Introduction

4. Improve Phase: Implementing Solutions

As the Lean Six Sigma journey continues, the focus shifts to the Improve phase. Here, tools like Kaizen Events facilitate rapid improvement, and Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing) introduces preventive measures to increase process reliability

5. Control Phase: Sustaining Success

The journey ends in the domination phase, where the goal is to keep winning. Control charts monitor the stability of the system over time, while standard business documentation manages best practices, ensuring accuracy and preventing regression.

เป็นโรงงานฐานการผลิตกระบะและฟอร์จูนเนอร์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก และทำการส่งออกนอกประเทศมากกว่า 100 ประเทศ ทั่วโลก

ขั้นตอนการผลิตรถกระบะ Toyota โดยสรุปรายละเอียดดังนี้

-นำเครื่องกลรถยนต์ ย้ายนำทางเคลื่อนที่อัตโนมัติมาจุดประกอบรถ

-ฟิคชั่นดอลลี่ (friction dolly) เป็นฐานสำหรับรองรับโครงรถเพื่อให้พนักงานตรวจสอบประกอบ

-เครื่องกลับด้านโครงรถ (frame turn over machine )กลับด้านเครื่องรถยนต์และยังเป็นเทคโนโลยีในการประหยัดพื้นที่การกลับโครงรถ

-ระบบป้องกันความผิดพลาด (pokayoke system)ตรวจจับความผิดพลาดที่จะเกิดขึ้นร่วมกับเครื่องจักรในสายการผลิต หากตรวจพบสิ่งผิดปกติจะหยุดการทำงานทันที

-การผลิตแบบทันเวลา (just in time)

-ขั้นตอนการประกอบหัวกระบะ cab mounting procress

-ขั้นตอนประกอบท้ายกระบะ

-การตรวจสอบคุณภาพในรถ quality gate (qg)

-การประกอบอุปกรณ์ภายในห้องโดยสาร เช่น พรม , กระปุกเกียร์ เป็นต้น

เพื่อใช้ประกอบรถ1คันให้ทันเวลา

-ข้อมูลการส่งออกรถยนต์ Export information

-สนามทดลองการขับขี่จริง

-การทดสอบระบบรั่วซึมของน้ำ show test process ทดสอบการรั่วซึมของน้ำ จะทำด้านในอุโมงค์ โดยจะมีน้ำฉีดรอบตัวรถ

-ทดสอบระบบถุงนิรภัย

-ทดสอบสมรถนะรถยนต์

-ตรวจสอบช่วงล่างของรถยนต์ qc underbody checking

-ทดสอบอัตราเร่งความเร็ว speed test

-อันดงบอร์ด (andon borad) แสดงสถานะการทำงานของแต่ละสถานีในการผลิต
