Lol, so Ikrit’s home region is Hoenn, & while we started his timeline with Sapphire, it was more like Emerald. 🐉☁️
He has a similar close relationship with Rayquaza as Ansy does Reshiram. It’s that closeness that helped him work together with them to bust the meteoroid containing Deoxys years later as an adult (he was dating Ansy at the time, taking her to visit his home region - then the Delta Episode happened lol).

heard there are rumors going around that gen 5 remakes in the art style of the lets go games will be announced on pokemon day and. i dont believe rumors ofc but just the thought of gen 5 remakes is making me So nervous

Made a gif of Mega Ray's Dragon Ascent bc kid me thought it was the coolest thing EVER :D
#fun fact i had no idea the delta episode was a thing when i first played oras#so i vividly remember being at my grandma's house finishing the game and watching the credits roll thinking “wow that was a great game ouo”#and then ominous organ music plays over a blank screen with the mega ray symbol for what felt like minutes and i was just like O - O#i didn't dare take my eyes off the screen- it felt like i had uncovered some hidden secret it was amazing#and i remember i made a little dance mimicking this attack so i was just spinning and running around the recess field lol#pokemon#rayquaza#mega rayquaza#gifs#my gifs#my nonsense
