parfait.”

Summary, Week 7
Bauhaus and Beyond Bauhaus designers explored purity of form, geometry, material integrity, and function to produce an entirely new aesthetic. Their functional rationalism was perfectly suited to tubular steel, and many of the most successful Bauhaus designs include metal tubing. Designers around the world were aware of the new ideas being explored in Germany. American designers, with a greater interest in manufacturing, and with an interest in consumer needs, incorporated some Bauhaus thinking, and LOTS of tubular steel, to create production furniture with less artistic integrity, but a much wider acceptance. Ebba Anna Elisabeth Wilton, also Ebba Dane, née Pedersen (1896–1951) was a Danish operatic soprano who sang at the Royal Danish Theatre from 1924 to 1949. The foremost coloratura singer of her generation, her principal roles included Olympia in The Tales of Hoffmann, Zerlina in Don Giovanni, Susanna in The Marriage of Figaro, Gilda in Rigoletto and Ännchen in Der Freischütz. She made guest appearances in Berlin, Paris and Riga. Born in Lille Heddinge, Stevns Municipality, on 13 December 1896, Ebba Anna Elisabeth Pedersen was the daughter of the restaurant owner Carl Christian Pedersen (1869–1939) and his wife Karen Marie Hansigne née Madsen (1869–1935). Her musical talents developed early, allowing her to made her first appearance when she was just 15. She attended the Music Conservatory as a student of Poul Bang and received training from her husband-to-be, the tenor Einer Wilton (1888–1932). They married in June 1922. When she was 15, she joined the choir at the Casino Theatre where Gerda Christophersen noticed her potential and encouraged her to join the trio she put together. In 1919, she performed in the revue Capriciosa as Ebba Dane but it was not until she married Einar Wilton that her voice really started to improve. It was thanks to her husband's training that in December 1924, she made her début at the Royal Danish Theatre as Queen of the Night in The Magic Flute. The same year, she appeared Tivoli's concert hall. Recognized for her voice rather than her acting, she went on to take the key soprano roles in the classical operas as well as in Danish works, including as Aase in Peter Heise's Drot og Marsk. She retired on the occasion of her 25th jubilee in 1949, singing Rosina in The Barber of Seville. Ebba Wilton died in Gentofte on 1 April 1951.
