The opening theme, the third promo for the television anime Potion-danomi de Ikinobimasu! (I Shall Survive Using Potions!) were made public on the show's official website. On October 8 at 2:00 a.m. on the ANiMAZiNG!!! programming block on ABC TV and TV Asahi's 24 associated stations, the anime is scheduled to air, followed by BS Fuji and AT-X.

Any FUNA sensei work will get peeped by me! After roukin8 earlier in the year we are back with another really cute story.

I think Kaoru being allowed to say goodbye to her friends before being isekai’d is a first lol. It sucks that this was all caused by a mistake on the gods’ end but that was a nice thing to add.

Probably should’ve specified all HUMAN language before asking to get a translation skill lol. But I think that might still prove to be useful in the end.

Potions already coming in handy. Saving a young adventure’s life. Kaoru is definitely going to make a killing off of selling those once she gets established.

Already seeing a ton of similarities between Kaoru and Mitsuha from Roukin8. Both are business oriented and have a habit of finessing nobles. Kaoru sneaking out of the low ranked noble’s mansion had me dying. I love the ingenuity that the author gives to all of her characters.

Great first episode. Would love a collab between FUNA sensei’s works at some point!

I finished 'I Shall Survive Using Potions' and the concept is pretty unique! However, what bugs me is how Kaoru doesn't create a potion to physically aged herself to be a few years older. More so when it became apparent that the goddess made her an ageless immortal when she didn't physically grow older like her companions after four years. It's already a problem when people don't take her seriously when she wants to do adult things like own a business.

Kaoru is very capable of creating such a potion. She unintentionally de-aged Francette to her teen years. Also, I don't know if it's just me or not, but it does weird me out that she's an adult woman (22-year-old years old) with a physically young body (that looks like a child) saying things like 'time to find myself a husband'. She's serious about it and I know it's supposed to be played for laughs, but it's actually iffy. Really, a husband who is attracted to her while she looks like that is not a good thing.

Though, maybe the characters design makes it worse than it is? Because having most of the adult women with baby faces (and being surrounded by actual children) isn't helping.

Other than that, this anime was okay, but I feel like it could've been better. At first, I thought such a power would be lame, but it turns out being able to create any kind of potions you can think of, and have it instantly appear in whatever container you want is actually cool, and powerful. But this only works if the character is able to utilized it to its full potential by being smart and creative about it.
